Delicious burgers at fair prices!

I was there with 5 people and there is a very nice selection of vegan burgers. My vegan burger was very tasty and the blonde waitress was also extremely friendly, helpful and patient. You have to visit it once. Recommended!

Had beef burger, chips and beer here for dinner, really tasty, good service, would return! Great atmosphere and service from staff, good English.

Three days ago we visited Otto's Burgers and ate the best burger there. Prices were reasonable and the staff was extremely attentive and friendly. Absolutely recommended!

Super cool atmosphere, delicious homemade lemonades, and tasteful vegan and not vegan burgers. Best veggie option is the truffled mayo burger with mushrooms. Absolutely delicious. The app Neotaste is accepted there, so you can take 2 burgers for the price of one. Heaven on Earth.

The restaurant was full, I was initially offered a bar seat by the window and stairs; didn't particularly want to sit there, an alternative was quickly found. The waitress took my order. Didn’t have to wait long for my order. However, it could have brought to the table in a more friendly manner. The Otto cheese was very good as well as the onion rings. The homemade mango and ginger lemonade was disappointing. In opinion it lacked flavour, no mango no ginger. If I return wouldn’t order it again.

We went to the restaurant spontaneously without a reservation and still got a table. There is free tap water and the food came very quickly. The prices are fair. It's nice that there's a vegan option on the menu and meat can be ordered separately instead (but not the "normal"). Definitely a recommendation! :)

Summary: great burger with vegan choices pleasant and cozy ambience, fastish service, fair prices. Went there with a medium hangover to replenish my electrolytes. I was not disappointed. Can recommend the Otto’s Cheese vegan option. Homemade lemonade tastes nice. The truffle mayo was a tad too strong for my taste.

I tried lots of different burgers in Hamburg.. but man, this is something different. If you're already reading this comment, order the truffle one and thank me later.

The large selection of vegetarian/vegan burgers is great. The menu even lists a vegetarian patty as standard everywhere. The taste is also really convincing, but if you add fries the price is a bit steep and even ketchup costs €1 extra. You're actually more familiar with this from McDonalds and not from more expensive burger restaurants

The burgers were so good. The serving size was big too. You can also customize your burger and even order for a set which comes with a burger, side, and a drink.

We went to Otto's Burgers for lunch today. The menu is not too big but there is something for everyone. The service was great and the food was very tasty. The next time we are in Hamburg we will definitely come back! Highly recommended!

Really great guacamole burger! I found the price difference for sweet potato fries quite steep and decided against it. I also found the prices for the dips to be too high. But everything was very, very tasty!!! Unfortunately for me. What I didn't like at all was the plate! These enamel plates scratched unpleasantly and gave a “fingernails on the table” feeling. I would reconsider.

I had the Mr. T burger which was delicious! The sweet potato fries were also very very good. I tried the truffle mayo sauce (very good but the truffle taste was a little too light for me) and the honey-peanut (which is excellent if you are a fan of peanuts!!). I recommend this place if you are looking for a (very) good burger in Hamburg!

Very tasty food and nice service

My first time at this restaurant (chain) was at lunchtime (1:00 p.m.) It was quite loud because it was crowded and narrow. But the first thing I noticed was that it was not handicapped accessible. You have to climb a few steps directly at the door and you also have to take stairs down to the toilets. After ordering we had to wait about 5-10 minutes for the drinks. So far ok. Food took longer. The burger looked delicious and tasted extremely good. The Honey B costs around €13, which would have been fine if you got a handful of fries with it. Otherwise it's quite intense. However, at the moment the price of everything has risen sharply everywhere, even though people are not paying for quality everywhere. But the burger here was great. Fries would still have been nice. Fritz Cola costs €4. If you choose another burger, the bottle only costs €2. Then why can't you lower the drink prices for all burgers at lunchtime? I didn't understand. I really can't recommend the toilets. It a) didn't look that clean and b) the walls are extremely thin. There was no paper for drying the hands of either the women or the men. But the women had tampons and pads for small emergencies. I thought that was great again. There should be a lot more often. Overall feedback: I'll be back. :)

One of the best burgers i ever eat. If your looking for hamburger in Hamburg, it comes to mind first. Ordered Mr.T with beef, fries, bbq and mustard-peanut souce and apple juice and paid like 21₺. They also make their meats vegan as default and their bbq souce was vegan too. If you want to your meat is beef or something else you should say while ordering. Also booking reservation is recommended because without it we had to wait 20 min to get table.

