I was there yesterday and it was not my first time but the stuff yesterday niggt was so rude and they were just hunting girls and really Unpolite

Yummy! Crispy chicken, delicious fries and fresh coleslaw. Great price too. A successful change from KFC - even if it tastes very similar. Good location at the end of the Zeil, inside it looks and smells just like KFC, the outside seating is great. Food comes quickly and is reasonably priced, would come again.

The food is delicious and the staff is quick to prepare the order. May God bless their livelihood 🌷

I used to love their spicy chicken wings. But this time had worst experience. I ordered 12 wings for take out, out of which 5 were extremely tiny wings (no meat, only fried bones tbh). Bland in taste!

I waited 35 minutes for my food it was a small order. I even went to the checkout every now and then and asked how long it would take. They said it would be ready soon. Then I went forward after 35 minutes and said that I didn't want to wait any longer and wanted my money back and said that there was a reason that something was missing even though everyone who ordered after me had already received their food. Then I listened to what the other colleague said that the order receipt was no longer there. I could have waited hours for food. There was no apology or concession the last time!

Employees rolled (licked) cigarettes behind the counter and washed them. Afterwards no gloves were put on but the food was touched directly. The food didn't taste like anything and it's just not like it used to be. The store is nice but the hygiene is disgusting.

Wouldn't recommend it because the workers are very incompetent to process an order. When I contacted the local, I was told that they couldn't ask me for compensation. I was hung up on in the face and my number was blocked. In my opinion, that doesn't work at all. Never again

The staff is very courteous and responds to requests. The owner is very polite. Personally, the chicken pieces taste better to me than at KFC and are juicy and crispy. A clear 10/10✅

I was there yesterday for İftar. Everything was very tasty, staff are always running around and checking to see if the customers need anything else. They distributed ayran and dates for Ramadan. (Burger was just a bit dry in my opinion)🍔🍟🍗😋😋

When I entered the store, the staff was sitting on their laptop in the dining room. I went to the checkout and he stood up like I was a burden. His body language made it clear he wasn't interested in me. The order was taken in exactly the same way, listlessly. The prices stated on the company's own homepage do not correspond to the prices in the store. I wonder why they don't change this and mislead customers. In store prices are 35% more expensive. I order the Family Bucket. On the homepage 19.95€ in the store just under 27€. Change was not given back correctly, even if it was a cent, something like that is a no-go! If change was missing you could point it out to the customer and that wouldn't have been a problem. But I find simply remaining silent and not giving enough money back anti-social. Sauces are thrown into the bag from a distance. It's still food, you should respect food. However, the food was very tasty! I don't want to harm you, so I will delete this review after a week. I just want the boss to see this and improve these points. I hope you continue to be successful.

Had the mushroom burger, which was quite tasty, but unfortunately the fries and chicken weren't quite cooked through. During service, I caught the cashier rolling his eyes when my wife asked my little daughter what kind of sauce she wanted to eat; the question must have taken him too long. I think the ambience is quite good, good music and nicely decorated.

It was really tasty. The food was given out really fast. The whole restaurant is hygenic. On top of that the restaurant claims its halal meat they use. All in all, 5 stars!

As soon as I entered the restaurant, I was greeted by the pleasant smell of freshly prepared chicken dishes. So I ate here 2-3 times and the food was ok, but the quality and taste of the food was lacking today. You can understand the negative reviews about this store. The service is a few crappies who can't talk to the customers in a friendly way. The fries were very dry and the chicken wasn't even cooked through - it makes you feel sick after eating it 🤢

Der Laden hat ein gewissen Hype entwickelt. Ich musste es einmal ausprobieren. Ich war heute Mittag da gewesen und muss sagen dass es super lecker war. Das Essen kam frisch an. Die Wings sind super lecker , da man als Muslim wenige Optionen hat essen zu gehen mit den Kindern ist es eine super Option . Für die Kinder gab es die Kids Menüs die vollkommen ausgereicht haben. Wir haben noch dazu das Menü Nummer 4 bestellt und einmal den Cheesburger Menü um auch das Rindfleisch zu probieren. Beide Burger wurden warm serviert und waren super lecker. Der Seevice an der Kasse war sehr sympathisch und zuvorkommend. Gerne kommen wir noch einmal her!:)

Ich kann den Hype 0 nachvollziehen. Viele haben von diesem Laden geschwärmt und meinten dass es sehr lecker und perfekt sei. Es hat mich vom Gegenteil überzeugt. Das Essen kam kalt an. Das Burgerbrot war sehr trocken sowie der Rest vom Burger auch. Als würde es schon seit Tagen drin stehen. Frisch wurde es aufjedenfall nicht zubereitet. Geschmeckt hat es nicht. Ich habe wie jeder andere auch eine Lebensmittelvergiftung bekommen. Toll war es nicht. Ob es anfangs anders war weiß ich nicht. Laut meiner Umfrage war es am Anfang sehr lecker und alles war super. Ich war unter der Woche dort und kann sagen dass ich dort nie wieder hingehen werde. Eine zweite Chance hat es nicht verdient.

