Schrecklicher Service. Aber lecker

Das freundliche Personal nahm sich trotz der Sprachbarriere Zeit, uns zuzuhören, uns zu verstehen und uns zu helfen. Wir hatten einen schönen Abend.

War jetzt bestimmt schon das fünfte oder sechste mal dort Essen. War immer sehr zufrieden und es hat alles rundum gut geschmeckt. Manche Gerichte fanden wir sogar hervorragend (das geschmorte Rindfleisch z.B ist butterzart) Es ist natürlich kein Sterne Restaurant aber welches „All-You-Can-Eat“ Restaurant ist das schon? Dafür ist es im Preis-Leistung fast unschlagbar mit ~17€/Person zur Mittagszeit + die Getränke. Ich war hier noch nie Abends essen, von daher kann ich von der angeblich überfüllte Mensa-Atmosphäre überhaupt nichts negatives berichten. Die Mitarbeiter waren auch immer super freundlich und der coole Bedienungs-Roboter ebenfalls ;D Kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder 👍

Essen ok, service nur ein Stern, weil weniger nicht geht, schamfreiere kleinlichere Menschen hat man noch nicht getroffen. "Kein Leitungswasser", selbst die verdammte süß sauer soße kostet extra, Getränke so teuer wie im Club.

Essen war ganz gut. Die Roboter waren sympathischer als die Mitarbeiter. Alles kostet extra und sie haben nichtmal Leitungswasser. Dazu kosten Reste extra, also haben wir uns bis ans übelste übergessen. Die notwändigen Getränke und alles runter zu bekommen dazu noch sind viel zu teuer. Bei der Reservierung haben sie unseren Namen auchnoch falsch aufgeschrieben, was die Reservierung etwas anstrengender machte und in die Länge zug.

Essen ist nur durchschnittlich Gebratene Nudeln zb mehlig , wahrscheinlich aus der Mikrowelle aber essbar / so auch mit den meisten anderen Gerichten außer das Hühner Fleisch das war gut Nur bei einem Preis von circa 35-40€ pro Person da Getränke separat sind finde ich es eine Frechheit .

Sehr freundliches personal und essen ist auch lecker☺️auch sehr kinderfreundlich 🥰 preis leistung finden wir vollkommen in ordnung die alkoholfreien Cocktails waren auch gut ☺️ man bestellt per tablett und das essen wird unter anderem von robotern gebracht und das auch wirklich sehr schnell, essen war heiß & sushi hat frisch geschmeckt ☺️

hoffentlich lässt Google dieses Mal meine Bewertung zu (5 mal schon nicht zugelassen, weil zu kritisch). dies hier soll eine Warnung sein. einfach nicht hingehen, das ist der erste wichtige Schritt. das Personal ist noch das Beste an diesem Laden. das Essen war wirklich nicht gut und fühlte sich zu jeder Zeit nach TK an. die Parkmöglichkeiten waren das das zweit beste an diesem Restaurant. ich habe viele Bilder und Videos erstellt, weil ich wirklich geschockt war, wie weit das Essen von der Karte im echten Leben abwich. geschmacklich ALLES gleich. Geschmacksverstärker ⁷, aber wirklich dazu noch die Konsistenz des Essens. entweder zu kalt, verkocht, zu weich, einfach alles was man für so einen Preis nicht will. Lautstärke wie in einer Mensa der Uni. das Personal konnte auch keine Fragen zum Essen beantworten, weil gefühlt 50% schlecht oder gar kein deutsch konnten, aber die können auch nix für diesen Laden und sind da nur Gefangene. nie wieder. danke, nicht.

Die Auswahl ist super (auch vegetarisch). Service war hingegen auffällig unfreundlich und die Qualität der Speisen eher "geht so".

Das essen war nicht gut für einen! Der preis lohnt sich garnicht und seit einer woche leide ich an einer Lebensmittel vergiftung/magendarm durch das essen. Die kellner sind sehr unfreundlich vorallem Ausländern gegenüber. Wir waren zu 5 und 3 von denen warn hijabis. Man merkte wie sie uns im Gegensatz zu anderen kunden behandelten

