Very attentive service. Very friendly but not intrusive. The food is very good.

A weekend morning in such a wonderful space, the dishes are like a painting! The dishes have delicious sauces. The seafood is grilled with just enough flavor and spices. The pork dish is a bit dry. The salads with the sauce are also just right! Due to not much time, I did not enjoy the Dessert, the ice cream looks delicious. Will come back to have more time to enjoy the other dishes!

Great location, huge terrace, covered seating. Restrooms available. There's a Greek restaurant, pizza parlor, and a beer garden. It's pretty sleek now, but it used to be nicer and more trashy.

We celebrated my niece's confirmation here last weekend. Everything was perfect from start to finish and beyond. I, a native Berliner who lived on Ribnitzer Strasse until 1993 and now live in Bavaria, found the atmosphere and the care of the staff very pleasant and positive. It was a successful day that provided a worthy setting for the occasion.

Very good food, always very friendly staff. Unfortunately, the menu lacks special Greek dishes, such as leg of lamb. Despite this, we've been there several times. Highly recommended.

The place is beautiful. The food, unfortunately, is abysmally bad. "Homemade mashed potatoes" come from a packet and are mixed with water. Flavor is zero. Grilled meat is dry. Fried potatoes come from a deep fryer. "Fried zucchini" is also deep-fried in batter. Fried onions are mushy, also deep-fried, of course. The staff don't look at you when they speak. You don't even know who you're talking to. What a shame!!!

A really great restaurant, but when I was there that day, the staff wasn't quite as friendly as you'd expect. The food itself is good, though. I recommend the schnitzel with fries (for both small and large appetites).

Great ambiance, great location, and the waitress is incredibly welcoming. Unfortunately, the waiters are incredibly unfriendly, which ruins the restaurant's otherwise lovely atmosphere. If you don't enjoy your job, you should reconsider it. The guests can't help it.

We went there to eat and the food was really great - tasted great and beautifully prepared. The service was also friendly, even though it was very busy. Unfortunately a big negative point: the toilets were extremely dirty and in a condition that made it impossible to use them. Wir haben heute keinen Kaffee und Kuchen, obwohl nicht danach gefragt wurde!) Andere Gäste wurden gefragt, als sie auf eigenen Platz warten sollten, ob sie auch essen wollen. Als sie verneint hatten, da sie nur was trinken wollten, kam die Frage vom "Platzzuweiser" oder wollt ihr nur schauen....wir sind ein Restaurant!!! Sie sind gegangen. Daraufhin war für mich das Ding auch durch. Aufgestanden und gegangen. Nie wieder dorthin, bei der Bewirtschaftung!!!!!!!👎👎👎👎

Would give 0 stars!!! There for the first time today, the weather was great. Very arrogant and unfriendly greeting (among other things, we don't have coffee or cake today, even though we didn't ask for it!) Other guests were asked when they were waiting to be seated if they also wanted to eat. When they said no because they just wanted something to drink, the question came from the "seater" or do you just want to look...we are a restaurant!!! They left. Then the thing was over for me. Got up and left. Never go there again, with the management!!!!!!!👎👎👎👎

Leider auch von uns nur eine negative Bewertung. Unfreundliche bzw. gleichgültige und ein keiner Weise kundenorientierte Kellner. Das Essen optisch und geschmacklich unzureichend und keinesfalls dem hohen Preis angemessen. Das einzig Positive ist die schöne Lage am See und das Restaurant an sich ist auch gemütlich zum Verweilen.

The food is OK but nothing more. However, the location is quite nice - basically right on Lake Orankesee.

Food is pricy for what it is. Service is pretty poor and very unfriendly. You can feel and see that they are being discusted and annoyed by the visitors for whatever reason. As we found a piece of metal! in our food, service did not offer something in return... At least the word "sorry" was mentioned. The location is at the right spot, but they should rather focus on just serving beer and sausages instead of greek food.

