Great burgers!! Nice staff!! And fresh cocktails!!

1 burger. 1 salad. 1 fries. 2 beers: 47 euros plus tip. Been there first and last time.

We were about to order vegetarian hamburgers, without realizing that there was a lot of vegetarian on the menu. But thank goodness, luckily it worked out and I got meat, but it was just a coincidence that I discovered this. I asked for bottled water, we had to go through the entire restaurant to get it ourselves, the staff was not interested in getting water for us. The interior of the restaurant was okay, but otherwise I got the feeling of a chain restaurant that does not focus on quality burgers. The most positive thing was that the fries were hot, not all places are able to serve hot fries.

Very good food with good variety of options, unusual that all items are vegetarian/vegan as standard but happy to report that you can swap in meat with no extra charge. Would definitely come again and recommend to others!

Ein wirklich durchdachtes und modernes Konzept! Auch ein großes Lob an das Personal: durchweg freundlich, aufmerksam und serviceorientiert. Wenn es möglich wäre, würden wir glatt 6 Sterne vergeben! Beilagen und Saucen waren ebenfalls top – alles hat rundum überzeugt. Auch an den Hund wurde gedacht.

The best vegetarian burger we have ever eaten! A big plus: Every burger is vegetarian or vegan as standard - but if you want, you can also choose meat. A really well thought out and modern concept! Also big praise for the staff: consistently friendly, attentive and service-oriented. If it were possible, we would give it 6 stars! Side dishes and sauces were also great – everything was completely convincing. The dog was also thought of.

Although we showed the 2 for 1 voucher, it was not taken into account in the bill. Unfortunately we only noticed this when we went out. It's difficult to recommend a service like this.

They have simple menu with many many varieties, which making you sure that you wont leave with half experience:) If you like a vegan burger but you are veggie you can just change the mayo as regular, or patty from vegan to beef, and more! As a person who is gluten free they were able to give me a burger with no bun without a problem! It was still very good and one of the best burgers I've eaten. I recommend this place for those who eat vegetarian or are gluten free as they are very flexible!

Super nice burger restaurant. The burgers are available as veggie, beef or chicken. Something for everyone :) Otherwise, the portions are perfectly balanced as long as you order a side dish.

We were there in a larger group and were warmly welcomed. We were seated quickly and served in a friendly manner. The burgers were tasty and as described. All around a good experience.

If you like burgers, you can't avoid this diner. We were there for the first time today and will hopefully be able to do it again while we are in Hamburg. The burgers and fries are really great, not at all comparable to any run-of-the-mill burger joint. We also found the drinks, smoothie and lemonade, delicious. Plus a nice atmosphere and friendly service. We'll be back.

Carrefull with the patty in the burger u are getting!! Ordered today medium done burger (Mr. T.), but got a smash burger, so very thin patty and with crispy edges. Ofc. it can happen. I showed it to the waiter. However, his reaction was "no it is Mr. T". and left. So, I called him again and had to go all the struggle again, discussing how such a thin patty can be medium done.... Mood killer

I had a Cesar's salad with "real" chicken. The chicken was ok - the rest was not remotely reminiscent of a Cesar's salad. Just a green salad with chickpeas and very little sauce that didn't taste like anything. Unfortunately. All dishes are only offered vegan, unless you order real meat. This then costs an additional €5.50! When our drinks were delivered (Cola Zero and Cola) the waitress commented: a normal Cola and here one with sugar!!! In a harsh tone - as if I had to apologize for it.

This place is a gem—absolutely loved it! The burger, fries, and mayo were all delicious. The only downside is the accessibility. We had to carry our baby’s stroller up the stairs since there’s no ramp or elevator. But the staff was very friendly and even helped us carry the stroller when we were leaving, which we really appreciated.

Otto’s Burger has never disappointed me. The burgers are a 10/10 every time!

I arrived in Hamburg and wanted to eat a hamburger, so I came to this restaurant. The atmosphere was great as well. I asked for a lunch set. The sweet potato was delicious, but maybe it depends on your preference? There is only a sweet potato combination on the menu, but if you ask the staff, they can change it to regular potato fries.

Unfortunately not a good experience. I can't recommend it any further. The burgers and fries were pretty cold and tasted like they had been prepared some time in advance. Just not a fresh feeling. The prices are simply far too high for that. The drinks also had little draft. There are plenty of other burger places in Hamburg that are significantly better. At Otto's Burgers, the price-performance ratio in particular is not right.

The burgers were AWESOME. Very tasty, juicy and messy in the best way. The waffle fries were crunchy. Plus the parmesan sauce? Out of this world. I would absolutely recommend this place if you want to have an incredible, unforgettable experience for your palate.

