We were there for the first time today. Unfortunately, most of the food was cold...we weren't even asked if we would like another drink...

First visit for dinner and we love it!! Modern furnishings, great bar. Buffet area very appealing, high product quality, very friendly service, pleasantly air-conditioned. We'd love to come back

The place is nice, but the food in general is mediocre and the sushi is a disaster: dry, heavy and in ridiculously small quantities. The quality is poor, the service is virtually non-existent: I order a Coke and get a Pepsi without asking. 3.9 stars on Google out of 650 reviews? After being there, I understand exactly why. I wouldn't come back even as a gift

The ambience is good. I liked the terracotta soldiers. Service was also ok. Some of the staff don't speak German very well, but they're good. It was also possible in English. Sometimes we were overlooked when calling, but they were all friendly. To eat . It was ok. Something was missing in terms of taste. It was all so run of the mill flavor. There was also something missing that defines osakii Pan. Your specialty. Quality wise it was OK. Everything fresh, but unimaginative. In my opinion the weakest Asian buffet in the region.

The location is very good and easy to reach from the motorway. The food is okay, but there are much better buffet restaurants not far away... the selection is okay for ready-made meals, fresh things are rather manageable. The service was rather poor because people tended to be unfriendly. Many of them spoke German, but that didn't help either. All in all, no recommendation to go here again.

We were there at 1:45 p.m. and half of the dishes were already missing. I asked the waiter if there was a refill. He showed me his bracelet and said too late, the store has lunch until 2:30 p.m.! So go in, get nothing and then pay the full amount! That's how it works there.

The food seemed to be fresh, the selection was sufficient, the service staff were friendly and everything was generally clean. For the lunch buffet, you can eat good sushi here. If you don't eat sushi, the selection is sufficient, but not particularly large. Unfortunately, not every dish has its own cutlery for serving at the buffet, which can be a problem for allergy sufferers.

Ich habe schon vieles im Gastronomischen Bereich erlebt aber dieses Restaurant schießt den Vogel ab, im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes. Ich habe eine Ente nach Thai Art bestellt. Was ich bekam war ein zerfetztes etwas. Beim Service bemerkt man den Fachkräftemangel. Service teilweise sehr merkwürdig und unfreundlich, der Teller meiner Frau wird mit dem Wort "Huhn" auf den Tisch geknallt. Tisch wird auf abenteuerliche Weise abgeräumt obwohl die Gäste noch essen. Das ist wohl die neue Form von Gastronomie.Besuch dieses Restaurants ist das Geld nicht wert.

We really enjoy going there. The selection is very good and so is the dessert. We always go at lunchtime.

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the evening buffet (€25.50 per person + drinks) (6 p.m.): The buffet was regularly empty, which meant that you sometimes returned to the table without a plate. You didn't get the impression that the service cared about filling the buffet. When paying, the waitress said succinctly that it was busy. At a buffet, we expect the food to be plentiful. Sushi was partly empty. At other resteraunts we have had the experience that the buffet is quickly refilled. We waited a long time for the grilled food. These were delivered by a robot that sighted several tables. Due to the rush, progress was very difficult. Unfortunately, the service was also poor. The waitresses seemed very disorientated and overwhelmed. Sometimes the waitress asked for the table numbers, which didn't seem very professional. No one asked about their well-being and the plates were not cleared away from the table, something we are not used to in other places. At the beginning you weren't informed whether you should take them away yourself or what the "rules of the game" were. The ambience, however, was very inviting. It was nicely decorated. We will avoid the restaurant in the future.

The service seems lackluster. Grilled food takes a long time. The cook behind the grill lets the food sizzle for a long time and often alone. Some things are tough and cold...the buffet is often cold too. The robot is cute, but the plates are cold until it's loaded

We won't be coming back. We've given the restaurant two chances now, but both times we were disappointed. There's something wrong with the organization of the store. We waited a long time to be welcomed and taken to the table, for our drinks and until we could pay. But what took the longest: the food we had fried. After 1 1/2 hours, after which I had just eaten dessert, the plate suddenly arrived that I hadn't actually expected. In the meantime, my companion had already received his second plate, which he had fried much later. And together with the first plate after more than an hour. In addition, the buffet sometimes looks like it has been swept empty and is not refilled or is refilled too slowly. Maybe the store is understaffed, which is a shame because the food is really tasty.

In principle the buffet is good in terms of food, the problem is that everything always feels empty. The food from the grill is actually delicious but it also takes forever. Service is also overwhelmed. Think too many guests for a kitchen that is too small and few employees.

