Very friendly staff, wishes are fulfilled, price-performance top and the food tastes very good

We pick up food from il forno in the Neuwied Rewe Center on average twice a month. We usually always pay the full amount, even though we don't actually use the service when picking up food. This means that if we were supposed to pay €28 for a pickup, we would have paid €30. Now they've imposed a service charge that always has to be paid, even if you don't use any service and just pick up the food. I'm not concerned about the 29 cents, but rather that this is being imposed on you. I'm paying exactly the cents out of principle. Such a flat rate could only be charged if people eat there and actually use the service. You can ruin everything yourself with little things. Regardless, I have no complaints about the food; it's always good and freshly prepared.

The food there simply tastes amazing. I have an Il Forno around the corner from me, but I still go to the Rewe Center because the pasta tastes so much better there.

Ordered two family pizzas on Saturday. The food was okay, but I've rarely seen so few toppings. The pizza tonno was almost indistinguishable from the margarita, and it felt like there was no pollo at all. Please reconsider this whole thing. I paid €51. The taste is fine, but please top the pizzas with more toppings!

We ordered for delivery today and received a call for pickup after 45 minutes. After I complained, it was delivered after 1.5 hours. And I was asked for an additional 3.90 because it was supposedly delivered via Lieferando. That's outrageous, considering I ordered directly from Il Forno. The pizza was almost cold. Never again.

The pizza is always very tasty and has plenty of toppings. I usually use the delivery service or pick it up myself. The restaurant is in the REWE Center, so there is no special atmosphere.

I usually order pasta and it's always good. I ordered pizza today. Dough wasn't cooked through and an ingredient was swapped without asking.

Went there for the 2for1 gourmet book voucher. Ordered 2 pizzas, the seller charged us for 2 drinks, told him we didn't want any drinks. He said that we had to pay for these two drinks, I told him that according to Schlemmerblock I only had to pay for one. He said that I had to pay for two drinks because he didn't deserve anything from it. The seller was also unfriendly. I left, called the hotline at Schlemmerblock and they said I only had to pay for 1 drink.

Why does the food always come late?? despite hours Long pre-order! It's embarrassing when you have guests...it's a shame

The fact that in Germany a minced meat and tomato sauce is sold as Bolognese is worse, but is now more tolerated and standard. The fact that it also consists of a few strange meat crumbs with some kind of red ready-made pulp is simply undignified. The children couldn't get the food down. Under no circumstances order it and definitely consider what the other dishes are like if you sell something like that. Underground. The staff is nice and you could also sit there for a meal.

Super delicious pizzas! ..I've experienced disappointment with others over the last few years and luckily ordered it here today. Fast delivery, friendly staff. From now on we only order here and like to try the pasta dishes too :-)

Food was delicious but tortellini was unfortunately a bit too small for my taste.

I can only warmly recommend the fast service and the nice saleswoman.

I ordered an Italian salad to take away. Lovelessly lettuce leaves at the bottom, 4 slices of cucumbers and tomatoes and a little tuna ready, that has nothing to do with Italian salad.

Unfortunately I got repeated stomach pains. My entire circle of friends had similar complaints. Maybe you should have your food checked.

I always order Maccaroni Special and love it! The price is completely acceptable and the taste is very good.

I was here for the first time two months ago and had pizza and Athena salad with my family. The pizza was worth the price, the olive oil and chilli oil were really special! I was there in the meantime and the pizza tasted so mediocre. Today I was there again with my family and the following happened: I ordered the 41 (Pasta Diavolo), the pasta was barely cooked. They responded to my complaint, which is nice. I consciously decided and ordered a pasta dish again (No. 35 Pasta Aglio e olio), and the pasta was served extremely warm, which is also nice. BUT: the noodles had a smokey taste, there is a spice in it that reminds me of vegetable broth (I hope that the taste doesn't come from an animal source!), it was quite salty, there was almost no garlic in sight. I couldn't taste the pepper and chilli at all. I didn't complain a second time, didn't return the food or pay for it because I didn't know if anyone would have liked it (that's my impression). The dish literally has NOTHING to do with the very simple Italian dish “Aglio e Olio”. It's straightforward but I have to say that such a simple dish is very hard to mess up - and you managed to mess it up, which is shameful. It's a shame about the money and it's also a shame that the great olive oil is no longer so great and tastes great, because I could see and taste that it had been diluted with rapeseed oil (or sunflower oil)!

Die Pizza ist sehr lecker,auch Sonder Zutaten werden auf Bestellung richtig umgesetzt. Der Salat ist immer sehr frisch.

Pizza ist lekker entspricht nur nicht der angegebenen größe hatte einee 33cm pizza bestellt und bekommen habe ich eine 30cm genauso ist die 28er eine 26er ist eigentlich ne Kleinigkeit aber finde es ist eine frechheit

Das essen war super, allerdings ist das eher ein Kinderspielplatz überall laufen die Kinder der Angestellten rum.. schreien und hüpfen über die Tische und Bänke mit ihren Schuhen.. kein angenehmes Verhältnis zum Essen!

