My friend brought me salad, it was very tasty and there was a lot of it and the sauce was perfect :)

One of the best pizzas in Kempten! 👍 Great atmosphere and very friendly staff.

A chic snack bar with outside seating. There are parking spaces right next to it, but it's quite tight - around the corner directly on the street is better. The menu is small - various burgers with side dishes, finger food and pizza - but there is definitely enough choice, including veggie versions. We had 2x burgers with fries, a salad and a pizza with salmon. Everything was delicious, fresh and the portions were definitely big enough to fill you up. The fries were well salted, al dente and even had a few sprigs of rosemary in them. There is a small pot of basil at every table, we tore some off for the pizza, very tasty! And first the service - the waiter was super friendly, especially with our little one, he even sat down with us for a moment and chatted with her about school. Brought her great joy. We visited the restaurant for the first time because we became aware of it for the Schlemmerblock. A big, very positive surprise. We'll be back!

I went to this restaurant with three friends and unfortunately my food was completely forgotten. While everyone else was already eating, the staff didn't care about ours. They walked past our table several times and ignored the fact that I didn't have anything to eat yet. The store was almost empty and we were sometimes the only guests. The behavior was unfriendly and disrespectful. I cannot recommend this restaurant.

So hands were washed with wet wipes. When I left, it turned out that there was a story in the men's bag. I asked the employee, he denied that everything was humming. So "thank you". -1 when ordering food, that man laughed at my German, it was not pleasant. I ordered him a burger, green salad, soft beer and tea for my sister. All that cost 21.85 euros. I was not given a check or bill. At the end, we didn't get tea either, they say we didn't order it. We didn't have time for arguments, so let it be your tip, man, or your ears. -1 salad seemed tasty at first and I liked the dressing, but a little later I discovered that the greens were not fresh, so I had to carefully choose the edible ones from the rotten ones, so the impression was spoiled. I didn't like the burger either, some kind of dry bun, in my opinion, a very fatty meat mixture... So... The alcohol-free drink helped me get through it. So, would I go there again? The quality of the food is very poor. I was expecting more based on the reviews on the app, but unfortunately these reviews seem to be fake.

In terms of taste, pizza has absolutely nothing to do with a pizza. Definitely in the top 3 worst pizzas I have ever eaten in my life. Cheeseburger smells like feet that have been in sneakers for 72 hours and haven't been washed in 5 weeks. Unfortunately half of the food was in the trash. Driver very very friendly

I'm currently in Kempten for work and ordered dinner there. Very tasty food and nice practical packaging. And they were even so kind and gave me a spoon with my dessert upon request since I didn't have anything in the hotel. I can recommend eating/ordering something there.

We ordered two party pizzas (Tono with Chicken Farm and Chicken Farm with Chicken Barbecue). Unfortunately there was a mistake: both pizzas came with barbecue sauce, even though it should have been different according to the online menu. The Tono tasted good, but the entire process was disappointing. We took extra time to explain the order in detail and still it was delivered incorrectly. When the delivery arrived, I immediately had the feeling that something was wrong - and unfortunately that was confirmed. When we responded, we were initially promised that the pizza would be replaced. But later on the phone it was unkindly stated that Chicken Farm is generally served with barbecue sauce. We tried to politely explain the error, but the man on the phone was very rude. I'm attaching a picture that shows this is stated differently in the online menu. I find this kind of treatment disrespectful and I won't be ordering from here again. Please adjust the online menu to avoid such misunderstandings in the future.

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience yesterday. Staff is absolutely unfriendly. The store was completely empty but they didn't really pay any attention to us for the first 5 minutes. We wanted to order 2 pizzas with the voucher from our gourmet block. When we picked it up we were told that we had to buy 2 drinks with the 2 pizzas in order to get one for free (which isn't in the gourmet block). After we pointed out that we didn't understand that, they only told us to buy the drinks said he was a new owner and he was not represented in the gourmet block. Strangely enough, Orange Octopus is represented again in next year's gourmet block. It's funny. Restaurant completely empty but apparently still don't feel the need to take a few orders. Then we left the pizzas there and went to the Losteria, which was 500 meters away. Was very tasty in the Losteria, nice waiters can only be recommended. But orange octopus a disaster.

