It's the best meal I've ever eaten. The grilled chicken has a unique and delicious flavor. Additionally, the burger with fresh cheese has an irresistible taste, and the accompanying chips and fries have an unforgettable aroma. The prices are very reasonable, and I'm happy with them. I recommend everyone to try the restaurant under new management.

I ordered delivery through Lieferando. The product arrived warm and crispy, delicious, in 34 minutes. It was delivered by an Indian-Pakistani driver. I'll have half today and the other half tomorrow. 1 burger missing, 1 drink missing... The driver handed everything over as coolly as if he knew what was going on. Absolutely great. The chilli cheese fries were also just way too spicy and the KIK menu was a joke.

Ordered online. They never delivered the order. Judging by other comments here they do this all the time. Never order from them.

What a damn rip-off! Ordered €30, waited an hour and a half, and then suddenly the app tells me it's been delivered. Where?! Surely not to me! The restaurant's phone? Dead, no one answers. But of course the money was debited. Scammers and thieves, hopefully they'll be held accountable someday. Avoid this place, or you'll get a pile of shit instead of food!

The shop is trying to play on the Wienerwald name, but anyone familiar with the original will feel like they're in a fast-food restaurant. It smells strongly of grease, and the place is very cold. The display showing the dishes changes so quickly that it's hard to read what's on it, and you have to go through it five times before you get a rough idea of what's on offer and how much it costs. I find the prices 30 to 40% too expensive for what's on offer. Everything is ready-made, industrial sauces. The chicken is tender, but at the end I'm not full for €14. I wouldn't do it again, and I won't give the concept much hope because the overall impression is below average.

Same experience as others before me in the reviews, ordered from Uber Eats around 5:30, food never arrived but it shows as delivered. Uber Eats support is ridiculous. Fraud!

If you order on Uber Eats at night/early in the morning, don't be fooled by this restaurant. We ordered from 5am and it didn't arrive until 8am. Afterwards it was shown as delivered, although obviously nothing arrived. The restaurant isn't open at night, but still keeps it running on Uber Eats. On top of that, my order wasn't refunded, which sucks.

They didn't give me a fresh half chicken but heated up something in the back: burned and dry. Inedible

Excessive prices for a very manageable portion and an ice-cold dining room. We don't need it again.

Had currywurst fries. Fries that were fried too short, a very narrow sausage and yellow curry sauce from a tube... The portion was enough for a child. And the whole thing for €9.90. What an impudence to charge so much money for this, it's a complete rip-off. The cost of goods for the dish was a maximum of €2.50, if at all... Great quality at great prices. Never thank you again.

Terrible. Curry bowl without sauce. Just fries with a few pieces of sausage slapped down carelessly. When I asked, the highly motivated service employee went to the neighboring store to get me some kind of mush that had nothing to do with curry sauce. My wife's Caesar Bowl was missing parmesan and the "sauce" was salad dressing, which you had to use on its own. Strong. And also just clapped carelessly. Absolutely no recommendation! In addition, the price is quite steep for such little performance.

€9.50 for a crispy burger! You expect at least homemade breaded/fried fillets, unfortunately they were frozen and much smaller than the bun, so you easily have 3-4 bites of just bread and onions. I think a little bit of love is still in there... I mean you would expect that for these prices.

We went here for half a chicken which is advertised. The chicken was comparatively small (you can get more elsewhere), but that was okay for the price. The taste was ok, but nothing extraordinary. The atmosphere in the store was negative. Rather lifeless and not very authentic. Cutlery was dirty and tables weren't very clean either. The toilet wasn't exactly inviting either. Overall, maybe ok for takeaway or delivery, but I don't necessarily recommend eating there on site.

I ordered at 4:50 p.m. Delivery time stated 40 minutes. After 40 minutes I got a call saying it would take another 25 minutes. After another 30 minutes the call again said it would take a maximum of 10 minutes. I've been waiting for almost 2 hours now and nobody comes. I can't rate what the food is like, but they don't have anything under control and I can only advise against ordering there.

Chicken with fries was very tasty. The price is also okay. Very clean and well maintained there. Service was also very friendly and accommodating! The only point of criticism: the dining room was very cold.

3 stars as a gesture of goodwill. The first time there was great, best chicken ever. The food was rather weak. The chicken was dry and cold, the fries were sticky and unseasoned, the chicken noodle soup was cold and WITHOUT noodles. In addition, the drink was missing from the menu. After a call it was promised that it would be delivered later. 2 hours later and called for the third time, they said that the supplier was just leaving. 30 minutes later there was still no one there, and that was a maximum of 10 minutes away by car. I cannot recommend this store. Not even if the drink had still been delivered.

Really super low level service. They told me to wait 15 minutes for the grillhaendl I told them to let me know wjen they are done. They said yes. 20 min after I went in. they were ready and I asked if I can order. They said to me to wait e few more munties (??). I said alright. After another 15 minutes one of the guys looked at me and made a face -while grinning- like I have to wait even longer and he was quite cheerful. I left the place... forever.

We ordered from Hühnerwald today and I got an almost raw chicken cordon bleu. The nuggets fell out of the breading. I think it's an absolute mess to have something like that delivered. After I tried to reach someone, the phone was turned off or blocked.

We waited 2 hours for our order except that our order was cold, the burger meat was not well fried and we never ordered it again.

Ordered 2 half chickens from the menu for the price of one via Uber eats. But only one arrived. The food arrived cold after over two hours. The salad was drowned in cocktail sauce. The "Cordon Bleu" was a small and chewy piece of fried poultry for an incredible €10. That's cheating. The delivery person was nice and the fried chicken tasted ok.

