A good Japanese restaurant in Karlsruhe. Here we offer lunch and dinner buffets. There are many sushi, appetizer, fried thing to choose. The general quality is quite good. For information: You can only order 5 items per person per round and wait 10 minutes until the next round. The portion for Salmon Sashimi is quite small, but I understand that it is expensive.

Tonight I went to Oishii for dinner with my family. I had gastric sleeve surgery. For those who don't know, it is a stomach enlargement procedure that requires you to eat in small portions. I explained the situation to the waiters and showed them my hospital card. I could only order two nigiri and one portion of sashimi on the menu. Despite this medical certificate, they didn't believe me, so much so that I had to change chairs so they could observe me better. All the waiters spent the entire evening watching our table to make sure I didn't eat the all-you-can-eat food my family ordered. I will never go in there again. I felt like a thief.

We go to the Japanese restaurant regularly, at least once a month. Here for the first and last time. Manageable quality and selection. Dessert selection consists only of ice cream, no fruit salad, lychees or mochi. The ice cream is okay. You won't find a selection of sauces such as sweet and sour, peanut etc., there is an overly seasoned standard sauce. Sushi is carelessly served on a small DinA5 sized wooden bowl. The fish tastes older. In the sushi, the skin of the salmon was not removed and neither was the fat layer. Spring rolls and squid rings are probably low-quality frozen products. Plus, the chicken and duck were dripping with fat. The service was attentive and friendly. There will not be a second visit.

Food is always good but you have to wait an hour for 2-3 rounds and you didn't even get everything, so a bad rating. Table number 1. Completely disappointed 😞

We went to Oishii today. We have been there several times in recent years, but today we noticed that the owner has changed again but everything about the dishes has remained the same. Overall a very nice, clean shop. Unfortunately, the food was very, very heavily seasoned with pepper and salt, and it took a long time for the food to arrive compared to the last few times, even though the shop was almost empty. In some cases orders were not delivered at all and were simply “forgotten”. Sushi kept falling apart and was soggy. Overall, the food just wasn't good. Unfortunately, the drinks didn't arrive cold and were simply pushed diagonally across the counter and not even brought to the table. It's a shame, unfortunately it's no longer worth a visit for us.

Unfortunately, the staff was super unfriendly to us and also to the other guests. The all-you-can-eat option was forced on us straight away, even though we hadn't ordered it. When we asked how we could order from the menu, we were initially told that we were already registered as all-you-can-eat. After a long conversation, we were allowed to order from the menu, but they were careful not to take anything from the people who had ordered all-you-can-eat, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. The waiters kept giving us annoyed looks. The air in the restaurant was stuffy and when other guests opened a window, they were directly attacked by the staff. The food was average and too expensive for the price. The allergens were spelled out incorrectly on the menu. Overall not recommended.

Went to oishii all you can eat as a family. The first time we tried the sushi salmon we noticed a strong fishy smell. When we gave oishiii a second chance and went there again, there was again a strong fishy smell from the salmon. Unfortunately no fresh fish is served here. The friendliness of the boss leaves a lot to be desired. We were told right at the beginning not to order so much salmon sushi. We only ordered this for the first round. They want to fill you up as quickly as possible in order to make a profit. Am very disappointed. The food got stuck in our throats before we could even get started.

Customer friendliness = 0 you are told straight away what you can and can't order... Even though it says all you can eat. We can't do more than 4 rounds anyway. It's best to order drinks as soon as you sit down. The food was quite ok. Except the salmon, which smelled very strongly and was definitely not fresh. You don't feel comfortable as a guest. The oiishi has diminished a lot. Many positive reviews seem more like fake reviews to me. You have lost us as loyal customers!!

Great all you can eat restaurant for Asian and Chinese food. Nice atmosphere and very friendly, courteous staff, child-friendly!! High chairs available. Changing facilities available in the toilet. Food that you choose via the tablet arrives promptly and generously portioned. We like to be guests there when we are in Karlsruhe.

