Worst food I have never eat ,compared to this go for KFC near or MC

The wrap on the menu is significantly too small for the price. The fries and side dishes were fresh. It could be cleaner overall; there's a lot of trash on the floor.

Ordered the 3er Chicken Teile, it was not properly cooked and some pieces were raw. I asked the staff about to check it and they couldn't do anything about it.

Maşallah, it's a place with delicious food. You can choose any of the menus with peace of mind. We chose the Spicy Burger Menu and the Filet Classic Menu. Both the burgers, fries, and salad were delicious. It's one of the most reasonably priced places in central Frankfurt where you can eat halal. There's ample outdoor seating. Parking is a matter of luck.

We once ordered the Family Bucket from KFC – it tasted just as good as you'd expect from KFC. I particularly like the fact that it's a halal-certified product. It's definitely worth recommending as a snack between meals.

Honestly the best fried chicken in the region. Not compared only to halal restaurants but all fried chicken restaurants in general. Both spicy and normal chicken pieces have a very tasty crust. Additionally, the staff is exceptionally friendly. Everytime I go there they surpass my last best experience with them. If you are a fried chicken lover you shouldn't miss this place. I love Palmo.

Good place. I ordered 6 wings, but afterwards noticed it was 7 wings. I told this to the guy, and he said it's a gift, I thanked him, and returned to my table, and right the next moment the guy put pommes for me and said it's one more gift. It was very kind. Thanks to that guy and all the Team of Palmo Fried Chicken.

It's improved a lot, both in terms of taste and appearance. A few months ago, the wings were still too dry, and the meal portions were rather modest, even considering the prices. I hope it stays this way. Better than KFC.

I bought the Fillet Nuggets menu. Unfortunately, it was extremely dry and flavorless. The meat was also slightly yellow on the inside (unlike the picture). I can't comment on the other menus, but I definitely won't be buying the Fillet Nuggets! :(

Halal fast food in Frankfurt. 2.5 km away from central station. The food quality and price are ok. The car parking complexes are also nearby and cost 1 euro per hour.

The food was great 👍 nothing to complain about. The restaurant looks very modern, but I prefer a simple look. The service was friendly, and there's even a restroom for customers.

They can come up with a modification to the type of bread for the burger 🍔 I don't recommend it but the chicken was delicious

I placed an order from this restaurant over the phone and was treated extremely rude and disrespectful by the employee. He reacted to simple questions in an annoyed and stroppy way - as if someone were disturbing you. This kind of behavior towards customers is absolutely unprofessional. Based on this experience, I will definitely not order from here again.

I discovered a new meal option – halal food that is exceptionally clean and offers a high-quality version of the same type of food you’d find at KFC. I honestly have nothing to add except that I regret not finding this place sooner. I’ve already been there three times in the past ten days – I really need to hold back before I overdo it!

The staff is very rude, first they gave me wrong order and then when i asked them that you gave me wrong order the boy in the front started talking rudely and aggressively told the girl in the front to change the order after changing the order the girl throwed the plate infront of me like i am not paying for the food. It's juicy, it's crunchy, it's fresh, it's flavorful, it's really good. Price-performance ratio is totally right. It is also very well attended. I hope the quality remains as it is.

Great place! Finally fried chicken that is a delicious halal alternative to KFC. Hot wings are not tasty everywhere. You definitely can't go wrong here if you want to order it! Chicken strips and fries are also good, chicken burgers like Zinger Burger. Good portions and not overly expensive prices. And when we wanted to have the rest of our food packed up, they even kindly gave us a few extra wings! Are very positively surprised by the store. Come again!

We ordered two family buckets on site and waited 45 minutes for our food... although many other customers received their food after about 5-10 minutes, even many who had ordered much later than us. So it's a really absurd way of dealing with incoming orders. In terms of the taste of the buckets, there was definitely a problem with the fact that the so-called “parts” felt like they were used to use the whole animal. You end up with pieces that are barely edible...the main thing is to get everything you can out of the whole chicken and save on it. Was our first and last visit there!

