Very impressive restaurant, very courteous service, fresh, delicious food, good value for money

I often go there for good all you can eat food in Karlsruhe, the table service makes it very relaxed

once you get comfortable with tablet orders. That's really great...and the food was delicious! 😋🍀👍

So service wise it's quite good because one of them is very nice and fast. Ordering system also works. So now to the bad part, unfortunately the food. Sushi was bought ready-made from Gott from Rewe. Food wasn't regularly fresh and meat and everything else wasn't seasoned at all lol. And every second dish has sweet and sour on it. Unfortunately, hearty food is not the strong point here ahahahahahah. But the buttermilk is king and ice cream is of course awesome

Lunch in the restaurant. Menu only with ready-made combinations, no detailed menu to be able to choose individual dishes - a shame. Unfortunately, eating was not recommended, sushi from the fridge instead of freshly prepared - that's actually not possible (especially with sushi/maki that should be crispy because it's fried when it's cold in the fridge, it just doesn't taste good anymore). Ambiance is ok, really quite Chinese. I won't visit again.

With all you can eat, the ordering process is very easy and works well. Only problem: The food is far from good. Sushi initially consists of 70% rice, and the trend increases with each subsequent round... Sauces and breading are used so generously that it's not the satiety that makes you sick, but the fat and sugar. Anyone who has ever eaten reasonably good sushi will have the horror. Rewe To-Go sushi lovers could barely cope with this. Overall, a good concept with the right ambience, now all that's left to do is make the food taste good ;)

Never again!!!!!!! I had high expectations for my visit to this all-you-can-eat restaurant, but was unfortunately disappointed. The selection of food was limited and the quality left a lot to be desired. Many of the dishes tasted bland and were not freshly prepared. The sushi was dry and the Asian dishes were often cold and unseasoned. Chicken balls were absolutely horrible, let alone the beef fillet pieces like 10 year old tires. The service was also unsatisfactory. The service was inattentive and we had to wait a long time for our drinks. In addition, the cleanliness in the restaurant was poor - dirty tables and dirty dishes didn't exactly contribute to a pleasant atmosphere. For the price I expected much more. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this restaurant and will not eat here again.

Eating Solala, very unfriendly to our English guest and also tore his pants on a protruding nail on one of the benches. Being there once is enough.

Ambience is quite okay. Some of the dishes are tasteless and do not come as what they are described as. The grilled squid is not grilled. The images on the tablet are very unsightly. So there is still a lot that can be improved here.

All you can eat with a tablet sounds good at first: no crowds, better quality and no waste. But in practice the price-performance ratio is not right. On the one hand, you are only allowed to sit for 2 hours, but you can only order every 10 minutes and then the food arrives with a delay. Sometimes not at all. That's why you order more food, which may not taste good. Since you are penalized if you don't eat, the father of the family is allowed to choke down the children's 10 vegetarian sushi and noodles with eggs at the end. Of course, drinks cost a lot extra.

Price/performance fits. Unfortunately, the beef is a bit tough for the third time - not a recommendation. Otherwise, fast service and cleanliness.

Unfortunately no decent vegan options with tofu on the menu. Otherwise only dishes with vegetables for vegetarians/vegans. This is a shame because of the many uses of tofu in various dishes. The waitress looked at me in shock after I asked if you could put tofu in the sushi.

Service underground. We came in, sat down and were asked if we wanted the all you can eat. two wanted it and two wanted the normal card. Nowhere did it say that the normal card doesn't work. We had to discuss it for 20 minutes until it was okay for us to do it that way. Then the prices on the menu were increased and we were shouted at. Food was okay but nothing special. Nevertheless, the restaurant has a nice atmosphere.

Absolutely recommended. Modern Asian restaurant, you order with a tablet that stays at the table so you can reorder at any time. Within a very short time, small bowls with various delicacies arrive. Very good value for money!

