I would call it the best Italian in Nuremberg. There were five of us there and we all had different dishes and desserts. We were all thrilled and more than full. Our conclusion: the food there is great! The service was good and not intrusive.

Whenever we come to Nuremberg, we go there for pizza. Nowhere else is the dough so fluffy.

The food was actually okay, but considering the size it was really cheeky with 6 (!) small ravioli with some parmesan. When asked about the size of the dish, the unmotivated and grinning waiter replied "eat" - so surreal at first that our group laughed, but really unbelievable afterwards. The outside terrace also faces the street, which wasn't ideal either. From my point of view, as a sales representative and someone who travels a lot through this country, it’s “okay” at best. There are definitely better options in Nuremberg that you can go to.

Wenn das Parmesan war auf den Spaghetti war selbst der ohne jeden Geschmack!!?!! Carbonara grisselig Speck schlecht Schlicht ungenießbar. Schade hatte mich auf original Carbonara gefreut. Personally, it didn't entirely convince me. Probably picked the wrong food, saltimbocca. Meat was tough, vegetables were overcooked. But it seems to be very popular as there was a lot going on and the noise level was correspondingly loud. Comfortable is different.

Authentic Italian, the dolce vita is definitely celebrated here and the food is ala italia.. More Italy is hardly possible. Super friendly staff with unusual ideas for weekly menus.

It is a large restaurant that can also be visited with groups of over 15 people. The online reservation was easy. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any feedback as to whether this worked and I had to call. Unfortunately it is quite expensive for quite small portions. Because it is so big, it is often very loud.

A shame, because the food was good. But they scam you the Italian way: Tap water? They don't serve it to you; instead, bottle of water for 7 euros. Very expensive glass of wine too. And on top of that, they want to charge you the famous “copperto”, which is clearly a scam. Despite what they say, things are NOT done that way in Spain.

Abbiamo mangiato all' osteria del centro di Norimberga lo scorso 15 giugno. Abbiamo preso una quattro formaggi e due bufaline. Ottime davvero, materie prime di prima scelta, cornicione della pizza magnifico. Servizio veloce, staff gentilissimo, prezzi ottimi. Consigliamo vivamente di andare, non ve ne pentirete.

I'm blown away! Were there for the second time now. The first time I had the salmon pasta and today I had the truffle pasta. These were the best noodles I've ever eaten. The lady who served us was very attentive and very nice. I'm very excited for the second time.

Completely dubious store, the staff is extremely unfriendly. You call the restaurant 30 minutes in advance and they tell you on the phone that we have space and when you get there you are rudely told “we are fully booked”. I would give 0 stars if it were possible.

The food is really delicious and I can say from visits over several years that it is always consistently good. Drinks and cocktail selections are mostly fairly priced, although some bottles of wine are overpriced considering the loud ambience. And here is the criticism that costs the last star in the overall rating. When the restaurant is full, it is so loud that you can hardly hear your own words. Here I know from other restaurants with similarly noisy rooms that sound-absorbing panels or pictures are attached to the ceilings/walls. This works wonders and is certainly affordable in a well-run restaurant.

After a lovely visit last summer, we spontaneously decided to visit you again yesterday. We were seated in the middle of the interior by a very stressed/annoyed waiter. It was incredibly loud - understand your own words? None! About the food: the pizza was really good this time too - great base and high-quality toppings! (Bonus points for the heavenly garlic oil!!) The carbonara in the parmesan body didn't taste good. The whole pasta was swimming in sauce and the symbiosis of carbonara and parmesan was just far too greasy and partly rancid. You also saved a lot with the bacon :/ (pasta was al dente). In addition, the presentation of the dish didn't appeal to us as guests at all. The waiter prepared the food in front of us in a completely careless and annoyed manner and didn't pay us a single glance the entire time. The boss relaxed the situation a bit in the end with his cool demeanor, but yesterday evening wasn't really great.

During the Exhibition season in late February/early March, this place is hopping every night. Very noisy in a pleasant way (in my opinion). We dined twice at the Osteria as the location is just opposite the hotel where we were staying. But both times the service was very good and the food and wine excellent. Their Mista Salad is great - excellent way to start the meal (if you like the salad as a first course - then tell them that, or they may bring it along with the main dish). Their pasta dishes are excellent. We don't like sea food and they were willing to change their Pasta, spinach and salmon, dish so that there was no salmon, and more spinach. Not every restaurant is willing to do that and it turned out perfectly. Their Primitivo wine is excellent. Also their Creme Brulee style desert was very good. Overall very recommended!

Close to various hotels near the central station, after so much pork we decided to eat the delicious pizza, the staff were efficient and courteous, almost all Italian. A beautiful experience. Recommended if you don't want to eat only meat!

Bruschetta that wasn't bruschetta...but bread not put in the oven with a bit of tomato on top...raw sliced ​​beef, carbonara good only for Germans...pizza loaded with mozzarella but perhaps it was the only best thing on the table and appetizers they smelled bad, in fact I asked the waiter to take that dish away from the table.......once upon a time we ate well here and the waiters were also kind...today I will never go back again!!!!! I paid 122 euros to feel bad! Don't say you're Italian if you make third world cuisine for Christ's sake!

Normalerweise bestellen wir unserer Essen dort. Absolut lecker. Silvester war ich zum ersten Mal persönlich dort. Irgendwie konnten sie für uns noch einen Platz "freischaufeln". Essen war wieder super. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Obwohl wir jedes Jahr 2-3 Mal in Nürnberg sind, haben wir die Osteria Del Centro erst letzte Woche entdeckt. Als Italien-Fans mit mindestens 2 Aufenthalten pro Jahr dort, haben wir ein so phantastisches Essen und Ambiente mit italienischem Personal lange nicht mehr genossen. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle noch dieses Jahr wieder und freuen uns wieder auch auf den tollen Service.