Service was great, the buffet had a lot of choice and was often refilled, the buffet also has raw plates that can be fried live by the chef. There are a lot of seats and usually not full to the brim, which is important to me personally. Toilets are also clean.

Unfortunately I can't give a recommendation. The ambience is nice and quite modern, but unfortunately a little dark. The service was ok. The biggest point of criticism, however, is the food. The buffet is neither too big nor too small and therefore very manageable. The food also tasted okay, nothing special. But apparently there is a lot of glutamate in the food and unfortunately the end of the story is that you end up hanging in the toilet with a stomach bug with diarrhea and constantly having to vomit.

Very tasty live cuisine. The service could have been a little more attentive. I miss a sound-absorbing ceiling and a slightly warmer interior for full marks.

The food was great. The staff, however, leaves a lot to be desired. We were served by a gentleman who didn't say a word. We think that when you visit a restaurant, you can expect a hello when you are served.

Very nice shop At the beginning we as a group were not given a card to choose drinks. The homemade lemonade, most of which we ordered without ice, came with ice. Also, this was just ginger ale with a piece of lemon and Mainz leaves. Food seemed overcooked. After asking a few times whether you could pay, the employees came after a long time.

I ordered for pickup for the fourth time today. The first two times the food was good. The last order wasn't so good anymore, the bamboo strips were extremely thick, very big and hard. Today we had mini spring rolls. Not crispy, but chewy and soft. The main course (beef with onions and ginger smelled unpleasant as soon as I opened the packaging. The onion pieces were extremely large and thick. It was not edible. We used to often eat at Osakii in Bad Kreuznach, the quality was better there!

Went to the buffet, everything was already very looted and nothing comes. The selection is huge and there is something for everyone, but unfortunately almost everything was cold. Maybe put less in the containers, but maybe fill them up more often? It tasted delicious

Das Essen im Osakii ist in der Qualität sehr wechselhaft. Nachdem es ,letztes mal nach langer Pause wieder einmal gut war, haben wir uns vorgestern getraut, wieder etwas zu holen. Vier unterschiedliche Gerichte, wovon keines überzeugt hat. Das süß - sauer frittierte enthielt Fleisch unterschiedlicher Qualität, die Panade war ohne Geschmack, ebenso das Hühnchengericht. Aber schlimm war, dass 2 Gerichte offensichtlich Billigchampignons aus Konserven enthielten, was in der Speisekarte nicht aufgeführt war. Abgesehen davon, dass sie schlecht schmeckten, ist das für Menschen mit Pilzunverträglichkeit ein No Go.

We were there at lunchtime and the buffet wasn't really replenished after 1 p.m. Although the lunch buffet lasts until 2:30 p.m. That was a shame, the pasta was cold and the mushrooms and aubergines were completely empty. The food labels were wrong on at least 4 signs and therefore a bit confusing because you didn't know exactly what you were eating. But the taste is actually quite good. The waitress was very rude to us from the start. There wasn't much going on and yet our empty plates sat on our table for quite a while.

We had our company party there yesterday. The food was very good and the staff was very friendly, accommodating and patient. Thank you for the lovely evening.

A chic local. Price performance is also right. Service friendly, helpful, and what I find important, child-friendly. Food delicious. The buffet is not overloaded so that food waste is automatically minimized. Selection is very good.

A nice buffet, it was 27€, but we spent about 4 hours (!) here, the grill is great, but I don't recommend trying kangaroo meat... Otherwise everything is delicious, freshly made and it's best to be here at 5:30 p.m. so you can get a table without a reservation. Pepsi was €3.90 per glass, all drinks are expensive, but you don't have to buy them

You can't complain about the food for the price, everything tasted good and seemed to be of good quality. However, the staff was very unsympathetic. Most of them seemed annoyed and the ordering/payment processes took a long time and were tiring.

Unprecedented poor service. That's a shame because the food was really delicious 😋. Wow but you can't beat such bad service 👍🏼 From now on we will give it a wide berth.

Visited the Osaki this week based on a recommendation from friends. Ultimately it didn't convince us. We ordered a la carte. As a starter the spring rolls were still quite good. But you can't go wrong with a finished product. Main courses unfortunately a little disappointing. Kind of boring and everything tastes the same. Portions were very generous but overall disappointed

This concept didn't convince us at all! Poor value for money, food was cold, even the one from the grill, when it arrived to us, little taste, very poor lighting at the table, very loud! The service staff is like this! If you like the canteen charm, this is the place for you! Nothing compares to Asia-World in Mainz-Bretzenheim, to which we will continue to be loyal!