With family on Easter Sunday, ordered online, staff overwhelmed, 80 minute wait until the food came. You had to constantly ask because not everything was complete and when the ordered drinks would arrive. Big mess. Food was mostly okay, I had veal schnitzel, I've never had such dry meat. Price-performance ratio was very poor.

They should not call themselves a Greek restaurant. We asked for gyros and it was not possible. We left. When we were heading out server told my wife. “Next time check the menu before ordering water”. There’s no next time.

Not customer oriented at all. Grandchild only wanted strawberries with cream, staff didn't respond at all. Only available as an ice cream sundae with 3 scoops of ice cream. I pointed out that the ice cream would have to be thrown away. Whatever, just like that. There are simply places that you can leave out. Then they left.

We entered the restaurant at 9 p.m., were seated at a table and were told that we should order quickly because the kitchen was about to close. The restaurant is open until 11 p.m. and there is no information anywhere (neither on site nor online) indicating when the kitchen is closed. Well, that wasn't a reason for us to leave, but it wasn't a nice welcome. We ordered drinks and food, which were delivered quickly. The food was a disappointment. The turkey breast was grilled to death, very dry and bland. The garlic potatoes were just a whole potato sliced ​​with way too much garlic. You actually expect homemade tzatziki from a Greek, it tasted and had the structure of something bought. The Parpadelle Solomo was barely seasoned and the warm starter was just slapped down carelessly. None of us had finished our plates. We didn't have any peace either because the waiter came by every 5 minutes and gave us the feeling that we should please go faster. This was also shown by the time that we spent in the restaurant or were allowed to spend according to our feelings. A whole 40 minutes. For us it was neither a culinary nor a pleasant visit. The service/price/performance is absolutely not right here.

I'll be honest, either the waiter was mad at me because I came with my best friend because she's a frequent guest at your place and he might like her. The waiter was totally arrogant and personally unfriendly to me. I really didn't know what I had done to the Lord. I am a trained chef and hotel specialist, have 23 years of experience in the catering industry and have trained people in service myself, but the way it came across was unbelievable. Very, very unfriendly waiter, you don't really feel like staying there. Salad careless and the plates were greasy on the edge including fingerprints. Fries not salted, cutlery thrown down, beer tipped over… no candle lit even though we were there in the evening. No ouzo,??? Speaks for the unfriendly waiter, never again!!!!!

We were there yesterday with a larger group. The atmosphere is very nice and the staff is friendly. Food was also very tasty and came relatively quickly. The only negative point is that there was only one round of ouzo at the beginning (and one too few) and unfortunately there was no more after that. But you're not there for the ouzo ;). We visited the Orankesee terraces for the first time for a coffee break and made a stopover on a Sunday. Unfortunately, my companion's coffee was very watery and undrinkable, but my latte macchiato was fine. We waved the service employee over to our table to complain about the inedible coffee, but the employee did not respond to our complaint with any apology or accommodation and left us out in the cold. Even when the bill came and we pointed out the bad coffee a second time, there was ultimately no response. We regret this visit and will not come back again.

I ordered a coffee that was extremely watery. I drank half of it. The waiter said that the coffee machine was set up that way and there was nothing he could do about it, and I had already drunk half of it and therefore no complaint was possible. Absolute lack of goodwill and not worthy of a good restaurant. We won't go here anymore.

Unfortunately you cannot use the beautiful outdoor area in winter. The acoustics inside are very unpleasant and uncomfortable. The furnishings are tasteful. The menu has been the same for years. System catering. Fries, croquettes. Pickled ready-made product as an appetizer. Prices have always been high. Now they have risen again. 18 euros for a boring salad. The staff is friendly. There is a lot of room for improvement when it comes to quality and ideas in the kitchen, so people are happy to pay more. Otherwise it's just a rip off.

Probably especially delicious in the summer with direct access to the park. However, we were surprised that there was only card payment and had to go into town to collect cash. The waiters were clearly annoyed by that.

