Quick and friendly staff. Good Italian food and drinks.

The food is average, but the portions are very large. The service is very friendly

Unfortunately, the service, quality and portion size of the lunch menu/lunch menu have deteriorated significantly in the last few months while the price has increased at the same time. I have been there regularly after my regular doctor's visits. Apparently there are no permanent staff there anymore... Change of operator? Well... but this time, contrary to my custom, there was no tip because no one asked if I wanted to order anything else or even if I liked it... So the usual cappuccino on the house didn't come... After a while I went inside to pay, as no one from the staff cared about the admittedly sparsely visited outdoor terrace despite the sunny weather. The obviously missed tip was again acknowledged with silence and thus a "goodbye" was saved... But don't worry... It won't happen... It's a shame, but that's the way it is! Arrividerci!

Well, I think it's a restaurant like many. The pizza was good, the ravioli too, the service was friendly.

Were here for the first time today and were very positively surprised. Great ambience and very nice service. The starter of tuna carpaccio was excellent. But the main courses pizza cappuccino and spaghetti aglio olio with scampi were also very good. The finale was the classic tiramisu, also delicious. A visit is definitely recommended.

Highly recommended for the first time from the far north

As an entrée there was a bread basket with delicious fresh bread and 6 olives for 5 people. The toppings on the pizzas were quite clear, there could have been a bit more. The vitello had lots of tuna sauce but very few (4?) and very small slices of veal, but tasted good. We had the impression that it was more about quick check-in than having a good time in a nice restaurant. The employee seemed very annoyed when ordering drinks, not just at our table. Too bad........

Wir waren am 28.03.2025 mit knapp 20 Personen dort zum Geburtstagsessen mit zwei Geburtstagskindern. Der Service war ok - mehr nicht. Ein Bier wurde in einem Glas mit Sprung geliefert. Da die Aufmerksamkeit eh zu wünschen übrig ließ, dauerte es geraume Zeit bis ein Kellner heran gewunken werden konnte. Auf das Essen haben wir über eine Stunde gewartet - das war schon grenzwertig. Das Essen war leider auch nur ok. Die Pasta schwamm komplett in Öl. Die Preise sind eher oben angesiedelt. Gut war der Salat. Auch der Bezahlvorgang war schleppend und langwierig. Der Kellner bemühte sich nicht zum Tisch - der Gast darf sich zur Kasse bemühen. Die Kellner waren sehr unaufmerksam, eigentlich wird man ja auch gefragt ob alles ok war und ob das Essen geschmeckt hat - FEHLANZEIGE! Wer jetzt denkt, das es einen Espresso auf‘s Haus gab - nein das gab es auch nicht. Fazit - eine zweite Chance bekommt dieser Laden nicht.

No one bothered about us for a while, which shouldn't have been the case. We waited a long time for the bill, and after a generous tip, we didn't even get a farewell. That was a shame.

We had our early dinner at 5:30 p.m. This time I decided on spaghetti with fillet pieces. It was outstanding. The portion was more than enough. My wife chose pizza with salmon and mushrooms. Also very tasty. We were very satisfied and would like to come back. All I can say about the staff is that they were very friendly.

Unbelievable! Please read and consider whether you should get a kebab instead, like we had to do now. I wanted to enjoy a relaxed meal with my girlfriend today for her birthday. We each ordered a glass of wine, each an appetizer and of course a main course. The store was full and a certain waiting time was to be expected. After a while a salad was brought that went with my veal roulades. After 15 minutes the penne and my roulades were brought. When asked whether the starters would then be served as dessert, the cellar's eyes widened. A quick “sorry forgot…”. Since we were really hungry, we wanted to start with the main courses straight away. On my second bite of the roulade, it noticeably scratched the plate when I cut it. After a quick search I have ONE CA. 1 CM LONG PIECE OF GLASS!!!! found in the sauce! The waiter who was called was a disaster of customer service! More than a meek “I’m sorry” couldn’t come from his lips. I asked for the bill and he actually had the nerve to charge us for the wine. There couldn't have been a better way to spoil your birthday evening. Thanks for nothing cappuccino. I hope many people read my text and avoid the store.

The restaurant is very cozy inside. On the outside it looks rather shabby. The flower boxes are equipped with rotted plants. Not a pretty sight. Very unkempt and ugly. The ashtrays are not emptied and overflow. In the toilet, the paper dispenser for drying your hands is empty. Toilet could also be a bit cleaner. The menu in the restaurant does not correspond to the menu online. Much of what was offered there is no longer available in the restaurant. For example, the grill plate for 2 people is now only available individually. We then ordered. We ordered the meat medium rare. Unfortunately everything was fried. Slices of meat were cut far too thin for that. We wouldn't order it again, even if it tasted okay. The waiters are very polite and friendly. There's nothing to complain about.

