The food is very good, the portions are sufficient; there are no complaints in that regard. Unfortunately, the service is not up to the mark: first, as is the case with many Greek restaurants, they practically force alcohol on us, then unfortunately a very long wait (an hour) for the dishes, confused servers who tried to serve us incorrectly, and we had to wait 20 minutes for the bill, and ask three times.

It's back to 5 stars thanks to speed and great service. The food has always been great!

We visited there for the first time yesterday. Greek food is something of a passion of ours – we can definitely recommend Ouzo's. When we walked in, we were very surprised by how large the restaurant was and were glad to have found a nice spot in the sheltered outdoor area. Even though it was a Tuesday, it was very busy. The service was attentive and friendly, and there was even time for a joke. Parking might be difficult before 6 p.m., but that's just a guess. The highlight for us was the dessert of homemade tiramisu. The Italians couldn't do it any better. We would love to come back.

Super friendly staff, if it's busy you have to wait a bit for food and drinks, but the food is very good. You can sit inside, outside or in the winter garden. The atmosphere is very cozy and not overly busy.

The food was okay, but definitely nothing special. I'd describe the portions as average, not particularly large. The main problem, however, was the wait: From ordering until the food finally arrived, it took an hour and 40 minutes. Unfortunately, the service couldn't salvage this impression either.

Last week I ate here 2 evenings with business relations, a nice place where service is a top priority!! There are many waiters walking around, all equally friendly and attentive, they are really there for the guests. The food is very good, the scampi as a starter were so delicious that I had them for 2 days. Served in a pan on the table, in hot simmering olive oil with garlic and chili. The meat of the main courses was also delicious. In addition to the standard drinks at the table, the waiters came by several times with Ouzo, even this is of excellent quality with a mild taste.

The food is very tasty. We were lucky and didn't sit downstairs in a large room. It's very loud there. Because there is nothing that absorbs the sound. A reservation is highly recommended as it is always very full/fully booked.

The food is really good. Nothing more, nothing less. The service can be a bit hectic at times and is already clearing the seats at the table, even though others at the table are still eating. The atmosphere depends heavily on how reorganized the team is at the time. We had reserved a table for 6 people for a Saturday evening. When we arrived we were told we would like you to wait a moment, the table would be free soon. Until then we should have an ouzo on the house. "Short" turned into over 30 minutes, which we had to wait at the front entrance in the service's flight path. With jackets on their arms. And with people who didn't want to drink alcohol because they were pregnant or drivers. Several people had to wait with us. When our mood obviously got worse after half an hour, the staff table at the front of the entrance was quickly emptied and assigned to us. As we sat there, more and more people arrived for the next reservations and had to wait just as long. In the meantime there were more than 15 people who had to stand in front of the counter and some of them with their butts behind our seats because the organization of the reservations was apparently a disaster. Needless to say, the noise level was incredibly annoying and you felt a bit disturbed by the people waiting and the service that had to rush through... Even a nice joke or two, ouzo and a dessert for a "fake" birthday with a serenade didn't make it any more. Sorry, but the chance of us coming back is rather slim.

A year ago we had a great evening at Ouzo's Ouzeria & Event Gastronomy! We reserved a bowling alley with a few friends and it was just great. The food was really delicious – every bite blew us away! The friendly and attentive staff was particularly cool. They constantly came by and asked if we needed anything else. This ensured that we didn't lack anything. The service really made our evening perfect. I can only recommend Ouzo's, whether for a relaxed evening with friends or a special celebration. We'll definitely be back!

I have eaten here several times with my family and can say that it has now become our go-to restaurant for family celebrations. The food is always delicious, the location is cozy, the service staff is very friendly. On some evenings, especially on weekends, it is very crowded, so there can be a bit of a wait, but that has been completely fine for us so far.

Several times a year we enjoy the great ambience, the delicious food, the courteous service and the ouzo. We have never been disappointed and will definitely be back soon. The tzatziki is our absolute favorite and should never be missed as a starter. Whether grilled or fish, the food comes to the table hot. At least that's how it was with us. For my birthday there is singing and tiramisu, which my husband is always particularly happy about. Thanks to the entire team. Keep it up.....

First the positive. The food was super tasty. My sister didn't like the pan gyros, but everyone else was very enthusiastic about the food. Now for the negative. Bowling alley: we booked the bowling alley for one hour from 4 p.m. The store didn't open until 4 p.m. It took a few minutes until we got to the bowling alley. Then the train wasn't switched on. A few more minutes later an employee came with a key. We had to read up on how to set the track ourselves. There was a minute display on the track. Already about 10 minutes before 5 p.m. a few ladies were queuing very impatiently. At 5 p.m. sharp we were asked to leave the train. We only played 53 minutes. I find that somehow uncool. I booked and paid for one hour. Apart from that, the bowling alley was cheap at €10.50 for an hour, but the area between the lanes was used as a storage room. Not a nice atmosphere. There was no music there either. Upon request, an employee gave us a Marshall box. Restaurant: The service seemed bad-tempered and not very friendly, except for one lady later during the payment process. A portion of fries was missing. We had to let them know three times. Instead of getting tzatziki on the fries as requested, we got a portion of tzatziki. It's not that crazy, but it's actually not that difficult to understand what we wanted. When we were clearing up, the employee stood behind us, chatting with a colleague and blindly stretched her hand between us, waiting for us to give her the dishes. What is that 😂 totally outrageous in my eyes. Ambience: The restaurant is visually quite nice. The bowling alley area is ugly and looks like a junk room. Things didn't look good in the toilets either. Could recommend a renovation. But the worst thing was the noise. It was super loud, like you were at a train station. Conclusion: good food, but everything else was pretty bad. I won't visit you a second time.

The best Greek restaurant I've ever been to in Germany, I absolutely loved it! The food tastes as authentic as in Greece, the atmosphere is very cozy and the waitresses are very friendly. Vegetarians also get their money's worth thanks to the large selection. A little tip: It's better to make a reservation in advance as it is very busy there. Unfortunately, last night at 8:30 p.m., despite having a reservation, I stood in a queue for over 30 minutes and didn't get a table. Really extremely annoying. We had to drive home with the guests. Otherwise always our favorite restaurant.

Simply embarrassing. No table despite booking weeks ago.

We were there with a group of 12 people, the first chaos when ordering drinks was one person had to wait an hour. waiting for his coke. After 1 hour We were finally able to order food, which finally came after another 1.5 hours of waiting. Gyros were not crispy and almost cold. Service was generally a disaster. Ordered drinks several times but never received anything. Definitely won't be coming back!!