Insgesamt eine Erfahrung, die sich am Besten mit dem Wort enttäuschend zusammenfassen lässt. Das Essen ist sehr durchwachsen. Die Fleisch- und Fischgerichte sind recht lecker, da sie das einzige frisch zubereitete sind, alles andere schmeckt wie aus dem Rewe. Das Sushi ist trocken und geschmacklich sehr unterwältigend. Teilweise ist es auch einfach falsch auf den tablets ausgeschildert und man bekommt nicht wirklich das, was versprochen wurde. (Beispielsweise ein sushi das angeblich mit japanischer Majo kommen sollte, auf dem dann aber stattdessen mit Fischrogen überzogen war.) Die Deserts sind alle aufgetaut aus dem Supermarkt oder aus der Dose. Der Service (zumindest der menschliche) ist sehr schlecht. Der Kellner lief dir ganze Zeit passiv aggressiv umher, spricht kein Wort und klaut ohne zu fragen die Teller. Das einzige, das es irgendwie retten konnte, waren sie süßen Kellner-Roboter, die ironischerweise das beste an der Erfahrung waren. Das Ambiente ist nett, aber es wundert mich Nicht, dass das Restaurant so leer ist bei den absurden Preisen, gerade abends. Für mich bleiben die 4.5 Sterne Durchschnitt ein größeres Rätsels als das verschwinden der Bundeslade. Echt nicht zu empfehlen, vor allem da es in Karlsruhe nicht an guten Asiaten mangelt.

Es war super, nur dass das Essen ab und zu kalt kam.

Mittagsbuffet (ohne Auswahl) für 16,90 €. Allerdings muss man ein Getränk dazukaufen (sonst kostet es 3 € pro Person), wodurch man schnell über 20 € kommt. Fast alles ist geschmacklos, die Qualität lässt deutlich zu wünschen übrig, daher ist es für das Gebotene viel zu teuer. Der Service erfolgt teilweise durch einen Roboter, was zunächst cool wirken mag, aber ständig daran erinnert wird, sich selbst zu bedienen. Das ist ziemlich nervig, denn bis man sich endlich bedient hat, hat der Roboter einen schon sieben oder acht Mal dazu aufgefordert. Wir kommen nicht wieder; in Karlsruhe gibt es deutlich bessere Restaurants.

Essen war fantastisch, aber der Service war komplett überfordert. Ich würde akoya nicht an einem Samstag empfehlen, wenn man einen entspannten Abend mit seinen Freunden "all you can eat" Speisen möchte. Es ist auch kein richtiges all you can eat, weil man maximal 8 Runden hat, hat uns völlig gereicht!

Waren 4 Personen. Die Reservierung und auch der Tisch waren einwandfrei. Die relativ große Auswahl an Speisen auch. Wir hatten das „all you can eat“. Man hat 2h Zeit, beginnend nach der ersten Bestellung. Zwischen den Bestellungen müssen mindestens 10min vergangen sein. So wie ich das sehe (ich mag mich täuschen) gibt es eine max. Anzahl an Bestellungen, diese haben wir nicht erreicht. Sowohl zeitlich wie auch von der Anzahl an möglichen Bestellungen war aus meiner Sicht auch alles ok und gut machbar. Die Bestellungen, und das ist der erste Knackpunkt, erfolgen über NUR EIN Tablet. Das ist nervig. Die Lieferung der Speisen war teilweise grenzwertig unterirdisch. Erstens werden die Bestellungen mehrerer Gäste auf einem Teller serviert, wenn sie das gleiche bestellt haben- was überhaupt nicht geht. Des Weiteren wurde bei uns das Essen mit einer unverschämten Haltung auf den Tisch geknallt daß es eine wahre Freude war. „Kommunikation“ mit dem Personal konnte nur über das Tablet erfolgen, das ging einigermaßen. Wenn man das Personal direkt angesprochen hat, wurde man ignoriert, nicht verstanden oder beides. Sehr unpersönlich. Man kommt sich vor wie ein Bittsteller. Das Essen war gut, der Service nicht. Ich würde mir das nicht nochmal antun.

Ich war allein dort essen, die Bedienung war wenig freundlich, wirkte gestresst weil ich nicht das Buffet sondern ala carte wollte. Das Essen war OK, lecker ist aber anders. Der Lachs war total überbraten, trocken wie ein Brot die Nudeln hatten einen komischen Geschmack. Ich verstehe die guten Bewertungen hier nicht wirklich.

Zum Glück war ich mein Kind nicht vor dem Essen wickeln,sonst hätte ich wohl nichts gegessen. Sie könnten die das Behinderten Wc mal wieder renovieren und was gegen den Geruch in dem Raum machen.

