Catastrophe! We ordered here last Monday. 2 pizzas, 2 tacos and an ice cream. For a total of €46.89. Initially delivery was announced for 50 minutes. So completely within the framework. Then the delivery didn't come, so I called after a good hour. The lady on the phone was nice and told me that the driver was on his way to see us. Almost an hour and a half had passed. When the driver still wasn't there after another 20 minutes, I called again. The lady then called the driver "Bilal" who then said he would be there in a minute. Then he was. With sticky, lukewarm pizzas and completely melted coconut ice cream. I immediately called again, and the lady on the phone passed me on to a gentleman who said he had to speak to the boss about what we could do now. He wasn't there yet but would call me back. Today is Friday and I'm still waiting for the call. Unfortunately, far too much money was spent on really tasty food. And the melted ice cream was even inedible. A pity. It used to be good.

The dough was crispy, the sauce was tasty and the toppings were fresh and plentiful. You can tell that the cooking here is done with love and passion. In addition to the excellent food, I also really liked the service. The staff was friendly and attentive and made sure I didn't miss anything. I can highly recommend Pablo's Pizza in Bonn to anyone who wants a really good pizza. Tip: Be sure to try the tacos and burritos too!!!

Actually, I don't do anything like that. I'm not the kind of person who likes to write reviews, but this shop/restaurant just put a new taste on my tongue. I'm just amazed at how delicious the food is and how nice and polite the staff are. There the customer is still king, as it should be. Simply delicious, fresh and absolutely recommended!

The staff is always friendly and accommodating, both in the restaurant and when making deliveries. Orders arrive quickly and hot, which is often not the case with many other delivery services. We ordered food for the team for over €100. What surprised us was that despite this amount, a delivery fee of €1 was charged. But I later read it on the back of the flyer that €1 would be charged if you ordered by phone. Okay, then that's it. 8 people were fed and we had nothing to criticize. The prices aren't exactly cheap, but nowadays everything is getting more expensive, so the food suppliers should also be allowed to survive. Thank you, we will order again when something comes up

My children often ordered food from Pabblos - sometimes there was hair in it - sometimes we got tzatziki with an extra portion of mold. I definitely won't be ordering from them again. Thanks

I ordered gypsy schnitzel. A lot of quantity, unlike other delivery services. The price is a little higher than elsewhere. However, and deducting 2 stars for this, the fries were soggy. Of course that shouldn't be the case, especially for the price.

We ordered Pizza, it was good. The fries are a bit dry: not for everyone. The wait for an order is 15-20 minutes; if it’s raining outside, there are only 3 seats in the room. The cozy Nyce Hotel is nearby 🛏️ so we took it with us. It was Sunday, within 3 km nothing works in the evening, 5 for the service

Unfortunately the service is very bad!!! Wanted to order a pizza but left out one ingredient and instead had another ingredient of the same price. The message was that you could leave out an ingredient for free but still charge more money for the replacement ingredient. How generous that you wouldn't put an ingredient on the pizza for free *lol* and how outrageous to ask for extra money to replace an ingredient that would have cost the same. It's a shame that you're so inflexible, but hey, if you can do that, ok!!! Of course I didn't order and won't in the future either. Adios Amigos!

Hallo, Ich muss wirklich sagen ich habe noch nie so gut gegessen! Es ist alles frisch und schmeckt einfach besser als jeden anderen Imbiss den ich kenne. Der Chefkoch super nett herzlich und seine Kunst und Leidenschaft wie er das Essen zubereitet einfach ein richtiger Chefkoch. Schärfsten Döner dort gegessen mit selbstgemachter schafer Soße. Auch die beste Soße die ich hatte. Kann nur jedem empfehlen dort zu essen.

I always order from Pablo's for it's tasty burritos and tacos. Today something had changed in the flavour and the beef burrito was too dry and chicken tacos was bad. Hope the recipe hasn't changed. The delivery service is very bad. The food always arrives cold and the delivery person is rude.

Pizza sind immer lecker und sehr nettes Personal (Chef)da ich direkt daneben arbeite sind wie schon Stammkunden. Nur wenn man sie direkt da speist ist das Ambiente halt direkt an der Strasse nicht so gut .