Looking for a burger and cocktail, we hoped for Otto’s Burger. We were kindly asked to wait until a table for two people became available. Then we were seated next to smelly people that surpassed the smell of a triathlete. We canceled and were repositioned. Unfortunately there was no relaxed atmosphere. Too loud, too narrow, too uncomfortable. The food came quickly, the drinks 20 minutes later. It doesn't work at all!!! Burger was OK, nothing special. Cocktails were great. At least something. Sorry, the store is not for us.

Visited with friends. Cosy atmosphere on a chilly evening. Delicious food (3 vegans, 1 not). Hope we get a chance to visit again.

Great burger restaurant, all the residents here are vegetarian or vegan, but they are also available with meat if desired 😉 but the vegetarian versions are very tasty and also very different. The fries, coleslaw, sauce and lemonade are also very tasty.

It's been a long time since I've eaten a really good burger. Here we concentrated on one topic and perfected it. Definitely on the bucket list for your next visit to Hamburg.

Citizen was tasty, but there was no wow effect. But I would also order again or eat there. The LADY WHO SERVED WAS VERY NICE RIGHT AT THE DOOR. A. SMILE, VERY PATIENT, SIMPLE 1A. The lady at the counter was a bit annoyed or something, maybe worked too much, was complaining and didn't smile, maybe she was tired. But otherwise I would recommend visiting the store. Enjoy it

Really nice experiences and the food was delicious!!

We dined there with a group of 12 people. The service is very good. From reception to farewell, everything was positive. The ambience was mediocre, nothing special. Even during the day everything seems very dark and uninviting. The food was very good. A big plus point is the excellent selection of sauces/dips. The burgers on offer take some getting used to and may not suit everyone's taste. I ate the Chillililli Smash Burger, which was advertised on the menu with a chilli pepper next to the description, which suggested to me that the dish was spicy. Unfortunately there is a world of difference between expectation and reality. Neither the jalapenos nor the Sriracha mayo were spicy or even remotely spicy enough to produce a pleasant spiciness. Hela's hot ketchup is hotter. Apart from the lack of spiciness, the burger was very tasty and the ingredients seemed fresh. In terms of price, the restaurant is in the upper third for my taste. Everyone has to decide for themselves whether it is justified or not. It's just Hamburg and not Klein Klekkersdorf. My conclusion: Good, clean restaurant with delicious burgers and snacks at prices above average.

One bite in, and it was a flavorful burger! The Honey B Burger was delicious, but I’d only recommend it if you’re a fan of peanut butter sauce. I would have given it 5 stars, but I asked for a medium burger and got it well done. Overall, though, it was a great experience!

The only restaurant I visited twice while in Hamburg. Best homemade burger I've ever eaten

We were totally impressed! All tables were occupied, we were told we would have to wait 20 minutes, and after 10 minutes we were allowed to go to the table. Drinks were delivered straight away, the food came super quickly, was hot and absolutely delicious. When we accidentally spilled a drink, it was replaced free of charge. I don't think it could be any better! Thanks :)

I liked the food. The girls who served us were also very friendly. We ordered and within 10 minutes we were already eating. I liked the burger, the beer too, very good. I ordered a Session IPA and I really recommend it. We ate 3 people, hamburgers with fries and beer and the bill was €70.

Nice burger place. Staff friendly. You can visit. Certainly not for gourmets, but if you want a burger, you're better off here than at Peter Pane. Fries are also very tasty with good dips.

Delicious burger restaurant The burgers are available in a wide variety of options and are generally vegetarian, which we find very positive. Tastes good, but there are better burgers. The fries were just right and seasoned well. Delicious sauce. Unfortunately there are a lot of steps to reach and therefore not recommended for people with limited mobility.