Dieser Laden war schrecklich. Als ich reinkam, schauten sie mich an und sagten, ich solle mich hinsetzen, um zu essen. Dafür würden sie zwei Euro extra berechnen. Das fand ich unverschämt und hatte den Verdacht, dass es rassistisch motiviert war. Ich habe nichts ausgegeben und bin sofort wieder gegangen.

Wir waren zum Mittagessen da. Leider hat uns das Essen nicht wirklich geschmeckt und bei anderen vergleichbaren Restaurants in Karlsruhe deutlich besser. Teilweise hat das Essen alt geschmeckt bzw. nicht mehr frisch. Kann ich definitiv nicht empfehlen. Preis/Leistung ist ok. Vor allem Mittags ist es tragbar. Abends definitiv zu teuer für die Qualiät. Schade!

Wir waren vor Kurzem im All You Can Eat Restaurant essen und insgesamt war es eine durchwachsene Erfahrung. Einige Speisen waren wirklich lecker und gut gewürzt – da gibt es nichts zu meckern. Allerdings waren mehrere Gerichte leider sehr trocken und wirkten, als hätten sie schon länger gestanden. Gerade bei einem All-you-can-eat-Angebot erwartet man etwas mehr Frische und gleichbleibende Qualität. Die Bedienung war insgesamt ausreichend, allerdings nicht besonders freundlich. Beim Servieren wurden die Teller teilweise recht unsanft auf den Tisch gestellt, was keinen guten Eindruck hinterlassen hat. Ehrlich gesagt war sogar der Roboter im Restaurant freundlicher als die Bedienung selbst – das sagt leider schon einiges aus. Insgesamt war es okay, aber mit etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit bei der Qualität der Speisen und im Service wäre definitiv mehr drin gewesen

Ich kam mittags. Die Qualität der Gerichte war gut, das Sushi mit hochwertigem Fisch. Mir persönlich hätte die Sushi-Auswahl etwas kleiner sein können. Die Kellner wirkten zwar etwas niedergeschlagen, waren aber nicht unfreundlich. Der Service war insgesamt recht gut.

Wir haben diesen Ort gerade erst entdeckt! Das Essen schmeckt fantastisch und alles wird selbst zubereitet! Die Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Fünf Sterne, ohne Zweifel!

Super leckeres asiatisches Restaurant 🙌🏻 Wir waren nun schon mehrfach im Akoya und sind immer wieder begeistert. Das all you can eat ist super lecker und es gibt eine große Auswahl an Vorspeisen, Hauptgerichten, Fisch, Fleisch, Gemüse, Nachtisch und so vielem mehr. Das Preis- Leistungs Verhältnis ist nicht zu toppen und wir freuen uns immer wieder auf unseren Besuch dort. Das Personal war bisher auch immer super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man darf natürlich keine Sterneküche erwarten. Aber für den Preis ist es wirklich außerordentlich gut. Absolute Empfehlung! 🥰

Essen war in Ordnung. Dass aber die ganze Zeit die Zeit abläuft, stresst einen und dann hängt auf einmal das Tablet, man kann 15 Minuten nichts bestellen und die Zeit läuft trotzdem weiter ab. Das Essen wird lieblos auf die Tische geschmissen und wenn's Probleme gibt hat man quasi Pech, da die meisten kein richtiges deutsch können. Das Order system ist auf jeden Fall ausbaufähig. Teilweise mussten wir auf unser Essen über 30 Minuten warten

Wir kommen sehr gerne hin. Das Geld rentiert sich für das was einem geboten wird an Speisen. Die „meisten“ Speisen sind auch sehr lecker. Die Idee mit dem Roboter finden wir total interessant und man muss immer schmunzeln wenn er angefahren kommt. Service an sich schnell und freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Fettiges, kaltes essen, was nach alten Öl und Fett schmeckt. Fleisch ist zäh und geschmacklich schlecht. Das meiste sind fertig Gerichte aus dem Kühlschrank. Der Preis dafür nicht gerechtfertigt. Personal lustlos, ausdruckslos.