Very nice restaurant with delicious food and great service

We were there on Tuesday evening around 5:30 p.m., made a reservation, but that wasn't necessary because everything was still free. Were warmly welcomed and immediately taken to a seat. The ambience is okay so far, but it's not entirely harmonious, you don't feel quite as comfortable. But that's a matter of taste. Ordered via an iPad which is actually a cool idea. Unfortunately, the selection isn't particularly large and unfortunately the food didn't taste particularly good either. It didn't really taste fresh, but rather like it had been in the fridge for a day and the frittie rted things like they came from the freezer. It was a real shame because everything on the website made a very good impression. The constant clearing of the empty plates by 5 different waitresses made everything a bit uneasy, as did the food being brought by 5 different people, and then only one plate at a time and the person opposite me hadn't had anything, which was quite disadvantageous. Unfortunately we won't be eating there anymore. .

Good food but the sushi rice wasn't really good. Homemade is even better. Otherwise very tasty and quick. In terms of price compared to other all you can eat offers, the one in Rastatt is 10x better. Still okay.

Good and inexpensive friendly staff

Ich war Stammkunde seit 2015 und gestern war das letzte Mal, dass ich Oishii besucht habe. Damit es jeder weiß, kommt die Werbung nun mit "All you can eat" mit Bedingungen. Das heißt, man kann nur ein bis drei Mal dasselbe bestellen. Es war enttäuschend, da der letzte Chef keine besonderen Bedingungen hatte. Mit der Zeit habe ich Kollegen und andere Freunde zu Oishii eingeladen. Leider wird das nie mehr der Fall sein. Ich habe die Kellnerin höflich darauf angesprochen und sie hat laut und unhöflich gesagt, dass man nicht so oft dasselbe bestellen kann. Übrigens kommt noch eine Bedingung hinzu, wie andere Kunden erwähnt haben: Man muss ein Getränk bestellen, sonst muss man extra 4€ pro Person zahlen. Oft haben wir die bestellten Essen nie bekommen. Nicht nur einmal, sondern regelmäßig gab es Ausfälle. Es gab einen Besuch, bei dem die Kellnerin nicht-bestelltes Essen zu uns gebracht hat. Anschließend wurden wir von der Kellnerin geschimpft. Gestern war es besonders unangenehm, als wir beobachteten, wie der Kellner das Essen behandelte. Manchmal hat er das Essen unbeabsichtigt berührt und hat die Platten mit den leeren Tellern von anderen Kunden zusammen mit frischem Essen benutzt. In der Gastronomie sollte man verstehen, dass man niemals die gesammelten leeren Teller und die neuen Teller aus der Küche mischt. Wir haben insgesamt 62€ für 2 Personen bezahlt und hatten mehr erwartet. Wir haben den Chef gesehen und wollten mit ihm sprechen. Leider war es erfolglos, als wir über den schlechten Service berichten wollten. Wir haben bezahlt und das Restaurant verlassen. Auffällig war, dass dieselbe Kellnerin bei der Zahlung ein anderes Verhalten zeigte als zuvor, als sie an mir geschrien hatte. Man sollte sich hinterfragen, wer eigentlich wem dient.

This means you can only order the same thing once or three times. It was disappointing because the last boss didn't have any special conditions. Over time, I invited colleagues and other friends to Oishii. Unfortunately, that will never be the case again. I politely asked the waitress about it and she loudly and rudely said that you can't order the same thing so many times. By the way, there is another condition, as other customers have mentioned: you have to order a drink, otherwise you have to pay an extra €4 per person. Often we never received the food we ordered. There were failures not just once, but regularly. There was one visit where the waitress brought us food that we hadn't ordered. We were then scolded by the waitress. Yesterday was particularly unpleasant as we watched the way the waiter handled the food. Sometimes he accidentally touched the food and used the platters with other customers' empty plates along with fresh food. In the catering industry, you should understand that you never mix the collected empty plates and the new plates from the kitchen. We paid a total of €62 for 2 people and expected more. We saw the boss and wanted to talk to him. Unfortunately, when we tried to report the poor service, we were unsuccessful. We paid and left the restaurant. What was noticeable was that the same waitress behaved differently when paying than before when she had shouted at me. One should question who actually serves whom.

Very good restaurant. With the all you can eat option you can order 15 rounds of 8 dishes each for the next 1.5 hours. That's enough to fill you up. You order by tray. The food comes quickly. Drinks are extra and a little expensive. The quality of the food was very good. Fresh fish / sushi, fried pasta over chicken wings. Everything was great. The quality has increased even further and we all agreed that this is one of the best restaurants in Karlsruhe. Price performance is right here.

