We celebrated my boyfriend's 30th birthday here and unfortunately, we deeply regret it. Osman 30 has a run-down feel and is more reminiscent of a cafeteria than a fine-dining restaurant. Neither the ambiance nor the service met our expectations. The music constantly switched between different languages, which was quite disruptive. The food was unappetizing, and the portions were very small. The decorations for the birthday party were also disappointing – for €15, we only got two table runners and a balloon. We expected much more from a "fine-dining" restaurant. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and communication in German was difficult. The only truly positive aspect was the beautiful view – but that alone isn't enough to salvage the overall disappointing experience. We're from Cologne, and for this price, there are numerous much better restaurants there. Overall, it was far too expensive and truly disappointing. We do not recommend it.

Unfortunately, not good at all! We were a group at this restaurant. The staff was able to prepare appetizer platters for us. The potato salad, however, was a pre-made product, and the price-performance ratio was poor. The main courses were suitable for our dietary needs. However, the way the food was served was absolutely outrageous. The cooking times were not adhered to for almost all the dishes. The risotto was still hard, and the beef fillets were a complete disaster. For €46, they advertise a "premium beef fillet" with parsnip, potato fondant, seasonal mushrooms, autumn truffles, and pearl onions. At that price, one expects a corresponding level of quality and is utterly disappointed. The dishes were cold or lukewarm, the autumn truffles were completely missing, and the seasonal mushrooms consisted of only half a mushroom. We would have liked to complain, but at that time, no one from the staff was willing to ask about it. Because we were hungry, some of our group ate the food anyway. We were then given an explanation that made the guest feel like they were the ones who didn't know anything. This is a shame, because the restaurant is beautiful and the view is excellent. We were practically begged to be offered a complimentary drink or dessert, which we politely declined. My recommendation to the owner: Provide staff training in service and customer-oriented behavior, and urgently revise the menu, pricing, and quality promises! I do not recommend this restaurant!

To call themselves "gourmet " is a joke; food was extremely mediocre, they couldn't even properly prepare our steak the way we wanted. The chairs were uncomfortable, they didn't even have table cloths. And I get that such a restaurant doesn't have a separate children's menu, but when we asked for mashed potatoes, they put truffle in it. Seriously?! If you wish to pay 200 EUR for a view of the cathedral, then fine, but you won't get any more than that.

It's a lovely restaurant for dinner. The food is delicious and the view is beautiful. But it was very hot inside, and the ventilation was inadequate. There were four of us, and it cost about €260. We were satisfied and full. 🤣

A luxurious view with a cafeteria feel. The view was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the staff was great—however, I found the surroundings a bit questionable. The table we sat at was dirty and without a tablecloth (I think the appearance is also very important for an upscale restaurant). The tiled floor makes it unbearable to have a conversation when there are large groups sitting nearby. We had the three-course menu—the wait between dishes was a bit too long for me, but otherwise, I found it incredibly delicious, especially since special requests were accommodated.

The food was excellent and well-priced. The service staff were attentive and friendly, but not as professionally qualified as one would expect from a restaurant at this price point. Unfortunately, the ambiance of the dining room feels cold and uninviting. Furthermore, the furnishings and furniture are very worn. The dining room could use a renovation. The view of the cathedral, however, is outstanding!

Within 30 seconds, you're transported to another world with a more wonderful view. The service is impeccable, and you don't have to wait very long for food or drinks. Lara does a wonderful job.

It was a wonderful evening for me in such a high-altitude location. From there, you had a fantastic view over all of Cologne. I ordered a delicious meal and excellent wine. We enjoyed delicious food and drank a good three-quarters of the wine while taking lots of photos. The service was excellent. I find it very pleasant and professional when the waiters and waitresses keep an eye on the tables. It was simply wonderful.

We were invited to Osman30 in the Cologne Tower for an event. We really liked the location on the 30th floor. The outdoor area offers a breathtaking view of Cologne and is the absolute highlight both day and night. The interior is also very beautiful and modern, but it's difficult to have a conversation there because it's simply too loud. The appetizers and dessert were very tasty, and the main course buffet was okay. Unfortunately, we weren't so impressed with the service. Some of the staff seemed very unmotivated. You often had to ask for your order again, received the wrong item, and didn't really feel welcome at the bar either. The women's restrooms also looked rather unattractive after a few hours; the entire floor in the stalls was wet, and no one cared. (July 2025)

Osman 30 rises above Cologne like a silent observer, with a view that rivals even the cathedral. The service is attentive, prompt, and genuinely warm—no fake smiles, just genuine feeling. The drinks are artfully composed, with precise flavors, and visually a small celebration. I can't say much about the food, but the atmosphere alone is satisfying—with impressions, with style, with Cologne at its best.

