Essen war sehr lecker, aber die Toiletten haben sehr stark gerochen, aber trotzdem ein Besuch wert.

Schlechtes Essen, ich habe Bauchschmerzen bekommen die Qualität ist wie bei KFC

Das Hähnchenfleisch war größtenteils trocken, die weiße Soße schmeckte komisch, die Mac and Cheese im Burger bestanden nur aus trockenen Nudeln, im Restaurant war es brütend heiß – es gab entweder keine Klimaanlage oder sie war für einen so heißen Tag zu schwach –, nur die Chicken Wings waren gut. Für diese Qualität war der Preis viel zu hoch.

Wenn das nicht beste Fried Chicken Laden in Frankfurt ist dann bin ich ein Ayri. Jeder wirklich jeder muss einmal hier hin!!! Mitarbeiter sehr nett und freundlich wirklich bestes Personal!! Aufjedenfall ist eine Rückkehr gesichert!!!

Achtung, unhygienisch und uneinsichtig! Während meines Besuchs im Innenbereich wurde mein Esstisch von Tauben attackiert und komplett unbrauchbar gemacht. Das Restaurant weigerte sich anschließend strikt, den Schaden zu ersetzen. ​Der Betreiber ignoriert hierbei völlig seine gesetzlichen Pflichten: Ein Gastronom ist rechtlich dazu verpflichtet, den Innenbereich sauber, hygienisch und frei von Schädlingen wie Wildvögeln zu halten. Das ergibt sich klar aus den öffentlich-rechtlichen Hygienevorschriften (EU-Lebensmittelhygiene-Verordnung Nr. 852/2004) sowie der zivilrechtlichen Verkehrssicherungspflicht nach § 241 Abs. 2 BGB und § 280 Abs. 1 BGB. ​Wer seinen Essbereich nicht vor Tauben schützt und seinen Gästen dann auch noch den Ersatz verweigert, handelt absolut unprofessionell. Der Vorfall wird nun an das zuständige Ordnungsamt (Lebensmittelaufsicht) weitergeleitet. Keine Empfehlung! Er war sehr recpektlos

Der Mitarbeiter hat versucht, unsere Auswahl zu beeinflussen und hat unsere Bestellung nicht so aufgenommen, wie wir sie gewünscht haben. Als Gäste erwarten wir, selbst entscheiden zu dürfen, was wir bestellen – alles andere ist für uns nicht in Ordnung. Wir haben uns dadurch sehr unwohl und nicht willkommen gefühlt. Absolut fantastisch! das knusprige Hähnchen die ich je gegessen habe. Das Fleisch ist perfekt gewürzt, das Brot frisch und die Saucen sind einfach ein Traum. Der Service war super freundlich und schnell. Man merkt, dass hier Qualität großgeschrieben wird. Ab jetzt ist dieser Laden ein absoluter Pflichtstopp für mich. Das Fried Chicken war mittelmäßig. Die Panade sehr fest und das Chicken drunter etwas trocken.

Ich esse sehr oft in meiner Freizeit hier und finde Palmi fried chicken überragend. Die Ambiente der Service das Essen insgesamt eine 10/10. Das Essen ist immer warm schmeckt super und die Preise legen dabei nur noch die Kirsche auf die Sahne Torte. 10/10 empfehlens wert ob mit Familie, Freunde oder alleine.

Super Essen nette Mitarbeiter und sehr sauber

Ich war heute dort essen und habe beim Reinbeißen ein Haar in meinem Essen gefunden. Ich habe das direkt einem Mitarbeiter gezeigt, der wirkte verunsichert und hat mich zur Kasse weitergeleitet. Dort habe ich die Situation erneut geschildert und das Haar im essen gezeigt. Leider wurde meine Beschwerde nicht ernst genommen, sondern eher belächelt. Es wurde sogar behauptet, dass es „so nicht aussehe würde“, obwohl man deutlich gesehen hat dass das Haar aus dem Essen herauskommt. Nach meiner Aussage das ich es ekelhaft finde und wegschmeiße, fand es der Mitarbeiter sehr witzig und lachte. Mir wurde lediglich angeboten, ein neues Produkt zu bekommen, was ich aufgrund des Ekels abgelehnt habe. Danach hat sich niemand weiter um den Vorfall gekümmert. Sehr enttäuschend – sowohl was die Hygiene als auch den Umgang mit Kunden betrifft.

Hier fühlt man sich als Kunde wirklich willkommen - ich komme definitiv wieder.

Lecker, allerdings war die Panade etwas fad im Geschmack. Da haben Gewürze gefehlt. Die Pommes war schön knusprig und innen weich und das Chicken saftig.

I searched for a long time for a halal KFC and finally found it. The food is delicious and the restaurant is clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly and the food was also very tasty. At first, I thought the chicken was raw, but the employee said it was the spices and it didn't taste raw at all. In short, I can recommend this restaurant and would definitely come back.

The wrap on the menu is significantly too small for the price. The fries and side dishes were fresh. It could be cleaner overall; there's a lot of trash on the floor.

Ordered the 3er Chicken Teile, it was not properly cooked and some pieces were raw. I asked the staff about to check it and they couldn't do anything about it.

Maşallah, it's a place with delicious food. You can choose any of the menus with peace of mind. We chose the Spicy Burger Menu and the Filet Classic Menu. Both the burgers, fries, and salad were delicious. It's one of the most reasonably priced places in central Frankfurt where you can eat halal. There's ample outdoor seating. Parking is a matter of luck.

We once ordered the Family Bucket from KFC – it tasted just as good as you'd expect from KFC. I particularly like the fact that it's a halal-certified product. It's definitely worth recommending as a snack between meals.

Honestly the best fried chicken in the region. Not compared only to halal restaurants but all fried chicken restaurants in general. Both spicy and normal chicken pieces have a very tasty crust. Additionally, the staff is exceptionally friendly. Everytime I go there they surpass my last best experience with them. If you are a fried chicken lover you shouldn't miss this place. I love Palmo.

Good place. I ordered 6 wings, but afterwards noticed it was 7 wings. I told this to the guy, and he said it's a gift, I thanked him, and returned to my table, and right the next moment the guy put pommes for me and said it's one more gift. It was very kind. I bought the Fillet Nuggets menu. Unfortunately, it was extremely dry and flavorless. The meat was also slightly yellow on the inside (unlike the picture). I can't comment on the other menus, but I definitely won't be buying the Fillet Nuggets! :(

Halal fast food in Frankfurt. 2.5 km away from central station. The food quality and price are ok. The car parking complexes are also nearby and cost 1 euro per hour.

He reacted to simple questions in an annoyed and stroppy way - as if someone were disturbing you. This kind of behavior towards customers is absolutely unprofessional. Based on this experience, I will definitely not order from here again.
