Osteria Angelini in Berlin

Stopped here before visiting the Schlossparktheater and were pleasantly surprised. Pizza really tasty and plenty of toppings, waiter on the ball. Sartisprizz and Aperol mixed well, there was also schnapps after the meal. Truffle pasta or pasta with parmesan at the next table looked good.

We - two women - were here for the first time. We were extremely satisfied! I had pasta flambéed in parmesan with scampi. It was really good: the pasta was nice and al dente, the mixture with the parmesan was right, although I was skeptical at first because seafood and parmesan don't normally have such a good relationship. I also had a nice, fruity Lugano, which was very well chilled, just the way I like it. All I can say about the ambience is: Meraviglioso! I rarely give 5 stars to restaurants because there is usually something wrong, but here they are appropriate. I'd love to come back :-)

One of the two best Italians in Steglitz. Unfortunately the nicest waiters are no longer there. Nice terrace. The preparation is occasionally a little inconsistent and the price rises, but all in all, the Osteria is highly recommended. Good wines! Best penne all'arrabiata in the whole city. As far as the salads are concerned, I find them spoiled by the unaesthetically thick tomato and cucumber pieces and the white part of the tomato pieces is not cut out, even though it is poisonous! This is how much basic knowledge a chef should have.

Great Italian food with great service. There were four of us and we were able to enjoy a thoroughly enjoyable evening.

The pizza is great, the selection of pizzas is varied and the truffle pasta (with beef) is also super tasty 😋. BUT the portion of the truffle pasta is too small. For a portion that costs €25, more pasta should be added (that's hardly an additional cost for the restaurant)

There were four of us (without a reservation). We actually wanted to visit the Christmas Garden, but tickets weren't available until two hours later and the restaurant in the Botanical Garden was surprisingly closed. Luckily, because we were able to discover this very nice restaurant with lovely staff and delicious food nearby. We got a nice table by the window and were treated very friendly. The pizza and the pasta dish were very tasty and filling, the wine was also good and the ambience was great. We are very happy to have been there and will happily go again next time we are in Berlin. Thank you for this great experience!

Waited 1.5 hours for really bad spaghetti with chicken. The chicken wasn't even properly seared, let alone seasoned. And then there wasn't even an apology.

This restaurant is actually one of those that I like to go to, but unfortunately yesterday's experience left me disappointed. The restaurant wasn't overly busy, but we had to wait a long time for our food. I had ordered a carbonara, which wasn't a carbonara, but spaghetti with a lot of oil and a tiny bit of scrambled eggs and half raw bacon. Unfortunately the egg was set. I can even do it better at home.

The food tasted very tasty, but the portions were very small. We didn't get enough. The waiter brought the wrong thing twice. He was very annoyed and blamed us for it.

The best restaurant in Germany!!! I had the pleasure of visiting this restaurant and it was an absolute delight! The food was outstanding - every dish was perfectly prepared and full of flavor. The service was attentive, friendly and accommodating, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. I was particularly impressed by the attention to detail that could be felt in every aspect of the experience. It was a thoroughly enjoyable evening and I will definitely be coming back. Absolutely recommended! 5 stars!

I found this place on my way back from the Botanical Gardens. Sitting outside was very comfortable, there was a lot going on, something like that usually speaks for itself. Then I was lucky and was also pleasantly surprised 😮 Lunch until 3 p.m., all pizza and pasta dishes (except the truffle dishes) only €9.50! Very positive and they really have a lot to choose from. That was difficult for me, but I chose the Linguine al Limone. Unfortunately they didn't have a Limoncello Spritz, but they did have a Sarti Lemon Spritz, so that was also the drink they chose, plus a Latte Macchiato. A pannacotta had to be ordered as dessert. Now to everything: great 👍 The pannacotta was so delicious! With grated orange peel and delicious raspberry sauce, it was really delicious! The latte macchiato was also very good, there was a good shot of coffee with it, it tasted very good and I think with a drink like this you can and should taste the coffee well 👌The linguine had the shrimp and baby calamari... I was At first I was skeptical and surprised whether I had read it wrong 😅I hadn't had much to do with calamari and shrimp until now. Unfortunately, the card was taken away immediately after ordering. But I took the pasta and just tried it. All in all, I was surprised. I thought it was very tasty and I would order this dish again, but next time you should bring the right dish 😅If I hadn't doubted myself so much, I would have said something else, but I didn't have a menu left either look. I was still very satisfied and would come again! The waiter was still very, very nice and friendly 👍👌

Great food and one of the best tomato soups I know

We were there on a Saturday because we were visiting the Schlosspark Theater in the evening and therefore reserved a table there. Which was good, because as soon as we got there it got busier and busier (which is a good sign). Great atmosphere, very nice service, the food (we both had pasta) and the dessert were super delicious!! The food came very quickly too! So highly recommended, we would reserve there if we are nearby.

No matter how great the food is, it's not appropriate to point out tips to someone with the phrase "We tip." Some people don't want to pay tips with a card but give them in cash, others don't want to give a tip at all. Unfortunately I will avoid this restaurant in the future.

