Palazzio in Dachau

At least the pizza used to be good, but these days, the food here is completely forgettable. The pizza base is as hard as stone, and for larger events, it's better to just have a drink and eat at home beforehand. The wait times are extremely frustrating, and when the food finally arrives, it's cold, poorly prepared, and in tiny portions. On the plus side, the beer garden is really nice outside, and the service is always friendly and polite. Unfortunately, that's not enough to overlook the major flaws in the food.

Ich muss leider ins gleiche Horn stoßen, wie manch anderer hier: Portionen zu klein. Mein Beispiel: Tomatensalat mit Thunfisch und Ei von der Tageskarte am 23.12.2022. Zwei Tomaten, 1 Ei, eine halbe Dose Thunfisch, 5 große weiße Bohnen, n bisschen Dressing: 13,50€

Die vielen tollen Eissorten, die unglaublich cremig daher kommen, die Croissants mit den leckeren Füllungen, und die italienischen Kaffeesorten - kombiniert mit einem aussergwöhnlich herzlichem Personal - all das macht das Venezia zu einem Ort, an dem man sich wohlfühlt, ein Ort, wo man so richtig gerne hinkommt!

Wir haben aufgrund der unsicheren Wetterlage im Pavillon reserviert. Trotz 15° Außentemperatur muss man den Pavillon nicht auf 25 °C aufheizen . Im Pavillon ist es viel zu laut! Mit ein paar Utensilien, die man ins Dach hängt, wäre viel geholfen. Aufgrund der Lautstärke redet jeder selber lauter, und das Geräusch schaukelt sich auf. Wartezeit auf das Essen 1 Stunde. Wartezeit auf die Bezahlung 40 Minuten . Dreierlei, Fisch auf Risotto ist zu empfehlen. Wie man eine knusprigen Schweinsbraten macht, bitte mal beim Haderecker im Dachauer Moos nachfragen 😉.

I will never go to this branch again, and I will also make sure it's not from this franchisee either. The employees constantly forget things from the order, even though they have a screen. It should be possible for an order consisting of only five items to at least get that right, but they can't even do that flawlessly, and this isn't the first time; it's practically a permanent condition. And yes, of course I could look in the bag, but when you're behind a line of seven cars and you've already waited 15 minutes, you're not going to eat the whole thing with unwashed hands out of the bag you want to eat at home!!! Today I had to turn around because my child was crying in the car because his Happy Meal was missing not only mayo but also ketchup. I said the word "extra ketchup" to say I was paying extra. Both were missing. When I returned and asked them about it, they spent a long time looking at the computer and going through the orders to see if what I was saying was true. Instead of just giving me mayo and ketchup, I ordered a cheeseburger. I then argued. I then just insisted on my ketchup and mayo because he already had it in his hand, and then I left. You can eat the cheeseburger yourself; it's an absolute disgrace to pay so much money for such primitive food and then be treated so badly.