Bemühtes Personal, leider gelegentlich etwas überfordert. Bestellungen kommen oft sehr spät, falsch oder gar nicht. Modernes Ambiente, Essen ok. Reservieren empfohlen

Das Essen war einigermaßen okay. Das einzig wirklich gute war das Gebratene Fleisch, das Rind und Hühnchen waren sehr gut. Die Sushis waren gefühlt nicht mehr frisch und teilweise auch sehr trocken. Der Roboter war beeindruckend da man so etwas hier ja nur selten sieht. Die Kellnerin war sehr unfreundlich. Wir standen für 1-2 Minuten am Eingang bis jemand zu uns kam und uns an unseren Tisch gewiesen hatte. Auserdem war sie von anfang an etwas patzig. Als wir dann am Tisch saßen war sie sehr genervt als sie erfuhr dass wir noch nie da waren und sie uns erklären musste wie das mit den Tablets funktioniert. Andere Kritikpunkte waren unter anderem, das Restaurant war etwas stickig und beim bestellen gab es ein Gerichte limit von maximal 10 Gerichten pro Runde. Natürlich versteht man das auch weil das Restaurant ja kein Geld verlieren möchte aber das Restaurant nennt sich auch "All you can eat". Alles in allem war es ein Besuch welcher eine Erfahrung wert war, das aber nur wegen dem Roboter, aber wir würden nicht nochmal dahin essen gehen.

Das All you can eat ist ziemlich gut für den Preis. Ich empfehle viele hungrige breite Jungs mitzunehmen die Willig sind den Laden leer zu essen, sonst kann es durchaus sein das man nach der 4. Runde abbricht und dann lohnt sich der Preis leider nicht. Essen war okay bis gut, Personal war bedingt Zufriedenstellend aber dafür war das Ambiente relativ cool. So ne solide 6/10

Sehr ekliges Essen nicht gut das Essen war einfach sehr eklig und hat sehr alt geschmeckt einfach warm gemacht Service war mittel mäßig aber auch nicht gut !!!?

Vom Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis her ist dies ein sehr gutes Sushi-Restaurant. Ich weiß nicht, warum die Bewertung derzeit bei 4,0 liegt, aber wenn man bedenkt, dass es vielerorts manipulierte Bewertungen gibt, kann ich mit Sicherheit sagen, dass dieses Restaurant vielen anderen überlegen ist. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass die Getränke auf dem Tablet ohne Bilder waren und der Timer manchmal hängen bleiben konnte. Ansonsten habe ich nichts zu beanstanden. Viele Cafés sind standardmäßig, aber hier gibt es mit den Robotern ein besonderes Highlight, was ein extra Pluspunkt ist.

Der Roboter war freundlicher als die Bedienung selbst! Die einzelnen Speisen sind nur mittelmäßig, unfreundliche Bedienung. Schade, war früher mal sehr gut! Sind ermahnt worden, weil wir einzelne Speisen nicht gegessen haben (weil nicht gut!), darauf aufmerksam gemacht worden, dass nicht gegessenes mit 2,50 Euro pro Speise extra berechnet wird. Kommen leider nicht mehr, Ambiente ist schön, Parkplatz auch, Rest nicht!

Update Januar 2026: Haben solche Bedienroboterzum ersten Mal erlebt. War ein Highlight. Es war aber auch alles voll. Weiß nicht ob die immer zum Einsatz kommen. Beitrag noch zu Corona Zeiten: Essen war sehr lecker. Gutes Hygienekonzept, man findet sogar Desinfektionsmittel am Tisch. Und jedes Bestelltablet wird gereinigt bevor man es bekommt. Ich bin begeistert.

The food, service, and atmosphere are okay. For a "good" rating, I would expect higher quality food (especially better photo quality of the menu). Therefore, I wouldn't come back at the moment.

Located in a residential area near Karlsruhe City Park, surrounded by office buildings, the overall environment is quiet and orderly. 🚗 There's a row of street parking spaces directly opposite the restaurant. Parking is a bit tight during the day, but almost always available at night, making it very convenient for drivers. 🏠 Large glass facade, excellent natural light, and a well-designed seating layout. The indoor and outdoor areas are clearly separated, with ample seating, and rarely a wait even during peak hours. 📲 Although it's called a sushi restaurant, it leans more towards a "new way of eating Japanese food in a Chinese style." The ordering system uses an iPad, allowing for 8 rounds of orders. Each round can contain up to 5 dishes, with approximately 10 minutes between rounds, providing a clear pace and preventing over-ordering and waste. 🍖 Grilled Lamb Chops: The most surprising dish of the dinner. The lamb was tender and without any gamey taste. The sesame seeds and sauce enhanced the flavor significantly, resulting in a delicate texture. 4.7/5 🍣 Salmon & Tuna Sushi: The fish was fresh, the sushi rice had a perfect balance of sweet and sour, and the overall presentation was excellent. 4.6/5 🍨 Sesame Ice Cream An uncommon flavor, rich sesame aroma, memorable. 4.5/5 The robot delivery is also a highlight. 🌟 Overall Rating: 4.6/5

The food was absolutely terrible! On top of that, the staff was incredibly rude. I have no idea why the reviews are so high; they're probably all fake. Awful!!! And on top of that, way too overpriced.