Food on site on Saturday evening: delicious cheese burger and fries. Fries were a little under-salted and the preparation was okay. The burger, however, tasted very good. Unfortunately, the restaurant, and especially the sanitary facilities, are comparatively dirty. Friendly and fast service, prices reasonable compared to other restaurants in February 2024.

Worst service I tried in the last times. I order 2 chicken menus with drinks for both, arrived just one with the wrong drink and the chips was completely cold and bad to eat. After that I call to the restaurant, they told 20minutes and I would receive the menu was missing and change the wrong drink. After the 20 minutes, I called again and they told me to wait more 20 minutes. After that, I called again and they told to wait more 5 minutes. After the last call to wait for 5 minutes, I wait 10 or 15mnts to don't stay call again and again, and they never answer me my call or bring me my food already payed. I tried to call 21times, call and call but nobody answer, and I know the restaurant its open until 01h.00 and this started around 20h or 20h30. MY ADVICE DONT ORDER FROM HERE, WORST SERVICE AND RESTAURANTE I FOUND AND ALSO EXPENSIVE FOR THIS QUALITY, EACH MENU IS 14.99€.

We ordered food to take home and the half chicken was very, very tasty. Fries are not recommended, use country potatoes instead! Everything was fresh. We would be happy to order again.

hab liefern lassen, pommes komplett kalt, bestellte cola nicht bekommen, kein ketchup oder mayo mitgegeben völlig lieblos in ne tüte geknallt, schnitzel war okey, fazit: nie wieder!

Wir haben vor Ort gegessen und die Erfahrung war dennoch sehr enttäuschend. Das Hähnchen war sehr trocken. Die Bedienung war sehr leise beim Reden so das man ihn kaum verstanden hat. Die Menü Karte (Displays über Tressen) waren unscharf und kaum zu lesen. Das ganze Restaurant war extrem kalt so das man ohne Jacke schnell frierte. Alles im allem eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung. Kein Vergleich zu Wienerwald früher.

Hatten aus dem Sana-Klinikum bestellt und abgeholt. Essen war pünktlich (ca. 15 Minuten) fertig und sehr lecker. Vor Ort war sehr leer, der Laden sieht gepflegt aus. Personal sehr freundlich. Können wir empfehlen.

Die Ambient ist ganz nett. Das Hühnerschnitzel war leider nicht ganz durch und war in der Mitte noch roh. Leider gab es auch kein Salz und Pfeffer auf dem Tisch. Die Bedienung konnte leider nur gebrochen Deutsch. Eine Zitronescheibe und ein wenig Salat würde dem Schnitzel mit Pommes auch gut tun. Die Zubereitung ging recht flott. Aber leider kann hier nicht mehr als 2 Sterne vergeben. Verbesserungsbedürftig.

Leider haben wir statt Brokkolinuggets, Hähnchennuggets bekommen. Haben es leider erst zu Hause gemerkt. Der Falafelburger war in Ordnung, leider hat hier die Soße gefehlt. Der Wrap mit Haloumi war okay. Die Pommes sind echt super.

Kein Vergleich mit den Filialen im Westteil der Stadt. Das Angebot ist sehr eingeschränkt. Der freundliche junge Mann hinter dem Tresen sprach und verstand leider kaum Deutsch. Nur TK Ware. Schade. Nie wieder.

Korektur Die pommes waren zwar nicht wirklich gut aber fanden das checken leicht scharf ringach top und lieferrando hat meine Kontaktsaten iwie nicht übernommen 4Sterne für das checken und den hotdog den letzten bekommt die lagerung da mein Sohn geschlafen hat und ich darum gebeten habe nicht zu klingeln sondern anrufen Danke noch mal dafür an hühnerwald und den lieferranden von lieferrando

Äußerst lecker dort! Es gab zwar persönlich ein Paar Anlaufschwierigkeiten aber diese wurden aufgrund der netten Mitarbeiter und Kulanz wieder bereinigt. Mein absoluter Favorit, neben den leckeren Hähnchen, sind devinit die Chilli Cheese Pommes. LG

Sehr leckeres Essen. Bin normalerweise viel zu faul für so Rezensionen schreiben, aber ich muss sagen, hier zu bestellen lohnt sich. Hatten heute Schnitzel Burger und Schnitzel Wrap. Beide Menüs waren 1A inklusive die Pommes.

Herr Mendes fand das Essen super, schnell geliefert und warm und ohne Probleme. Gerne wieder

Leider konnte ich keine Bewertung bei Lieferando abgeben,dann mache ich es hier. Das Essen war mega lecker der Chef super nett und höflich,das fleisch sehr zart und saftig vom halben hänchen ,so wie vom gordonbleu. Ich kann sagen im ganzen alles top kann es nur weiter empfehlen und wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder bestellen.

Sehr super das Essen da hat mir sehr geschmeckt und das Personal da kann man nur staunen sehr schön es hat mir sehr gefallen die Atmosphäre dazu kann man nur 1 sagen sehr sehr empfehlenswert liebe es da bin fast alle 2 Tage da und immer wieder zufrieden rausgegangen

Grillhähnchen gut, frisch und saftig, Pommes etwas zu knusprig und hart. Update: die neuen Chips Pommes sind klasse. Mitarbeiter sind freundlich, Service ist schnell und Produkte frisch und lecker. Die Sitzbänke sind etwas weich und damit niedrig, aber es gibt ja auch Stühle.
