Sehr leckeres Essen, tolles Ambiente, freundlicher Service und ein top Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Alles sehr schön - toller Biergarten, tolle Terrasse, tolle Räumlichkeiten. Service und Essen gut. Nur eines ist ein bisschen schade: der Essensstand mit Selbstbedienung draußen im Biergarten sollte eigentlich immer geöffnet sein. Grillhähnchen, Bratwurst und Pommes würden eigentlich schon genügen.

Gutes Ambiente und leckeres Essen

Man fühlt sich nicht als willkommener Gast, wenn man den Biergarten betritt, sondern eher sls lästig, weil zu wenig Personal vorhanden ist. Da werden die freien Tische einfach als reserviert deklariert.

Immer wieder gerne! Meist halten wir bei einer Fahrradtour mal auf ein Wasser oder Bier an, essen eine Kleinigkeit.Der Service ist freundlich, manchmal dauert es bisschen, bis das Essen kommt, aber wir sind ja nicht in Eile, und das Personal, tut was es kann. Der Biergarten läd schon zum Verweilen ein. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne dorthin.

Der Samannshof ist toll gelegen und bietet eine wirklich schöne Atmosphäre. Sowohl draußen der Biergarten als auch die Terasse sind schön gestaltet. Auch der gesamte Bereich im Inneren ist schön hergerichtet. Das Essen und der Service sind top. Wir waren nun schon einge Male dort.

Hier kann man sich gut aufhalten, im Biergarten oder im Lokal. Ideal auch für Fahrradfahrer und ausreichend Parkplätze für PKWs

Es war wirklich sehr sehr lecker. Wir waren mit 9 Personen dort und jeder Teller war leer 🤌🏼 Trotzdessen das es an Ostersonntag sehr voll war kam unser Essen zeitgleich an den Tisch sodass wir gemeinsam essen konnten. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder und freuen uns schon auf den Biergarten ☺️☀️

Wir waren im Restaurant Samannshof und sind wirklich begeistert. Hier stimmt das Gesamtpaket! ​Der Service: Das Personal ist super freundlich, aufmerksam und sorgt direkt dafür, dass man sich als Gast willkommen fühlt. ​Das Ambiente: Alles ist blitzsauber und die Atmosphäre ist herrlich gemütlich. Man kann hier einfach wunderbar entspannen. ​Das Essen: Die Speisekarte ist nicht überladen – was für mich immer ein echtes Qualitätsmerkmal ist! Man schmeckt einfach, dass die Gerichte frisch zubereitet werden. Mein Essen kam richtig heiß an den Tisch und hat fantastisch geschmeckt. ​Fazit: Wer ehrliche, frische Küche in einer gemütlichen Atmosphäre sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Landgasthaus in idyllischer Gegend. Freundlicher Service und Biker Küche.

Der Samannshof ist ein wunderschön idyllischer Ort mitten in der Natur. Hier kann man nicht nur gut und regional essen, sondern auch entspannt mit dem Ruderboot übers Wasser gleiten. Die ruhige Atmosphäre und das Gesamtpaket aus Natur, Genuss und Erholung machen den Besuch zu etwas ganz Besonderem.

Schönes Restaurant mit Aussenterasse.Viele Fahrradfahrer die hier Rast machen.Bedienung war sehr freundlich und das Essen war lecker.

Wir waren nur am Steg und haben gar keine Ruderboote mehr gesehen.

Preis-Leistung nicht mehr gerechtfertigt, z.B. Schnitzel Wiener art 21,00 Euro also jetzt hörts auf 😔