The view is very, very cool. The service is really bad. The quality of the food isn't particularly good. It's fine for a few drinks on the terrace, but I definitely wouldn't go back for dinner.

Best view of Cologne. Booking online was easy, it was not busy as it was a Tuesday. Food was great, the hazelnut spread that comes with some dishes is amazing. There is a big outside space, however when we visited it was not open due to bad weather.

We were greeted at the elevator and checked to see if our name was on the reservation list. Then the elevator was called and we were taken to the 33rd floor. Once we got to the top, we were greeted and shown to our table. The menu selection is very limited, and the prices very high. This is probably due to the location; unfortunately, we didn't get to enjoy the view due to bad weather. Ordered a 3-course meal. It took quite a while for the first course to arrive. Served from the wrong side, and the staff weren't well-trained. While pouring, some of the wine spilled, but it didn't touch any clothing, which could be annoying otherwise. The starter looked great, a beautiful still life; the quantity was correspondingly meager, and the price, if ordered individually, was ridiculous. Main course and dessert were the same. The taste was good, though. If you come without hunger, just with a bit of an appetite, and you like beautifully decorated plates, you might be happy here. The decor is dated and doesn't match the high price. Especially not the toilets. It shouldn't be a big problem to replace a toilet seat once it's yellowed and can no longer be cleaned.

Everything was absolutely perfect for us: a fantastic view of Cologne, comfortable chairs, a beautiful, appealing restaurant, first-class service, and especially child-friendly. Unfortunately we were disappointed. The best thing first: was definitely the view. The view is of course great and it's not worth going there for that... But unfortunately, the restaurant can't offer anything more than just drinking a cocktail. You can definitely tell from everything in the interior that the store is getting old. Scratched and damaged tables everywhere, rancid and uncomfortable chairs, dirty corners, especially on the floor. We walked into the restaurant full of anticipation and both of our jaws felt like they dropped when we saw what we had booked here. The entire, cool interior has a canteen feel. If we hadn't reserved the table (with the following penalty of €59 per person via credit card if you don't keep your reservation), we would have left immediately. Of course, our expectations for the 3-course menu were correspondingly high… which unfortunately were confirmed. The food was beautifully prepared, but there was nothing more than pub level in terms of taste and cuisine 👎🏼 it's a shame. The service was equally unprofessional. But the store can't help it; unfortunately, you can hardly find good staff these days. Basically, the restaurant has great potential, just because of its location, but the owner doesn't seem to recognize and implement it. Unfortunately we were very disappointed and won't be coming back 👎🏼

Amazing view over a beautiful city. Nice, friendly and helpful staff. However, that was some time ago. We were there again on April 19, 2025 and very disappointed. It started with the table assignment after we were taken from below in the freight elevator to the 30th floor. The restaurant was manageably busy. However, we got a table in a less beautiful, more secluded part. I'm not suggesting that this was due to the wheelchair user in our group. After we sat down, the table was set with two tea lights, which were only lit when we left. The service was unable to answer questions about food or drinks without first asking the kitchen. The food was just mediocre. For example, the beef was more reminiscent of boiled beef in soup than of a mayor piece. Chanterelle sauce and noodles were not of the expected quality of a restaurant in this category. The pasta wasn't homemade, the sauce was rather bland. There was no noticeable taste of wild garlic in the wild garlic gnocchi. When making your reservation you will be asked to wear “casual business attire”. I expect that, at least the staff corresponds to this image. Here we noticed at least some of the female service staff who had the opposite appearance. Overall, the visit was a really disappointing, expensive experience, which resulted in two of the guests taking part suffering from health problems in the form of diarrhea. The brilliant view of the city doesn't make up for it either.

For our wedding celebration in 2022 we have booked the Osman 30 Exclusive for 90 guests. We ate, drank and celebrated in private. The food was really very good. The service could be improved somewhat and in some cases did not do justice to the location. The location is also not air-conditioned, so it depends on the outside temperature (a hot summer day for us) was sometimes unbearable. It was also proven that the rented photo box from a separate provider was damaged by the location's cleaning staff after it left the location. The damage was around €2000.00 because it was custom-made. The provider had assessed the damage on site and was able to prove that it was at the expense of Osman 30. After contacting the Osman 30 management to clarify the matter (Ms. Scheelens), no agreement was reached. After contacting him several times and threatening a court settlement, Osman then spoke out and reported the damage to his insurance company. Osman 30's insurance company wanted to settle the damage for €300. Osman 30 should cover the difference himself. You didn't comply with this request and kept looking for excuses. I was also struck by Ms. Scheelens' arrogant demeanor throughout the entire communication. In the end we paid the €2000.00 out of our own pocket. The location is really nice and, as already mentioned, the food was top class. The behavior towards paying customers was unacceptable...