Went to the restaurant at lunchtime, we got a nice seat in the restaurant. Then the ordering principle was explained to us during lunchtime: there were 15 rounds, each guest can order 5 dishes, every 10 minutes. The selection was really large, there was sushi, seaweed salad, fried noodles and rice, squid rings, octopus balls, chicken wings and much more. The orders were served quickly and the empty dishes were cleared away regularly. Unfortunately, the sushi didn't really convince me, but the octopus balls were an absolute dream.

They just have some cheap soy sauce with alcohol and not the “normal” one like before! The only alternative we were offered was Maggi seasoning!!! The sushi offering is no longer what it used to be... It's a real shame 😔

Polite waitress and very good service. I ate almost all the options on the menu. Fast service. Really tasty and filling for the price. The cost including drinks is less than €25 per person for the unlimited afternoon buffet. I would end up recommending gree tea ice cream.

I'm not usually critical, but this time I am. It was our first time there and we had no idea how ordering worked, but we still went in with an open mind. Despite asking, what we ordered was only explained to us in fragments and in bad German, so that we could hardly understand anything. Nevertheless, the staff was really friendly and attentive, but at the same time the food was really not very good and was poorly seasoned. And to top it off, something was often missing from what was ordered and it took a long time until it finally arrived.

I find the price-performance ratio (27.90 euros on Friday evening) for all-you-can-eat, especially sushi, but also other dishes, really excellent! I also think it's fair that desserts are included in the price. The prices for drinks are also good and not overpriced. Ordering via tablet is quick and we usually only had to wait a few minutes for the food to arrive. The service is also good. Really a great restaurant!

I love it there, food is amazing and always warm or even hot, everyone is always polite. And I really recommend the mango ice cream it’s really good!

Catastrophe! We wanted to give the Oishii one last chance today. We made reservations for 7:30 p.m. We then stood in a long line in front of the restaurant and had to wait 15 minutes. I ordered a fruit juice spritzer. Unfortunately the carbon dioxide was already completely gone. Then we started ordering the first round on the tablet. Unfortunately, after half an hour there was still no food. We ordered 2 more rounds. Occasionally everything except sushi was served, but not what we had actually ordered. After about an hour a small plate of sushi finally arrived. Again only a fraction of what we ordered but better than nothing. After we ordered 2 more rounds and it was now shortly before 10 p.m. and no more food arrived at our table, we lost our appetite. So we called the waitress and explained to her that we didn't want to pay full price for the reasons mentioned above. She just walked away without another word, came back 5 minutes later and collected the full price. This is absolutely not satisfactory, anything but customer-oriented and, in the end, was an absolute waste of time and money for us for two hours! In general, you have to say that the staff overall make a very hard-working and friendly impression. Unfortunately, they don't get it organized and coordinated when the restaurant is full. I wish we had gone somewhere else to eat straight away. Then we wouldn't have had to drive home hungry and annoyed.

Have slacked off badly. The dishes sometimes come straight away, but often with a delay. You hardly have an overview of the order. If you call the waitress and ask them how far the orders are, they sometimes can't understand you. It is very loud and often very crowded. Sometimes you eat at the same table as two strangers.

Unfortunately need to change my review. Third time there was not good at all. Some of the orders did not come, we needed to ask quite often for them to resend it. We got literally frozen salmon sashimi, if you could call it sashimi at all. It was a piece of the rest of the salmon, as you can see in the picture. Unfortunately not going there anymore.

I've been here today and despite the good and chill atmosphere with a nice music and a kind and professional service, I don't feel to recommend it. The main problem was the taste and smell of the salmon which inspired everything but freshness. Also there's a very lack of technique both in the rice preparation itself but mainly for the sashimi, which was just three raw cutted stripes. Avoid the tataki and the spicy rolls as they're blatantly made with the fish wastes. Well I'd suggest it for warm dishes as they're good and the restaurant itself with the staff it's worth a try

Delicious. When you get what was ordered. Ordering was like Russian roulette. Most of what I ordered didn't arrive despite having spoken to the waitress.

Very good all-you-can-eat offer at a fair price. Ordering is done via iPad. The staff is friendly, with one exception. Unfortunately, during my last visit, food was constantly forgotten, sometimes entire rounds of orders. It's a shame, it can also scare away your regular guests.