Disastrous experience at Palmo Fried chicken!!!! I placed my order today and was supposed to come pick it up after 10 minutes. When I wanted to take my orders with me, I saw that it was a completely wrong order and I told the employee and he noticed that the order had been mixed up and when I got my order, I got it at home It was seen that 6 specially ordered wings were missing again. That's such a RUDE, with these outrageous prices, then I forgot my order. This is the ultimate crap!!! Never again Palmo!

I was there today. I had a somewhat large order to take away. They forgot to pack 2 cheeseburgers. When I was home I tried to call several times but no one answered.

We were 3 people. We ordered the Spicy Bürger Menu, chicken strips, crispy fried chicken and chili chicken nuggets, "WOW" simply unbelievable, it was the first time in all of Germany that I had eaten such really good chicken. Respect to the team.

The two of us went to Palmo Fried Chicken and chose the bucket for 2 people, which costs €24.99. Unfortunately the visit was a complete disappointment. Raw meat Half of the bucket was actually raw - an extremely dangerous situation, especially with chicken, which can pose salmonella and other health risks. This is simply unacceptable. The taste Both the chicken and the side dishes (coleslaw and fries) were completely tasteless. The chicken seemed unseasoned, the quality of the meat was poor, and the coleslaw had no fresh flavor whatsoever. Portioning of the sauces For a large bucket there were only 2 small sauces (approx. 20ml). It is obvious that this amount will never be enough for two people. How can a chicken shop not understand something like this? service The staff seemed unmotivated, were busy with their cell phones during our visit, and the overall atmosphere seemed listless. Conclusion: For €24.99 we got a dish that was completely inadequate in terms of taste, quality and safety. Even though the store often seems busy from the outside, we can't understand the hype. Our advice: Save your money and your health!

The order takers are rude and don't follow the instructions. Got the wrong order twice. Also mushroom burger is tasteless, not worth the money.

This afternoon I finally visited Palmo Fried Chicken in Frankfurt after I had been looking forward to it for a long time. The many positive reviews and YouTube videos had raised my expectations - but the disappointment was even greater when I was actually there. The store itself seemed unkempt and uncoordinated, with an overall rather unclean impression. I had the family bucket for two people, which I shared with my wife. This was supposed to be "spicy", but the chicken wings were completely neutral and neither seasoned nor tasted particularly fresh. The breading of the crispys was light and soft instead of crispy. Only the fillet bites were convincing: they were surprisingly tender, juicy and aromatic, even better than those from KFC. So if I were to get anything again, it would just be these fillet bites. The fries were okay. I just didn't like the spice. But this is a matter of taste. The aioli dip was also disappointing - it tasted more like a sour yogurt sauce with a bit of garlic than a proper aioli. All in all, the experience was a bitter disappointment for me. For the price and the hype this store receives on various platforms, I definitely expected more. Personally, I would prefer to use KFC next time. Unfortunately not a place I would return to.

Waiting times are too long. Staff is visibly busy, preferring to chat and discuss private situations. One person works, the other employees run and don't know what to do with themselves. It's a shame because the food tastes very good.

Yummy! Crispy chicken, delicious fries and fresh coleslaw. Great price too. A successful change from KFC - even if it tastes very similar. Good location at the end of the Zeil, inside it looks and smells just like KFC, the outside seating is great. Food comes quickly and is reasonably priced, would come again.

I used to love their spicy chicken wings. But this time had worst experience. I ordered 12 wings for take out, out of which 5 were extremely tiny wings (no meat, only fried bones tbh). Bland in taste!

I waited 35 minutes for my food it was a small order. I even went to the checkout every now and then and asked how long it would take. They said it would be ready soon. Then I went forward after 35 minutes and said that I didn't want to wait any longer and wanted my money back and said that there was a reason that something was missing even though everyone who ordered after me had already received their food. Then I listened to what the other colleague said that the order receipt was no longer there. I could have waited hours for food. There was no apology or concession the last time!