First of all, it should be mentioned that this review refers to subjective impressions and experiences and I have not seen the kitchen or the preparation, but we go out regularly and have high-quality Asian food. Which brings with it a certain amount of previous experience in good cuisine. We've eaten there several times over the years because we just wanted to give the place a chance, but the quality fluctuated each time, from "quite okay" to "really good." But our visit yesterday was just "absolutely bad." - Sushi seemed like it had been prepared ahead of time, was slightly dried out and definitely not fresh... - Gray broth came out of the mushrooms we ordered, either because they weren't fresh or they weren't cleaned properly before processing. - In general, all grilled foods, from meat to vegetables, all tasted the same, as if the grill surface had not been cleaned once between meals. - The chicken balls that were made from minced meat were still RAW inside!!!! - the sesame balls weren't fried long enough and were just soggy - The service delivers the individual plates with the table notes IN the dish and then removes them from the sauce or other ingredients beforehand. Aside from the fact that I don't want any pieces of paper left in my food, the waiter also fingers around in said food every time I fish it out. - Some portions have recently had coriander in the dish, but this is not declared in the menu, which is unfavorable for me because I am part of the population for whom coriander tastes like soap. I wanted to kindly point out to the service that this should be declared in the menu in the future, but they didn't understand a word. People didn't even know what "cilantro" was. In short, I haven't been as disgusted by a visit to a restaurant in a long time as I was here, so I stopped eating early and left. Unfortunately, the larger selection of dishes cannot hide the poor quality. And the increased price on the weekend of €30 per person is just audacious considering the bad food. Unfortunately that was our last visit and we prefer other restaurants again.

Well, I had something completely different in mind for a 4 star restaurant. The restaurant was almost empty, there were maybe 4 other tables occupied and the free tables had no reservations and that says a lot about a restaurant. The service was also just so-so. First of all, the menu, if you can even call it that, was just carelessly thrown laminated sheets of paper. Then if you don't take all you can eat, there are only large portions. I ordered sushi, which was ok, but the kimchi on the side was completely watery and bland. We were only told that the cash register was broken after we had already received our food and started. At the end, when we paid, we didn't get a receipt and she left immediately without saying goodbye or anything. If you ask me, it smells a lot like "I'll pocket the money myself" taxes who?? 🤯🤑

Not good food, several dishes I didn't want to eat after trying them. Duck is just tough and old, chicken balls that don't taste like chicken. The butterfish gave me an unpleasant burning feeling in my mouth, as did my companion. The rice in the sushi is not really fresh. It's reminiscent of the sushi you get in the discount supermarket, maybe a little better. The only thing you get here is a bunch of food. More than you can ever eat. I won't come here to eat again.

First and last time at AKOYA Karlsruhe. I honestly don't know where to start. I've never had to think about what's worse in a restaurant. The food or the staff. Let's start with the harmless things. An unfriendly woman, with no ambition to work, who first emptied our cola across the table without apologizing, let alone cleaning up the mess. The food was the culinary highlight or low point. Sushi that I could swear I've had at the Penny around the corner. “Beef fillet” where they probably accidentally fried an old shoe sole. Chicken that was so firm it almost bent my fork, and fish that makes me wonder if I'll have to go to the hospital tomorrow for food poisoning. I'm currently sitting here at the table and am currently googling whether I actually have to pay for food of such poor quality. All in all, today was definitely an experience, a terrible experience. I wish everyone who eats here a good immune system.

It was our first time eating sushi. Ambience and food were good. Explanation about ordering via tablet was good. Service rarely came but was always friendly. Something didn't fit once when ordering, but it was manageable. We will eat sushi again, but there are still several offers to discover in Karlsruhe. The highlight was the nighttime walk through the nearby park. 😉

Staff not hospitable, the lady with the glasses collects money and leaves. No goodbye or nice evening or anything like that. I won't come anymore.