Very friendly staff, nice atmosphere, great view and good food. In the nice weather we were able to enjoy the great view on the terrace at lunchtime. Suitable for celebrating special occasions. We felt very comfortable.

Something different. The view is of course magnificent. The food is nicely prepared and tastes good (except for several slip-ups when adding salt). You definitely pay extra for the special location. The bulgur from the starter was unfortunately too salty, as was the spinach from the ravioli and the cordon bleu. Something like that shouldn't happen in fine dining. The menu actually came with 2 homemade chocolates. These were forgotten but were re-served upon request.

Der Abend im Osman30 war , ja wie war er eigentlich? Durchwachsen, Durchschnittlich, durchaus mit Luft nach oben, trifft es am besten. Pünktlich um 18:00 Uhr angekommen, waren wir erfreut, den gewünschten Tisch am Fenster erhalten zu haben. Erhalten haben wir auch direkt die Speisekarte nebst Weinkarte. Dann war der, eigentlich in ausreichender Zahl vorhandenen Service, erst mal verschwunden. Als es uns dennoch gelungen war den Aperitif zu bestellen, folgten unmittelbar danach das leckere Brot nebst der tollen Vorspeise. Dann hatten wir die Chance sowohl eine Pause, als auch den Wein zu bestellen. Dieser wurde dann auch kredenzt, wobei die Wartezeit vermutlich ausgereicht hätte diesen beim Winzer direkt abzuholen. Das Cordon Bleu vom Huhn war auch toll, das wir zum Schluss den Wein selber holen und einschenken durften eher weniger. Kaffee und Pralinés haben den Abend geschmacklich abgerundet. Leider wirkte der Service den ganzen Abend eher uninspiriert, so das wir jetzt ne nicht wirklich wohl gefühlt haben.

The starter of the menu was excellent, the main course was only mediocre, but large enough. Service is friendly and guests are given enough time to enjoy the evening. We really liked that. The only downside was that we only noticed in the car that we had been charged for a “decoration” of 15 euros that we had not ordered. So we had to go back and the incorrectly calculated amount was refunded. What surprised us when we entered the restaurant was that every window table was equipped with a balloon. We only now know that this is charged after an otherwise lovely evening without asking. So please be careful!!

The food was fantastic and so was the view over the city. However, there are points deducted: only the freight elevator worked, and when you arrive at the restaurant you are faced with a completely overcrowded rolling clothes rack and wonder where your coat should be hung up. In winter you should expand your wardrobe capacity as clothing takes up more space. An exit to the terrace was blocked off with tape (construction site-like), which meant that all smokers had to go through our restaurant part to the terrace. This caused great unrest. We had actually planned to order the usual 3-course menu, but this had been replaced with a more expensive Christmas menu “since yesterday” (November 20th). You used to be able to choose from a selection of cheeses on a trolley, but unfortunately that is no longer possible. The service was friendly, but inattentive and certainly not a professional, which was evident when the food was served and taken away. My conclusion: The restaurant can't do anything about the extraordinary view. If it were anywhere else in the city, it certainly wouldn't be as popular. For me it was the last time.

The highest restaurant in Cologne! With an impressive view. But how was the food? We had the three course menu and everything was ok. Loveless service, little selection of wines, 4 x red, 2x rosé and various white wines. Every course was served without comment. Not explained what that is. The restaurant was also pretty empty and cold. Winter blankets were given out at the table next door because the room was so cold. Service was very young, a bit careless, communication was sometimes difficult because no German was spoken. Overall, I was disappointed.

