Ouzeri in Münster

Here you really eat like in Greece. A small, cozy restaurant, not chic, just like a tavern, very warm service, great price-performance ratio. It's best to put together your meals with your partner. Everything comes to the table, everyone gets a small plate and you help yourself to everything. Splendid. There are no huge mountains of meat and overloaded plates here. Everything is freshly prepared and you get dishes that you would otherwise look for in other Greek restaurants. Everything really tastes good. The house wine is also tasty and is served in a carafe. Be sure to reserve, otherwise it will be difficult to get a spot. If you really want to eat Greek, you won't be disappointed here. Top!

I have no comparison to other Greeks in Münster as I was only visiting Münster. Had a “Little Mezedes”. Was good, but as the name suggests, small. For my main course I had gyros. I didn't know that you had to order all the side dishes with it, but that might also have advantages. But if I end up paying just under 20 euros for a very small gyro with the usual side dishes, then for me at least P/L is not good. As I said, the taste was okay, but no better than other Greeks I know. They then offer more for the money. I don't know that you get the ouzo as a farewell and not as a greeting, so I ordered one before dinner - but it seems to be common practice. There was nothing to criticize about the service.

All dishes are very tasty and taste just like in Greece. Red semi-dry wine is only recommended. An island of Greek culture where you can only be positively surprised.

The food was quite ok. The service attentive. The prices were cheap. But corresponded to the portion size. Unfortunately I wasn't full. Hence 1 star deduction.

Very tasty meal. We chose taramas, tirosalata and olives with pepperoni in advance. Very friendly waiter indicates that bread is already included so we don't have to order it. Tasty starters and delicious bread. For the main course we opted for the combination of gyros, souvlaki and souzoukaki. Ordered tzatziki and a small salad (also on the advice of the waiter that a larger salad would be too much). Everything was tasty and it was indeed enough. It's nice that the waiter thinks along so that too much khat is not ordered and then only has to be thrown away. Meat was nicely seasoned and nice crispy gyros. We were offered an ouzo on the house with the bill. One point of improvement is that the smoke from frying the meat from the kitchen hangs throughout the restaurant. You can just see smoke hanging from the ceiling. As a result, all our winter coats smelled very much like food the next day, which was not very nice. That's the only reason I wouldn't eat there again, which is a shame because everything else is great.

Went there for the first time last year and were so looking forward to the evening. This time you had to order everything separately. The meat dish my husband ordered was served carelessly on the plate. The bread balls that were served with the tzattiki were cold and so hard they would have broken your teeth and my gyros pan didn't taste good at all. The meat tasted so strange. And in the end there wasn't even an ouzo that I could have used to combat the aftertaste. Never again

my favorite Greek! Food and atmosphere very authentic, with a nice little beer garden. No a la carte menus, but a huge selection to put together yourself. Prices have increased significantly (where haven't they?), but it's worth the money!

Unacceptable store from every point of view. The owners are rude and disrespectful to the employees. If you want to leave a tip, give it to the staff as it is the only way they will receive it.

Greek cuisine right in the center of Münster. Good value for money - main courses under 20 euros... many restaurants can get away with it. The menu has the classics of Greek cuisine. There is a cozy beer garden which is highly recommended. A cozy evening that invites you to see each other again. Keep it up!

Mini portions that taste good but are somewhat cold...The name is a joke... Ouzo was available in 0.2 bottles for 17 euros and only free at the end

The restaurant is decorated in a Greek rustic style. Staff was reasonably friendly.

The ambience outside is nice. Drinks are not served nicely Food seems cheap at first, but every side dish costs extra. The portions are small for a Greek, the quality is below average but okay. When we then ordered two bowls of tzatziki, since this isn't even included in the grill plate, two small bowls arrived. As we later saw on the bill, a large dollop of this white sauce cost €5.20. So we paid €10.40 for tzatziki alone. We probably won't go into the store again, even though the service was friendly. Overall, a rather poor price-performance ratio.

We visited the Greek restaurant Ouzeri in Münster for a staff dinner with a group of colleagues. The waitress was extremely attentive and brought us the drinks quickly. The atmosphere was rustic and authentic, which we really liked. The starters were of high quality, very authentic and extremely tasty. We would particularly like to praise the tzatziki. The main courses were also excellent in terms of taste, even traditional dishes such as liver were creatively reinterpreted with peppers and onions. Overall we had a very positive experience. Looking back, the portions could have been a little larger. But we'll definitely be back.

Don't tip because the owners are stealing the tips from the workers! The people that work there told me.. The place was ok but this is just disrespectful and I'd rather go eat somewhere else.

We have been to Ouzeri twice now and loved it both times. The service is very good and very friendly and the food, although not cheap, is a clear recommendation! We were definitely not there for the last time!

Two stars only because of the good service which brings the rating up. Because the service was quick and friendly. The food wasn't good. The meat was very fatty and partly inedible. I have never had such poor meat quality at a Greek restaurant. Plus mini portions of meat. I really expected more for these prices. Very disappointing restaurant visit.