Doesn't even deserve one star! The noodles were completely covered in oil!!!! And the chicken sushi? Didn't I know chicken has brown meat? It's truly questionable that anyone would voluntarily order something like that. Never again!

Bad staff, completely useless, rude to customers, half the orders were missing, terrible restaurant

I visited this restaurant with a friend for the buffet experience. We’re both Chinese, and the servers who interacted with us were also Chinese. However, we were disappointed by the casual and unprofessional attitude shown toward us throughout our visit. From the start, the staff addressed us informally as “classmates” in Chinese, without any polite greeting or standard customer service tone. It felt dismissive and overly familiar, as if we weren’t guests but simply people they could speak to however they liked. The restaurant uses automated robots to deliver food, and since it’s a buffet with many small dishes, I would sometimes place my empty plates on the robot trays to help clear the table. The staff rarely came around to collect plates, so this felt like a reasonable and considerate thing to do. However, after initially offering a polite correction, the servers soon became visibly impatient with the speed at which I confirmed the delivery—repeatedly expressing dissatisfaction in a blunt and critical tone, as if I were disrupting the restaurant’s operations. While the food itself was fine, the service made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Being spoken to in such an impatient and dismissive way, especially by someone who shares our cultural background, was disappointing. Every guest deserves to be treated with the same level of respect and professionalism, regardless of ethnicity or perceived familiarity.

The food was delicious, but the staff unfriendly.

We received a very warm welcome and were well looked after. The large windows create a bright and inviting atmosphere. You order your food on a tray, and it arrives quickly, either by a server or a serving robot. An unusual concept that especially appeals to and delights children. It's certainly something different. The food is also quite tasty. We will definitely come again.

Let's start with the good aspects: a cool atmosphere, not too loud, and nicely designed. Unfortunately, this is also where the advantages come to an abrupt end. Ordering had many rules: you could only order for two hours, and you had a total of eight rounds of ordering, with a maximum of five dishes per person. You selected everything on a tablet, and after three to twenty minutes, everything you ordered in that round arrived. The selected items came either individually, as a portion for two, or, as with the gyozas, in portions of four. I came for a good friend's birthday and was very disappointed! What should have been a nice evening was unfortunately overshadowed by the poor service. The waitress barely spoke German, which bothered us a lot when we complained about the missing dishes. Furthermore, the maître d' was extremely rude to us and wouldn't allow us to use the robot to bring the drink we had already purchased to the birthday boy! We came here to compare the food with the other all-you-can-eat restaurant in Karlsruhe and can now say that the other one is just as good, but 30% cheaper. We paid €27.90 per person, and soft drinks (0.4L) cost €4.50. With improved service and more relaxed rules, this restaurant could become a highly recommended place. Unfortunately, it isn't at the moment.

The food was okay. Nothing special. You can get better for the price. The service was terrible; everyone except one waitress (who wasn't Asian) was very rude. You couldn't say anything to them. They were obviously talking across our table the whole time and giving us strange looks. I don't know why. We were there for a birthday, and the people at the next table were also celebrating a birthday. A robot brought a birthday cocktail with a candle to the table next to ours. We wanted to order the same thing, but she didn't hear us at all and just said, "No, the robot's gone." Even though it was still driving around the restaurant. Just one example of the bad service. I won't go back and wouldn't recommend it. The table was full of empty plates, and it took them ages to clear them away. I had to edit the review because I forgot to mention: one of the dishes also arrived with a piece of hair in it 😋

The food is consistently delicious. You can order up to eight rounds, with eight dishes per person. You just never get close to the eighth round. They've recently added a singing service robot who thinks he's "The best waiter!" 😅 It's tasty and fun, so I recommend it.

Really hectic and unfriendly staff. The food wasn't good for the price... The decor is nice, but it definitely wasn't worth spending so much money when we wanted to go home. We tried a lot of things, and hardly any of them tasted good.

