Quite nice. As a vegetarian, you should specifically ask if there's bacon hidden in your food. It's not indicated on the menu (it looks like vegetarian dishes). They seemed to have little understanding that this would be appropriate...

1Adwend, had a really delicious meal here again today. Had dinner here for the first time today. We were very surprised by the beautiful restaurant. Nice ambience, a quiet restaurant. The food was very tasty and rich. It came to the table quickly and hot. The price was also ok for the portion. This isn't the last time we've been here.

The Döppekuchen with applesauce was delicious, and the portion was very generous. The steak was of good quality and cooked to perfection. The smoked salmon was also good. Attentive and friendly service. Reasonable prices. Reservations recommended.

We held our Christmas party there in November 2023. When we arrived, we were informed that someone had canceled the reservation on our behalf. After we denied the cancellation, we were finally assigned a seat. After waiting a long time for a waiter to take our drink order, we finally received the menu a little later upon request. Unfortunately, we received a completely different menu than the one published online. The menu consisted of just one A4 sheet of paper. Upon request, we were told the reason for this. However, we would have liked to have known this in advance when the menu was distributed. After waiting a good 45 minutes for the food, the food finally arrived. The food was truly delicious. The portion sizes were simply too small. After being so disappointed, we paid the bill and changed locations.

My husband and I ate there today. It was delicious. The food was very hot. We will eat there more often. The service was friendly. Everything was perfect.

Was here with my daughter to eat asparagus. Full enthusiasm from my daughter and I. Asparagus on point, the hollandaise sauce homemade and plentiful. Last but not least, very tasty potatoes and a very tasty schnitzel. All in all a successful evening, we will be back.

We had booked a table for a meeting. There were 2 tables set (for a party). There was just 30 cm of space at one corner. Overall it was far too narrow. And then the landlord tells you that there were 4 more people registered. Where else should they sit? My conclusion: never again!

We celebrated my parents' golden wedding anniversary and my 50th birthday here. Great buffet, nice, fast service, our guests were also very satisfied...Great for family celebrations up to around 35 people...the top address for German cuisine in Neuwied! It doesn't get any better. Thank you again for the two successful celebrations....gladly again...:-)

Thu.,12.10.23 Very friendly welcome, despite the restaurant being full. Perfectly tapped beer from a competent and warm lady. The food: pork medallions with rösti, choron sauce and side salad, moderate prices, fresh and self-made: simply delicious!!! (I would have licked the plate at home). The service was extremely friendly, courteous and quick. A big thank you and praise to the kitchen and the staff!!! No wonder they have/have to expand the seating.👍👍👍👍. It's a shame we live so far away. We definitely want to eat here again the next time we visit Neuwied!

Yesterday we ate at the distillery for the first time. The food was great, the service was very nice and the atmosphere was great. We will be back

Stopped here at lunchtime. The lunch menu was out, the lunch menu was disappointing. The potato soup (homemade was on the menu) was a watery grainy broth with potato pieces and some smoked salmon. The goulash soup was canned and there was a slice of bread (it tasted like it was packaged from a discount store). Don't understand where the good reviews come from.

Waren vorgestern bei euch essen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Ein riesiges Rumpsteak, wunderbar gebraten mit leckeren Beilagen. Alles frisch und sehr lecker. Wir wurden sehr herzlich und freundlich bewirtet. Wir empfehlen euch gerne weiter und werden wieder kommen.

Gut wie immer. Wir gehen immer wieder gerne dahin. Das Essen ist gut und preiswert.

In der kleinen, aber feinen Gaststätte mit einer schlichten und einfachen Einrichtung gibt es eine Speisekarte mit Gut-Bürgerlicher Kost. Sie beinhaltet zum Beispiel auch einfach nur die beliebte Bratwurst mit Pommes. Die Preise sind für jeden erschwinglich. Man kann nach voriger Bestellung dort auch täglich frühstücken in der Zeit zwischen 09:00 Uhr und 10:30 Uhr. Den Mittagstisch der Destille gibt es jeden Werktag von 12:00 Uhr bis 13:30 Uhr.

Sehr gemütlich und hier kann man gut was essen. Es schmeckt und die Preise sind angepaßt.