Unfortunately the waiter wasn't very helpful. There were four of us and each ordered a menu for 42 euros. The menu included tiramisu as a dessert. I asked to swap the tiramisu for a pannacotta. This was immediately rejected. No attempt to explain or ask in the kitchen. It just didn't work. The point that the price of the individual desserts on the menu is the same was also not noticed. The food itself was ok. At least not bad. Tasteless in the truest sense of the word. The potatoes and beans appear to have simply been cooked. As I said, salt was missing, there was simply no taste that made you say, yes, it tastes really good... The meat was ok too. Here too, the special taste was missing. Overall it was disappointing for the price. Three stars would have been deserved if the staff had made an effort. I won't come back.

A great Osteria, conveniently located and perfect before a visit to the theater. Very attentive service staff and really good food. My wife had liver, it was sensationally good. The disadvantage is that the tables inside are too close together, which creates a bit of a train station atmosphere.

The food, no matter what it is, is very tasty here. The service is friendly and the prices are absolutely okay. It's very comfortable to sit here with a nice atmosphere. However, you should definitely make a reservation in advance because it is usually quite full here. Small update: Unfortunately, despite making a reservation by telephone, we didn't get a table. We've always been satisfied so far and that's why we eat here often. Even during Corona times, we often picked up food here to simply support the restaurant. But it's not possible to just leave "regular customers" there and say that the restaurant is full. Why do you reserve then, I ask? Very unfortunate. You don't feel like you're in good hands. Unfortunately, the service is no longer as good as it used to be because it is often too crowded and too loud and this creates a certain hectic pace. Plus the air is pretty bad. We now prefer to go back to our Italian restaurant, whom we have known for many years. We always have the best service there!

online Reservierung hat problemlos geklappt, Empfang im Restaurant gut. Leider kein kleiner Gruß aus der Küche ( Brot, Oliven etc. ) zum Apero. Pizza Gorgonzola, Bresaola, Birne sehr gut ( Birnen aus der Dose etwas zu süß ). Pizza Parma meiner Partnerin auch sehr gut. Teig excellent. Service freundlich, aber hat sich leider zu wenig bemerkbar gemacht ( Nachbestellungen etc. ). Desserts haben nicht ganz unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Panna cotta viel zu fest, Fruchtsoße extrem süß, sehr lieblos präsentiert ( 9,50 € ), Mandelparfait war auch sehr lieblos präsentiert, Caramel zu süß, keine Deko auf dem riesen gr. Teller. Gesamteindruck gut, schöne Ambiente, große Panoramafenster, kein Lärm von der Schoßstr. feststellbar. Wir kommen wieder. Mille grazie per la bella serata.

Italian restaurant in Berlin. Located in the suburbs of Berlin, 30 minutes from the Berlin Central station by car. Great ambiance perfect for couples, first date and or business meetings. Amazing stuff, very professional. Also speak English for non-german speaking and took time to explain the menu . Lovely experience all along. Recommend the Bolognese.Vegetarian and vegan options also available.

Were there for the first time today and certainly not the last time. It was very cozy, the food was delicious, service was very attentive and the atmosphere was very pleasant. Even today, March 8, 2024, always great here at Angelini.

Great Italian, delicious food, generous portions. Pasta prices start at €12. I can recommend the vegetarian pasta with grilled vegetables.

Unfortunately the food was too salty. The soup was completely over salted and had to be returned. (No compensation or apology for this! Kometar des Jellner "that can happen...") The prices are also very steep, e.g. a glass of 0.4 Sprite costs €5. Pizzas 12-20€. Soups were really below average Ministrone with frozen vegetables. Pizza ok, but sometimes cheap ingredients... e.g. B. the buffalo mozzarella... The waitress couldn't handle the announcement that all the dishes should come at the same time so that you don't have to wait for the one person who ordered an appetizer. The waitress was very clumsy when serving, constantly reaching in front of your face instead of moving forward. Water was not poured. The ambience is quite nice, but also quite cheap, artificial leather chairs that make you sweat a lot. Overall, a typical mediocre Steglitz restaurant, but one that charges high prices.

Restaurant is very beautiful and looks like it's newly renovated. Staff kind and attentive. Unfortunately the food is more than mediocre. The mozzarella was placed COLD on the pizza after it came out the oven. Pasta was okay - nothing special. All of this would be okay, if it wasn't for the VERY high prices! Paid €10 for a glass of red wine! Do not recommend.

Interesting atmosphere, delicious food

Nice restaurant with just a few little things that could be changed to seem truly Italian. The bread served beforehand is fresh, but still typically Albanian, as is the restaurant's entire excellent team. The pizzas are excellent. In our meat dish, the vegetable side dish unfortunately has little taste and the rosemary potatoes still need considerable improvement. This seems to be the same with all meat dishes. The excellent cassata ice cream is devalued by a “strawberry sauce” that only tastes like sugar. But we will come back - just because of the staff and the pizzas. We will be able to avoid the other thing by modifying our order. -------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------ Once again in the (Albanian-run) Angelini for three. The pizzas have changed. No more Italian crusty edge, the cheese is a bit bland, similar to the spinach. The Pappardele castello lacked the taste promised on the menu. There was nothing to complain about with the linguine lime. The cassata was plain vanilla ice cream with some chocolate ice cream infused. In each piece there was only one piece of candied fruit. So it didn't deserve the name cassata. A corresponding note to the staff was met with a shrug of the shoulders. A pity...

