Hey Ferry in Hannover

Leider entsprach das bestellte Shawarma nicht der Beschreibung. Statt eines klassischen Shawarmas erhielten wir eine Dürüm-Rolle mit Dönerfleisch, gemischtem Salat und verschiedenen Soßen. Ein traditionelles Shawarma wird jedoch anders zubereitet und belegt. Besonders enttäuschend ist, dass das Shawarma mit 6,50 € auf der Karte steht, der Dürüm jedoch 7,50 € kostet – dennoch wurde uns offenbar ein Dürüm anstelle des bestellten Shawarmas serviert. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und die irreführende Bezeichnung sind daher nicht nachvollziehbar. Zudem habe ich nach dem Verzehr gastroenterologische Beschwerden bekommen

Atmosphäre nicht besonders einladend, Tische meist nicht richtig sauber. Selbstbedienung. Essen aber wirklich sehr lecker und frisch.

Das herzlichste und freundlichste Personal, das mir jemals in einem Schnellimbiss begegnet ist! Falafeln werden frisch zubereitet, das schmeckt man. Die Falafel-Rolle ist einfach nur köstlich!

Die Falafel-Sandwiches gefallen mir sehr, aber mein Mann verträgt das Essen in diesem Restaurant leider nicht gut und bekommt danach oft Magenprobleme.

Ich empfehle die Falafel-Box mit Curry-Sauce, unten in der Passage. Die Falafel werden bei Bestellung frisch zubereitet, der Salat sah gut aus und schmeckte auch gut. Für 5 Euro zudem ein fairer Preis.

Ich hole mir hier oft die vegane Falafelrolle. Diese ist für 4,50€ auch echt preiswert. Auch wenn mir die andere Filiale Richtung hauptbahnhof ein wenig besser gefällt immer eine solide Option. manchmal versteht mich die Bedingung ein bisschen schlecht, dass ist aber oke. Immer wieder eine gute Option. Manchmal schwankt die Geschmackliche Erfahrung leider ein bisschen. Größtenteils jedoch sehr lekker.

Ich stehe an der Schlange wie alle anderen auch. Eine junge Dame stellt sich einfach ganz vorne an, bestellt. Ich sage dem Verkäufer, sie hat sich vorgedrängelt. Der Verkäufer ignoriert mich und nimm die Frau trotzdem vor mir dran. Unmöglich sowas.

Seit Jahren konstant leckeres Angebot an Wraps und Boxen. Knuspriges warmes Crispy Chicken und frische Falafel. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Frischer Salat und frische Soßen, einfach perfekt. Gut To Go.

Hatte grad das Erlebnis den Verkäufer erstmal an seinem Bauch zu kratzen und dann mir das Essen vorbereiten. So widerlich. Eine Hand hatte Handschuhe, eine nicht, warum auch immer. Bei dem Anblick ist mir das Appetit vergangen. Ich will nicht wissen, wo er sich noch kratzte wenn man den nicht gesehen hätte. Ich habe meine Rolle weg geschmissen, nie wieder !

Falafel sind ultra lecker, absolute Empfehlung! Der Fleischdöner ist sehr fettig und extrem fleischlastig. Sehr freundliches Personal

Ich hatte Crispy Chicken. Geschmacklich waren es gut, auch zart und crispy. Allerdings habe ich statt drei Hähnchenteilen nur eins bekommen, der Rest in der Box waren Krümel. Leider enttäuschend.

Durchweg freundlich, immer ein Lächeln. Die Mitarbeiter sind schnell. Falafelrolle ist sehr lecker, füllend. Preislich in Ordnung/gut für diese Zeiten. Jetzt auch veganen Döner im Angebot, auch lecker. Freue mich, dass es euch gibt.

Fast service, friendly staff, and good, fresh food. The falafel wrap is vegan! It comes with the following vegan sauces: hummus, tahini, and spicy. Plenty of vegan toppings and a good price (€6/large). The parking space is okay, but similar to Kröpcke UG—not very nice and stuffy. Perfect for takeaway, but perfect.

We went there for the third time today and were once again very satisfied with the food and service.

Hey Ferry on the Promenade and at Galeria Kaufhof have the best halloumi. Great value for money. A definite recommendation.

