The PIN sent to me for the key box didn't work, the landlord wasn't available, only the answering machine. When I subsequently tried to resolve the matter amicably, the gentleman told me I was too stupid to enter the code. No refund, additional charges because I had to find alternative accommodation late at night. You shouldn't book a room here! Edit: I had to find alternative accommodation at 9:30 p.m. after a 5-hour drive and -8 degrees Celsius, which incurred additional costs. I left a message on the landlord's answering machine at 9:08 p.m. and arrived without being able to get in. Of course, I want a refund. Customer service couldn't be less friendly! The Kempten City Hostel is 50 meters away, and I highly recommend it! 😘

Dear asiahung team... Where has the flavor gone that we used to taste in every dish you served? Yesterday we were disappointed by the lack of flavor, the doughy coating of the chicken that was cooked far too dry, and the watery curry sauce that unfortunately didn't deserve the name curry sauce based on its taste. Yes, there was a good crowd, but you've always had it under control. Please try your food yourself and decide to return to cooking the same high quality you're known for.

After waiting for half an hour, no one had come to take our order. We left and did our shopping elsewhere.

We were invited to a birthday party and had the large alcove on the left with a really big group. The venue was absolutely tasteful and decorated with such care! The food was wonderful, perfectly seasoned, and absolutely delicious! A huge compliment to the chef :-) Despite the large group, the service was perfect! We were never left thirsty, but the service wasn't intrusive either – perfect management. Justine and Pamela are fantastic, by the way <3 We will definitely be back!