Not recommended at all!!! 😤 How can you call yourself a restaurant and offer such subterranean quality!?! Actually a disgrace! I don't understand such things. No quality at all and overpriced. Once and never again! If someone asks me if you can eat there, I will say, better not! What is offered there can be done ten times better at home. Some were heated in the microwave. With microwave! You could tell by the beans we ordered as a side dish. One side cold and the other side called. Please don't go to this restaurant! Save your money! I don't need to explain it in more detail because what I have written is already too much and the restaurant is not worth mentioning or even writing a review. 😡

A small and cozy location. Very friendly staff and really delicious food. Several small dishes or main courses with special side dishes could be chosen. So each of us was able to try something and at the end everyone was full and very satisfied. Of course, the nice selection of small dishes is presented to order diligently, so you have to add it up every now and then. There is only one small point of criticism, the smell of food gets into the clothes. Regardless, a real recommendation and we will come back

Sehr leckeres typisch griechisches Essen: Mein Lammfleisch war zart, passend gewürzt und hatte vom Grill die richtigen Röstaromen. Der Krautsalat war hausgemacht und schmeckte so was von lecker 😋 Dazu kam noch das gemütliche Ambiente und der geschmeidige herzliche Service. Meine absolute Empfehlung, wenn man in Münster richtig gut griechisch Essen gehen möchte‼️

Also ich war schwer enttäuscht. Ein Tisch, gequetscht am Regal. Hauptessen, Beilage und Salat muss alles extra bestellt werden was ich persönlich nicht so gut finde, ist aber Einstellungssache. Das Essen selbst war leider nicht komplett, ein Tippfehler verursachte das die Beilage lange vor der Hauptspeise kam was ja kein Sinn macht, aber vertun kann sich jeder Mal( und schliesslich ging ein Getränk deswegen aufs Haus). Als das Essen dann kam musste ich leider feststellen, dass es quasi 2 mal gesalzen war. Das ging gar nicht. Daher: Keine Empfehlung von meiner Seite. Tipp an den Ober: vielleicht Mal genau hinschauen wen ich wo hinsetze. Vielleicht auch einen schlechten Tag von der Bedienung und vom Koch erwischt.

Das Essen war sehr gut ,die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Leider war unser Tisch ziemlich in der Ecke und wir hatten kaum Platz.

Die Ouzerie ist das beste ❤️ griechische Restaurant hier in Münster. Alles ist original echt griechisch, nichts verdeutscht, wie in anderen griechischen Restaurant. Auch die Abende mit griechische Lifemusik 🥰 Auf jeden Fall muss man immer vorher einen Tisch reservieren, sonst hat man keine Chance. Wir lieben es immer wieder dort zu sein. Es ist ein wunderbares Gefühl,als wäre man in Griechenland 🇬🇷❤️😍💝💘💋

Es war sehr gut. Das Essen perfekt.

Die warme Vorspeisenplatte ist außergewöhnlich vielfältig und außerordentlich geschmackvoll. Von allem etwas und extrem lecker. Die Sardinen empfehle ich lieber nicht, so bleiben mehr für mich. Das Essen ist großartig, die Getränkekarte bunt und superumfangreich. Der Service ist flott und freundlich. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Abend in einem außerordentlich gemütlich eingerichteten Restaurant.

Ein sehr leckeres Restaurant mit einer sehr netten Chefin und leckeren frischen Speisen. Es kam alles sehr zügig. Ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Service war hervorragend. Sehr vielfältiges Speisenangebot, da findet jeder etwas.

Super leckeres authentisches griechisches Restaurant.

Viele leckere Vorspeisen und Hauptgerichte. Wir saßen im urigen Biergarten, umsäumt von wilden Wein und Efeu, dekoriert mit netten rostigen Dekoartikeln an den Wänden. Würden auf jeden Fall wieder dort essen gehen.

Es ist immer wieder schön, dort zu essen und ein Stück Griechenland zu erleben. Man stellt sich sein Menü selbst zusammen, so wie bei spanischen Tapas.

Schöner Innenhof. Leider steht das Ambiente im starken Gegensatz zum Service und den recht übersichtlichen Gerichten. Wir hatten den kleinen Vorspeisenteller für stolze € 9.50, der weit unter unseren Erwartungen blieb. 5 kleine Cremes und ein gefülltes Weinblatt. Das Hauptgericht, Oktopus vom Grill, war zwar wirklich gut, die Portion aber mehr als übersichtlich für satte €13,50. Die Beilage, Kartoffeln aus dem Ofen waren gut für € 3,50. Bezeichnenterweise stellte der Kellner die sättigende Beilage direkt vor uns hin und das eigentliche, dürftige Hauptgericht daneben. Das dazu bestellte Zaziki kam leider gar nicht. Schade!

Sehr nettes Lokal abseits der Touristenpfade, dennoch fußläufig zur Innenstadt. Sehr aufmerksame Bedienung, schöne Innengestaltung und kleiner Hinterhof. Das Essen kann man sich individuell zusammenstellen und ist köstlich. Wir kommen wieder!

Nun es hat gut geschmeckt.... griechische Küche ist anders........aber es hat geschmeckt. Keine große Mengen......aber wir sind satt geworden........31 € Pro Person......... die Preise sind nicht gestiegen aber man hatte das Gefühl dass die Portionen kleiner geworden sind......aber das ist ja schon fast normal .. ..

Για καφεδακι ξεκινήσαμε αλλα η υπέροχη μυρωδιά από την κουζινα μας έκανε να μην μπορούμε να αντισταθούμε και τελικά απολαύσαμε μια ποικιλία. Πολυ καλη εξυπηρέτηση!!!Σας το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα
