Oliven Garten Restaurant, Hotel in Nittendorf

A bit tired from our hike, we unexpectedly passed by the Oliven Garten Schnitzelhaus and were happy to find it was open. We received a friendly welcome and sat under the olive tree in the garden. Since we were more thirsty than hungry, we "only" chose the special offer. Mmm, it was delicious! And the expected smaller portion was a perfectly "normal" size! It was a perfect treat for us. I highly recommend this restaurant. Unfortunately, we're back in Berlin, so we'll have to find a restaurant to visit again.

Two of us were here on our motorcycles on a Friday. We ordered the XL lunch menu (schnitzel with fries or potato salad). It was super good and very reasonably priced. Very friendly service. We sat outside in the small beer garden. Highly recommended!

Schnitzel special daily for €7.77, a fair price. Large portions, delicious taste. Very friendly staff. Parking is available in front of the Schnitzelhaus.

Inspired by the Schlemmerblock (a German gourmet blog), we decided to stop by for dinner. We were greeted personally by the owner. After studying the menu, we opted for the Chef's Schnitzel. For the side salad, we could choose between vinegar/oil or yogurt dressing. The schnitzel was served on a rectangular plate, which in itself made us want to eat it. The schnitzel had a great coating. The fried potatoes were unfortunately from a packet, but they were still nice and crispy. In any case, we enjoyed it! A few more notes: 1.) There are two rooms in total; one has a pool table with comfortable seating. 2.) You can sit outside both in front and behind the building. 3.) A few parking spaces are available directly in front. 4.) From Tuesday to Friday, the lunch special is an XL pork schnitzel with fries or potato salad.

We were introduced to this restaurant by one of my customers, and since we were passing through on our way home from the State Garden Show in Furth im Wald anyway (a 10km detour is no detour ;) ), we decided to give it a try. The beer garden was quite clean and rustic, with plenty of shade, which was really pleasant in the 33-degree heat. The service was friendly, but the drinks took a while to arrive, even though we seemed to be the only customers at that time. The food was good and plentiful, and the price-performance ratio was absolutely fair. The side salad was very fresh, a nice, colorful mix, and the dressing was well-stocked. Conclusion: It's not worth driving there (it's about 60km one way from us), but if you're nearby, I definitely recommend it! It's nicely unobtrusive in a residential area, but still worth a visit! We came to this unassuming restaurant through a voucher book. It has two small outdoor areas and a lovely interior. The food was very good; all four of us had different dishes, and everyone was very satisfied. The salads were included in the price and beautifully presented. The young waitress was very friendly and accommodating. As a free bonus, we got a pizza bread for four people. That was also very good. We'll be back soon, even without a voucher book.

This was our first time at this restaurant. We had three different dishes, all of which were very good and there were plenty of them. Value for money still counts here. The food and service, and the atmosphere in the beer garden, were wonderful. And the staff are friendly and very accommodating. We'll be back 😃😄☺️😋

Tried the schnitzel there today, it was great :) The egg on the schnitzel could have been cooked a bit better, and the fried potatoes were more like fries than fried potatoes. But the taste was really good, and the service was very friendly. :)

A lovely restaurant, decorated for the season. Friendly service. Good, tasty portions at a very reasonable price. During the beer garden season, the beer garden is also open, so you can enjoy the extensive menu outside.

Enjoyment and service are always purely subjective experiences, but the ambience in the beer garden, especially in the summer months, is unbeatable. And the staff is nice and accommodating.

The service was very friendly, the pizzas were good and had plenty of toppings.

Unfortunately closed, despite a table reservation... 40€ taxi for otherwise .....

People! It's just crazy how delicious it is here. The meat falls apart in your mouth, very juicy, tasty. Salads as fresh as if they were from grandma's garden. Price-performance cannot be topped. I wish the entire team great success!!!

A nice restaurant, schnitzels were okay. The taste was delicious, but unfortunately some of the sauce was cold. Price-performance match. The location is part rustic and part American diner. Nice for lunch or enjoying a cold beer outside in the beer garden.

A pizza place,.....but not enough for normal food, I had a Jägerschnitzel with spaetzle, but I was hungry, a colorful, inconsistent place....

We imagined something different. Service that doesn't have a smile. Food... no thanks. Facility takes some getting used to. Sorry, unfortunately only 3 stars.