Einfach nicht geliefert 🙄 Über Lieferando wurde bestellt, nach fast 2 Stunden riefen wir an da die Bestellung immer noch nicht da gewesen ist , angeblich hat man versucht einen zu Erreichen was nicht klappte, man wurde aufgefordert die Bestellung bei Lieferando zu stornieren damit die es nicht müssen Absolut nicht verständlich warum man trotz Bestellung nicht seine Ware bekommt

Es wurde eine falsche Familienpizza geliefert, und es gab weder eine Entschuldigung noch erfolgte der versprochene Rückruf des Chefs. Gerade Thunfisch ist nicht jedermanns Sache. So vergrault man treuen Kunden und zerstört seinen Ruf.

Lieferzeit war nicht als versprochen (+30 mins). Burritos waren schon kalt 🤷‍♂️

Surprisingly nice food for a small takeaway shop next to a petrol station! The place seems popular with locals :) The lady who takes orders is absolutely lovely. We've been there twice so far: for pizzas and burgers, but there are LOTs of other things on the menu! The food is tasty and the portions are very big! Yum!

Die Burritos sind sehr lecker und empfehlenswert! Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut! Bestelle dort öfters und meistens ist die Bestellung vor der angegeben Zeit schon da. Empfehlenswert, werde weiterhin gerne dort bestellen!

Sehr schlechtes überteuertes Essen. Definitiv nicht zu empfehlen. Wir hatten heute Abend hier Burger mit Pommes und eine Käsepizza bestellt. Erstmal gab es zu den Pommes nix dazu, kein Ketchup keine Mayo. Dann waren sie matschig und nicht gewürzt. Die Pizza völlig übersalzen. Und für so viel Geld über 20€ so schlechtes Essen! Nie wieder!

Die burritos sind wirklich sehr lecker und üppig, preislich okay, etwas mehr als die Konkurrenz, besonders für Pizza. Schade, dass es hier noch Z-Schnitzel gibt ;) da kann man mal mit der Zeit gehen.

Bei der Pizza bekommt man was erwartet wird: üblich dicker Teig mit viel Käse und Belag. Würde eher zu den Burritos raten, die sind echt gut!

Bereits mehrfach hatte ich hier über Lieferando bestellt und mich an die mexikanischen Spezialitäten wie Burritos, Tacos und jetzt die Nachos con carne gehalten. Auch wenn die Preise etwas höher sind, fand ich die Qualität immer sehr gut. Die Lieferung klappte auch prima und selbst die telefonische Bestellannahme war sehr fix und freundlich. Gerne wieder!

Pommes waren pappig und komplett ungesalzen. Mayo und Ketchup (kostet extra) gibt's nicht wie üblich ausreichend obendrauf, sondern nur in winzigen Tütchen beigelegt, die nicht einmal für die halbe Portion ausreichen. Einzig positiver Aspekt war die Portionsgröße.

Absolutely delicious Tex Mex food that comes with a price, even for notoriously expensive German take-out, makes this a treat-yourself-monthly destination and not your go-to-food truck for whenever you feel like tacos. Leider keine gute Erfahrung, das erste und letzte mal. Ich habe eine Pizza Tonno in groß bestellt welche groß war, jedoch weder richtig durchgebacken war, sonst noch gut gewürzt und ausgeglichen geschmeckt hat. Für den Preis von über 13 Euro einfach nicht akzeptabel. Zudem wurden Pommes bestellt mit Guacamole bestellt welche nicht fertig waren, sodass ich über 80% der Portion entsorgen musste, da es einfach nur zu Bauchschmerzen geführt hat.... Die Mini-Frühlingsrollen waren annehmbar für den Preis, allerdings geschmacklich auch keine Offenbarung.... Alles in allem hatte ich das Gefühl mehr um meine Gesundheit als um mein Geld betrogen worden zu sein.

Pizza mit normalen Geschmack. Personal von einfachen Extrawünschen überfordert.

Ich habe bis jetzt 2x bestellt und war begeistert. Das Essen war heiß, die Pizza sehr lecker, man kann zu jedem Gericht Extras und Sonderwünsche angeben die auch erfüllt werden und der Salat heute war super! Ich bestelle auf jeden Fall wieder, befürchte aber, dass ihr wohl leider nicht bis nach Poppelsdorf liefert, oder? 😅

Positiv: Netter und zuvorkommender Anruf nach Aufgabe der Bestellung. Lieferzeit angemessen. Negativ: Das bei Lieferung kein passendes Wechselgeld vorhanden ist, scheint schon öfter vorgekommen zu sein. Pizza nach unserem Dafürhalten qualitativ schlecht. Alles sehr fettig, was auf eine Zubereitung in der Pizzapfanne hindeutet. Käse auf der Pizza absolut minderwertig. Teilweise hatten wir Magenprobleme nach dem Verzehr. Vielleicht schmecken andere Gerichte dort besser und sind bekömmlicher.