What can I say, it was just a disaster and not worth the money. I can only recommend you not to eat there. Sushi was soggy like it had been sitting there for hours. When I bit into the "meat" I felt sick and that almost never happens. It ruined my whole evening. Bottom line: never again

Unfortunately the taste was very bad. The quality of sushi is on the same level as ready-made sushi from Aldi or Lidl. Sticky, soft-boiled rice. Some of the sushi were not cut properly, so you would have to laboriously separate one from the other. Service was unfriendly. A plus point for quickly clearing plates. Unfortunately the visit was a flop. This restaurant has nothing in common with Japanese cuisine. Also left an unclean impression.

Overall good. It would be nice to have more Japanese specialties on the menu, not just sushi. But it tastes good and there is definitely enough time to get full.

It was really by far the worst Asian food we ate, I think the selection was quite large that night, but none of the dishes were good, the quality was poor, the meat was poor, and as a salmon lover I couldn't get the salmon down and left it . Tastes are different, but that has nothing to do with taste. Although something positive comes to mind, the desserts were tk and they were ok. People please offer less, but good quality

The best parts were the bottled drinks and the dessert, which was almost certainly purchased. The grilled dishes were very tough, the edamame were cold and boring, the sushi was okay but some of it fell apart when I picked it up. Not recommended at all for almost €30 per person on a Sunday evening.

Sushi was okay, the selection could actually be bigger. The all you can eat sushi is not a real all you can eat. 8 orders in which a maximum of 5 items per person can be ordered. You can also only order every 10 minutes. It's disadvantageous if you want to try some food towards the end but don't want to order 5 things because you don't know how much more you can manage. Because an entire order is deducted for two items. Pictures of the dishes could also be more appealing, some names are misleading - summer roll with shrimp, there is just a shrimp next to it and the summer roll is filled with various vegetables. Unfortunately there was a misunderstanding when explaining why we only ordered 5 things on the first order even though we could have ordered 10. When we spoke to the waitress we thought the order might be canceled, she just said we had misunderstood it. Since we were so full at the end, it was okay, but for someone who eats more and would have liked to try more things, it was annoying. Service was otherwise friendly. There was a toilet with changing facilities. It was very warm in the restaurant, if there is no climate it might not be so pleasant in summer.

What annoys me is not the exorbitant price of €28 on a Sunday afternoon. But ask yourself why the store was completely empty even though everyone was outside! Oooor this stressful countdown of 2 hours counting down, which makes me wonder what happens if you overdraw, will they throw you out?! It's also not annoying to have these children's portions that are served round after round and in the meantime you get full from waiting, which is good and healthy, but is not the plan for the price. The pictures on the tablet were also taken extremely carelessly, for €28 I expect the sushi to look like it was filtered with background editing etc.! No, what's actually annoying is that according to Google it's supposed to be a 4 out of 5 star rating restaurant and you trust that you visit it and it's actually a 2.5 or at most 3 out of 5 star rating restaurant and the All You Can Eat offer, is rather clear, mediocre and you will be negatively surprised. It's not a 1 star restaurant either, but I'll have to rate it that way now to bring the average back down to earth, because there's a lot of room for improvement!! The most important tip if you're already portioning out all-you-can-eat , so that A) you don't throw away so much (although you would have to pay extra for it if that happens more often and you return uneaten plates😱) and B) you save a lot of money if you portion it out, then you should also feel the price, because if I drive just 500 meters further I get an all you can eat in the classic style with the disposable version at that price and also cheaper and another 25 minutes drive for 34€ all you can eat and DRINK!‼️🫨🫨 🫨 I still made €35 off drinks with you. If that means you definitely have to change something in the price, then there would be more going on!

I wouldn't recommend you to eat here, unfortunately the lady who served us wasn't very friendly, but that's her problem, we went there because of the food, unfortunately I've had such a bad stomach ache ever since I ate there and nausea. Unfortunately, the food was really very bad, the sushi and the vegetarian gyoza were inedible. Unfortunately, the gyoza had a slightly putrid smell and taste. My husband's beef skewers were not cooked through. I would recommend you to look for another restaurant

Very fast and friendly service. The all-you-van-eat offering is very extensive and we order via tablet. You just have to wait a long time for your order. Simple sushi in all variations, also suitable for vegetarians and children.

