Olla Berlin - Lounge and Grill in Berlin

It's a cozy restaurant in the lunchtime by the park. The food wasn't tasty except the fries.

We went to eat with a group of friends and it took them more than 50 minutes to bring us the food. Terrible and slow service and kindness.

We had a few Campari Spritz (picked up from the bar) and enjoyed the view of the Spree. Price-performance is good. The toilets could be a little cleaner.

Waiters at a high level. Beer like German, refreshing

Horrible music, bad shisha and poorly mixed drinks. Only when the head was already through were new coals brought in, even though we were almost alone. So this doesn't even involve a full load and stress. The Lillet only tastes like water and the prices are too high. Ambiance isn't bad though.

So the cocktails are really bad... 🤯 The PinaColada with spray cream and the Mojito are like green waste from the meadow... with water from the Spree

Hey hey, My friend and I just wanted to have a couple of minutes before we had to catch the train and we thought we could just use the bathroom before we ordered… after coming in, the waitress didn’t even let me ask ihm where the bathrooms are. He was so rude! I couldn’t even explain myself! Never experienced something that rude! Will never go there again.

Went here with a friend to use the toilet but we weren’t allowed to. After we went to the toilet I ordered 4 Kindl. He said 20€ for a beer that usually costs 1,50 each???? The response to my questioned face was “ it’s because of the location” . I wanted to change my order and just take 2 of em. Then they told me it’s not possible and they cannot change it. Terrible decision to go there. Never again

They tried to make us pay a false bill : we were two, taking each only one drink, they brought to us a bill with 4 drinks and really tried to make us think it was our drinks. We didn’t explain longer it was a mistake (a mistake? I’m pretty sure they tried to scam us as they understood we were tourists) at least they tried, but It’s a shame. They aren’t honest people. Go give your money to some better persons who respect their clients.

Muni is the best (and the beast) bartender

There is better places to go. The Kebab is not Kebab and the sauce is terrible. Service is okay and other dishes as well.

Ordered spaghettie with shrimps from Lieferando and received a children's portion for €16. And the garlic was forgotten. Never again.

We stopped for a beer after a long walk. A pleasant and interestingly decorated place. Nice and trouble-free service. When we were there, the place was empty, but it was a weekday, not a weekend. Toilet available at the bar. I recommend

Very unfriendly aggressiv stuff and we waited around 30 min for the stuff to come and take our order, and when I asked in the end they tell me I need to go and ask for my order by myself they won’t come to take our order.

We got these funny pizzas with my friend. This made our night and we had such good laughs about it. Customer service was good they are great. Also the music that they played was so good.

The place is nice for a drink or a meal. We had two pizzas (tomato mozzarella and vegetarian) which were delicious! The prices are a little high but still reasonable.

I had diarrhea for several days after eating a chicken wrap at this restaurant. Not recommended!

Very rude stuff!!! I just asked for a coffee to go and he just shouted at me "7" ! He wanted to charge me 7€ for a coffee and he told me with aggressive manner that this is our price which definitely isn't. He just wanted to rip me off.

Falafel (13€) was bone dry, mushroom sauce from the poultry (17€) tasted burnt. Prices are greatly exaggerated for the quality provided. The waiter was nice, the rest of the staff unfriendly. Worst restaurant experience so far in Berlin.

Hey The only nice thing is that it's on the water. It was very nice but the staff didn't want to serve you and the toilet was incredibly disgusting, there were flies everywhere, it was dirty and there was no toilet paper. I left the photos alone.

We stopped for a quick break...and stayed for lunch too! Typical Egyptian food (the broad bean falafel is excellent!) but also pizzas and various types of food... everyone can find something good to eat: kebabs, salads, pizza, desserts, etc. Very nice staff who also speaks Italian ... and above all a good espresso coffee! I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

We were here with 5 people. Since the increased prices of the food were a bit of a deterrent, we only ordered cocktails. The prices here were average, but the cocktails themselves were very bad. I had the Caipirinha, which I always enjoy drinking. But 4/5 of all drinks failed, which was mostly due to the very low alcohol content and the way the drinks were prepared. It felt like there was no alcohol at all and that makes you think that you are being ripped off here. My friends all thought that too. The service was also rather bad, not really motivated and not particularly friendly. The ambience was very good. The location of the restaurant is really nice and you can sit outside with a wonderful view of the park and also the other bank of the Spree. All in all we won't come back even if we didn't try the food. Here in Berlin there are many other restaurants that make a lot more effort and are happy to be able to serve guests.

I was there with my mother last month. The service was friendly and the food was extremely tasty, and it came really quickly. I can highly recommend both the shawarma wrap and the baked potato with chicken fillet strips.

Nice shop, nice service, good food. Not a restaurant atmosphere, but definitely a good address for chilling out with a view of the water and meadows with good food and good drinks. We watched football here, you can hardly hear the train that goes directly above towards Friedrichstrasse or Alex.

Super rude staff. We went inside because the public restroom outside was broken and we had no options. We went and asked politely if we could use their facilities. First nobody was in charge second the bathrooms were within the kitchen areas. They told us to ask the older guy inside and we explained our situation two girls. He said it's one euro a person and we said that's OK we are happy to pay but we don't have cash as we just were going to a public bathroom but we could pay with card. They said it was not possible and said they could not accommodate all people coming in paying with card for the toilet and the toilet is only for guests. We explained that we understood their argumentation but that we had no other option a sthe public toilets were broken. They said several times that they do not care at all and offered jo alternative not even mentioned that we could purchase something. The rudeness of the males staff was overwhelming and convinced us to never return as a customer. In the end we found an establishment staffed with women who showed understanding and let us use the facilities. As an establishelment you should not be haughty and rude. We could have purchased something if the treatment wasn't this bad and if we pay for using the facilities that would make us paying customers as well. Shame on you and the male centric aggressive reaction we got.

We ordered kebab and got 5 dry pieces of meat, hard like stones! Salad was okay and rice too but burnt onion and pepper were pointless with this mess. Service was good until I told the meat is not eatable. Sad story but true.

Delicious drinks and pleasant staff

The location of this restaurant has potential. Unfortunately, the comfort soon fades. We were rudely assigned to our table and the order was taken casually. This also means forgetting. After 15 minutes we had our two large beers. Dealing with other guests was also unfriendly. The service seemed stressed and disorganized. Despite the great location, this restaurant is not an option for me. The furnishings are practical and careless.

Had an amazing Magherita Pizza. The server was friendly and helpful. No waiting around. Wife had Currywurst and chips which she said was great. Would come again and would recommend

We drank cocktails, with and without alcohol. They were both very tasty. Although it is a hip and central place, the prices are within the normal range. The service was also very friendly. I'll be happy to come back next time I visit Berlin...

Out of six days of vacation, three of us came to this bar, the best in Berlin. The bartender not only speaks all languages ​​but does so with friendliness and character: extremely nice and funny, he gave an extra edge to our aperitifs. I was very happy to visit the place, the waiters were professional and the service was perfect. The shisha and drinks were tasty and the barman was particularly nice. I recommend you.

We were not allowed to cancel our order less than 5 minutes after ordering. Apparently there is “ no way to remove it from the till” despite the drinks not being poured or the food not started being prepared. The staff were aggressive.

Rude staff. The waiter didn’t remember what we had ordered many times. They served us food that we never ordered, when we gave it back they were very rude, infact after they took revenge by sending us to the man’s bathroom and laughed at us.
