Als Nichtfischesser habe ich ein wunderbares Angus-Steak essen dürfen, der Nachtisch war köstlich, alles wunderbar angerichtet, der Service prima.

We just walked in without a reservation. The service, atmosphere, and food are excellent.

Strong recommendation for fish lovers. We had the grilled octopus and sea-bass, both were lovely and the wine that was recommended by the staff really complemented our food.

Great location, but you have to queue for around 20 to 30 minutes at the toilets and at the bar. I would expect an improvement from the operator, otherwise I would unfortunately be forced to no longer visit this location.

La serendipia es algo maravilloso. Vi este restaurante cuando pasé en mi bicicleta durante la tarde y deseando evitar las trampas turísticas en el centro de la ciudad salí a dos paradas de tren para cenar esa misma noche. Había bastantes otros clientes fuera disfrutando de bebidas y el fútbol (Alemania v España), así que opté por ir adentro para una mesa más tranquila. Como su nombre infiere, Oceans se especializa en mariscos y, como resultado, tiene un menú de influencia piscatorial. Mientras contemplaba las opciones con una cerveza fría de barril, me sirvieron un poco de salsa de remolacha hecha en casa y un delicioso pan fresco. Un lenguado a la parrilla perfectamente cocinado con patatas y ensalada seguido acompañado de una copa de Cabernet Sauvignon español. El postre era una casa hecha Mango Tiramisu acompañado de un trago de Limoncello. La comida era deliciosa y servida por personal amable y eficiente. Antes de mi partida, me sirvieron un trago de delicioso licor de mango casero. Una gran comida en un restaurante muy recomendable.

We ordered seafood spaghetti, generally the food was alright but not impressive. It was a bit too greasy to me.

The restaurant has a great atmosphere and service. Nice chic setting and a menu that shows knowledge and love for their cooking of seafood. All freshly cooked with lots of tlc and flavour, and even the steak in their surf and turf main course did not disappoint, on the contrary. The portions could be a bit bigger, so maybe just 4.5 stars, but it's a resyaurant worth coming back to.

Ambience a bit cramped & dark. The service is very nice and accommodating. The food & wine were good, the selection of fish was sufficient. A large selection of starters and a few daily recommendations are also offered.

Nice atmosphere, great hosts and excellent food. The eggplant salad was simply fantastic. The grilled octopus and sesame-wrapped tuna as main courses were also terrific. Absolute recommendation, we would love to come back when we are in Frankfurt.

Great, for me it's not just the best fish restaurant in F, but one of the best restaurants ever. And the cocktail cherry on the cake is the staff. Incredible... can't be topped! We look forward to the next visit.

We visited the restaurant as a large group of 46 people. The hospitality and professionalism of the staff were outstanding, with everything arriving on time and no errors in our orders. The dishes, including my fish and my husband’s steak, were very tasty, and the environment was cozy. We look fwd to returning soon.

I was there for an amazing dinner for St. Valentine's day. Fish, seafood, steak, welcome drinks... Everything was fantastic! They took even about love vibe - red balloons were everywhere. Strongly recommend! Definitely will go there more. P.S. we also love mushrooms pasta :))))

Nice decor, just a few minutes walk from the subway, relaxed atmosphere with good background music, very friendly and courteous service! Unfortunately, the food didn't entirely convince us, but perhaps it was something for true seafood connoisseurs. To start we had yellow fin tuna tartar (very tasty!) and prawns in garlic chilli oil (very simple, not special, hardly any taste). For the main course we ate the scampi chilli pasta (a bit dry, hardly any taste) and the swordfish (delicious!). For dessert, mango tiramisu (highlight!) and cheesecake in a glass (tasty, but with a chocolate base, I personally didn't like it that much). Price for 2 people, 3 courses, 2 alcoholic drinks and a bottle of water = approx. 110€.

My husband and I were very surprised at how cozy the places are, very nicely decorated. A lovely atmosphere and the food was so delicious. We'll meet Again :-)

I was looking for a place near my house where I could eat scallops and found it. My friend and I ordered a variety of appetizers and shared them. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was nice and calm, and the scallops were delicious as expected.

