Too bad, but the place will probably close again next year... Second visit: My pasta was cold, especially around the edges. (Tip: If the customer feels this way, then the customer is right – any further discussion is pointless and only causes harm.) I would rate the taste and seasoning as average, but the significantly above-average prices are completely exorbitant. Many dishes on the menu shown in the photos are no longer available, and the prices have increased even further. All in all, disappointed twice – we won't be back. The deceptive tactic (renaming to delete negative reviews) and the receipt stating "Preview Only" speak volumes and ultimately lead to a well-deserved 1-star rating.

The staff is very friendly. The house special was garlic bread...very friendly, tasted quite okay....for starters, we had bruschetta. The bread was good, but the tomatoes were only roughly chopped on top...not so great...we've had better. My husband's seafood pizza was delicious, but unfortunately very greasy, with far too much cheese. My daughter had tortellini al forno. They were quite okay, but unfortunately there was not enough of it. We've never had that before; my daughter has never finished a whole tortellini...only this time...unfortunately, she wasn't full... I ordered my tagliatelle with prawns because there was no tomato sauce listed in the menu description. In previous reviews, I also saw it (without sauce) in a photo, so I ordered it...unfortunately, there was tomato sauce after all...well, it was quite good...unfortunately, the pasta was too hard. We are disappointed and won't be coming back.

The food is excellent. It tastes very good. One small drawback: the braised onions should have been served alongside the excellent veal schnitzel. The service was very friendly and attentive. I can only recommend the Farfallina restaurant! We were there with a group of 6 people and had a fantastic evening. The service was extremely courteous and looked after us excellently from start to finish. You can tell that emphasis is placed on first-class service here. The food was delicious and lovingly prepared. Nobody had anything to complain about and everyone was fed up. The price-performance ratio is unbeatable! We paid more than fairly for the quality service. We will definitely be back and would recommend Farfallina to anyone who wants to enjoy a great meal in a wonderful setting!

I had already given a bad review but deleted it again, after all you don't want to harm a new company. We ate there a total of 3 times and not once did the bill come up. The boss wasn't interested in the fact that a steak that was ordered medium was more than done when it was told to him. No offer to redo it, no extra on the house, pure ignorance. But what amazes me is the fact that despite the opening times posted online and on the front door, the restaurant was closed. This is the second time this has happened to us! I think we'll save ourselves another try.

Unfortunately, when we were seated it took a long time before we could order our drinks. It took a total of 15-20 minutes until we had our first drinks. Diet Coke was out :-) Then we ordered the food, a short time later the waitress came and said that they didn't have any ravioli. Ok reordered. The food came quickly after ordering and was also very tasty. Unfortunately, you can't avoid talking about the things that aren't there that are actually standard and it spoils the experience somewhat. Hi. We stayed at Farfallina with 4 people. As a starter we had the mixed antipasti platter and a small greeting from the kitchen (garlic bread and chili oil for dipping) - very good. Afterwards there were 4 different pizzas - delicious! Finally there was tiramisu, highly recommended. We'll be back! The reservation has already been made.

Unfortunately, both my starter (Arancini Siciliani) and my main course (Insalata Gamberetti), both from the regular main menu, were not available. The alternative (Insalata Manzo) was very tasty. Likewise the main course of my companion (mushroom cream veal schnitzel). The service was very friendly and attentive. We will come again.

Hello everyone. My friend and I went to Farfallina restaurant yesterday. It was a beautiful and successful evening. The atmosphere was very nice, there was a rose and a table lamp on every table. The service was very friendly. When we asked, she recommended trying a warm vegetable antipaste as a starter. A very successful start. Very good oil and balsamic vinegar as well as tasty vegetables. For the main course I had a tagliatella with strips of beef. Highly recommended. Afterwards a grappa to enjoy the musse au chocolat. We have already reserved the next evening.

Basically, I'm very reluctant to give new restaurants bad reviews because you don't want to ruin anyone's chances or make an already difficult start even more difficult. Unfortunately, there is nothing different here! This week we ordered 2 pizzas for pickup from this restaurant for the first time. The cost for this was 30 euros. We ordered at a fixed time. The pizzas were far too small, completely cold and simply didn't look appetizing, see picture. The pizza was probably ready 20-30 minutes before pickup and was in the box. The Parma pizza we ordered for 16 euros was topped with normal Black Forest ham, no trace of real Parma ham. As you can see in the picture, the arugula was completely wilted. The Tonno pizza was anything but great. The girls in the store were very friendly and the atmosphere was definitely impressive. Unfortunately you can't score points with the quality of the food. This needs to be improved, otherwise it will be difficult!