Trotzt einer Reservierung war das Restaurant überfüllt und wir hatten keine Chance reinzukommen. Was das Terminmanagement angeht also ne glatte 6. wir hatten auch keinen Bock mit den 10 Personen vor uns zu warten und sind gegangen. Also Versuch war es wert. Leider seht ihr uns nie wieder.

The food there is world class. The service was partly bomb and partly poor... But given the rush and stress, I can understand that. We had reserved and still had to wait over 20 minutes... And we weren't alone. Unfortunately, it took a long time for the first order to arrive at the table. But then things went great and we went home more than happy and full. We'll definitely be back... The quality and taste of the sushi are world class... I'm already looking forward to the next time.

Solid sushi, does justice to the price. Makis are all delicious, fish and meat are properly prepared, the salad options, soups and rice are all delicious too. It's just a shame that the avocado makis have been removed from the lunch menu.

Wir waren unter der woche dort und ich normalerweise gehe ich in Wiesbaden oder Frankfurt zu Läden mit so einem Konzept. Dort ist das Essen auch immer klasse und auch das Ambiente schön... hier allerdings stand der gesamte Laden voller Gerümpel und auch das Essen wirkte sehr lieblos. Vom Geschmack her war es ebenfalls nicht wirklich überzeugend... schade

Wir waren das erste Mal in diesem Restaurant. Das Menü wird am Tablett ausgesucht und man bestellt auch mittels Tablett. Zeitlich ist es auch gut organisiert. Man bekommt zügig die bestellte Speise. Das Essen schmeckt köstlich, das Personal ist freundlich. Wir haben den Abend sehr genossen. Gerne empfehle ich das Restaurant weiter

Wir waren da und haben das all you can eat probiert, was 28€ pro Person kostet. Dafür wurde man mit ziemlich pappigem und sehr vielem Reis gestopft. Da bin ich in richtig guten Sushi Restaurants ganz anderes gewohnt. Mein Freundin würde nur 1 Stern geben, ich fand's jetzt nicht ganz so krass. Geschmacklich war es nicht verkehrt. Die fleischigen Sachen waren auch ganz okay, daher gebe ich 3 wohlwollende Sterne. Nochmal wieder kommen werden wir aber auf keinem Fall. Ach ja, ich finde die Kellner/-innen könnten sich einheitlich anziehen, mit Kapuzenpulli und Basecap Essen zu verteilen ist für mich ein No-Go, und etwas freundlicher könnten manche Bedienungen auch sein. Ein Versuch war es wert. Das nächste Mal halt wieder ins Hasu nach Bruchsal, da kostet uns zu zweit das Sushi halt mehr als 100€, aber dafür bekommen wir auch richtig geiles Sushi.

Waren zum ersten und letzten Mal hier. Die Sushis und anderen Speisen sind zwar frisch und geschmacklich gut, leider war beim Sushi der Reis jedoch so klebrig und pappig. Das hat mir total die Lust aufs Weiteressen verdorben. Service und Ambiente gut und ok. Leider jedoch insgesamt keine Weiterempfehlung.

Als wir das Restaurant betraten, wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen, worauf wir sogleich das typische "all you can eat" bestellten, für das das Lokal so bekannt ist. Der Tisch, zu dem wir geführt wurden, war groß und angenehm. Darüber hinaus waren auch die Stühle komfortabel. Wie Sie schon vermuten können, ein angenehmes Ambiente kann Oishii bieten. Kommen wir nun zum Service. Nunja, die Bedienung war definitiv sehr freundlich. trotz der großen Herausforderung, eine Vielzahl schaufelnder Löwen zu versorgen, bewahrten sie immer die Ruhe und behandelten uns respektvoll und zuvorkommend. Auch auf bestelltes Essen musste man nie lange warten, sodass man pausenlos speisen konnte. Leiten wir jedoch nun über zum kleinen Manko. Auch wenn die Speisen insgesamt lecker waren, werden sie nach einer Zeit ein wenig eintönig. Häufig muss man die selben Sachen bestellen, um Satt zu werden. Das ist durch die relativ geringe Auswahl verursacht. Speziell leichte Speisen, besonders die Lychees, habe ich sehr vermisst. Insgesamt also ein angenehmes Lokal mit freundlichem Personal, dem es aber ein wenig an der Auswahl mangelt. LG