Addendum 2024: Unfortunately I have to change my original 5-star rating. The food and service have deteriorated significantly. Many foods contain so much garlic that you can almost only taste it. In addition, a lot of things are far too greasy. The staff is significantly less attentive and you no longer feel as welcome. The cappuccino was once my first choice for Italian food in Spandau, but unfortunately no longer. Original review: We have been eating there for many years. The food is good, but unfortunately it has deteriorated somewhat over the years. The service is excellent, you always receive a warm welcome and all the staff are friendly. We also tested the other Cappuccino branches in Gatow (and also in Potsdam back then), and nowhere else was the staff as good. We also like the ambience best in Spandau. Always my pleasure.

Essen is so lala. Um saubere Tischdecken musste man erst den Kellner bitten. Dann wurde auch nur die Hälfte der beiden benötigten Tischdecken ausgetauscht. Die Bestellung wurde nicht ordnungsgemäß ausgeführt. Insgesamt ist die Lokalität mäßig. Ich kann durchaus auf einen weiteren Besuch verzichten.

We got a great table for 4 people without a reservation. Drink requests were quickly received. Fast and friendly service. I had zander and it was soooo good and rich!! Despite the high frequency, the staff was attentive. Any time.

Ein nettes vorweihnachtliches Essen mit Kollegen war geplant, zu viert 210 eur ausgegeben, leider mussten wir die Kellner ansprechen wenn wir etwas bestellen wollten, 3 von 5 Gläsern waren am Rand gesprungen, im ganzen Laden flogen Mengen an Obstfliegen rum, hinter der Bar versuchten die Angestellten mit einer elektrischen Fliegenklatsche der Plage ergebnislos Herr zu werden, die Hauptspeise kam schnell, leider so schnell , dass wir keine Zeit hatten die Vorspeise zu essen, den Blauschimmel im Gorgonzola haben wir gesucht und nicht gefunden, Fazit, war nicht lecker und ist auch nicht zu empfehlen. Ich mag dann nicht die Küche sehen , wenn im Winter der Gastraum die Fliegen flattern.

Top! We loved it. Best Italian in the area! Everyone was very friendly, the food was very delicious, the wine too. The prices are correct and affordable. We recommend coming. Both as a couple, with friends or family. They have a terrace with music.

The food was good, the location in the entrance area with drafts was not ideal. The service was courteous and attentive.

The location is not that great in the ugly building on Klosterstrasse near Spandau train station. But when you come into the restaurant, you immediately forget that. Here you feel comfortable in a typical Italian atmosphere with always friendly and attentive staff. The cuisine is varied with regularly changing recommendations written on a large board. If you like Mediterranean cuisine with fish, this is the place for you.

I'm in Berlin for work and was looking for a nice atmosphere with good food with a work colleague. What can I say, absolute hit! Service is breathtaking, food is fantastic and the price, for this entire package, is still affordable. (Starter, main course, a drink and a double espresso at the end for ~ 35 p.p.) I'd love to come back!

The cappuccino on Klosterstrasse, we thought it was just as good as the one in Kladow. If you are not a regular customer you will not be served, regular customers are given priority, we even had to wait over an hour for the food and then you also forgot the salad and then got angry after I canceled it. . Customers \ guests who entered the Cappuccino restaurant after us were apparently regular customers and had their food 20 minutes after ordering. Apparently the waiters there don't like getting tips, at least not from new customers. I stay at the Cappuccino in Kladow where you are treated well as a customer/guest. Even if you're new...., small selection, big prices...

This is not the first time I eat in this restaurant, and I’ve never been disappointed. The quality and amount of food is ridiculously high, making this one of my favorite italian restaurants in Berlin. I highly recommended it if you are around, you’ll have a new favorite for sure :)

8 years ago we went to Cappuccino for the first time. It was so good that we went back 1 year later. Now we were back in Berlin for 4 days and, just like back then, we were very enthusiastic about the food, the ambience and of course the service. Stay as you are👌❤️...we'll definitely be back... Gran ambiente en esta joya italiana de un restaurante - el jefe Andrea y su equipo eran amables y muy eficientes. Yo diría que necesitan dejar más tiempo entre platos ya que nuestra red principal llegó antes de terminar nuestro arranque. Debido a esto no pudimos comer todo nuestro plato principal, así que ten cuidado. El vino y el limoncello era fabuloso.

Food was good. Service was slow and bad. They repeatedly forgot our order. We had to wait 10 minutes for the bill and had to repeatedly remind them. So we did not give them any tip. Then the waiter insulted us in Italian and called us cheap with a fake smile on his face.

Small but fine menu, food and service were wonderful. Ingredients were fresh and very tasty. Next time you're in Berlin, you'll definitely be able to eat something there again.

We ended up here by chance during our visit to Berlin. What a great restaurant. Great location (5 minutes walk from the Spandau S-Bahn station). Very friendly service. And what a delicious pizza. We were thrilled and will definitely come back

Food was very tasty. Service was good. Unfortunately the tables and tablecloths were dirty from previous guests. Here you should use a new tablecloth after the change of guests and remove the crumbs.