Wir haben dieses Ristorante leider viel zu spät gefunden. Solch ein Super italienisches Essen mit tollem italienischen Service und einem sehr angenehmen Ambiente haben wir lange nicht gehabt. Bei unserem nächsten Nürnberg-Aufenthalt sind wir wieder da.

Essen leider nicht besonders, Pizzateig lecker und der Ofen eine Attraktion, aber die Soße eher lasch. Nudelgerichte auch eher fad. Steak nicht auf dem Garpunkt getroffen, medium war bestellt, es war rare. Laden war voll und laut, man sitzt auch sehr eng. Kein Brot vorweg oder Schnaps aufs Haus. Deko und Ambiente waren schön, Service war nett und gut. Wir kommen aus Berlin, sind von dort besseres italienisches Essen gewohnt, sorry!

Essen wie in Italien in netten Ambiente mit aufmerksamen und freundlichem Service. Uneingeschränkte Weiterempfehlung.

Sehr gutes Restaurant mit leckerer italienischer Küche. Eine Tischreservierung würde ich hier empfehlen.

Mein Highlight: die Nudeln werden direkt am Tisch im Parmesanrad geschwenkt und das Servicepersonal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Also viel gibt da nicht zu sagen... das essen war sehr gut, vorallem Aber die Pizza. Schade das wir aus Stuttgart kommen denn sonst wäre ich sehr oft hierher gekommen. Wirklich nur zu empfehlen...

Πίτσα ναπολιτάνικου στυλ με πλούσια γέμιση και καρμπονάρα με βελούδινη κρέμα αυγού και al dente spaghetti. Πολύ καλή επιλογή για φαγητό. Το μαγαζί βρίσκεται ένα τετράγωνο δίπλα από τον κεντρικό σταθμο του τρένου.

Sehr großes Lokal in Bahnhofnähe. Gute Auswahl an Speisen. Qualität und Geschmack durchschnittlich. Die hausgemachten Ravioli waren sehr teigig und zu fest. Fürs gebotene viel zu teuer.

Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Die Pizzen werden im Steinofen am offenen Feuer zubereitet und waren eine der besten, die ich je gegessen habe. Die beiden Pizza-Bäcker verstehen ihr Handwerk! Falls wir wieder in Nürnberg sind, kommen wir wieder.

Auch noch zu später Stunde wird man hier vom super freundlichen Personal empfangen und schnell mit Getränken und leckerem italienischen Essen verwöhnt. Für uns führt in Nürnberg kein Weg an diesem Restaurant vorbei.

Die Osteria Del Centro liegt in Laufentfernung vom Nürnberger Bahnhof und damit auch gut über öffentliche Verkehrsmittel erreichbar. Das Restaurant ist sehr gut besucht, das heißt es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall vorher zu reservieren. Wir waren mit einer Gruppe da und alle gewählten Hauptspeisen waren gut und reichhaltig. Beim Nachtisch war die Interpretation etwas frei. Das angebotene Schokoladensoufle war ein Schokolavakuchen und das Tiramisu eher ein Makapone, Biscuit-Kuchen der aber immerhin mit Sahne kam, was dem Kuchenaspekt entsprach (keine Löffelbiscuits, kein Espresso oder Amarettogeschmack). Insgesamt war der Service sehr schnell, was aber auch bedeutet, dass bereits abgeräumt wurde, während einige noch aßen. Wir wurden das Gefühl nicht los, dass es auf schnellen Umsatz ankam. Besonders störend fanden wir. die hohe "Packungsdichte" der Tische, die das Mass der Gemütlichkeit für uns überschritt. Also Essen gut oder zumindest kreativ, Gemütlichkeit eher eingeschränkt.

Dire che da italiana in viaggio di lavoro a Norimberga mi sono sentita a casa in questo posto sarebbe banale e riduttivo, considerando che si tratta di un locale di cucina italiana gestito da italiani. Posso dire però che sono venuta ben 3 volte 8j una settimana ed ho trovato non solo italiani nostalgici ma gente del posto mangiare di gusto e godersi la serata! L'osteria del centro non offre soltanto ottimi piatti della cucina italiana ma soprattutto un servizio impeccabile, cortesia e quel sorriso che fa sentire bene gli ospiti. Complimenti a tutti e grande Vittorio che non ha sbagliato un colpo !

Wow. Einfach nur wow. Eine echte italienische Pizza hab ich serviert bekommen zu ein sehr fairen Preis. Pizza wurde mit guten Teig und Belag bestehend aus Mozzarella Käse Tomatensauce und Schinken zu bereitet. Sogar der Wunsch die Pilze weg zu lassen wurde umgesetzt. Dazu noch im Holzofen gebacken. Der Service war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Die bestellten Sachen waren zügig serviert. Der Gastraum war sauber und gemütlich. Der Preis für die Pizza war absolut gerechtfertigt fertigt nur das Getränk leicht teuer, trotzdem noch ok. Ich komm auf jedenfall wieder wenn ich in der Nähe bin 5 Sterne 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Gute Pizzen und schneller Service. Die Getränke und das Essen waren innerhalb kürzester Zeit bei uns und schmackhaft. Eine Margarita kostet allerdings auch hier stolze 9€ alle weiteren deutlich über 10 Euro. Vielleicht ist das auch jetzt die Realität?