The service leaves a lot to be desired. The waiters seemed too lazy to serve or ask if you wanted anything else. Furthermore, it is impossible to enter with a baby stroller, since there are stairs and the waiters themselves (men and young people) are incapable of helping you. On the contrary, it was a girl who offered to help my friend and me. Normal food, nothing special. I will never return ❌️

An absolute dream burger! If it hadn't been on the menu, I wouldn't have even noticed that it was a vegan burger. Tastes exceptionally good. Juicy and incomparable in consistency. Excellently seasoned and simply delicious! The service was also very good. The only thing I found very uncomfortable was the enormous volume with all the mixers and it stressed me out personally - hence deducting a star for the ambience.

Discovered by chance on our last visit to Hamburg, had delicious burgers with fries, the service and the price-performance ratio were right and we will definitely come back.

I tried the Smash burger but it was a bit disappointing. I've tried burgers in many places but definitely not this one. The sauce doesn't taste good and is too thick.

So, the comments are exaggerated. It's not that good. The meatballs came out dry, I ordered magic mashrom and half of it was left. Portions are large. But it's tasteless.

Yes. Good burgers good food recommendation: smash burger. The meat is so flattened and has a bit more roasted flavors. Yummy. I think it could be more comfortable. But since the store is running well and is usually full, it's probably designed for maximum seating. That's why I deduct something from the ambience. Otherwise recommended.

Finally arrived in Hamburg from Frankfurt on Friday and had a delicious meal at Otto Burger Laden. The ambience and service in the store are top. You should just say that this burger tastes really delicious and that it is really good value for money.

We came in and were invited to choose a place relatively quickly. A waiter quickly brought us the cards but instead of putting them on the table they were thrown at us. Once we had decided and ordered, the waiter was very rude when we asked. The burgers and the homemade holy berry lemonade were all ok but not good either. The soda was very watery and I really wouldn't recommend vegetarian patties for the smash burgers because they are not firm and the burger completely fell apart. The others are just OK, but too expensive for what you get. In addition, the plates are very worn, which doesn't look nice when eating. The waiter was also rude when it came to paying but it was quick. The toilets are clean but very soundproof and dark.

There are vegan and beef options for burger patties. Their burgers are delicious but not the best burger I've ever eaten. Onion rings are hard to eat. The place has a nice atmosphere, the employees are friendly and fast.

I was there with 5 people and there is a very nice selection of vegan burgers. My vegan burger was very tasty and the blonde waitress was also extremely friendly, helpful and patient. You have to visit it once. Recommended!

Three days ago we visited Otto's Burgers and ate the best burger there. Prices were reasonable and the staff was extremely attentive and friendly. Absolutely recommended!

Had beef burger, chips and beer here for dinner, really tasty, good service, would return! Great atmosphere and service from staff, good English.

Super cool atmosphere, delicious homemade lemonades, and tasteful vegan and not vegan burgers. Best veggie option is the truffled mayo burger with mushrooms. Absolutely delicious. The app Neotaste is accepted there, so you can take 2 burgers for the price of one. Heaven on Earth.

Fries not included. The Portobello burger was great.

The restaurant was full, I was initially offered a bar seat by the window and stairs; didn't particularly want to sit there, an alternative was quickly found. The waitress took my order. Didn’t have to wait long for my order. However, it could have brought to the table in a more friendly manner. The Otto cheese was very good as well as the onion rings. The homemade mango and ginger lemonade was disappointing. In opinion it lacked flavour, no mango no ginger. If I return wouldn’t order it again.

We went to the restaurant spontaneously without a reservation and still got a table. There is free tap water and the food came very quickly. The prices are fair. It's nice that there's a vegan option on the menu and meat can be ordered separately instead (but not the "normal"). Definitely a recommendation! :)

Summary: great burger with vegan choices pleasant and cozy ambience, fastish service, fair prices. Went there with a medium hangover to replenish my electrolytes. I was not disappointed. Can recommend the Otto’s Cheese vegan option. Homemade lemonade tastes nice. The truffle mayo was a tad too strong for my taste.

I tried lots of different burgers in Hamburg.. but man, this is something different. If you're already reading this comment, order the truffle one and thank me later.

The large selection of vegetarian/vegan burgers is great. The menu even lists a vegetarian patty as standard everywhere. The taste is also really convincing, but if you add fries the price is a bit steep and even ketchup costs €1 extra. You're actually more familiar with this from McDonalds and not from more expensive burger restaurants

We went to Otto's Burgers for lunch today. The menu is not too big but there is something for everyone. The service was great and the food was very tasty. The next time we are in Hamburg we will definitely come back! Highly recommended!

Really great guacamole burger! I found the price difference for sweet potato fries quite steep and decided against it. I also found the prices for the dips to be too high. But everything was very, very tasty!!! Unfortunately for me. What I didn't like at all was the plate! These enamel plates scratched unpleasantly and gave a “fingernails on the table” feeling. I would reconsider.

I had the Mr. T burger which was delicious! The sweet potato fries were also very very good. I tried the truffle mayo sauce (very good but the truffle taste was a little too light for me) and the honey-peanut (which is excellent if you are a fan of peanuts!!). I recommend this place if you are looking for a (very) good burger in Hamburg!