If you’re looking for the best shawarma/ döner in town, this is the place to go! And don’t even get me started on their falafel. it’s absolutely incredible. The service is outstanding. The staff are all extremely friendly and make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. The quality of the food is unmatched. Plus, the quality-to-price ratio is amazing. it’s rare to find a döner this delicious for such a low price in Germany. You won’t regret giving this place a try!!!! My personal favorites are the Syrian shawarma, the falafel sandwich and their hummus its the same way as you would it anywhere in the middle east! Definitely worth a visit!

Our favorites: definitely the falafel wrap and the chicken wrap with extra potatoes included. Super tasty and highly recommended.

I was at the Ferry opposite KFC, where you can sit inside. The kebab is large. Really nice salad, tasty meat, and good sauce. A fair price for €6.50, too. What wasn't okay, though, was the loud music! It's okay to have music playing. But when a certain song came on, it was turned up so loud that your ears almost fell off! You can hardly enjoy your food and chat with the person sitting next to you. This is a restaurant/snack bar, not a disco! The employee turned the music down after I asked him to. But the fact that I even had to do that is unpleasant and completely unacceptable! It was the same a year ago when I ordered something there. But I ordered takeout. Don't play your music so loud. It's a real shame considering the otherwise good kebab!

Ate a bag here. Large selection of ingredients. Food is prepared quickly and sold at reasonable prices. The map isn't huge, but you can customize a lot. There are also options for seating. Note: Is at the bottom of the passage.

I enjoy eating my falafel here and the service is very good, even when I was 0.50 cents short. Still sold it to me. That I like friendliness, humanity and top workers.

I had a calzone with tuna, unfortunately the dough was so sticky and dry that sometimes you couldn't chew or bite through the calzone properly. I also had stomach problems after eating what I could eat. Purchased above at Galeria Kaufhof.

I stood there for 10 minutes and the whole time the people who were there later but spoke the same language were preferred. The guy just directly asks the people behind me several times and surely that can't be unintentional so often?

Super nice service! We noticed the shop because it smelled so delicious! We got a halloumi kebab and a falafel roll. It was really tasty. It's a shame that the store is only available in Hanover.

Food was okay. But in retrospect it didn't go down well with me. 🚽 the day was over.

Despite the stressful location, everyone who works here is always really nice and welcoming. As cheesy as it sounds, I always leave here with a smile (and an extremely delicious falafel wrap). Thanks! :)

A hidden taste at the Kröpcke station stop. I don't normally like falafel, but they make it great here. The friendly female employee was helpful with our choices. We thought we would just eat something quick to fill our stomachs. We experienced wonderful tastes.

I always like crispy chicken and chicken kebab here 🥰 of all the kebab to-go snack bars in the city center, you can really go here with a clear conscience! Every few months, when the opportunity arises, I take a crispy chicken wrap or chicken kebab/lahmacun with me and have never been disappointed :) very cheap for the quantity and freshness of the food. Employees also very nice 👍🏼

Getting stuck at Hanover train station is Hey Ferry's chance. Had the stuffed pizza with veal. Was tasty and warm. Nothing to complain about for 5 euros.

It's unbelievable that Hey Ferry appears every 3 meters. How can the city issue such permits?!!!!!

Syrian Flavour food, nice falalel

Wow! I haven't seen such friendly employees in a kebab shop for a long time. The kebab is also cheap and tasty. Full recommendation!

Doner kebab is good, staff is nice, price is cheap.

Employees don't speak or understand the German language well, which means they've been given the wrong ingredients several times... The 'toilet is broken'.

It's just annoying when you take something home and then you realize something is missing. The wraps couldn't use the simplest ingredients. And the fries? Let's not talk about it.

I recommend the halloumi roll. The pickles in the roll are super tasty and it's a perfect snack in between.

I didn't find it tasty at all here. I ordered a kebab box with fries but I received a box with little content. For the price it's an absolute disgrace. It's better to walk a few meters further to the next kebab shop. I also think the staff could be a little nicer to their customers.

Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. The quality of the food was unacceptable and the taste left something to be desired. I've had the most delicious halloumi wrap here so far. It was absolutely perfect. With mint leaves on it. And the employees there are very nice and accommodating. Next time I will try the Fallafel as they are always made fresh. I even got to try one. Very tasty!!! I actually wanted to deduct one star for the location. It's on a busy corner in the underpass and the atmosphere is correspondingly stupid. But you will be rewarded with delicious food. And if necessary, you can take it all with you and eat it somewhere nice or on the train (like I did).