We gave the Osakii another chance and now we know why we haven't been there for a while. The ambience is quite pleasant and modern for a buffet restaurant. It was also decorated quite nicely for Christmas time. Unfortunately the food didn't really taste good. The food doesn't have much to do with Asian either (I don't expect traditional Chinese food in a buffet restaurant, but at least somewhat respectable "Euro-Chinese"). Also, many things were either cold or eaten. The sushi only serves salmon as raw fish and it is served used way too much rice. The grill had a good selection of animal products, but the vegetables were totally disappointing. Dessert was the usual for such restaurants with some fruit, frozen cake and inexpensive ice cream. I was very annoyed that complaints were not taken seriously (plastic in the food and musty sushi salmon). Overall, only recommended for people who prefer to eat a lot rather than well.

Went there for lunch at 1:00 p.m., right in the middle of lunchtime. It was an exciting experience to be in a restaurant where the staff didn't speak German. Service inattentive no second drink or coffee etc… Regarding the food, well if there isn't a lot going on, I understand that not everything has to be full to the brim, but then the quality and especially the temperature of the food should be right. And if something is empty, please fill it up. Well all in all I wouldn't recommend it. All the best.

Tried the buffet today (€25.50). Oh dear: how can you offer something like that? Sauces tasteless, fried food was largely mushy except for the "crispy duck": it was as hard as the sole of a shoe and had obviously been lying around for hours, completely dried out. How can you call stuff like this “Asian”? Insult to all Asians. Then waited another 25 minutes for the bill. Was the first and last time.!

Buffet is very extensive and super tasty. A large selection of meat, fish and vegetables. Some of it raw, which is freshly fried by a chef, and, if desired, fried with a freely combinable sauce that you have put together yourself. Tried kangaroo meat for the first time, very tasty. Tastes a bit like stronger beef. Highly recommended. Only the music was a little too dignified. Sounded more like elevator music to me :D The volume was very pleasant and only slightly in the background.

The food isn't bad for a large Asian restaurant. It's not a bad idea to come a little earlier if you want everything refilled, but it will also be refilled throughout the evening. The Mongolian grill is very good. The atmosphere inside is a bit canteen-like because it is so big and unfortunately it is quite dark. It would be nice if they had lamps on the tables or something.

You don't usually place high culinary demands on an Asian buffet, but that wasn't what was on offer. The food at the buffet was mostly lukewarm to cold, and the service was mediocre attentive. Even the food prepared from our own selection at the "Mongolian Grill" came to the table cold even though there really wasn't much going on. The desserts are by no means Asian, and the selection of desserts is extremely modest. The tiramisu offered there had the same charm as a wet sponge. Sorry, but that was really nothing. There wasn't really any refilling at the buffet (visit at 8 p.m.), and you could only see cleaning activities in the kitchen. We won't go here again. I would actually give 0 stars for the food...

Unfortunately, absolutely not recommended. Buffet has a sufficient selection, but the warm dishes were at most lukewarm and rather cold. Sushi was only available sporadically. Dessert selection very limited! There is very little emphasis on an attractive presentation of the food. Overall, the taste was not satisfactory and was disproportionate to the price. Unfortunately, the modern and elegant furnishings give a completely wrong impression and are the restaurant's only plus point. We won't come anymore.

This restaurant is not worth a single star. Service total disaster. I was cold and ordered black tea with lemon and sugar. I had to wait 15 minutes for my tea and then another 10 minutes for lemon and I didn't get any sugar at all. Waiters don't understand German. The buffet was very poor. Many records were empty. If something was good and tasty, it was gone in a second and then it took a very long time for them to add it. We were afraid to try sushi because it didn't smell good. After leaving this restaurant we were all hungry. I cannot recommend this restaurant and I wonder who wrote these good reviews for this restaurant - you or your friends?