Der Tisch war wirklich grandios und genau so, wie vorher bestellt am Fenster, mit Blick auf den Dom. Wir waren zu viert dort essen, zwei haben das 3-Gang Menü genommen, eine des 2-Gang Menü und einer des Rinderfilet. Das Essen war schön angerichtet und sehr schmackhaft. Die Weine ebenfalls sehr lecker. Leider war die Bedienung weder charmant noch irgendwie aufmerksam, was den Getränkenachschub anging. Für diejenigen, die das Menü hatten, wurde der Nachgang dann einfach vergessen. Wir saßen über 1 Stunde nach Beendigung des Hauptgerichts,immer noch ohne den den letzten Gang da. Auf Nachfrage kam dieser zwar noch, es wurde sich aber mit keinem Wort für die Verzögerung und das Vergessen entschuldigt. In der Bestellbestätigung von OpenTable hieß es, dass legere Business Kleidung erwünscht wäre. Leider haben wir dann dort oben in größerer Menge Gäste angetroffen, die mit Jogginghose, Sweatshirt und Käppi unterwegs waren. Dies war dem schönen Ambiente nicht unbedingt dienlich, wurde aber auch bei niemanden vom Personal beanstandet.

The food was ok, but the value for money is absolutely not there. Unfortunately, we all had heartburn and sometimes stomach problems after eating. The view is really unbeatable, breathtaking over the rooftops of Cologne. The furnishings are rather "chic" - everything doesn't seem that high quality but rather a bit cheap. I would have expected tablecloths on the tables too. You kind of get the feeling that you're trying to join the big ones but it's not really working out. The service was mixed, some of the staff were very young and seemed a bit insecure. At the end, when we wanted to pay the bill separately, we were told that this was not possible and that we should please calculate our amounts ourselves - from a service perspective, this is bottomless. For this reason alone and considering how much money you are leaving there, it is an absolute disgrace and we cannot recommend this restaurant under any circumstances. There are far better ones in Cologne, not with the view, but with much better service and food that does justice to the price.

A great experience to enjoy such delicious food with one of the most beautiful views Cologne has to offer! We were there for a company event. There was a menu selection in advance. The coordination went very well and an adjustment was made to the menu for me as a vegan.

The price-performance ratio does not meet expectations. The food was not well prepared and there was considerable noise coming from the adjacent room where a private party was taking place; Loud music was also played at times. As soon as you exited the elevator, you noticed an unpleasant kitchen smell. The view and the drinks are appealing, but I wouldn't come here to eat again due to the above-mentioned deficiencies.

If you're vegan, better not. As a vegetarian, well. The spaghetti was drowned in green pesto and only tasted like the Barilla Pesto jar. Re-salted and with parmesan it was ok. I gave the dessert to a colleague, who was happy. The view is of course great, but just too expensive. I was there almost three years ago.