Pommes waren innen weich und außen knusprig. Das einzige was ich zu bemängel hätte ist der Coleslow irgendwie war da kein geschmack. Als würde man den Weißkraut so roh essen. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Das Resturant ist Helal.

Hallo ein Super laden habt Ihr mitten in Frankfurt eröffnet. Freundliches Personal, leckere Hähnchen, allerdings ist mir erst später aufgefallen das meine Bestellung nicht vollständig ist. Die verschiedenen Telefonnummern die auf der Homepage und im Impressum sind, funktionieren leider nicht. Ich wollte ganz gerne Bescheid geben, dass ich morgen komme und das ganze nochmals kläre. Sehr ärgerlich ist es, dass man wirklich keinen erreichen tut. Ich habe versucht bei Palmengrill anzurufen, da sind 2 Personen dran gewesen und konnten leider kein Deutsch sprechen. Tasteless, dry and cold chicken. Whoever’s comparing this place with KFC needs to get their tastebuds checked. Super disappointed. Waste of money. The guy at the counter was also aloof and not welcoming.

On paar with KFC, I can say it's even better than KFC for the flavor and price. A little slow with the service but still tolerable. I hope they expand to other city soon.

I have visited palmo many times but today i was there around 3 PM and the food provided to us was not upto Mark. Burgers seem old and coleslaw seems 1 day old and dried. Previously I always had good experiences but today it just like any ordinary burger.

Delicious Halal restaurant, thr best alternate of KFC. Variety of menus and all tatse good. Ambiance is good as well, but despite having good number of tables, this place is always crowdy, and people have to wait to get a table. I have visited it many times, and everytime I had to wait for 15 mints minimum to order my food, because of long line. The prices are also moderate, you will get a good deal for one person between 10€ to 14€. Highly recommended.

Kann man nur weiterempfehlen. Wirklich sehr lecker bei konstant bleibender Qualität. Sauberes Lokal und entspannte Atmosphäre. Das Personal und vor allem die Führungskraft sind einfach nur top. 1 Stern Abzug, da uns leider die Chicken Burger nicht überzeugt haben. Die Beef Burger sind aber einfach nur genial!

Wirklich gutes Chicken! Wir waren zu Besuch in Frankfurt und waren zwei mal da. Ich wünschte es würde Palmo Fried Chicken auch in meiner Heimatstad geben. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und das Ambiente passt gut.

Absolutely delicious spicy crispy wings. The fries were also hot and fresh. The coleslaw was perfect. The chicken strips were quite dense and dry though.

Das Essen ist lecker, aber leider alles kalt. Essen vorher schon fertig gemacht, Getränke sind vorbereitet und daher ist essen kalt und Getränke ohne Kohlensäure. Kaltes Essen schmeckt NICHT. 🥲

Ein sehr sauberes und gutes Lokal.Die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und sehr höflich und gehen auch auf Wünsche ein. Das Essen schmeckt echt mega gut und das Preis-Leistungs - Verhältnis passt. Meiner Meinung nach ist dieses Lokal viel besser als KFC. Die Burger und die Wings waren perfekt zubereitet und es wurde an nichts gespart. Kann ich nur empfehlen für jeden der eine halal KFC Variante von KFC sucht.

Ein Besuch lohnt sich. Es handelt sich um ein angenehm-sauberes Restaurant mit freundlichem Service und schöner Außenbestuhlung. Das Essen schmeckt ausgezeichnet und ist auf den Punkt zubereitet. Ich werde wiederkommen!

Nun - es ist verhältnismäßig teuer, aber dafür sind die Teile sehr viel größer. Man kommt eigentlich mit einem Hähnchenteil schon durchaus aus, um satt zu werden. Es ist würziger - anders als beim Old Colonel. Aber irgendwie anders gebacken. Es war fettiger.
