Very tasty food, especially the crispies with the homemade sauce. The chicken burger is also nothing to be ashamed of—quite the opposite. Unfortunately, card payments are not accepted.

I ordered a burger from Lieferando because the burgers at this place are really delicious, and I went to pick up my order. Unfortunately, I saw with my own eyes that the young man working there was touching everything with his bare hands. He wasn't wearing gloves and used the same hands to touch the salad, the bun, and the burger. When I pointed this out to him, I asked him to please wear gloves and remake my burger, but he secretly wanted to use the same burger again and give it to me. I'm really disappointed, and this is the last time I'll order from this place.

Delicious food, nice staff and halal

A complete disaster. Food took 2 hours to arrive. Received the wrong order. Called the restaurant and was treated disrespectfully and insulted! Chicken undercooked and greasy!

First, the food didn't arrive for two hours. Second, a side dish was missing, so we called and received a super-rude reply. I've never experienced such a rude employee. A total disgrace, never again. Zero stars, I'd prefer. The best thing you can do is not order there, just good advice!

Ordered through Lieferando for the first time And super disappointed 😞! We waited over 1:45 minutes, then called and spoke to a very young and super friendly employee who then told us, 'Oh, sorry, the problem is we don't have enough drivers and we have to wait 😬' Then the food arrived quickly because I said 10 more minutes or cancel, but unfortunately, the food was truly inedible! Everything was very cold and soggy, and the food was soft! :( From the chicken to the fries and even the burgers 🍔, everything went straight into the trash after one bite :( The coleslaw was absolutely tasteless! The cheesecake and chocolate cake were both still frozen in the middle :( Would you order from here again? I don't think so :(

The official wait time, which can be up to an hour, turned into three hours. I called after an hour and a half and was assured that the driver had just left and would be there in half an hour at the latest. After another hour of waiting, I called again. The staff didn't answer until the tenth call, and they said the driver had been out for ten minutes and would be there shortly. Disrespectful behavior on the phone, lies, and an extremely long delay for a meal that wasn't worth it. I don't recommend this place!

I bought chocolate muffins. When they arrived, they smelled bad. They had been stored in the same place in the freezer where meat is kept, and it smelled really bad. I won't order them again.

Because of an allergy, I had specifically used the note function on Lieferando to identify the burgers. Unfortunately, the names were mixed up. Luckily, I noticed it in time. The breading on the crispies was so crispy in the previous order... Unfortunately, today they're just soft. I hope it was just a bad day today; it happens sometimes. Because of the very good first experience, I'll definitely give you another chance.

I ordered and had to wait a total of over 2 hours for my order, from the store to Unterliederbach, less than 3 km away. After 1.5 hours, I called to ask where the food was. I was told they were busy and the driver would be there soon. Another 30 minutes passed and someone came. The food was hot and looked fresh, so they forgot about my order and then just pretended they were busy. I won't be ordering from here again. If anyone is hungry and wants to eat there, I recommend paying only with cents; the store only accepts cash 😉

Hey everyone, Be careful, don't go there! We ate there for the first time today and have to say the food was very bad. The spicy wings were raw and under-salted, and the crispy chicken tasted like curry. The taste was simply awful! We had to go to the bathroom within half an hour. As we walked in, the whole place looked unappetizing and unhygienic. We don't even need to talk about the staff or the warehouse, which you can see through the entrance. Unfortunately, we didn't read the Google review until afterward. Our colleagues will also share their opinions, so we warn everyone about this place: Stay away! Check out the negative reviews. The fries are oversalted and there weren't enough fries in the takeaway box, it wasn't even half full, which is rude for the price.

I ordered 3 burgers online, which arrived after about an hour. The first burger was simply cold 🤨 and the second one had a large piece of plastic in between the side dishes. I'll never order one again.

I ate there earlier, it was very tasty and you can tell that the products are all fresh and prepared with love. The staff is also super friendly. Gladly again!

Burger was not a hot chicken special as ordered. It was with egg, the sauce was indefinable... anything but HOT and spicy. In the chicken box there were wings and chicken pieces, which were actually supposed to be bites, i.e. pieces of meat/fillet. All chicken pieces were quite bland and hardly seasoned. Really disappointing. And last but not least, I was charged a deposit for a can of Fanta and a foreign can of Fanta without a deposit seal was delivered. That shouldn't be the case. Really a disgrace.