We were in the restaurant on Boxing Day with 9 people (2 children and a baby with a stroller). The welcome was very friendly. The entire service staff was very friendly, they even had time to chat with the children. The drinks, starters, main course and dessert came very quickly and in a timely manner. The dishes were super tasty and the meat was grilled to perfection (as desired) and there were even our favorite dishes (bifteki, etc.) Of course, we would also like to thank the entire kitchen staff. Schönes Restaurant in guter Lage! Das Lokal liegt am Orankesee in einer gutbürgerlichen Lage der Hauptstadt. Die Küche ist griechisch-europäisch und sehr fleischlastig. Ich war anlässlich eines Geburtstags mit einer großen Gruppe da. Der Service war hochprofessionell, sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Allen bei uns am Tisch hat es geschmeckt. Frische Zutaten, gut gewürzt, reichliche Portionen. Bodenständig im besten Sinne. Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn in der warmen Jahreszeit die Terrasse offen ist.

Impossible.!!!!!!!!!We were happy with the food, but the service was impossible. We wanted to take the leftovers of our food with us. At first they didn't give it to us and at the end someone else packed the food for us . It was a mushy baked potato. We found this impossible. Maybe this service should be improved.

The food and the environment are great. The ambience is okay too. Unfortunately it is not possible to pre-book several places for a birthday party in October for the beginning of January. Het eten was wel goed, maar de bediening slecht. Men wachtte niet totdat iedereen klaar was met maaltijd. Zodra er één zijn/haar bord (bijna) leeg had werd dat bord al weggehaald. Mijn vrouw had zelfs nog friet op haar bord toen ze dat ook al weg wilden halen. Het leek wel of de bediening totaal niet geïnteresseerd/gemotiveerd was. Wij, en onze Duitse vrienden (die altijd een goede ervaring hadden met dit restaurant) komen hier niet meer en zullen het ook niet meer aanbevelen. Overigens mijn 'normale' kipfilet was veel kleiner dan de 'kleine' schnitzel die men vrouw had. Maar mijn gerecht was wel zo'n €10 duurder!!!

Food tasted good, but my 'normal' chicken fillet was smaller than my wife's 'small' schnitzel. But the fillet was almost €10 more expensive!!! The service was not friendly and bad. While others were still eating, my (soup) plate was already taken away. My wife was still working on her soup when the salad accompanying the main course was brought. Later my wife still had some fries on her plate when the waiter also wanted to take her plate away. When we pointed out to a waiter that this was not an appropriate way of serving, he looked at us a bit sullenly and seemed unaware of any harm. It was not full and there were still many tables available. So that was no reason for rapid service. We understood from our German friends that the food had also become a lot more expensive in 3 months and the portions were smaller. We and our German friends will no longer eat here and our German friends will certainly no longer recommend the restaurant!!

We came back here after a year. It's sad how such a great restaurant can change. The service wasn't even worth 1 star - rude, annoyed when you wanted to order something, inattentive. Then came the food- from raw meat, to tastelessness, to cold food. The extra olive oil I ordered was sweet and rancid, the balsamic vinegar that was next to it burned my tongue and blistered. How long had it not been used, checked, etc. We spent such lovely evenings here, the restaurant was always full and you had to make a reservation. This time not even a quarter was occupied. Conclusion-Never again!!!!

Friendly service when ordering; However, people were constantly "cleaning" around us and the directly adjacent tables and seats (one rag for everything!!? Did everything end up on the floor!?) . . . We found this to be disruptive and invasive, unprofessional towards guests! Spontaneous stop at around 6:30 p.m. / starter on site; We then had our main course packed. . . We no longer felt comfortable in the “ambience”. That has nothing to do with cleanliness.

He's just a typical Greek in Berlin. The food is not very Greek and is more reminiscent of a kebab shop. Anyone who has ever been to Greece knows how Greeks actually eat. The prices are juicy. E.g. for a better kebab plate 20€. But people seem to like it, as the restaurant is regularly fully booked. The location is of course great. Directly on the Orankesee on the property of the old inn.

Unfortunately, the inside area (train station hall) was too loud to be able to have a pleasant conversation.

I particularly recommend the Argentine steak. The staff is very attentive, quick and friendly.
