Paletti in Villingen-Schwenningen

Hands down, it was the best Italian pasta I’ve ever had — rich in flavor, perfectly cooked, and beautifully plated. You could taste the authenticity in every bite, and it truly felt like a little trip to Italy right in the heart of Villingen. However, the service style wasn’t quite what I expected. It’s more of a self-service setup, where you order at the counter and pick up your own food — similar to places like KFC or Domino’s. For a restaurant serving such high-quality dishes, I was hoping for a bit more table service and personal touch. That said, if you’re after great Italian food and don’t mind the casual setup, Palleti Villingen is definitely worth checking out!

New owners (luckily, it was about time 😒👏) The ambiance is beautifully designed with small details, with the option to sit outside when the weather is nice. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. A good selection of salads and pasta dishes. The value for money is OK, and you'll also be charged instead. Fairness is the motto here, with guest satisfaction the focus. I'd be happy to come back 😊

This is my first time going there, The place was nice and clean. Ich habe Pasta mit Shrimp (Olivenöl, Knoblauch, Chili) bestellt. Es hat nur nach Öl und bisschen Knoblauch geschmeckt. I didn’t taste any Salt or other seasonings. Sorry, it wasn’t tasty. And why do they put Chili into it? As a topping? It wasn’t spicy at all. And one more, Staff wasn’t friendly. A simple thing but they missed it.

A neat and clean place where you can sit comfortably with friends and eat good food. We ordered pasta and soup, the portions were large, it was very easy to satisfy your hunger. One of the minuses is that the establishment is self-service: you need to pick up and carry the dishes yourself

Staff is very friendly and it is very nice there. The food also comes quite quickly. Unfortunately, the taste has diminished significantly in recent years. It wasn't that great the last few times but unfortunately this time it was extremely bland and almost no sauce... a shame. The broccoli sauce also contains little of the florets and a lot of actually just chopped stalks. Really a shame.

Delicious as always, my absolute favorite is leek bacon. We always get a portion for our business at lunchtime. You will also feel really full, the portions are more than enough.

I've been to Paletti many times over the last 10-15 years, every now and again and with pleasure. I just have no idea how many times it has changed hands, I still know the people who founded it. Today the pasta with shrimp, which is actually listed as “spicy” on the selection board, was more than boring. Tossed in butter, no seasoning and no (hot) sauce or anything. Can I do better at home for €3, I paid around €12 there, rather annoying. The salads are probably still delicious, at least they looked good at the next table. I still think the place itself is nice, but this dish just wasn't tasty today and there wasn't a warm welcome or thank you or anything like that...

Nice, little restaurant. There are some Pssta dishes, soups and salads. Food tastes very good. It is prepared very quickly. There is self-service. There are tables inside, they are very close together. In summer, tables are also set up outside.

The food wasn't that bad (that's why the 2 points). However, you don't feel welcome at all, at least with one lady. There is no answer to “Hello” and “Thank you” from her. You don't even have to try saying "Bye"!

The size of the portion also left me completely full. The service was consistently attentive and professional without being intrusive. Our waitress always made sure we didn't lack anything and was always there when we had a question or expressed a request.

Paletti - I love it! In the heart of this beautiful city, I can highly recommend Paletti. All dishes (pasta, soups & salads) are prepared super fresh and quickly. Personally, I'm a big fan of the mixed salad with turkey & all the staff :)

ich muss jetzt mal ne Lanze fürs Paletti brechen. Wenn Leute hier behaupten das personal sein unhöflich oder gar der Lachs wäre kein Lachs, dann scheinen sie 1. nicht in der Lage zu sein mit den dort arbeitenden Menschen zu sprechen bzw.lügen schlicht und einfach oder waren geistig umnachtet. Lachs zum Beispiel ist nun wirklich nicht zu verwechseln mit anderem Fisch (schon aufgrund seiner Farbe) und wäre es Lachsforelle z.B , die ist sogar noch teurer als normaler Lachs aus irgendeiner Kultur. Ich esse oft im Paletti und das einzige was dort nicht stimmt sind die Preise, denn die sind zu günstig. Aber weder am Personal , noch an den Portionen, noch an der Qualität gibt es etwas auszusetzen. Im Gegensatz dazu waren der alte Besitzer überheblich und arrogant.