Always delicious food and lots of choice, the iPad Buffet is a great concept. I don't think there was anything on the menu that I didn't like. I would recommend to everyone.

If you're hungry and like Asian food, this is a great place to go. You sit down, get your tablet and can order. Your first orders will come to your table within the next few minutes, I think it's just great, the prices are also moderate. Definitely a thumbs up from me👍🏼

We had the all-you-can-eat, which in my opinion was a great idea as to how it is done at Akoya. Everyone can order 5 “dishes” per round, with everything from salad to dessert, sushi, meat, fish, seafood, etc. being called a “dish”. Each round is prepared very quickly and freshly and served in small bowls and platters. You can order a total of 8 rounds. Orders are made via a tablet that remains at the table, so you can always order the next round without having to wait for the waiter. The empty bowls and plates are usually cleared away with the next “delivery”. Here you can try everything that you don't know yet or aren't sure whether you like it, because the many small bowls and plates mean that everyone at the table can try everything that you usually don't do with a normal "plate meal".

one of the worst things I have ever seen, the workers are super rude, we asked them for a little more wasabi and they almost threw it at us and very reluctantly they gave it to us, the food is of very very low quality, the price is quite expensive, it is not worth it, and when paying the waitress threw the ticket at me on the food, one of the worst places, not at all recommended.

A wonderful idea for all-you-can-eat. You can access a large part of the map via the tablet (which you order with). Each round (dinner) each person orders up to 5 small dishes. There are up to 8 rounds in a maximum of 2 hours (order time). My recommendation for the ordering strategy per round before dessert: - two small starters (e.g. edamame, ...) - two dishes - a side dish (rice, noodles, etc.) And take your time, two hours is long enough - you just shouldn't lose sight of the time between rounds (10 minute time limit). 😉 Current tip: There is still a 20% discount on all-you-can-eat until March 26th, 2024.

Simply the best place to go in Karlsruhe

The price of all you can eat is not cheap. You can order only 10 items from the menu every 10 minutes up to a maximum of 8 times. The starters are very small but the main courses are somewhat larger. The food was mostly cold. For the price you can eat a lot but the quality of the food is not good. It's not a bad place but in my opinion it's not worth what it costs.

We went there on a Sunday night, so it was quite expensive. I don't eat much so usually going to a buffet is really not worth it for me but the big benefit is that you can try so so many different things, you don't have to order a lot of one meal and be stuck with that. And the selection was really large. Ordering with the iPads also made it really easy, you didn't even have to stand up from your table. (Of course you also didn't get to see what you're getting before it arrives at your table, the pictures on the tablet are very small and don't depict the item too accurately and portion sizes were also a real guessing game) The service was great, less than ten minutes after we ordered our first round they already brought stuff out, there waiters were constantly passing by and taking our empty dishes with them and bringing new ones. The food also tasted yummy, typical Chinese buffet. In the end we were only able to order 3/8 rounds and didn't even order the allowed number of 10 dishes per round. I was very disappointed however, that they didn't offer baked bananas (or baked pineapple) as a dessert. They only had sesame balls, a fried pumpkin cake, various other cakes (Bienenstich, chocolate etc.), fruit and ice cream for dessert. The food is good and it arrives very quickly, in theory you're allowed to order a lot but it is way too expensive for me. They could make it 5€-10€ cheaper p.P. and would still be making more than enough profit and I would come here way more often.

Food was good, but there was so much going on that I found it a bit uncomfortable.

We used to eat here very often, but unfortunately not recently. Quality has declined. It wasn't fillet, lamb was roasted to death. The tablet was stuck until we noticed that 20 minutes had passed. And you can only eat there for 2 hours at the buffet... The waitresses were very unfriendly. When we asked for a napkin or a fork we were looked at as if we had done something wrong. Price now 28 euros per person. Once a year that's ok, but not for comfortable and good food, sorry

The concept of ordering via app without having to wait is very pleasant. You can see what you have already ordered and the little bowls with the delicious things almost always come quickly. The 2 hours are sufficient for the 8 rounds that can be ordered. You almost can't manage to eat that much. Everything was served quite attractively on different plates and bowls. Except for the shrimp, there were no compromises that evening. Unfortunately, the shrimps were a bit poorly cleaned and tasted accordingly…. Otherwise everything is clean and served quickly and friendly.