Könnte besser sein. Vorallem ein totales Chaos in der Küche und es kommen gar nicht bestellte Speisen bzw. sie komnen doppelt - gefühlt haut man raus was gerade noch weg muss. Das ist teils total verwirrend wenn man mehrere Gäste am Tisch ist! Das liefern pro Gast funktioniert überhaupt nicht. Sehr ärgerlich wenn ein Vegetarier oder jmd mit einer Unverträglichkeiten immer schauen muss, was seines sein könnte. Zum Glück sagt das Service Personal immerhin an, was es gerade zu Tische bringt. Bloß für wen das war, weiss die Servicekraft dann aber nicht, obwohl man es sauber beim Bestellen nach Gast 1, 2, 3, 4 usw. getrennt hat! Defacto wird einfach alles an den Tisch geliefert. Einen einzigen großen Teller pro Gast pro Runde zu machen kommt denen irgendwie nicht in den Sinn!? Das würde auch die Masse an kleinen Tellern, Platten und Schälchen verhindern die sich am Tisch anhäufen wenn sie nicht zeitnah wieder abgeholt werden. Die Qualität ist okay, könnte aber besser sein. Vor allem der Wasabi ist gefühlt mehrere Stunden alt. Der ein oder andere angebratene Fisch war trockengebraten. Über 25 Euro pro Person für das A.Y.C.E. Buffet am Abend ist unter der Woche auch nicht unbedingt günstig! Ich habe das Oishii aus der Vergangenheit irgendwie etwas besser in Erinnerung. Schade.

Super 👍 laden wenn man 17:30 kommt ist noch überall Platz. Tolles Ambiente, super Bestellverfahren per Tablet, Sehr nette Bedienung, zuvorkommend. Sushi ist frisch,lecker und qualitativ sehr hochwertig. Auch die anderen Speisen wie gebackene Ente,Wakame, Garnelenspieße usw super lecker. All-You-Can-Eat in überragender Qualität zum fairen Preis. All you can eat lunch war super. Man bekommt ein tablet und kann damit gerichte und getränke bestellen. Das Sushi ist sehr gut und auch die warmen gerichte waren lecker

Massenabfertigung, kein Flair, Geschmack ist okay aber sehr planlos wie alles abläuft.

Gutes Essen. Am Tag mit" all you can eat" ein gutes Preis-Leistung Verhältnis. Platz gibt es auch ohne Reservierung am Tag.

War vor einigen Jahren regelmäßig hier und habe das Restaurant nun mal Wieder ausprobiert. Sushiauswahl sehr begrenzt, Qualität mittel, viel zu viel Reis, kaum anderer Inhalt. Gebratene/ warme Speisen deutlich bessere Qualität…

Das Essen wird frisch zubereitet und ist von sehr guter Qualität. Man sitzt sehr schön. Das Bestellen auf den iPads klappt super. Die Mitarbeiter sind von ausgesuchter Höflichkeit.

Essen war gut uns war klar dass wir hier kein hochwertiges Shushi erwarten durften . Dennoch hat und das Bestellsystem, sowie die Speisen sehr gut geschmeckt. Nach der Bestellung per Tablet wurde an einem Freitag Abend alles sehr zügig geliefert. Service war immer freundlich und das Ambiente war angenehm.

Gutes Preisleistungsverhältniss. Wir kommen wieder zum All you can eat.

Essen ist gut allerdings stehe ich persönlich nicht auf die Bestellerei via Tablet. Auch kommt es bei mehreren Essern zu Verwirrung, da man ggf. raten muss was was ist und wer was bestellt hat.

Essen ist sehr gut, nur leider zuviel Glutamat. Das bräuchte es gar nicht. Leider vertrage ich das Glutamat nicht, deshalb gehe ich nur ab und zu ins Oishii. Schade, würde gerne öfter kommen.

Langweilig. Kein Geschmackserlebnis mehr. Fade und eintönig. Ich hab schon besser gegessen. Sauberes Restaurant , sieht anderster aus !

Sushi war lecker. Die Speisen haben uns auch geschmeckt. Der alkoholische Cocktail war sehr mild. Teller wurden uns entgegen geworfen. Service war ok.