Hunde verboten, der Laden wirkt heruntergekommen

Bewertung: ⭐ (1/5) ​Von außen macht der Laden leider einen sehr heruntergekommenen und renovierungsbedürftigen Eindruck – und das liegt definitiv nicht an der Jahreszeit. Dieser Zustand scheint über Jahre hinweg vernachlässigt worden zu sein. ​Eigentlich lädt die schöne Lage am Waldrand nach einem Spaziergang ideal zur Einkehr ein. Die Enttäuschung folgte jedoch prompt: Ein kleiner, gepflegter Zwergpudel darf hier nicht mit hinein. Hunde sind strikt verboten! In der heutigen Zeit und bei dieser Lage ist das absolut unverständlich und wenig gastfreundlich. ​Wir sind daraufhin direkt zum nächsten Restaurant weitergezogen. Wenn das Innere hält, was die Fassade verspricht, haben wir wohl nichts verpasst. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Restaurant hatte an einem Freitag 20:00 7 belegte Tische. Personal macht seinen Job, aber auch nicht mehr. Als wir das Restaurant betrat, nach dem Tisch fragten, wurden wir mit einem Fingerzeig zum Tisch gewiesen. Essen- in meinem Fall Seehecht auf Spinat (das war eine reiner Matsch zerkocht - Seehecht zweimal gestorben. Kroketten, die einfach unterirdisch waren. Portion 26,50 €. Bezahle ich gerne, wenn das Essen dementsprechend gut ist. Aber das war nichts. Eine Flasche Wasser 7,90 €! Vorspeisenvarianten 22,50 €. Und was dann kam war ein Witz, beim Italiener bekommt man tatsächlich einen tollen Vorspeisenteller und bezahlt dafür im Schnitt 17 €. Was Tatsächlich zu viel dabei war, soviel Brot, dass man es nicht essen konnte, dafür hätte man lieber die Vorspeisen Qualitativ hochwertiger zusammenstellen können. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt tatsächlich überhaupt nicht. Für mich leider nicht empfehlenswert. D.h. kein Dritter Besuch. Wir während vor zwei Jahren schon mal dort, Waren auch nicht begeistert und wollten es jetzt noch mal versuchen. Außer, dass die Preise gestiegen sind und auch hier die gesenkte Mehrwertsteuer nicht an den Gast weitergegeben wird. Fotos Lassen sich leider nicht posten. Möchte aber noch hinzufügen, das seit Corona die Ansprüche der Menschen, d.h. die Gastronomiebetriebe aufsuchen, offenbar gesunken ist. So ungefähr. wir sind ja froh, dass überhaupt etwas geöffnet hat. Gastronomie ist sicherlich schwierig, aber dass es geht zeigt zum Beispiel das Grafschafter Wirtshaus, Ameci in Düsseldorf oder Bellini & viele andere.

Essen war sehr gut und der Service sehr bemüht. Leider war die Wartezeit etwas zu lang.

Hervorragende Küche, leider liegt das Restaurant weit draußen und man muss schon einen fahrbaren Untersatz haben um dort hin zu kommen.

Die Martinsgans war super lecker und erstmal die Maronensoße!😋 Die Portionen waren gut, so dass man richtig satt war! Das ganze zu einem vernünftigen Preis! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Ambiente sehr gemütlich!

Das erste Mal dort gewesen als der Besitzer im alten Lokal war und dort waren wir schon vom Gesamtpaket begeistert, nachdem Umzug in den Samannshof, welcher mittlerweile auch schon länger her ist, des öfteren hier gewesen und gleichbleibend bis heute alles top, Ambiente vom Stil sehr gemütlich modern Rustikal eingerichtet, Qualität des Essens super, Preis-Leistung = Fair, Service zuvorkommend freundlich, klar wenn es voll ist kann ich nicht erwarten in 2 min bedient zu werden. Den einzigen winzigen Punkt ziehe ich nur bezüglich der Lautstärke ab, je nachdem wo man sitzt schon laut und wuselig. Abbbber das ist wirklich jammern auf hohem Niveau deswegen 4,999 Sterne von 5 ;) Ein Lob an das gesamte Team, der Chef kann stolz auf Euch und sich sein. Bis zum nächsten Mal.

Delicious as always, the appetizer (pan-fried prawns and bruschetta) and mushroom schnitzel and roast beef with fried potatoes. Everything is freshly prepared, and the wait is worth it.

This was our first time at the Sammanshof and we would love to visit again. The restaurant is stylishly decorated. The staff is super friendly. The food is delicious and freshly prepared. There are daily specials to complement the existing menu. Great! I was very pleased that a restaurateur thought about presenting the dishes in a sensible menu. Everything in the restaurant is on the ground floor. A very important tip: reserve a table! We deducted a small number of points for the long wait: 55 minutes for two meals without appetizers (schnitzel and roast beef platter) at 5:20 p.m. Three tables with guests who arrived after us received their food before us. The restaurant is definitely highly recommended.

On the way back from Venlo, we found this beautiful beer garden, located in the countryside next to a cycle path, and sat outside in the sunshine, enjoying a delicious cold draft beer and a small snack of currywurst and fries with mayo. The service was very friendly, and the beer and food were very tasty. Keep up the good work 👍👍👍

Wonderful location with terrace in the middle of nature, with a lake across. It was really busy for a Tuesday evening, but the service was fast.

Very quiet location in the forest, large beer garden, varied menu. Sunday sale of homemade cakes baked on site.

It was our first time there, and it was a very nice beer garden and restaurant. We ate in the restaurant, which had a delicious schnitzel with mushroom sauce, a perfect steak, and incredibly tasty spare ribs. Boltenhagen Alt on tap was simply perfect. We were very satisfied and will definitely come back...