Ein gut gelegenes Restaurant bei City Park. Wir sind mit Reservierung dahin gegangen, aber wirklich hatten wir nicht gebraucht. Das Restaurant ist sehr schön eingerichtet, allerdings sind an vielen Möbelstücken schon stark abgenutzt und würde nicht erneuert. Das Buffet für Erwachsene und Kinder sind sehr preiswert. Bestellungen können über Tablet getätigt werden. Maximal gibt es 8 runden, pro Person kann es 8 Gerichte bestellt werden. Die Sushi Gerichte sind nur mittelmäßig, dafür sind alle andere Gerichte sehr gut, zum Beispiel die Grillgerichte. Die Eisgerichte sind sehr lecker, ich hatte Matcha Eis gehabt. Das Personal kann ruhig etwas freundlicher sein.

Bin heute leider sehr enttäuscht! War hier schon des öfteren Essen. Die Qualität hat jedoch seht stark nachgelassen. Bestelltes Essen kam entweder gar nicht, wurde vergessen. Das Essen war teilweise kalt und meine geliebten Riesengarnelen waren schlecht. Sehr schade!

Das Essen ist lecker! Leider nicht immer frisches Obst. Service ist nicht besonders freundlich, auch mit dreckigen Hemden und Schürzen unterwegs. Ambiente - nicht wirklich zum Verweilen angedacht.

Das All you can eat Buffet ist sehr empfehlenswert! Einfach super und vielfältig. Wird immer alles frisch zubereitet. Wird zwar immer teurer aber es lohnt sich!

Essen ist mittelmäßig. Altes Sushi. Reis war nicht ganz so gut. Nachtisch war lecker!

Geschmacklich waren vereinzelt nur ein paar Sushi Varianten in Ordnung, der Rest der Karte war nicht lecker. Preislich auch viel zu teuer! Leider nicht zu empfehlen.

Sehr leckere und vielfältige Auswahl. Die All you can eat Bestellung läuft ganz einfach über ein Tablett. Lammkoteletts und Garnelen ganz lecker.

An sich ein ganz schöner Abend bis wir festgestellt haben, dass das Rinderfilet mit Alkohol abgelöscht wurde. Leider konnte ich keine Kennzeichnung auf der Karte (im Tablet) lesen. Ich finde dies ein totales No Go. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass nur ein kleines bisschen Alkohol drin sei, was es nicht besser macht. Da muss definitiv etwas geändert werden. Service war vereinzelt ziemlich Nett, manch einer Person hat man angesehen gehabt das es schon spät ist. Geschmacklich und vom System her war es eine Erfahrung wert, aber reicht für mich persönlich nicht aus um ein zweites Mal vorbei zu kommen.

Waren hier heute zum Mittagsbuffet. Wurden nett empfangen und uns wurde das Bestellen mit dem Tablet erklärt. Man hat insgesamt 8 Gänge und 24 Gerichte pro Gang (waren zu dritt). Man hat insgesamt 2h Zeit und muss zwischen jedem der Gänge 10 Minuten warten. Sehr große Auswahl und alles kam sehr schnell an. Wir wurden alle satt und kommen bestimmt nochmal her.

Service und Ambiente waren ok. Das sushi war anscheinend nicht frisch. Iberogast ließ grüßen :(

Leider ein totaler Reinfall, die Speisen waren eigentlich nicht so gut wie man es hier erwartet hätte. Der Service war unfreundlich und unwillig. Die Location ganz OK. Aber die Stimmung...... Deswegen keine Empfehlung.