We have been here several times and can only say that this time we were really disappointed. On the one hand you first had to look for someone who then said yes, look for a table and on the other hand the children's chair or the chairs were a joke. It's actually not really possible to buckle up. Almost all of the chairs are broken or falling apart. The food was partially dried out (fried noodles) or not cooked through. The service, well. Despite feedback that the food wasn't really good. No apology or anything. That was our last visit

Just been here during my lunch break. The restaurant is quite large. Chic and modern furnishings. The service was quite quick and attentive. I ordered à la carte. So I can't say anything about the buffet. I ordered #36, fried noodles with chicken. The food came very quickly and was freshly prepared and quite hot. Very nice! A decent portion for €12.60. Overall, you can say that you can get a good portion quickly. Nothing earth-shattering and not a “you absolutely have to go eat there” kind of thing, but ok.

The quality and selection were very good, and it was replenished regularly and quickly. The ambience is chic and the cleanliness is top. We spent a lovely evening.

Schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis: Erwachsene Büffet:€25.50 Kinder ab 11Jahren: €25,50 !!! Kinder bis 10Jahre: €12,50 !!! Für unsere beiden Kinder (5&11) haben wir sage und schreibe €38,- bezahlt - ohne Getränke!! Für ein mittelmäßiges China-Büffet, Da unsere Kinder eher unterdurchschnittlich viel essen, kann man sich vorstellen, wie wir uns fühlten, als wir für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder eine Rechnung über €120,- präsentiert bekamen… Bei diesem Preis erwartet man doch zurecht eine 1a Qualität und Bedienungen, die der deutschen oder mindestens der englischen Sprache mächtig sind…. Korrekte Getränkebestellungen waren weder auf Deutsch noch auf Englisch möglich. Erst die Oberkellnerin konnte weiterhelfen. Wir werden das Lokal künftig meiden.

Rip off! We ordered 1 bag from To Good to Go for €5. We arrived on time and the buffet was almost empty. We didn't even get a small box full of food. Not worth 5€ I'm really disappointed with TGTG. Never again! The staff didn't speak any German either and just handed us a box without comment. Likewise, the food is not fresh and not authentic to Asian

If I could I would give 0 stars. I had dinner there yesterday with my partner and we were just disappointed. The food wasn't tasty at all, only some of the tiramisù was a disaster, much too sweet and the honeydew melon was rock hard. (it's no longer in season) My husband had to throw up at home and he hasn't felt as bad as he did yesterday. A real waste of money!! Simply threw 72 euros into the wind

We reserved 2 bags via TTGG and since my husband was 15 minutes late because he was stuck in a traffic jam, we didn't get our bags. They said he should come back in the evening(?!) for 15 minutes. The food will probably neither be thrown away nor given away elsewhere. In addition, the money was still (!!!!!) debited from us via Paypal - no chance of a refund! Staff was unfriendly and absolutely not accommodating!!!! NEVER AGAIN!

We ordered food via toogoodtogo, unfortunately I arrived 10 minutes late. For some inexplicable reason the food could not be handed to me. Afterwards, the restaurant couldn't refund us our money because they had to throw away the food because I was 10 minutes late. What an irony, you pay for food that is supposed to be thrown away, but then it isn't given to you because you were 10 minutes late and the food had to be thrown away. HUH?! Once, never again...

Had food picked up via toogood togo, worth 15€ for 5€. I wasn't expecting much for 5€ but it's not worth more. If you like tofu you can enjoy 50% of it. The rest is cheap convenience and rice, so I don't have to go to Mainz p

Nice local food lukewarm staff not friendly

Unfortunately, the quality and the selection have decreased. The food from the Tepanyaki grill is simply not recommended, right from the start. The grill chef cooks everything through and it just tastes dry and over-seasoned, so it doesn't matter what sauce you add to it. The robot may be a nice gimmick, but if the cart is full, the restaurant is full, and the guests are unable to unload the robot, then it happens that the food simply comes to the table cold. Every waiter is simply faster, even if they can only carry two plates. The sushi selection is sometimes so thin that it's no longer worth going there. It can then take a very long time for it to be refilled. The filling is also saved; initially there was a lot of sushi with fish, but on the last visit it was mainly overripe avocado or cucumber. Unfortunately, the second star can only be seen on average.

My absolute favorite restaurant. I finally managed to eat there again with the whole family. Every visit is a special highlight. The food is great and there is something for everyone. The service is quick and friendly. Every time we visit we are warmly welcomed by the owners. We'll definitely be back soon. P.S. Enough free parking spaces available.

Food ok, quality of stay could be improved as the room isn't bright enough...

Unfortunately it's no longer what it used to be. The food has been greatly reduced and there is not as much choice. There are not enough employees working on service. Taste is okay. But in the end you end up with around €30 per person, including drinks. And for that you get a really decent meal at an Italian restaurant.
