Essen war typisch Schnell-Liefer-Service, alles andere als die Catfish Bilder auf Lieferando. Zudem Extrawunsch nicht beachtet & falsche Cola geliefert.

Habe 2,5 Stunden auf mein Essen gewartet. Die Bestellung war: Ein Chicken Burger Menü und 4 Crispy Chicken. Nach 2,5 Stunden hat der Fahrer mit dann 1 Portion Pommes und eine Cola Zero in die Hand gedrückt. Nach langer Diskussion bin ich dann selber zum Laden gefahren. Habe denen die Pommes in die Hand gedrückt und mein Essen dann selber abgeholt. Einfach nur eine Katastrophe. Der Fahrer hat auch nicht bei mir geklingelt, sondern ich musste zu ihm ans Auto laufen und er hat es mir dann aus dem Auto rausgegeben.

Was ein Glück, bin hier im Krankenhaus und habe von euch ein super leckeres Essen bekommen. Vielen Dank für die schnelle Lieferung!!!

Ich war heute hier und es war einfach supeeeer! 😍 Das Chicken war frisch, knusprig und richtig lecker. Auch die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und der Service war richtig schnell. Sehr lecker - insbesondere die Chili-Koriander-Pommes. Zum ersten Mal in meinem Leben gegessen, hätte ich es selbst vor dreißig Jahren schon erfinden sollen. Wirklich sehr ansprechend gewürzt. Alles andere, was ich hatte, war auch sehr lecker. Dazu sehr freundliches Personal.

Haben über Lieferando bestellt. Die Lieferung kam 1 Stunde verspätet. Wenn man im Laden anruft sagt einem ein unhöflicher Mitarbeiter, der Fahrer sei gerade erst losgefahren.

Wir haben gerade 2 Stunden und 30 Minuten auf einen Cheeseburger und einen Chickenwrap gewartet... das ist schrecklich...

Ich warte schon in 2 ten mal mehr als 1,5 Stunden auf mein Essen , obwohl der Laden um die Ecke ist , letzte Mal waren die Pommes auch schon lapprisch jetzt wird es bestimmt wieder so , dass war leider dass letzte Mal …

Nicht böse gemeint aber das war nicht gut

Seid bestimmt Monaten wenn nicht Jahren, wird die Speisekarte nicht aktuallisiert. Ich wollte ein chickenburger und hatte den Betrag, der auf der Karte stand und mir fehlten nach neuem preis 50 cent. Ich wurde abgewiesen wegen 50 cent. Das wars für mich.

Restaurant löscht Bestellungen nach 1 Stunde warten weil sie kein Rabatt bezahlen wollten den Lieferando angeboten hat . Sowas peinliches habe ich noch nie erlebt . Ich war stolzer Kunde seit mehreren Jahren war ich sehr zufrieden. Das war eindeutig das letzte Mal . Ich habe ihn sogar 2 mal angerufen . Jetzt muss ich auf mein Geld warten bis es zurück storniert wird und bleibt wohl beim leeren Magen . Vielen Dank 💪🏿 ( ein Stern ist zu viel )

Dieser Laden ist nicht zu empfehlen. 👎 Das Personal ist total unfreundlich und Lieferdienste werden bevorzugt bedient, weshalb man etwa 30 Minuten auf sein Essen warten musste. 😠 Die Parkplatzsuche ist eine Katastrophe 🅿️, und man kann nur bar bezahlen. 💸 Ich kann ihn definitiv nicht empfehlen.

Die Preise was auf die Speisekarte ganz anders als die man bezahlen muss. Man bekommt ein Zettel mit Hand geschrieben nur die Summe. und die checken teilweise sind über frittiert zu hart Keine richtige Quittung

Ich bin sehr unzufrieden habe jetzt das dritte Mal bestellt und das Essen kam nie pünktlich und meistens 2,30h später Und heute beim letzte Mal wider ich gefragt ob ich das haben will da habe ich gesagt das ich es eigentlich wegen der warte Zeit nicht zahlen müsste und dann hieße es das das Essen dann ein andere Kunde bekommt Wo ich noch mal angerufen habe hieß es es tut ihm leid und beim nächsten Mal würde ich was gratis bekommen und ich soll bitte die Bewertung nicht machen ich mache diese trotzdem das andere Leute auch Bescheid wissen

Sehr netter Empfang. Alle sind sehr freundlich. Und das Hähnchen schmeckt hervorragend. Ich kann es uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

War lecker aber ein bisschen convenient

Leider eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung. Das Essen hat überhaupt nicht geschmeckt. Die Bedienung war unfreundlich und der Mann hinter der Theke wirkte extrem gelangweilt und respektlos. Die Tische waren dreckig und wurden nicht gereinigt. Außerdem war die Heizung trotz Minusgraden defekt, es war sehr kalt im Lokal. Insgesamt absolut nicht empfehlenswert!!!

I ordered through Lieferando and all the food was cold and tasted like it was from yesterday. There was gristle in the burger patty, the chili cheese nuggets weren't filled, and the plastic packaging was burnt onto the food. My girlfriend has been feeling sick since eating her burger, and we had to throw half of it away. The reviews are probably fake, and when you call, an unfriendly man answers who can't even speak proper German! I doubt I'll get a refund…

Very bad experience. The food was ice cold, even though it was ordered. Allergy information (tomatoes & onions) was completely ignored, yet there were tomatoes in the wrap. This caused stomach problems. When I called the restaurant, the employee was unfriendly. Absolutely not recommended.

I ordered a burger from Lieferando because the burgers at this place are really delicious, and I went to pick up my order. Unfortunately, I saw with my own eyes that the young man working there was touching everything with his bare hands. He wasn't wearing gloves and used the same hands to touch the salad, the bun, and the burger. When I pointed this out to him, I asked him to please wear gloves and remake my burger, but he secretly wanted to use the same burger again and give it to me. I'm really disappointed, and this is the last time I'll order from this place.

A complete disaster. Food took 2 hours to arrive. Received the wrong order. Called the restaurant and was treated disrespectfully and insulted! Chicken undercooked and greasy!

I called after an hour and a half and was assured that the driver had just left and would be there in half an hour at the latest. After another hour of waiting, I called again. Burger was not a hot chicken special as ordered. It was with egg, the sauce was indefinable... anything but HOT and spicy. In the chicken box there were wings and chicken pieces, which were actually supposed to be bites, i.e. pieces of meat/fillet. All chicken pieces were quite bland and hardly seasoned. Really disappointing. And last but not least, I was charged a deposit for a can of Fanta and a foreign can of Fanta without a deposit seal was delivered. That shouldn't be the case. Really a disgrace.

Never again. I completely dismantled the burger and it used really cheap meat, no real cheese on it, a single slice of cucumber and ketchup as a sauce. You couldn't call it a salad either. I let the owner decide about the food and he served me his recommendation, along with chips and crispies. Card payment wasn't possible, in the end we agreed on PayPal, but now let's get to dinner: The food was surprisingly very tasty, I really enjoyed the burger and the crispies were also good! I will eat there again soon if I'm in the area, but the issue with the smell outside the diner needs to be addressed or it will scare away potential customers.