Ich finde es trotz aller Vorteile recht Schade, dass es allzu wenige Vorspeisen Möglichkeiten gibt. So fehlt mir auch der Wakame Salat.

Das Buffet und die Bestellung über iPad sind immer wieder ein Highlight, vor allem mit mehreren Personen. Wir nehmen sehr gerne Gäste oder Familienbesuch mit ins Akoya. Man kann alles durchprobieren und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist top. Klar gibt's besseres high class Sushi in den teuren Restaurants. Aber für All-you-can-eat wirklich sehr, sehr gut und sehr kommunikativ, wenn mehrere Leute ihre Bestellrunden absprechen und alle Gerichte gemeinsam probieren.

Drei Sterne insgesamt aber leider doch ziemlich enttäuscht.. Früher (vor einigen Jahren) war es echt mal richtig gut, deshalb sind wir ja auch mal wieder hin..:( Ich meine von „all you can eat“ (wobei es das ja genau genommen garnicht ist) kann man ja auch nicht die allerbeste Qualität erwarten aber wenn man bedenkt das man zu zweit mit Getränken locker mal 60€ los ist gibt es auf jedenfall bedeutend bessere Alternativen um Asiatisch bzw. Sushi zu essen. Das Sushi schmeckt nicht und die Qualität von den Lebensmitteln ist einfach nicht besonders gut. Lieblose Zubereitung, Dosenpilze, TK Ware, überall die gleiche Sosse drauf, nichtmal richtige Sommerrollen bzw waren sie steinhart, Edamame in lauwarmer Wasser-Brühe, Nori Blätter trocken und hart, Sushi Reis hat nicht geschmeckt, Thunfisch hart auf dem Nigiri-Sushi, Muscheln trocken und hart, alle warmen Speisen wie aus dem Convectomat, gebratene Nudeln kalt und extrem fettig, könnte man ewig weiter aufzählen. Aber wie gesagt, wenn man richtig tolles Sushi möchte darf man halt auch kein all you can eat machen, das weiss ich selbst und habe deshalb fairerweise auch 3 Sterne gegeben. Trotzdem hätte es besser sein können für den Preis. Aber scheinbar gibt es doch viele Leute denen das Essen gut schmeckt wenn man sich die Bewertungen anschaut ;) Die Bedienungen schmeissen es einem regelrecht auf den Tisch aber waren trotzdem einigermassen freundlich und das Ambiente ist ganz schön sowie alles gepflegt und sauber. Das Eis und Sesambällchen waren ganz lecker, die kleine Hähnchenkeule und Ente knusprig und ganz okay.

Das Essen ist der Wahnsinn! Die Bestellung kommt gefühlt sofort an den Tisch. Bestellt wird über ein Tablet. Richtig klasse. So muss man keinen Kellner suchen und hoffen, dass er einen auch wahrnimmt. Wobei: die Bedienungen dort sind sehr aufmerksam und freundlich und kommen sofort, wenn man sie anschaut. Über das Tablet kann man sogar die Bedienung rufen, wenn man keine in der Nähe findet. Das Ambiente ist richtig, richtig schön. Sehr edel gemacht. Nur der Begriff "all you can eat" ist nicht passend, da die Bestellungen begrenzt sind auf 10 Runden und pro Runde darf man max. 8 kleine Gerichte bestellen. Zeitlimit: 2 Stunden. Aber ehrlich gesagt, haben wir gar nicht alles bestellen können, weil wir schon mega satt waren. Also die 10 Runden machen auch den hungrigsten Menschen satt. Das Buffet abends ist meines Empfindens nach sehr teuer. Ich würde empfehlen, mittags zu kommen. Das kostet deutlich weniger. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall ab sofort öfter vorbei.

Zum abholen sind die Boxen äusserst lecker und günstig. Nur empfehlenswert!!! Edit: Seit einiger Zeit werden die Portionen reduziert (Portionen waren wohl zum Start sehr groß um Kunden anzuziehen). Lohnt sich nicht mehr so sehr wie vorher.