Best price-performance ratio comparatively close to the main train station Attention: there are 3 different branches under this one entry: 1x in the passage, 1x in the Kröpcke subway station and 1x at street level above Kröpcke subway station the offering varies somewhat: the one in the passage and street level has more meat. the one below the subway station is more veggie In the passage you can also sit in a large area and eat straight away. Unfortunately not for the other two All in all very recommendable fresh, tasty, inexpensive The rest of the main and subway stations have completely ridiculous prices

Mit Abstand der beste Falafel und Dönerladen in Hannover und Umgebung. Die Dönertasche war sehr lecker und köstlich. Alles wird frisch und schnell zubereitet. Die Preise sind sehr günstig im Gegenteil zu andere Dönerläden. Es wird sehr auf Sauberkeit geachtet . Der Sitzbereich ist sehr groß. Würde ich jedem empfehlen🤍🤍

früher waren die super , mittlerweile hat das Niveau leider stark abgenommen. Hören nicht richtig zu und haben mir 2 mal die falsche Bestellung rausgegeben. Großer Falaffel mit Käse kostet mittlerweile 7 Euro. Dafür hole ich mir lieber was vom Asiaten .

Hier bei hey Ferry Verbringe ich mindestens 2-3 mal die Woche meine Mittagspause , absolut zu empfehlen ob es ein super Falafel Teller ist oder ein Döner Teller , auf jedenfal sehr sauber und freundliche Mitarbeiter . Manchmal ist sehr chaotisch aber bei dem Andrang sollte man etwas Verständnis zeigen ❤️

Massen Abfertigung Personal ist sehr sehr freundlich ich wurde sehr nett bedient. Das Bro vom Döner ist sehr weich und wird nicht so lange getoastet. Der Döner der nich Döner heißen darf ist ein Drehspieß weil es kein richtiges Döner Fleisch ist eher Mett Spieß. Fleisch trocken nicht warm eher lauwarm Soße ok aber es ist halt schnell Abfertigung und der Döner ist unter dem durchnitt. Ambiente Laute Musik zum Unterhalten schlecht. Service ist top Laden Theke sehr sauber der Döner ist unter dem was ich kenne .

Der Döner war gut. Zubereitung war schnell, ordentlich Salat, aber auch genug Fleisch das er satt macht. Bedienung war korrekt und der Preis war auch in Ordnung für aktuelle Preisverhältnisse und für die Stadtlage (6 Euro). Zu empfehlen.

Das Essen ist wirklich ganz gut. Leider war die "Hintergrund-Musik" bei unserem Aufenthalt etwas zu laut und deshalb eher im Vordergrund.

Sehr leckeres Essen, vor allem die Crispy Chicken Wraps sind der Hammer! Knuspriges Hähnchen, tolle Auswahl an leckeren Saucen und frischer Salat! Komme immer wieder gerne hierher.

Falafel Dürüm war frisch und lecker, nur etwas trocken (zu wenig Sauce), aber der Mitarbeiter superfreundlich.

Ich war in Hannover, um mal einen anderen Dönerimbiss zu probieren, anstatt zu etwas beliebten zu gehen wie z.B. zu Urfa Also bin ich zu HeyFerry, vorm HBF im Untergeschoss und es hat mich echt positiv überrascht!!! Ich hab im Restaurant zu Mittagszeit einen Döner(-Tasche) mit allem gegessen. Für den Preis (5,50€) wurde die Dönertasche schon ziemlich voll gemacht. Dönerrolle (6,00€) & Shawarma (5,00€) werden zum einfacheren Verzehr halbiert. Außerdem fragt das Personal einen immer wieder welche Soßen man drauf haben will (überraschend große Auswahl). Dazu kann man diesen Imbiss aber auch als Restaurant bezeichnen, da man auch Reisgesrichte bestellen kann. So, mein Fazit: Super Imbissrestaurant, egal ob für ToGo oder für Verzehr Vorort, es ist einfach nur zum Weiterempfehlen!! Probiert es unbedingt aus!!