Nie wieder. Ich habe Regelmäßig bei diesem Restaurant bestellt. Bei der letzten Bestellung am Montagabend 8 August 2022, habe ich eine Schraube im Auflauf gefunden. Gott sei Dank, dass ich nicht hart drauf gebissen habe sonst hätte ich zum Zahnarzt gehen müssen. Ich habe schon am Dienstag diesen Vorfall gemeldet und keine vernünftige Antwort bis heute erhalten. Dieser Fall wird auch beim örtlichen Gesundheitsamt gemeldet.

Freundlicher Kontakt, problemlose Abwicklung, 4 Familienpizzen bestellt, alle lecker, unsere Gäste waren zufrieden... Ein Lob an den Pizzabäcker.

Beste Tacos Nachtrag; Ich bestelle wirklich oft hier. Die Jungs haben mit uns mit Sicherheit seit Corona über 1000 Euro verdient.Diese weiße Soße auf den Tacos die mit der Avocado und dem knusprigen Fleisch zusammenläuft mit frischer Limettensoßé beträufelt. Suchtgefahr!!!

Burritos sehr langweilig, aufgrund des durch Salatdressing durchdrängten Burritos konnte sich leider absolut kein Geschmack entwickeln. Verstehe auch nicht, was Salatdressing im Burrito verloren hat, vielleicht war es aber auch völlig verwässerte Sour Cream? Aufgrund des völlig neutralen Geschmacks werde ich es wohl nie erfahren. Die überbackenen Nachos sind eine absolute Frechheit. Die Nachos sollten nach Karte mit Gouda überbacken sein, dazu mit Hackfleisch und Gemüse belegt sein (so wie man es von allen mexikanischen Restaurants kennt). Allerdings sind die vielleicht insgesamt 3 Nacho-Chips in die Hackmasse vollständig verarbeitet worden, sodass gar nichts anderes möglich war, als dass sie völlig verweicht waren, als hätte man Chips in Wasser über Nacht eingelegt und dann mit der Masse verrührt. An sich war die Hackmasse brauchbar und ordentlich gewürzt, aber wer stellt so ein Gericht mit Hackmasse und darin aufgelösten Chips zusammen, packt es in eine Lasagne-Alu-Schale und überbackt es dann noch mit Gouda? Das hat doch mit dem bestellten Gericht nichts mehr zu tun. Sowas kann man nicht servieren; aber irgendwer muss das abgenickt haben und gesagt haben, dass das so raus kann. Nicht nachvollziehbar. Die Tacos waren in Ordnung, die Anrichtung fande ich für ein Lieferessen sehr gelungen. Hauen aber geschmacklich keinen vom Hocker. Wundert aber auch keinen, hier stehen 7 Milliarden Gerichte auf der Karte, das kann nur Convenience sein, hier wird wohl kaum "gekocht", sondern nur aufgewärmt oder nach Baukasten-System zusammengestellt. Würde man bei der Karte frisch kochen, wäre man wahrscheinlich nach einer Woche bankrott, alleine, wenn man schon für 1 "Schicht" Zutaten kaufen würde (mit dem entsprechenden Gedanken, dass man natürlich nicht alle Produkte 1 zu 1 aufbraucht sondern dann wahrscheinlich sehr viel täglich wegwerfen müsste). Insgesamt für die Preise, die hier aufgerufen werden, unterirdische Qualität. Im Fall meiner Bestellung leider auch Lebensmittelverschwendung, da vieles im Müll gelandet ist. Die Lieferung war allerdings sehr schnell. Bonn hat so viele andere Lieferanten, eher da versuchen. Und wenn ich hier eh schon Preise zahle wie beim "guten" Italiener, dann doch am besten noch da bestellen, wo die Karte übersichtlicher ist, im Gegensatz zu Pablos allerdings gekocht wird. Vielleicht sind aber auch nur die mexikanischen Gerichte unterirdisch, vielleicht war es heute auch ein schlechter Tag. Wir werden Pablos zukünftig jedenfalls nicht mehr ausprobieren.

Der Wahnsinn. Wir hatten die Pizza America und die ist der absolute Hammer, auch die Pizzabrötchen haben uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Der Lieferant war sehr nett. Schade, dass wir nicht in Bonn wohnen, dann könnten wir dort öfters bestellen. Vielen vielen Dank.