Den einen Stern gibt es für die unbestritten wundervolle Aussicht aus dem Restaurant, wenn es einem vergönnt ist, einen Tisch am Fenster zu belegen. Ein wenig getrübt wird die Aussicht allenfalls durch Soßenspritzer, die noch aus vergangenen Tagen am Fenster kleben. Der Stern für Sauberkeit fällt definitv weg. Die Einrichtung ist funktional modern, aber leider ohne jedes schalldämpfende Element, was die Unterhaltung in normaler Lautstärke abhängig von der Auslastung des Restaurants schwierig gestaltet. Ein gemütliches Ambiente sollte nicht auf der Anforderungsliste des Gastes stehen, ist aber wohl auch nicht jedermanns Sache. Mit den Speisekarten wurde uns die Weinkarte mit den Worten „Hier ist die Weinkarte, da können Sie mal reinschauen“ vorgelegt. Eine zurückhaltend formuliert ungewöhnliche Ansprache gegenüber einem Gast. Beim Einschenken aus der eingangs bestellten Flasche Wasser legte die Mitarbeiterin die Flasche hörbar auf den Glasrand auf. Beides nicht wirklich ein Stimmungskiller, aber Details, welches sich für den weiteren Verlauf des Abends als wegweisend für die Qualität des Service erweisen sollten. Ich habe mich für das 2-Gang-Menü mit „Cordon Bleu vom Label Rouge Schwarzfederhuhn, gefüllt mit Englischem Cheddar, mild geräuchertem Landschinken, glasierte junge Gemüse, Pastinakenpüree“ (sic!) entschieden und einen Sherry als Aperitif genommen. Meine Begleitung entschied sich für den Hirschkalbsrücken aus der Eifel und bestellte einen Wein zum Essen. Meine Vorspeise wurde ohne Nachfrage aufgetischt, bevor ich meinen Aperitif getrunken hatte. Der von meiner Begleitung bestellte Wein wurde hingegen zum Essen überhaupt nicht geliefert. Die Speisekarte, welche auf der Webseite des Restaurants eingesehen werden kann, erweckt zumindest den Eindruck, dass Essen oberhalb von Brauhaus-Niveau erwartet werden darf. Diese Erwartung wurde allerdings mit den Speisen, welche wir bestellt hatten, deutlich verfehlt. Es schmeckte nicht einmal schlecht, aber es schmeckte auch nicht gut. Die in der Speisekarte angedeutete Kreativität der Küche schlug sich nicht in einem bemerkenswerten Geschmackserlebnis nieder, welches sich als gedanklicher Merkposten für einen weiteren Besuch dieses Restaurants niedergeschlagen hätte. Als der zum Menü gehörende Kaffee mit Pralinen auch 20 Minuten nach Abräumen des Tisches nicht serviert worden war, bat ich um die Rechnung. Der Hinweis, dass der Wein nicht serviert worden sei, führte dazu, dass meiner Begleitung nun, nach Abschluss des Essens, „ein Schlückchen dieses Weines auf’s Haus“ angeboten wurde. Wir lehnten dankend ab, was die Servicekraft jedoch nicht davon abhielt, ein Glas aufzutischen. Meine Frage, ob ich den Kaffee als Teil des Menüs missverstanden hätte, wurde mit der Bemerkung abgetan, dass ich danach hätte fragen können (und offensichtlich auch müssen). Der Kaffee wurde immerhin mit der Rechnung noch vorgesetzt. Nachdem ich dann noch zweimal darum gebeten hatte, nun endlich zahlen zu dürfen, wurde uns auch diese Gnade gewährt. Es war wohl stillschweigendem Einvernehmen unter allen Beteiligten geschuldet, dass uns vor Ort zum Abschluss niemand danach fragte, ob es uns gefallen und das Essen geschmeckt habe. Daher an dieser Stelle zum Nachlesen und Reflektieren. Fazit: Man kann versuchen, bei Gästen, die nicht aus Köln kommen, mit einer Einladung in das Osman30 zu punkten. Der Fokus sollte dann aber von vornherein auf die Aussicht gelenkt werden und hinsichtlich der Qualität des Essens und des Service ein Warnhinweis erteilt werden. Sonst könnte es sein, dass sich gegenüber den Gästen ein Schamgefühl einstellt.

The one star is for the undeniably wonderful view from the restaurant if you are allowed to occupy a table by the window. The view is only slightly marred by splatters of sauce still stuck to the window from days gone by. The star for cleanliness is definitely missing. The furnishings are functionally modern, but unfortunately without any sound-absorbing elements, which makes it difficult to have a conversation at a normal volume depending on how busy the restaurant is. A cozy atmosphere shouldn't be on the guest's list of requirements, but it's probably not for everyone. With the menus we were presented with the wine list with the words “Here is the wine list, you can take a look.” A reserved, unusual address to a guest. When pouring the bottle of water that was initially ordered, the employee audibly placed the bottle on the edge of the glass. Neither really kills the mood, but details that should prove to be groundbreaking for the quality of the service for the rest of the evening. I chose the 2-course menu with “Cordon Bleu from Label Rouge black feather chicken, stuffed with English cheddar, mildly smoked country ham, glazed young vegetables, parsnip puree” (sic!) and had a sherry as an aperitif. My companion chose the saddle of venison from the Eifel and ordered a wine with the meal. My starter was served without asking, before I had had my aperitif. However, the wine my companion ordered was not delivered with the meal at all. The menu, which can be viewed on the restaurant's website, at least gives the impression that food above brewery standards can be expected. However, this expectation was clearly missed with the dishes we ordered. It didn't even taste bad, but it didn't taste good either. The creativity of the kitchen indicated in the menu was not reflected in a remarkable taste experience, which would have served as a mental reminder for another visit to this restaurant. When the coffee with chocolates that was part of the menu had not been served 20 minutes after the table had been cleared, I asked for the bill. The information that the wine had not been served led to my companion being offered “a sip of this wine on the house” after the meal was over. We politely declined, but that didn't stop the waitress from serving us a glass. My question about whether I had misunderstood the coffee as part of the menu was dismissed with the comment that I could (and obviously should) have asked for it. At least the coffee was served with the bill. After I asked twice more to finally be allowed to pay, we were also granted this grace. It was probably due to a tacit agreement between everyone involved that at the end no one asked us whether we had liked it or whether we had enjoyed the food. Therefore, at this point to read and reflect. Conclusion: You can try to score points with guests who don't come from Cologne by inviting them to the Osman30. However, the focus should then be directed to the view from the outset and a warning should be given regarding the quality of the food and service. Otherwise you might feel embarrassed towards your guests.