Great dining experience with a wide variety of food choices. Love the Ice cream there definetly and a good price for what you get with the all you can eat. Also friendly staff :)

After years, I wanted to visit Akoya again, which I did. Right at the beginning, a woman behaved very strangely, along the lines of, "What do you want here?" I was briefly overwhelmed, as I hadn't expected such a reaction. What I find very unfortunate is that you are shown where to sit. As a customer, I want to decide for myself where I want to sit, perhaps because of the view outside or because I don't want to sit in the middle where there are lots of people. Nevertheless, we let ourselves be shown to our table. The woman explained to us how it all worked. While I didn't understand everything, I already knew from past experiences how to order. As for the food, the Chinese noodles were tasteless; it tasted more like pan-fried food, with no flavor or anything special. The lamb skewer tasted disgusting and very dry, which is why we didn't eat any more. Unfortunately, this will be the last time we eat at Akoya.

Well-attended restaurant with many Asian delicacies for every palate.

Right from the start: unfriendly staff, who were upset that there were only five of us instead of eight. Food: Sushi was okay, but the meat was terrible. Even the kitchen's attempt to cover everything with sauces didn't help. A huge disappointment. For that money, we could have had great Asian food elsewhere.

I'd rather give it 0 stars. The food didn't taste good, was sometimes cold, and was so oily that I had to sit on the toilet all night. And €28 for this selection is really not reasonable. The price-performance ratio is absolutely not right.

What can I say? It was an absolute disaster. From the moment you entered, you had the feeling that you weren't welcome as a guest. The quality of the food was abysmal: carelessly presented, lacking in flavor, and definitely not fresh. For the price, I really expected something different. The service, however, was even worse. Rude, rude, and at times even downright cheeky – I've rarely experienced anything like it. Instead of responding to questions or requests in a friendly manner, you were fobbed off, all with an outrageous attitude. How anyone still spends money here is a mystery to me. One thing is clear to me: Never again!

All you can eat is the program and therefore the restaurant is more like a canteen

Six of us were here and tried the all-you-can-eat option. You order with a tablet, and the food is delivered to your table by a robot or an employee. The staff weren't very friendly, unfortunately, but the atmosphere in the shop was good, and the restaurant is decorated with great attention to detail. But now for the most important thing: the food. The selection is very large for an all-you-can-eat buffet. There's grilled meat, mussels, various fish dishes, cakes, ice cream, sushi, and much more. I've eaten at other all-you-can-eat restaurants many times, but the selection here really impressed me. The quality of the food is average. The sushi and appetizers are good. I especially loved the gyozas! Some of the meat is very tough and simply dry. All in all, we had a nice evening. I think you can try the restaurant and form your own opinion, as the reviews here vary quite a bit. But you'll probably find a better option for all-you-can-eat sushi in Karlsruhe.

I often go to all-you-can-eat restaurants. And unfortunately, this one is a bit of a bad one for me. The food is just okay, but the sushi selection isn't as extensive as at other restaurants (everything else is plentiful here). They only served soy sauce with alcohol (all the other restaurants serve it without alcohol). The staff weren't particularly friendly. Unfortunately, it was a rather bad experience. The food came quickly. You could spend €70 for two people elsewhere and get friendlier service and tastier food with a wider selection of sushi.

All-you-can-eat with 8 rounds (8 dishes per person) over 2 hours for about €17 per person. There was a large selection of sushi, appetizers, grilled dishes, soups, salads, desserts, etc. – you simply order via tablet. Even as a vegetarian/vegan, it was worth it, with a relatively large selection (although the dishes aren't labeled as vegetarian/vegan, so you have to read through them), and the food was really good! The drinks menu also has a very extensive selection. We will definitely go again.

We've visited several times in the past and were satisfied. We were there yesterday and were shocked. It's unbelievable how rude the service is. I can't understand how unfriendly people can be. We were super nice and left a tip at the end. The waitress threw the remaining change into her wallet and left in a bad mood without anything. Our food and drinks were thrown on our table every time, which made us feel very uncomfortable. Our questions weren't answered. And the quality leaves a lot to be desired. We won't be coming again and sincerely hope that your staff gets some training on how to deal with paying customers.

