For €35 it's not worth it in my opinion. I had a meal here a few months ago and the best thing was the service, the waitress was Lea, very nice and polite. However, I wasn't impressed with the food and the music was way too loud.

Great evening. There were 8 courses! After the 5th we couldn't do it anymore. Price performance is sensational. Very nice location. Great design. Very well designed sanitary area. Good design! Overall - a successful evening! Go!

Half of the food is forgotten and it arrives cold!! Even people who came later have the table full of food and we are still waiting .. all you get is an "I'm sorry" thank you, that was the first and last time .. trip to Cologne!!

Never had such a bad meal in an all you can eat. Almost everything was cold. Meat was tough and inedible. Fish had a weird taste. Duck was rock hard and impossible to chew. Sushi was fine, but not prepared and served with love at all. It was also very cold in the restaurant. In summary very bad and a waste of money!

Finn and Amani are top waiters/waitresses. As always, the food was very good.

Finn and the entire team were very competent and friendly. It's a bit noisy at peak times but it's always delicious and that's why I always enjoy going there.

So I don't like the round system at all and here too because: For the first sushi portion we had to wait half an hour - 3 rounds, even though we ordered in 1. Some dishes you get after 2-3 rounds when you're already full, so it's difficult to estimate how much and what you've already eaten. Then they also bring many dishes that you didn't even order. The taste of sushi is not great. So you can eat it, but I won't go special.

The only positive thing: the ambience. The food was cold and never came as ordered. Our food was constantly brought to other tables. Most of the dishes weren't really tasty. I really don't understand why there is a line of people waiting in front of the store in the evening. We placed our last order at 5:22 p.m. and received the last of our food after 6:00 p.m. We waited over 15 minutes for the bill.

Super bad experience for the 3rd time. Some orders don't arrive at all or arrive an hour late. Sushi is also not entirely fresh and sometimes very dry. The other dishes are fine, but service is pure chaos

It was a really nice and relaxing evening. The food was very tasty and always at the table quickly. You never waited longer than 5 minutes. The waiters Amir and Esad always served us in a friendly manner and were on site at all times.

We received a very friendly welcome at Okini Düsseldorf. The service is attentive and always on hand. The eight round ordering system is an exciting and fresh idea - you can make a selection per round, which provides variety. The menu is wide-ranging so there is something for everyone. The parking situation in Media Harbor can be challenging, especially on Fridays to Sundays or on public holidays, as free parking spaces are difficult to find. But there are parking garages and it's more relaxed during the week. The ambience is chic and modern, matching the upscale location. Prices are a little higher, but that's to be expected in this area. Overall a great experience with delicious food and good service. Recommended, especially during the week.

Delicious food, highly recommended! Cocktail was tasty. The lemonade drink was also really tasty, especially on a sunny day.

Finn was very nice and accommodating, but above all polite. The shift manager was also very helpful, we had a problem once and it was taken care of immediately and we even got something on the house. Perfect evening!

Food was really good here.. Totally worth the buffet price considering it is Japanese cuisine. Service was good too. Despite of restaurant being full of people, food kept in flowing as we ordered. Ambience was good too. Us girls have had a great time and shared amazing laughs and jokes white eating. Oh and yes drinks were great too. Will love to visit again.

The food was a disaster. Everything was fried in the same oil and you could taste it, from fish to baked banana. And you could also taste that the oil was very old. I had to throw up. There was no decent dessert either. Not recommended. I was surprised at how crowded it was.

To be honest, a juice shop unnecessarily overrated, table reserved at 8:30 p.m. without our knowledge, the reservation was moved to 8:45 p.m. We ignored that, we should wait at the bar until a table becomes available then a waitress comes to us and thinks about it After another 10 minutes of waiting at the bar we were brought to the table. Apart from the service, the selection of sushi and the food in general is really ridiculous.

We were very disappointed for the second time. It wasn't full and there were actually a lot of free, comfortable seats available. We were assigned two places near the toilet (with a really unpleasant smell). When we asked whether we could also take a seat on the bench, we were told no without any explanation. These places were NOT occupied for another two hours. It wasn't clear to us why we weren't allowed to sit there. The service was really abysmal yesterday. An order didn't go out twice, so we waited a total of an hour for dessert until the time window for further orders expired. Unfortunately the chicken was undercooked and almost raw. The avocado in the sushi is already very dark in color and the grapes in the fruit are brown and mushy. (We were then allowed to order our dessert after complaining) We don't think the price-performance ratio is right at all. The staff did not respond to comments at all. The visit was a disaster and definitely the last time!!!!!!

The food is horrible. I have never eaten something as disgusting as at this restaurant. It is also expensive for 2 people. The drink was undrinkable. Even the fried food was inedible. Even if they give me a million I won't come back. The employees were also not really helpful and certainly not friendly.

Very good lunch. Here you can have an extensive lunch even on Sundays for €22 and order up to 8 items 12 times in 2 hours. Even good dessert is included. Great. But you should definitely bring your time. We were here with our disabled daughter and the treatment and service were very good.