Mini portions for a lot of money!!! On a flat plate, a thin layer of iceberg lettuce, 3 halved cocktail tomatoes, 6-7 small pieces of fried chicken fillet, a few croutons, and some dressing. Charging €18.90 is completely excessive and a rip-off. To top it all off, the young waiters with Turkish names added two more beers to our bill that we didn't even consume. A disgrace!!! Conclusion: Once and never again! We absolutely cannot understand the many good reviews, and the pleasant atmosphere doesn't help either.

The food was truly amazing! The starter was fresh bread with aioli – simply delicious. The Caesar salad with chicken breast for the main course was perfectly balanced: crisp lettuce, tender meat, and a very good dressing. A definite recommendation; I'd be happy to come back!

Unfortunately, I don't recommend it. The Caesar salad was very heavy on the stomach, didn't taste good, and caused an upset stomach that lasted for two days.

Rumsteak was amazing, everything wonderful, next time in that area mayne better weather so we can enjoy the outside.

A truly excellent restaurant in the heart of the Littau district. The food was of very good quality, and the ambiance offered far more than that of a standard day-trip restaurant. The beer garden is also worth a visit!

We were repeatedly very satisfied at Samanshof.

There were 15 of us there. First, the positive: the food arrived hot and relatively simultaneously. Everyone really enjoyed it, and the value for money was good. The location is also very nice. The weather was nice, and we were able to sit outside. Unfortunately, the service wasn't that good. We had to wait forever to be served. We couldn't even order dessert because they simply didn't give us a menu. We were there for several hours, and the server only rarely came to ask if we wanted anything else. We also had to wait forever for our bill. I would come again, but only because of the location and the food. Unfortunately, the service was terrible.

The Samannshof is in a very idyllic location and is an excellent place to stop if you are cycling and the food is also very tasty.

We were there yesterday and had reserved for 12 adults plus two children. Despite two other large parties taking place at the same time, we didn't notice at all. The service was excellent, and we were always available to ask. The appetizer was as requested and super, super delicious. The main course arrived for everyone at the same time! Great timing, quick preparation, and super delicious food! We were delighted that we chose Samannshof for our civil wedding. It went exactly as we had imagined. Thank you so much! Big compliments ♥️

Just always great. There's nothing to complain about

We were there on March 23rd. with 8 people with our voucher books here. We were all very satisfied. In summer it should be a very idyllic location. The staff was very accommodating. The noise in the restaurant was pleasant. We were able to have a good chat. We also liked the various dishes (spare ribs, pepper cream schnitzel and pasta dishes). Only the fries were a bit over-seasoned. But this is a matter of taste. We were very happy with the side salad. Even though we were (only) voucher book guests, we still got a nightcap at the end. We had no problems with parking at this point. But in high season it could be problematic.

*Disappointing – Unfortunately not recommended* I was very disappointed with my visit. The meat had an unpleasant taste and was unfortunately of poor quality. The schnitzels were pounded far too thin, so they tasted almost like paper and had hardly any structure. Furthermore, the meat was completely soggy, which made the entire meal unpleasant and greasy. The salad, unfortunately, wasn't any better – it wasn't fresh and very hard to digest. I had the feeling it had either been left sitting for too long or wasn't prepared properly. In addition, the timing of ordering drinks and dishes was not right, which can of course happen when the restaurant is busy, but "wasn't the case." There weren't enough covers or a full set... unfortunately, many complaints have occurred, which all deserve to be addressed. Last but not least, "the noise level" - it wasn't full or every table occupied, but it was still difficult to have a conversation... Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I'd rather eat elsewhere in the future. Unfortunately, I don't recommend it!

We went to the breakfast buffet at Samannshof. Unfortunately I don't have much good to say. Even though it is advertised that the buffet offers exclusive drinks, I find 20 euros for a pot of coffee to be steep. In addition, there were no more grain rolls at half past nine. The selection of jam was also very manageable. By the way, the review only refers to the breakfast buffet.

I chose the onion roast medium, accompanied by crispy fried potatoes and delicious bacon beans - a dish that impressed not only with its quality, but also with the generous portion. The onion roast was perfectly prepared: tenderly fried on the outside, medium fried on the inside exactly as ordered. The meat was juicy and full of flavor, and the fried onions rounded off the dish harmoniously. The fried potatoes were nice and crispy and spicy, while the bacon beans impressed with their freshness and the delicate bacon aroma. The atmosphere at Sammanshof is inviting and cozy, the service friendly and attentive. For all lovers of good home cooking, Sammanshof is a must. I will definitely come back and can highly recommend the restaurant. 5 out of 5 stars!