Service staff very unfriendly, you don't have to give in. Not recommended for value for money.

A fantastic restaurant with a great view! 🍽️🌆 We spent our Christmas party here and it was just amazing! The food was delicious, the service attentive and the atmosphere perfect for special occasions. The view made the experience even more unforgettable. We'll definitely be back! 🎉🙌

Unaffordable to miss when being in Cologne. The place offrrx beside excellent service a great view over downtown Köln plus in the evening a superb sunset over the western suburbs. Tonight, we had no food. Therefore, I cannot comment. We had just some drinks and cocktails. Bottomline, as said already, is unaffordable to miss, so go for it.

A package with a heart balloon, a rose and a table by the window was booked. Unfortunately, when we arrived, neither one nor the other had been taken into account. The service staff tried to organize a window seat within 10 minutes. The food was very good and we were full, despite the portions in the upscale restaurants. The prices were reasonable. We paid €170 including drinks for two people. I will come again, even if the service with the table and the decoration was a complete failure.

We had booked a gourmet dinner with chauffeur service for two people for €290. That day was my girlfriend's birthday. Unfortunately I overslept a bit and the booking was made at very short notice, but the most important thing is that it was still possible. I can't agree with the negative comments. Both my girlfriend and I really liked it. The Osman30 restaurant was not very busy, which created a pleasantly quiet atmosphere. The employees were extremely friendly and, above all, quick in service. Everything in the package was adhered to as agreed. The three-course meal was delicious and the portions were sufficient. Many thanks to the chef and the team. The only thing that was disappointing for me, but doesn't justify deducting a star, was the limousine we booked. I was a little disappointed when I didn't see a "white long" sedan as I was expecting this. Nevertheless, the driver brightened the mood again, which is why I give it five full stars.

wir sind mit dem taxi angereist. der empfang an der ersten wie letzte empfangsdame war sehr höflich und nett. mit dem fahrstuhl ging es dann ins restaurant. bedienung und aussicht 5++++ alle bedienungen waren auf zack. sauber gklwidet und immer ein auge auf den gast.:-) wir waren erst skeptisch wegen den vorigen negativen bewertungen, aber top. wir kommen wieder. wir hatten das zwei gänge menue und flasche sizili. weisswein. vollkommen ausreichen und gut angerichtet. auf unsere wünsche wurde immer eingegangen. nach dem essen ging es dann auf die terrasse und wir gwnossen den ausblick auf den kölner dom. eun kleines Manko: die inneneinrichtung des restaurant ist etwas zu einfach. etwas mehr blumen oder deko macht es femütlicher. fazit: essen top bedienung super top aussicht too, danke für den schönen abend

The view is gigantic and great and the visit was worth it for that alone. The rest is disappointing. The prices for the food are far too high for what you get. The dessert for 18 euros, for example, was more reminiscent of frozen goods from Bofrost. The ambience and service absolutely do not match what they seem to want to embody. It all seemed a bit dingy, outdated and gave me cafeteria vibes. From the tiled floor to the dress code of the service staff to the missing white tablecloth (I don't actually need it, but it would be better to hide the furniture here), I can think of a lot of room for improvement. The multi-story carts used to bring the food up reminded us of the hospital food distribution.

We have been coming to Osman30 for several years, we recently found out that it is now open for lunch, which we were very happy about. We tried it out on Friday and can say that even during the day the view is fantastic and the quality of the food is excellent! The service was once again great. We now like to come at lunchtime and look forward to the next time.

We came from Wuppertal specifically to have a drink on the roof terrace and discovered that they were closed for lunch. We still went to have a look and received an extremely friendly welcome and were still able to enjoy a drink on the roof terrace. The service downstairs at the reception as well as upstairs was more than good, we will definitely be back. Thank you!

Wir waren im Osman 30, um einen gemütlichen Abend zu verbringen, doch es war eine Katastrophe. Wir warteten ewig auf unsere Getränke, und die Kellnerin war unfassbar unfreundlich. Als wir schließlich sagten, dass wir gehen möchten, fing sie an, uns zu beleidigen. Das ist absolut inakzeptabel! Solche Leute gehören nicht in die Gastronomie, und die Kellnerin sollte sofort gefeuert werden. Ich rate jedem dringend ab, das Osman 30 zu besuchen. Absolut unterirdisch und ein totales No-Go! Finger weg!