Leider war ich für 30 Euro pro Person etwas enttäuscht. Die Auswahl ist überschaubar das Sushi ist mega trocken. Das System selbst hat nichts mit all you can eat zu tun . Wenn jemand mehr isst z.b und seine 8 Runden weg hat dann hat er Pech gehabt. Ich finde diese Regelung mit drauf zahlen völlig in Ordnung aber der Rest ist etwas zu arg Wenn ich vor meinem Tablet sitz und seh wie die Zeit abläuft. Unter all you can eat versteh ich was anderes. Vorbildlicher Service, kurze Wartezeiten, saubere Location. Vielfältige Hauptgänge. Insgesamt schön serviert, aber der Nachtisch konnte uns nicht überzeugen.

Sind ab und zu im Akoya, auch mit Kindern zu empfehlen. Bestellung geht über ein Tablet, es wird aber geholfen falls es Probleme damit gibt. System ist All you can Eat quasi, man kann alle 15 min. max. 5 Portionen pro Person bestellen und das maximal 8 Runden.( Mo-Do 25,90 p.P. Am Wochenende 27,90 p.P.) Haben wir noch nie geschafft, also wer da nicht satt wird:). Essen kommt schnell, schmeckt gut, ist zu empfehlen. Allerdings finde ich das es ein bisschen was von Schnellrestaurant hat, ständig wuselt es von vielen Servicekräften ( was klar ist, da ja jeder Tisch ständig die Essensportionen bekommt die laufend Bestellt werden können). Wer das nicht mag und eher ruhiger Essen möchte sollte vielleicht woanderst hin. Da wir wissen das es hier halt so ist, ist es für uns kein großes Problem. Service sehr freundlich. Wir kommen wieder.

Ich habe selten die Restaurantwahl so bedauert. Ausgesucht auf Basis einer Empfehlung der Hotelrezeption.... Zunächst zum Bestellprozedere. Man bekommt ein Tablet mit dem die Bestellung pro Tisch aufzugeben ist. All-you-can-eat bedeutet, dass man innerhalb von 8 oder 10 Minuten maximal 5 Gerichte pro Person bestellen kann. Das ist okay, insbesondere mengenmäßig, die Gesamtzeit ist limitiert. Getränke extra sind auch in Ordnung. Okay, bei mir hatte sich das Tablet nach der schnellen Erklärung der Bedienung auf chinesisch umgestellt. Es hat ziemlich lange gedauert bis ich wieder eine Bedienung zur Umstellung bekommen habe. Meine Zeit lief und ich hatte Hunger. Haben Sie schon mal ein Tablet genau betrachtet, das stark genutzt wird? Schlieren überall, nicht nur von meinen Fingern. Ich hätte in dem Augenblick gehen sollen. Aber es war schon spät, ich hatte Hunger und bin auch nicht überempfindlich. Das Essen war dann leider im besten Fall geschmacksneutral. Das Sushi war trocken und nicht gut. Die Gerichte sind wirklich nicht gut, in den Bedingungen (Tablet) steht auch, dass man alles aufessen muss, sonst wird extra berechnet... Einmal und nicht wieder...

Die schlechten Bewertungen hier auf TripAdvisor bringen mich jetzt doch dazu hier auch eine Rezension abzugeben. IMHO sind v.a. die sehr negativen Bewertungen schlicht falsch und man muss sich hier die Frage stellen, wie und warum diese zu Stande kamen. Wenn jmd zB anmerkt, dass es zu teuer sei, kann ich nur mit dem Kopf schütteln. Das all you can eat kostet 26€. Ich mein... ich denke es sind absolute Kampfpreise. Die Qualität des Sushis ist in Relation zum Preis sehr gut. Ich habe schon viele verschiedene Sushi Restaurants getestet und klar es geht auch besser, aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau, v.a. zu diesen Preis.

Sehr schönes Ambiente. Essen war optisch und auch geschmacklich einfach grandios. Personal war sehr freundlich und Essen wurde sehr zügig nach der Bestellung an den Tisch gebracht.