The Cappuccino has very good cuisine and very good service, the restaurant is very cozy and a bit noisy outside because of the street. In summer I recommend the cappuccino in Gatow, it's a great place to sit outside.

We have been going to this restaurant for 25 years now. The food is always great, great ambience and the service is very courteous and funny. I have never seen such clean, great toilets in any restaurant. Guys keep it up. 👍🥰🥰🥰

A nice typical Italian restaurant. Service very, very friendly and very musical 😉🤭. This was my third time there, but I have to say that I was disappointed with some of the dishes!! Grilled food didn't seem grilled to me, just fried. Salads lacked pizzazz. I wouldn't be so critical, but for the prices there, you should stick to what's on the menu!! At lunchtime the tablecloth was very dirty, not nice. Our Christmas party last year was lovely again. But as I said, I've only been there three times, but I would still recommend it!!

Today I had dinner there with my daughter for her 17th birthday. The food was very tasty and the staff was super friendly. But the greatest thing of all was that all the waiters sang an Italian birthday song. That was so great and warm. I have never experienced something like that. They deserve 10 stars for that. When I was on a business trip I visited this restaurant everyday. They had a good variety of food. Also you get a real italian vibe here. The main reason for this is that the staff are speaking Italian and German. Most of them can speak English a little. The food was amazing and also for a good price/quality ratio! If you stay at the Sensecity hotel you get 10% off your bill as well!

I have to complain about the restaurant today. I had dinner at a restaurant with my sisters today. The food was very good and we all enjoyed it. Only the operation took some getting used to. They were very rude and downright hectic. When we wanted to order something, we were told that we had to vacate the table in 10 minutes anyway because it was ordered for 7 p.m. But they should have told us that when we made the reservation. When we complained about this, we were told that we weren't allowed to sit here from lunchtime to evening. We would have had something for dinner now, but you don't have to be treated like that. We won't see this place again.

The service is friendly, the food (lasagna and spaghetti fillet tips) was very tasteless, but with a lot of oil. There are better Italians.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Cappuccino Restaurant again and as always the staff did an excellent job. I can't emphasize enough how friendly, attentive and professional the entire staff was. From the moment I entered the restaurant I felt welcome and well looked after. The wait staff was very attentive and always made sure I had everything I needed. They were extremely knowledgeable about the menu and were able to help me with my selections. The food was served promptly and was delicious. The staff was always willing to answer my questions and ensure my needs were met. I appreciated her professionalism and her ability to work with a smile even when the restaurant was busy. It is clear that the staff at Cappuccino Restaurant have a high level of commitment and passion for their work. All in all, I can only praise the staff at the Cappuccino restaurant. You made my visit an unforgettable experience. I give them a full 5 star rating and can't wait to come back. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

We spontaneously went to the restaurant for lunch on Saturday. My pizza 🍕 with shrimp was very delicious, the thing with pizza and me is such a thing 😅 -> very critical. The children's portion of penne bolognese was more than sufficient. The pasta with beef tips was also tasty. The dessert (lava cake) was lovingly prepared (with fresh berries). What should be highlighted is the first-class service 👍 We were served great, the food came quickly and at the same time. In the end we declined the schnapps and were given a cappuccino and espresso...which has now become a rarity in the catering sector. Keep it up 🌞

I didn't find it very successful in terms of price and food performance. It was stuffy inside, in my opinion. I don't know if I'll go again.

Was there for lunch with my husband on 02/03/24. My husband had lamb fillet and I had salmon. It was just absolutely fantastic. The lamb was fried to perfection and the salmon was the same. A disaster... I have celiac disease gluten intolerance and have to find out that it is in the Capp. is a foreign word. You are laughed at from above and given the information... no flour or other additives are used here. Two hours later I vomited food and had non-stop stomach pains all night long. Anyone who has a food intolerance please don't go into capp.

Wir waren Samstag Abend den 20.01.2024 dort, wir waren zu acht. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen Getränke wurden prompt gebracht bis auf die die vergessen wurden… kann ja mal passieren. Dann stießen 2 Keller hinter meiner Frau zusammen das Bier landete auf der Jacke meiner Frau, der Boden wurde sofort gereinigt . Die Jacke war egal da der Kellner verwies auf sein Hemd wo er am Ärmel einen Flecken hatte . Dies wäre viel schlimmer da es weiß sei und auf schwarz würde man es ja eh nicht sehen. Unmöglich!! Das Essen war Ok, so wie bei jedem Mittelklasse Italiener bei uns in der Stadt. Wir werden jedenfalls nicht wiederkommen wenn wir in Spandau sind. ( wir sind die Düsseldorfer Truppe, wo der Keller leider zu laut gesagt hat: zum Glück gehen die jetzt)