Ein wahres Goldstück in Villingen! Egal ob in der Mittagspause oder Nachmittags hier werde ich immer fündig :) Seit Jahren einfach super! Ich empfehle Pasta Primavera oder Brokkoli Sahne 😍 Auch das Personal ist immer aufmerksam und total nett, ich komme immer wieder gern vorbei! 🩵

Gerne komme ich hier her, wenn ich einen Termin in Villingen habe. Es gibt verschiedene Tellergerichte, Pasta, Salat ider Suppe. Nach der Bestellung dauert es wirklich nicht lange, bis das Essen fertig und abholbereit ist. Wie jedesmal, hat es mir sehr gut geschmeckt. Sehr, sehr lecker. Die Portion ist groß.

Tolles Essen in einem wunderschönen Ambiente. Der Service ist sehr freundlich. Das Essen und die Qualität der Speisen ist hervorragend. Auch werden die Speisen schnell zubereitet. Auf jeden Fall eine Besuch wert und definitiv eine Empfehlung in VS-Villingen.

Na ja, früher , also vor bis zu einem Jahr, gab es hier den leckersten Salat mit Puten Streifen. Nun, trockenes Fleisch, salatgröße ok, mehr jedoch auch nicht. Leider Preise sind gestiegen wie überall, hält sich jedoch im Rahmen. Service, man muss ja alles holen, also daher eigentlich kein service geboten.

Als treue Kunden möchte ich meine Begeisterung für dieses außergewöhnliche Restaurant zum Ausdruck bringen. Schon beim Betreten fühlt man sich schon gleich wohl und der herzliche Empfang durch das Personal (vor allem durch die junge Frau mit den dunklen Haaren) verstärkt dieses Gefühl nur noch. Die Küche im Restaurant ist einfach hervorragend. Die Speisekarte bietet eine vielfältige Auswahl an Gerichten die ständig erweitert werden. Ebenso werden sie immer mit frischen und hochwertigen Zutaten zubereitet. Ich kann jedem dieses Restaurant wärmstens empfehlen.

Sehr freundliches Personal, ich wurde auch kurz vor Feierabend mit einem Lächeln begrüßt.

Ein Selbstbedienungs Restaurant mit Charme und Flair. Es gibt Pasta, Salat und Suppen. Das Preis Leistung Verhältnis stimmt. Das Essen sind große Portionen zum kleinen Preis. Wir haben unsere Essen nicht geschafft. Es schmeckt sehr gut und ist frisch zubereitet. Draussen sitzen ist ist möglich ebenso wie im Lokal selbst. Gerne wieder.

Tolles Konzept, schnelle und gute Pasta Gerichte

Ich kam mit meinem Freund hin und wir haben beide Pasta bestellt und 2 Wasser und die Qualität war sehr gut was ich eigendlich schon erwartet habe nur dass das Wasser 4€ kostet hat mich nicht so gefreut aber Qualität hat halt ihren Preis. Allen in allem sehr super ich empfele weiter.

Egal ob Pasta oder Salat, alles sehr lecker und empfehlenswert. Nettes Personal ohne lange Wartezeit!😊

Wurde von der Frau an der Kasse sehr unfreundlich begrüßt und angeschaut, hat mich dann Kritisiert auf mein Aussehen fand ich garnicht schön von ihr hat mich sehr verletzt , wollte am besten wieder gehen.

Wir sind bereits oft im Paletti gewesen und das Essen ist immer super gewesen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, sehr nette Atmosphäre und leckere Getränke. Die Nachspeisen unbedingt probieren und beim Essen ist für uns als Vegetarier die vegetarische Pasta besser als im italienischen Restaurant und sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir waren schon oft im Paletti und sind noch nie enttäuscht worden. Die Qualität ist immer top und wichtig - gleichbleibend. Man merkt einfach, daß die eingesetzten Lebensmittel hochwertig sind. Selbst wenn man sich das Essen mit nach Hause nimmt, ist es noch heiß und schmeckt prima. Im Restaurant ist es immer sauber, da schauen die Inhaber persönlich danach. Das restliche Personal ist mit dem Herzen dabei und sehr sehr freundlich. Wir besuchen das Paletti sehr gerne und freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal.