I had already submitted a review regarding our visit and the quality of the food. It was apparently deleted, or a new account was created. I think feedback to improve is very valuable and shouldn't be ignored. My wife and I went there 2-3 weeks after the restaurant reopened. We were really looking forward to it because we wanted a favorite Italian restaurant around the corner and were very excited. The service was nice, the atmosphere was cozy, but a bit small. Unfortunately, our meal wasn't what we expected, as my wife's pasta was swimming in oil. My meal was cold, and the quality left a lot to be desired... When we were tired of it, we were told that the manager would come over. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. We felt uncomfortable and paid. We were offered an espresso, which wasn't appropriate for the situation. We won't be coming back for a while.

The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, the service incredibly attentive and warm. The food? An absolute dream! The pasta was fresh and perfectly al dente, the pizzas were crispy and full of authentic flavors. The homemade desserts in particular are a must - the tiramisu was the best I've ever tasted. The opening times are not correct at all, we were there three times in vain, although it said “open” on the website and on Google. Yesterday with guests again, even though we made a reservation by phone the evening before for the above-mentioned reason. We know that a successor is being sought for November, to be fair you should stop now if you don't feel like it anymore😞

I am very disappointed with the service at the Orangery Abtei Rommersdorf. I tried to make a reservation several times, but despite asking multiple times, I haven't received any response. The lack of communication and customer service is unacceptable and disappointing. It seems that you are not welcome here as a guest, which is a shame because the atmosphere actually seems promising. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this place.

I would like to be able to give more stars. We had our wedding reception on March 16, 2024. It was incredibly beautiful and familiar. It could not be better. The boss is incredibly warm-hearted and the service is wonderful. Also a big thank you to the people in the kitchen. You all made this day an incredible one. Your Nicole and Markus <3

I don't have to say a word about the beautiful and well-kept rooms and the pretty gardens. The pictures speak volumes. The Orangery's service is extremely good - both in terms of prior arrangements and on-site appointments. Friendly, professional and courteous employees anticipate all your wishes, do not impose themselves on the guests and arrive at the right time. The food is delicious, fresh and the menu offers something for every taste. I can't say anything bad about the size of the portions or the quality of the products (food and drinks): the price and performance match perfectly, the food tastes excellent and the extraordinary creations make you want more. This was our first, but not our last, visit to the Pasquale Orangery!

Very nice location in Rommersdorf Abbey near NR-Heimb.-W., both the terrace and the interior are very attractive. When the weather is nice on the terrace you feel like you are in northern Italy. The food is of the standard quality of an Italian restaurant, but in the upper price range (for Neuwied and the surrounding area). But still definitely worth a visit - primarily not because of the food, but the ambience.

Some of the food didn't taste fresh, but warmed up. The service was a total disaster, sometimes waiting 90 minutes between each course. The ambience is nice, but not recommended in warm weather as you'll die of thirst in the 20 minute wait for drinks.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in der Orangerie und wie beim ersten Besuch, bei dem uns der überaus nette und freundliche Kellner sofort über einige wenige Gerichte die nicht mehr verfügbar waren informiert hat, war auch dieser Abend auf der Sonnenterasse mit herrlichem Ausblick wie ein kleiner Kurzurlaub. Das Ambiente wunderschön, das Essen perfekt und wir wurden auch heute eher herzlich umsorgt als bloß bedient. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

Eigentlich kann man sich über nichts beschweren.Sehr leckeres Essen und auch sehr schönes Ambiente aber leider ein Stern Abzug wegen der unfreundlichen Kellnerin. Und die Tische auf der Terrasse waren staubig denke mal das es in dem Desinteresse der Kellnerin liegt, habe sie dauerhaft nur am Handy gesehen.

Wir waren nachmittags zum Valentinsmenue. Alles einfach köstlich. Und an einem Werktag um 15:00 einzukehren hatte den Vorteil, daß wir alleine waren. Wir kommen wieder.