I've never been to such a bad restaurant. For now; The staff was rude and it was cold inside. So we sat there in our jackets. After 3/4 hour our food arrived. The patty on the inside of my burger was completely pink and cold. We then let the burger go back. We did get a new burger, but I no longer had any appetite. When paying, my husband asked for a box for his food because he had to finish my food. There they then charged €1 for the box. Where is something like that? Never again…

Food and service are good. Sometimes a bit confusing. I wouldn't necessarily eat there, it's not that inviting. There are burgers and pizza. Also chocolate pizza.

We were there at 2am after a wedding reception, and even though they were about to close, they still served us and made us several pizzas. 🍕 Since it was my friend's birthday, he got a free dessert pizza (with Nutella and banana), super delicious! The employees were super friendly and accommodating, the pizzas were very tasty and the price/performance was great! I can definitely recommend the restaurant! Where else can you find (such good) food in Kempten shortly before 2 a.m.?! 👍🏼

Absolute chaos in processing the order. Very long waiting time. We were there with four people. The order consisted of three burgers and one pizza. The pizza was then served 10 minutes before the burgers after it had already sat on the serving hatch under a heat lamp for what felt like 15 minutes. The notification part hasn't responded in all this time. And that even though the store was no more than a third full. The pizza was topped with fresh ingredients, of a pleasant size but a bit bland in taste. The burgers were, let's say, okay. Rather disappointing for the price. The only really positive thing was the friendliness of the service staff.

In the evening I ordered something because I was visiting a family member in the hospital for a long time. The pizza was very tasty and visually the pizza was very good. The price is a bit more expensive (additional ingredients too) but still within the range. The delivery person was very friendly. The pizza could have been pre-cut. Since you are at the Kempten Clinic delivery address, you can assume that you have no opportunity to cut yourself. Otherwise everything was okay.

We actually wanted to try something new. And this should then be done using the gourmet block. That was the plan. So we ordered 2 burgers online. We won't mention here that the online system is just bad. The burgers arrived after about 40 minutes (?). The quality is simply subterranean: dripping with fat, soaked in sauce, the buns soggy, lettuce from the day before yesterday, tomato unripe, the yellow part should probably be cheese, paddy (we'll stop here, it's no use) and go on about it rain). We had to pay in full, and quite a bit for 2 dwarf burgers. The gourmet block is not valid, only if you pick it up yourself. it says, even when the driver asks the boss by phone. Aha, despite clearly understandable regulations written in perfect German, these do not apply. So then you unfortunately have to realize that this is probably a deliberate rip-off. It's just annoying in retrospect that we fell for it like that.

Eigentlich wollten wir mal eine neue Lokalität probieren. Und das sollte dann unter Nutzung des Schlemmerblocks erfolgen. So war der Plan. Also haben wir Online 2 Burger bestellt. Dass das Onlinesystem einfach nur schlecht ist, erwähnen wir hier nicht weiter. Die Burger kamen nach etwa 40 Minuten (?). Die Qualtität ist einfach nur unterirdisch: Fett triefend, in Sauce etränkt, die Buns matschig, Salat von übergestern, Tomate unreif, das gelbe Teil sollte wohl vermutlich Käse sein, Paddy (wir hören hier auf, das bringt nix, sich weiter darüber auf zu regen). Bezahlen mussten wir voll, und das nicht wenig für 2 Zwergburger ohne alles (siehe Bild). Der Schlemmerblock gilt nicht, nur bei Selbstabholung. heißt es da, auch auf telefonische Nachfrage beim Chef durch den Fahrer. Aha, trotz in einwandfreiem Deutsch geschriebenen klar verständlichen Bestimmungen, gelten diese nicht. Also dann muss man leider feststellen, dass es sich hier wohl vorsätzlich um Abzocke handelt. Ärgerlich nur im Nachhinein, dass wir so darauf reingefallen sind.