We are currently at the children's hospital and my son got us burgers from here and I have to say I wasn't expecting anything good for the price but I was very pleasantly surprised! The crispy chicken burger was extremely tasty and we will definitely be eating it again today! The chicken is super crispy and juicy on the inside and the bun is richly topped with matching sauce, salad etc. really, really tasty! There are much more expensive options elsewhere and not nearly as tasty

Never again. I completely dismantled the burger and it used really cheap meat, no real cheese on it, a single slice of cucumber and ketchup as a sauce. You couldn't call it a salad either. To be honest, I replaced everything except the patty with food from home and scraped off the "sauce". These were all finished products from discounters. Let's do better at home. The meat tastes strange. The hot wings are not spicy and the prices are good, but given the quality, even that is too expensive. Or the other way around: what did we expect given the prices? Better go to KFC. Still fast food and unhealthy. But at least it tastes good.

Unable to provide good service. The staff is unable to ask questions about an “incompletely” worded order. The most expensive dish is then simply prepared. Zero understanding that the incorrect preparation is a fault of the service. The very last store!!!!!

Quality of the wings is really not good.. It tastes like they don't change the oil. The only good thing is the fries. I don't think the employees feel like being there either

HFC is no longer what it used to be. I've ordered there a lot but now you can see and taste that they've simply worn off. The salad in the burger is not fresh, the meat tastes like rubber and the fries are dry and seasonless.

It's good as it's halal option. Good taste was fair. But i was charged for ketchup, mayo and all. But over priced, owner wasn't very friendly, as i asked for discount, or complementary ketchup.

It really smelled bad outside the shop, so I wasn't really sure about the food, but I finally convinced myself to try the food. I let the owner decide about the food and he served me his recommendation, along with chips and crispies. Card payment wasn't possible, in the end we agreed on PayPal, but now let's get to dinner: The food was surprisingly very tasty, I really enjoyed the burger and the crispies were also good! I will eat there again soon if I'm in the area, but the issue with the smell outside the diner needs to be addressed or it will scare away potential customers. All in all, a very good snack and definitely recommended! Top!

We were there on May 27th. Very tasty food, nice atmosphere and the service was very nice and friendly. And even though I like eating meat, it was a very good and filling meal where I didn't miss anything. We would like to come again.

Takes getting used to. You get your burger and fries on a tray with paper on it. No cutlery, just careless on paper. The food was quite good, but everything outside was very unpleasant. The boys were nice, but they couldn't even do the simplest addition. Unfortunately we won't be coming back.

Wir waren heute dort es hat uns sehr gefallen als wir reinkamen wurden wir nett begrüßt ,danach haben wir bestellt es gab eine tolle Auswahl an Köstlichen Gerichten und das Preis leistungsverhältnis war top.Das Essen war auch unheimlich lecker und machte super satt die Kellner waren extra wegen unseren extrawünschen einkaufen gegangen.Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert das Essen ist lecker die Preise sind super und die Kellner sind wirklich sehr nett.

Wer Fried Chicken mag liegt hier richtig. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis toppt den andere -FC und die Lieferung ist immer schnell. Noch hab ich nichts bestellt was ich nicht nochmal bestellen könnte, allerdings bleib ich meist beim Chicken. Weiter so Leute! Update: 2 Jahre später und immer noch mein Lieblings Fried Chicken in FFM, und ich habe einige probiert.

Wir waren nur auf der Durchreise und durch Zufall entdeckt. Super lecker. Schnelle Zubereitung und Unschlagbare Preise. Eine Empfehlung für alle, kommt vorbei.

War am Anfang sehr sehr gut! Sehr lecker und es hat immer alles gepasst. Mit der Zeit gibt es immer mehr Fehler. Die Rechnung vor Ort sind bei mir mehrmals falsch gewesen und die Bestellungen nachhause sind auch nicht fehlerfrei. Auch leider nicht mehr so lecker wie anfangs. Sehr schade! Der Inhaber/ die Familie ist aber sehr nett. Leider hört die Bedienung manchmal nicht richtig hin und rechnet auch falsch zusammen. Nachtrag: also derzeit hat der Geschmack und die Qualität sehr nachgelassen. Ich würde erstmal nicht da essen gehen.

Früher habe ich mich sehr sehr auf die crispies gefreut, sind sie leider nicht mehr Spezial. Sie sind schlecht gewürzt, der Teig ist nicht knusprig, es schmeckt aufgewärmt. Das ist sehr schade!

As an autistic person with many food sensitivities, I was served a burger with "the works", and it was surprisingly an incredibly easy meal to eat! Highly recommended for English-speaking tourists.