Ich hab eine Pizza mit Pilz und Schinken gegessen und hatte am nächsten tag Todes Durchfall und hab 4x mal gekotzt ist echt sehr schade so richtig billige Beilagen in die Pizza zu packen und dafür 15€ zahlen und am nächsten Tag Durchfall bekommen

Tolles Restaurant, leckeres Essen, tolle Bedienung. Mehr gibt es nicht zu sagen. Einfach top. Klasse Speisekarte. Hingehen, schmecken lassen, wohlfühlen.

Essen war gut, preis ist auch ok, guter Service

Der Raum vermittelt irgendwie nicht den gleichen Eindruck wie einge andere Pizzerias die ich bisher besucht habe. Es ist etwas zu offen und wenig intim. Es riecht aber gut nach frischen Essen, da die Küche offen ist. Der Service ist okay, wenn auch nicht herausragend, da ich in einem noblen Lokal nie den Besteck einfach auf dem Tisch ohne Serviette darunter liegen würde. Aber die Kelner sind sofort da, wenn man sie braucht und warten muss man auf die Wünscherfüllung auch nicht lange. Das Essen... Ja, die Karte ist gut gefüllt. Alles frisch gekocht. Auch Vorspeisen und Desserts sind sehr gut vertreten. Ob schmeckts? Und ob! Das Essen ist lecker Und die Teller eindeutig für die Pizzas zu klein. Nur etwas schärfere Besteck wäre sehr hilfreich. Unter dem Strich - wer angehobenes Ambiente erwartet, sollte woanders hin, wer mit Freundin ungestört essen möchte, sollte es auch woanders tun. Wer jedoch gut essen möchte, der ist hier richtig. Man wird wirklich satt und das noch mit vollem Geschmack.

Die Osteria Angelini überzeugt durch ein wunderbares italienisches Ambiente. Die vielen Weinflaschen sind nicht nur effizient gelagert, sondern schaffen sehr viel Gemütlichkeit. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und schnell. Wir wurden perfekt betreut und mit leckeren Weinen versorgte. Als Mahlzeit können wir vor allem Spezialitäten von der Trüffelkarte empfehlen. Die Zubereitung im Parmesanleib war ein besonderes Highlight. Ebenso waren die Antipastiteller sehr schmackhaft. Danke für den schönen Abend. ♥️

Mein Mann und ich hatten einen wunderschönen Abend in diesem Lokal. Essen lecker, Ambiente sooo gemütlich und das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich!!!!

Richtig gute Pasta und auch mal anderes als das Übliche, klare Empfehlung, die Pappadelle del Castello mit Birnen oder die Tagliatelle als Prugne mit Pflaumen mal auszuprobieren! Ebenfalls sehr gute Pizza, richtig freundlicher und aufmerksamer Service, sehr nettes italienisches Ambiente. Hier geh ich immer wieder gern hin, wenn man sich mal verwöhnen lassen will :)

Macht einen ordentlichen Eindruck, die Gnocci mit Trüffel Ricotta & reichlich Steinpilzen waren gut, die Steinofenpizza meines Sohnes war spitze. Weniger Spitze war der Service, ich sage mal entschleunigt und auch mehr desinteressiert. Lange vor einem leeren Glas sitzen, mein Sohn hatte kein Getränk bis fertig mit essen gewesen. Im Mittagsangebot kosten die Pizzen fast alle 9,50€ und zwar bis 15h. Meine Bestellung erfolgte - Pardon um 14h56 - leider standen dann 14,50€ auf der Rechnung. Wenn der Service dann 20min braucht um einzubuchen, sind wir trotzdem bei 9,50€ ;) Wir werden eher keine Freunde deshalb.

Great authentic Italian restaurant! We came her for lunch in a bigger group and got seated right away. The staff was very attentive and polite, the food was absolutely delicious with good portion sizes and they do have an extensive wine card to choose from. The inside of the restaurant looks nice, the outside is cozy enough with clean furniture. Unfortunately and normal for german summers: we had at least 5 wasps with a passion for Italian food at our table. It still did not make the visit salty, we will definitely come here again!

Sehr gemütliche Osteria. Absolut zuvorkommendes Personal. Das Essen ist gut bis sehr gut. Preislich etwas höher angesiedelt. Vorspeisen so 12€ und darüber. Neben Pasti und Pizzi auch Küchenenempfehlungen auf Schiefertafel. Ordentliche Karte. Wir waren an einem Donnerstag nach 19:00. Es war voll, so dass sich eine Reservierung empfiehlt. 1.8. Service und Qualität sind deutlich schlechter geworden.

Essen top! Service unter aller Sau. Teller wird regelrecht auf den Tisch geschmissen. Gäste anschauen während man eine Bestellung aufgibt ist auch nicht mehr drin. Alles andere als Wohlfühlatmosphäre dadurch. Sonst kann man eigentlich nicht meckern....schade