I'm familiar with several tablet restaurants and the competition in Karlsruhe, so I was thrilled to see that there's another all-you-can-eat restaurant in Karlsruhe with tablet functionality. The ambiance is quite cute at first glance, and there are more than enough umbrellas on the terrace. The food was served by robots. We received a brief, but not particularly friendly, service and was quite irritating. The food was mostly cold; spring rolls, squid rings, and shrimp were ice cold. The selection is very limited; other restaurants are better. I wouldn't go again.

I've wanted to eat there for years but never had the time. I drove almost 50 km for junk! We love eating sushi there but the sushi is awful and not fresh. The roll is half loose, you order food and then a robot comes and stops at other tables. Disgusting food, no protection from spit etc. On top of that, it's very dirty and hasn't even been cleaned while we were there! The warm food was much better, seven and a half sushis, however, all three of us had diarrhea when we got home! 100 euros wasted! I would always recommend eating in a restaurant or an all you can eat restaurant instead of going there.

Good all-you-can-eat sushi. The price is reasonable. It's quite large, and unfortunately, you can't sit outside.

Best tablet-ordering restaurant in Karlsruhe

My wife, my sister-in-law, and her husband and I went there for dinner. It took an hour to get there and we wanted to relax and unwind. The food was okay, as was the atmosphere. However, the service was absolutely terrible. Towards the end, at 10:40 p.m., they came up to us and told us to leave because they were closing. We replied that the sign said they were open Monday to Saturday until 11:30 p.m., but they said no, it was only on weekends. It's a shame!

I went there for the first time today with my husband, my cousin, and her husband. We found it online and wanted to try out the tablet system. (It's a one-hour drive.) The ambiance inside was very nice, but the rest was unfortunately unsatisfactory... The photos of the dishes are either completely unappealing or blurry, or you can't even tell what it actually is from the name. The selection of dishes is very limited, and there are only a few options that seem truly appealing. I paid about €65 for two people and was overall quite dissatisfied. Especially since we were kicked out at 10:40 PM with the explanation that they were closing. After I mentioned that the sign outside said they were open until 11:30 PM Monday to Saturday, they replied that it was only like that on weekends and told us to leave. Unbelievable, never again 👎🏼

It's not fresh, and you can tell it's been sitting there for a while. The chicken dishes were okay, though. Dessert is nothing special. For the price at lunch, around €17, it's OK. But being robbed for €6.50 for a bottle of still water is pretty painful. As far as I know, dinner costs around €25, and I would definitely not go back. A few years ago, this restaurant was very good; now, unfortunately, it's inedible!

The table we were seated at was dirty and not cleared. The tablet ordering system is a good idea in itself, but unfortunately, the implementation is very poor. The photos of the dishes are either completely unappealing, blurry, or, for about 30% of the dishes, nonexistent – ​​often, you can't even tell what it is from the name. The selection of dishes is very limited, and there are only a few options that look particularly appealing. The rice clearly showed that it had been prepared for a long time – it was hard and dry. Food was subpar. I know it was an all you can eat buffet but the food lacked flavor and salt and the beef/steak was extremely tough. The shrimp was watery and the steam pieces were tough, but they also seemed to be cut with the grain instead of against it, so it was super chewy. Wait staff didnt speak german. One waitress spoke broken german at best, which was super difficult when she explained the iPad ordering. Also, this might be kind of petty, but they were extremely stingy with the napkins. This proved to be a bigger issue because none of the shrimp was shelled and your fingers got pretty messy after having to shell all the shrimp. Also, quick note for allergy for sufferers, the fried sushi, which contains chicken also contain avocado, but this was not listed on the ingredients list. Braised beef was ok but also dry. Lamb chop was probably the best menu item

Some foods taste better, but not all. It's a great offer if you have buffet lunch except Sunday or public holidays. It is still a good value for money for people who can eat 8 rounds of food orders.

A truly disappointing visit. We went there for the all-you-can-eat sushi – and that was unfortunately a huge mistake. The quality of the food was abysmal: the fish tasted old, the rice was mushy, and much of it was simply inedible. We felt sick for hours after eating – and that's unfortunately no coincidence; it clearly speaks volumes about the questionable freshness and quality of the ingredients. The only positive thing: the staff were friendly, the service was fast, and the ambiance was okay. But that unfortunately doesn't salvage the overall impression in the slightest. If you don't want to risk your health or your appetite, you should avoid this restaurant.

I've been a frequent customer since it opened. Unfortunately, the service, quality, and friendliness have deteriorated over the years. It's a shame, I always enjoyed it.