Otto's Burger is a must for all vegetarians and vegans! Here the tables are simply turned around, all dishes are vegetarian/vegan, but you can also get a meat version. We have been here many times and I can recommend all burgers without exception. Rarely have I had such good vegetarian burgers. The restaurant is located in the Lange Reihe, so it is ideally connected. The service is very friendly and the food usually comes quite quickly.

Otto's burger is actually always good, but last Sunday afternoon the young man wasn't that attentive. Unfortunately, the burgers were too well done despite being medium rare and the fries were cold, actually unusual because it wasn't that crowded on Sunday afternoon. Since we really like to test all the branches, it unfortunately has a pale aftertaste, but we'll still come to the conclusion.

A really great shop with authentic burgers! I like eating here. When it's completely full, it's a little louder. But everything is within reason.

The food was really very tasty. The selection really has something for everyone, including vegetarians and vegans. The burgers are freshly prepared and very tasty. You could also order a selection of side dishes. The service staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Points were deducted here because we hardly asked whether anything else was needed and when we wanted to pay it took longer until someone came. All in all, recommended.

This is a must-eat burger restaurant when you come to Hamburg. The truffle burger is especially delicious. The patty was changed to Beef and is full of burnt pepper and truffle mushroom aromas. Otto’s IPA goes very well with the burger menu.

Our burgers were world class, the fries were super tasty and the mayo with parmesan was a hit. I think the plates are particularly cool, even if some of the reviews here didn't like it that much😉

The food manager needs to be replaced. They had no smash burgers, no eggs, and could only cook burgers well done. We left before order

I was here for the first time yesterday. Positive: the service was generally friendly and the IPA was great. Neutral: apparently a grill was broken. This means an extremely limited selection of burgers. The fries were okay, but at €5 they weren't cheap either. The atmosphere was quite nice. Negative: For the first time in my life I let food go back because it was just bad. The first burger was completely cold and the bread was not toasted. I complained about the burger and a new one was brought to me very quickly (thank you very much for that). However, this one was even worse. I'm not sure if I had meat or a veggy version. It was just incredibly tough and just not tasty. After two small bites, I stopped eating this burger. The burger has also declined. At €12 for a cheeseburger, this should at least somewhat stand out from the American cheap competition. Unfortunately, this was not the case in terms of quality or size of the burger. Some of the people around us didn't seem particularly happy with their orders either. Maybe this was simply because of the grill and today all is well again. When I paid I was initially offered a 50% discount for the burger, which I thought was a bad joke. Only after I said again that it was really inedible was it taken off the bill. I also found the credit card machine's automatic request for a tip to be anything but appropriate in this context. Oh yes... I also think that one euro for a small portion of mayo is completely wrong.

The food (burgers and fries) were very tasty! The parmesan mayo I ordered with the fries was great, I could have fooled myself 👌 The service was on point, polite & nice. We will definitely come back next time we visit Hamburg!

If you're looking for good burgers, this is the place for you. I chose the crispy chicken burger. Large paddy and pickled red onions. 👍 For me it could have been sharper. (But I'm not a marching staff 😉) Fries were really good too. I'd really like to come back, where I hope I don't see so many people eating their burgers with a knife and fork. 🙈

A wonderful concept: the burgers are offered as a veggie version as standard, but if you want you can also get the meat version! So it's exactly the opposite of normal and that's more than refreshing, it should become the new normal!

Ordered 2 cheeseburgers with a Portland patty. In one the patty was burnt on the edge and the other was kind of raw and mushy. In both cases, the iceberg pieces were dry and wilted and the burgers were lukewarm to cold. Unfortunately this is only at rest stop level.

The service was friendly and quick. Unfortunately we didn't really like the food. The bun was rather wobbly and the meat was too cooked, which was almost a shame. Plus the wine in the water glass... All in all, just not our cup of tea

Einer der besten Burger, die ich gegessen habe in letzter Zeit (Mr. T Burger). Die Zutaten waren super, der Patty perfekt. Leider waren die Pommes nicht knusprig. Aber das Personal war freundlich und hat die Kritik und das Lob super aufgenommen.