We were there for dinner with 3 people between the days and, as always, I ordered the fillet pan. But what came was a disappointment! There wasn't a pan but a plate with something completely different on it, as hoped! It wasn't nearly as tasty as the fillet pan that was served before! New isn't always better! If you have plates then please 1:1 as the pan was! Please !!! It was like this 😋

Went to dinner at your restaurant with 3 people on the Saturday after Christmas. We were really looking forward to your pan with pork medallions, bacon, beans and the delicious garlic sauce. Since we have always come to eat at your restaurant at regular intervals, we had to accept the bitter disappointment that it was that The dish is no longer there, but in a modification and no longer as it was before. The pan is no longer available and the delicious sauce was replaced by a thick, dark pepper sauce and served on a simple round plate. It was very nice and tasty there. Perfect for a trip

Service: We had reserved for 8 people. The reception was nice and uncomplicated. The first round of drinks and appetizers were taken and brought in a reasonable time. The starter plate was okay. It was advertised as having "one loaf" of country bread (4-5 slices of baguette + 4-5 slices of multigrain baguette) well. (Aioli and olives delicious.) We then had to wait 1 1/2 hours for the main course. Meanwhile there was no interest in the table. The drinks were empty after half an hour and were not consumed again until shortly before the food was served. That's weak. The first beer was stale, the second only moderately carbonated. Kitchen: The "Wiener" schnitzel was carelessly and sparsely prepared/decorated (a sprig of parsley with half a cherry tomato), about the size of a hand and dry. Pannade was okay, the two lemon slices added were fresh. The fries were OK. No included mayo or anything like that. The accompanying salad was not brought. For €20+ I unfortunately have to say: outrageous. It may still be possible to argue for more complex or elaborate dishes, but I find it outrageous to charge 20 euros for a loveless, dry schnitzel with fries. “It will be fine” is simply not sustainable at such a price. The lack of salad is probably not due to the service. The other dishes were rated between “okay” and “tasty”. Conclusion: Nice ambience. Not suitable for visiting a restaurant, but may be better for visiting a beer garden (separate menu and separate tap). At most we will try the beer garden again. The waiter's "There's a lot going on today, we're chronically understaffed" speech doesn't work either. Close tables that you cannot serve and focus on serving tables “in one piece”.

The restaurant is idyllically located on a small lake. The store is furnished in a modern style, but for me personally there are no room dividers. When the weather is nice, you can sit on the covered terrace. The menu is appealing because it's not that huge, but with a seasonal menu. The service is very friendly and attentive. The dishes we ordered came together, which is not always normal for 6 people. The dishes were all very hot, freshly prepared and very tasty. The price-performance ratio was absolutely fine. The shop is recommended.

Very nice location right by the pond and near the forest. The beer garden is in a quiet location. Your physical well-being is well taken care of outside and inside with very nice, friendly staff. The boss himself always has an open ear for his guests and is very friendly and helpful to fulfill every wish of the guests. We are always happy to come back...

Wir waren heute im Biergarten und haben dort die Empfehlung „Halbes Hähnchen mit Pommes Frites und Krautsalat“ bestellt. Das Hähnchen war gefühlt zum fünften Mal auffrittiert, die Haut mit Geschmacksverstärkern verdorben und das Fleisch durch mehrfaches Aufwärmen total ausgetrocknet. Eigentlich war das Essen ungenießbar.

The champions of the cream schnitzel were totally overcooked. The side salad was good. The service is friendly but the service leaves a lot to be desired. Apart from ours, the food was served at three other tables without the cutlery on the table. You have that The menu was brought, the drinks were served without you noticing that the cutlery was missing and that happened several times. Absolutely unacceptable.

You have to differentiate between a restaurant and a beer garden. In the restaurant there is a larger selection of dishes in the beer garden there are more currywurst and burgers, although unfortunately you can clearly taste that the paddies are frozen goods.

I was there with my family and ordered a chanterelle salad, which was declared vegetarian according to the menu. After 3/4 of the salad I noticed that the rest of it was full of bacon bits on one side. This is an absolute no-go. The waitress was kind enough to remove the salad from the bill, but I would like to point out to every vegetarian and vegan that in this restaurant they should ask what is in it before ordering, even if it is marked with a V on the menu .

So the food was good and a lot. It also had a hefty price. I found the boss very unpleasant and arrogant. He wasn't friendly either. So we won't go there again.

Well-attended restaurant in the country with excellent food and personal service. Starter platter for 2 people and then onion roast with fried potatoes and bacon beans...Indescribably good... Particularly worth mentioning is that there is a men's steak knife...so sharp... Small deductions for the outdoor area in terms of ambience, beer garden but wonderful with its own food outlet and drinks bar... Overall 4.8 🌟...