Always served and treated in a reasonable, friendly, satisfactory, hospitable, wishful manner! And whenever I get my hands on the menu, I don't know what to EAT because I would ORDER the full menu! SO DELICIOUS And enjoyed dinner again today! thank you very much

Ich war auf der Durchreise an einem Sonntag, netter größerer Ort hab das Restaurant sofort spontan ausgewählt. Sehr freundliche Bedienung und ich habe sehr lecker gespeist.

Für ein, wie das Lokal sich selbst nennt, Schnitzelhaus, waren die Schnitzel mittelmäßig. Kleine Schnitzel und in der Fritteuse tot frittiert. Die Ananas direkt aus der Dose aufs Schnitzel gelegt, wodurch alles wässrig schmeckte. Die Remoulade war eine Fertigsosse. Ketchup sehr sparsam aus 2 Ketchuptüten. Die Pommes waren in Ordnung und die Rösti waren natürlich auch vorgefertigt und aus der Fritteuse. Ein Besuch in der Schweiz würde helfen um richtige Rösti herzustellen. Rösti waren es auf keinen Fall. Das Ambiente ist etwas ungewöhnlich, teils Restaurant, teils Bar und teils Kneipe. Es passte nicht wirklich zusammen. Die Bedienung etwas unfreundlich dafür sind die Preise relativ hoch.

Ich habe nur Pizza to go gekauft. Die war ganz okay, hat aber mindestens eine halbe Stunde gebraucht und hatte einen bis zu 4,5 cm dicken Teigrand.

Wir wurden am späten Abend noch sehr nett empfangen und haben mit Gutscheinbuch sehr lecker und reichlich gegessen. Dank an die Chefin.

Gutes Essen, gemütlich, sehr schöner kleiner Garten im nicht einsehbaren Hinterhof, netter freundlicher Service. Sehr gut und knackfrisch die Salate. Wer Pizzas mit dicken Boden und Rand mag, ist hier richtig. Viele verschiedene Schnitzel.

...wir hatten Salate, die waren aussergewöhnlich lecker, frisch, kreativ und eine riesige Portion, die man kaum essen konnte. Wir sind hinsichtlich Qualität beim Essen sehr anspruchsvoll und waren positiv überrascht. Herzlichen Dank

Dieses tolle Lokal ist auch für private Feiern sehr zu empfehlen! Sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Bedienungen die Speisen, kalte und warme, alle eine Wucht,die Chefin ermöglicht viele individuelle Wünsche. Die Dekoration für unser Event einfach genial. Im Garten wachsen leider keine Oliven

zu viele Ausländer sind an den Spielautomaten und zu lange

Sonntag abend ganz spontan zu viert besucht. Super nette Chefin und auch der Bursch hinterm Tresen bzw. Kellner war super nett. Ein wenig verpeilt aber grad des hat ihn noch sympathischer gmacht. Kellner die lachen, machen Restaurant-Besuche eben besser🙃. Essen war super lecker. Egal ob Pizza oder schnitzel. Pizzaboden mega guad, Belag reichlich und definitiv keine 0815 Pizza. Schnitzel definitiv kein Tk-Schnitzel, Panade und würze mega guad. Meiner Meinung nach auch nicht in Öl raus bruzelt sondern Butterschmalz und es war für mich auch reichlich. Fotos san leider ned entstanden Hunger war zu groß und den snapchat hab I ned gespeichert 😅.

Waren heute zum ersten Mal hier in diesem tollen Lokal, sehr schön eingerichtet, richtig tolle Wohlfühlatmosphäre, ganz lieber netter Empfang. Zum Essen haben wir uns für das Schnitzel entschieden, wir essen gerne Schnitzel, aber in einer so phantastischen Qualität, so fein, sehr zart, eine besondere Panade, in Butterschmalz geschwenkt. Geschmacklich sehr gute Pommes dazu, am Teller gab es noch ein bisschen Krautsalat, welcher geschmacklich ebenso hervorragend war. Der kleine Beilagensalat, den ich mir dazu gegönnt habe war ebenso geschmacklich sehr gut, viele verschiedene Gemüse, gutes Dressing, auch hübsch fürs Auge, keine Fertigprodukte, wirklich richtig lecker. Hier ist wirklich alles perfekt, vom Ambiente über die tolle, herzliche, nette Familie über die Sauberkeit und natürlich das leckere Essen. 5 Sterne plus würd ich sagen. Sehr zu empfehlen. Man merkt, hier wird mit viel Liebe und Herzblut gekocht und verwöhnt. Schon allein, wenn man im Gastraum sitzt und hinten in der Küche hört man wie Schnitzel geklopft werden. Klasse 😊