Ich hätte nicht gedacht, dass ich das noch einmal neu für mich formulieren würde, aber ich bin mir ziemlich sicher, dass diese Pizza mit einer der besten, wenn nicht sogar die beste italienische Pizza war, die ich je essen durfte. Ich hatte mit meiner Frau die Pizza Pepperoni bestellt. Schon beim Biss in die bloße Pepperoni wusste ich, das wird ein Hochgenuss und es kam noch besser. Großartig, gigantisch,Superlative, Weltklasse, das beschreibt meine Gedanken während des Essens dieses zauberhaften Stücks italienischer Kochkunst. Ihr habt mich definitiv angefixt und ich werde definitiv wiederkommen. Danke😋

Sehr lecker, am meisten hat uns die die Combinazione gefallen.

Wir waren hier spontan vor unserem Einkauf essen, es war frisch, lecker, preiswert und die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich, wir kommen bestimmt wieder ☺️

War dienstlich dort (Rewe-Center Neuwied / S.G.S. Sicherheitsdienste), Pizzeria mit großer Auswahl, das Essen lecker, Preise okay. Man bestellt, geht einkaufen, das Gericht wird warm gehalten. Was will man mehr. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Ich bin in meiner Mittagspause dahin, erstmal nachgefragt wie lange es dauert und die Dame meinte 6 Minuten, am Ende waren es doch 25 Minuten. War nicht besonders sauber und die Dame unterhielt sich sehr laut mit einer anderen auf ihre Sprache, was sehr störend war. Ein kleiner Junge lief über die Stühle auf und ab, hat weder seine Mutter noch die Dame hinter der Theke gestört. Die Pizza war nicht knusprig sondern matschig und nass, auf meine Beanstandung meinte die Dame, sie könne die angebissene Pizza nochmal in den Ofen schieben. Ich lehnte ab, Pause war vorbei. Keine weiter Empfehlung.

War einige Male mit meinem Sohn dort essen und immer war die Pizza sehr gut. Bedienung ist immer freundlich 👍

Naja Sauberkeit der Möbelstücke und defekte Streuer lassen zu wünschen übrig. Personal auch nicht wirklich freundlich aber gute Pizzen dafür. Die Bedienung könnte besseres sozialverhalten haben, deswegen nur 2 Sterne

Leckere Pizzen. Preis Leistung absolut Top, Sehr nettes Personal, mit Beeper am Tisch. Kann man weiter empfehlen. Sonntags keine Toilette vorhanden, an Werktagen ist Toilette im Rewe

Sehr leckere Pizza 🍕 und Salate. Kommen immer wieder.

Hab angerufen und zum Abholen bestellt. Nach 35 Minuten hingefahren und da hieß es " noch 4 Minuten" hab nach 20 minuten meine pizza bekommen. Auf der Nachfrage ob es geschärft wurde, wurde nur bejaht was aber gelogen war. Der Belag war auch nicht gerade das beste.

Essen war lecker, aber nur noch lauwarm, als es dann endlich nach über 1 1/2 stunden bei uns ankam. Nach über einer Stunde hatten wir angerufen, da wäre der Fahrer kurz vorher los gefahren. Nach 38 Minuten war er dann endlich da. Auf weitete Anrufe wurde gar nicht reagiert. Also der Service für den lieferdienst lässt echt zu wünschen übrig.

Im Rewe Center wurde schon öfter bei Il Forno was mitgenommen. Es war immer super lecker besonderes Rigatoni alforno und die hauseigene Kräuterbutter!

Sehr leckeres und frisches Essen! Leider ist des Öfteren bei Online-Bestellungen vorgekommen, dass der falsche Salat geliefert wurde.

Gutes Essen, nettes Personal und direkt im Laden. Man kann bestellen, einkaufen gehen und sein Essen auf dem Weg zum Parkplatz abholen. 👍

Wir sind Stammgäste der La Palma und fahren für die Makkaroni al forno ( und die Nudeln dort generell) gerne 45km einfache Wegstrecke. Denn niemand, wirklich niemand (!) macht so tolle Nudelsoßen wie die Herrschaften hier. Und bei der Il Forno bekommt man eben diese Soße auch. Ein Traum! Gemütliche Atmosphäre ist hier leider nicht, da es sich um ein Restaurant im REWE Center handelt. Aber das Essen lohnt sich auf jeden Fall.

Das Essen ist so lecker wie im Restaurant in der Stadt. Sonderwünsche wie vegetarische Combinazione werden selbstverständlich gemacht. Wir kommen exta aus dem Maifeld zum Essen her. Ganz toll, vielen Dank für Euer leckeres Essen und den tollen, freundlichen Service