I'm really not a person who writes reviews often, and especially not bad ones. But our recent experiences at the Orange Octopus have unfortunately been bad once too often. When ordering online, the comment field is regularly ignored and meat is served to vegetarians as a matter of course. The burgers are almost impossible to eat because they are overflowing with sauce that even those who love them just get sick. When you ask questions over the phone in the restaurant, you get a mushy “costs extra” at your head and that’s the end of the conversation. I would have liked to pay the extra charge, but unfortunately I didn't have the option. Will not order there again. The service is terrible

Pizza ist wirklich top aber Amerikanischer Style also wird gebacken super Mozarella käse gegrillte Paprika Streifen für 9€ die Oktopus meine Empfehlung 👍 und der Laden auch cool und sauber !

Bin ehrlich, der Burger ist eine klare Empfehlung, 10/10. Aber bitte kauft euch nicht die Pommes! Für 6 Euro bekommt ihr extrem schlechte Tiefkühlpommes, die nach nichts schmecken und eine Konsistenz haben, die ich nicht einmal aussprechen möchte. Entweder macht die Dinger günstiger oder fangt bitte wieder an, gute Pommes wie vor zwei Jahren zu machen. Das ist wirklich absolute Abzocke!

Vegan Patty for €12,95- they serve frozen patty, why not freshly cooked vegetarian patty ? I can even buy frozen patty, bread, sauces & make it at home. Why then go out for food? 3. Absolute Katastrophe!! Wir haben schon mal hier bestellt und waren total begeistert, aber nach der heutigen Bestellung werden wir uns wohl anderweitig umschauen müssen. Wir haben auf 12:30 Essen bestellt, geliefert wurde um 13:25, also fast eine Stunde Verspätung. Wir haben mehrmals angerufen, und jedes Mal hieß es dass das Essen gleich da ist, irgendwann wurden wir nur noch weggedrückt. Als das Essen dann doch mal ankam hieß es auf Nachfrage, die Straße ist kaputt. Essen war gut, allerdings war ein Burger fast roh, was einfach nicht sonderlich genießbar ist. Wir werden uns aufjedenfall einen anderen Lieferanten suchen.

Also mir und meiner Familie , vorallem meiner kleinen Tochter schmeckt es dort. Wir bestellen dort gerne und essen auch direkt vor Ort gerne. Wenn ich so manche Kommentare lese, dann denke ich was für negative Menschen ihr doch seid. Der Laden ist sauber und auch in der Küche , da könnt ihr sogar rein blicken und sehen das die sauber arbeiten. Pizza wurde immer pünktlich geliefert.Wenn es manchen am Bier fehlt, dann geht Strasse gegenüber, dort findet ihr eine cocktail bar.Vllt hat octapus kein Interesse Alkohol zu verlaufen und hat dementsprechend auch keine Lizenz dafür. Last euch von den Kommentaren nicht verunsichern und geht auf jedenfall mal dort eine Pizza essen , dann merkt ihr das die Freundlich sind und das die Pizza gut schmeckt. Mfg

Der Laden dürfte sauberer sein. Essen war sehr gut. Wir sind mit dem Schlemmerblock gekommen, hatten 2 Pizzen und einen Beilagensalat, obwohl geworben wird das der günstigere Hauptgang umsonst ist haben wir nur den Beilagensalat gratis bekommen. Laut Aussage des Pizzabäckers sind Pizza, Burger und Salat bei ihnen ein Hauptgang. Sehr ärgerlich da der Salat zwar gut aber nicht die nötige Größe hatte um als Hauptgang durch zu gehen.

Das Essen ist sehr gut, aber leider waren keine Alkoholischen Getränke vorhanden. Nicht mal ein Bier. Das ganze geht mehr auf Lieferservice. Schade weil die Räumlichkeiten ganz schön wären.

Essen ganz gut soweit, Kleinigkeiten könnten besser sein, z.B. der Chili Dip oder das Burger Brötchen, ansonsten aber sehr sehr gut, sowohl Burger als auch Pizza und der Salat. Portionen vor Ort auch echt groß!