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und durften trotzdem schon rein, obwohl wir paar Minuten vor Öffnung da waren. Essen und Getränke waren sehr lecker. Die Beilage finde ich, könnte etwas mehr sein. Aber man konzentriert sich hier auf das wesentliche. Und das ist hier der Fisch. Also so ein tollen Schwertfisch (mein Lieblingsfisch) hab ich so noch nicht gegessen. War Butterzart und saftig (wohl gedünstet anstatt gebraten). Auch das Thunfischmedallion in Sesammantel war sehr lecker. Der Kellner hat zu jedem gebrachten Gericht, kurz darauf gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Dass ist sehr aufmerksam und zeigt Interesse, ob wirklich alles ok ist. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder. Dessertkarte gibt es nur vor Ort einzusehen. Auch sehr leckere Sachen darauf. Ich kann das Restaurant uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Sensationelle Fischspezialitäten. Wir hatten Austern, Octopus und Languste. Alles super lecker. Auch die Beilagen mit Gemüse, Salat, Guacamole und Knobi-Butter waren klasse. Allerdings sollte man 30min extra einplanen für die Parkplatzsuche ;). Und auch der Service war exzellent.

Hervorragendes Essen und super Service. Absolut eine Empfehlung um gut Essen in Frankfurt zu gehen😎😋. Das Tunfisch Tatar einfach göttlich. Alles andere auch super lecker.

Ein tolles Ambiente mit einer sehr guten Auswahl an Fisch. Wir waren heute am 01.12.2023 mit 4 Personen zu Gast. Loup de Mer, 2x Yellow Fin und Schwertfisch waren unsere Hauptspeise. Dazu ein trockener Weißwein Riesling. Sowohl der Fisch als auch der Weißwein waren von sehr guter Qualität. Sehr lecker. Wir freuen uns bereits auf das Silvester-Menu.

Really good food - the octopus and calamari were what I had - good service, nice ambiance. The prices were on par with what you'll find in the West End. Overall an excellent experience!

dem hohen Ambiente konnten Speisen (Thunfisch und Rinderfilet) leider nicht folgen. Die Bedienung war bemüht, wenn sie denn da war. Bei diesem Preisniveau zu wenig Leistung für Service und Essen

Sehr schönes Restaurant in Frankfurt. Essen war ausgezeichnet und Service war auch ok. Hatte an dem Tag nicht so viel Bock auf Fisch , obwohl hier eine sehr große und gute Auswahl war, und hab einen Burger gegessen. Als Nachtisch hatte ich den Cheesecake. Gerne wieder 👍 Als Parkmöglichkeit würde ich die Ecke Palmengarten empfehlen. Genügend Parkplätze und ab 18:00 kostenfrei. Alternativ gibt es noch eine Tiefgarage. Diese schließt um 23:00 Uhr

Jongeman die erg zijn best doet en uitstekende service biedt. Sfeer is gezellig ze doen lichten in avond uit en zetten kaarsen aan. Eten viel alleen tegen. De oesters waren niet schoongemaakt dus proefte elke keer nog kleine stukje schil, en de vis had helemaal geen andere smaak.

Lovely cosy atmosphere. Everything was absolutely delicious. The grilled calamari was butter soft. I then had the sea bass as a main and it was out of this world. Crispy skin and the most tender meat inside. I had chocolate soufflé for dessert and it was perfect. We had a chat with the owner who's been there for nearly 10 years. He was a great guy and made us feel very welcome. We'll definitely be back again.

This is a small and cosy restaurant, that serves 90% seafood in all variants. You cannot compare it to a normal restaurant, where you also get fish. Fish is their passion, the mixed plate as a starter was awesome and I had the pasta with mixed seafood, yummy !!! I really can recommend it. In addition the service was really good! For those of you, who check the restrooms first, I can say: TOP !

Wir waren dort zum romantischen Abendessen und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Das Ambiente ist sehr schön für einen romantischen Abend der Service ist erstklassig nicht nur von der Freundlichkeit auch von der Kompetenz zu erklären über die Gerichte und immer präsent. Das Essen ist sehr gut und die Karte ist sehr vielseitig. Alles in allem war es ein gelungener Abend hier komme ich mit Sicherheit wieder.

sehr leckeres restaurant, äußerst freundliche kellner, entspannte und angenehme atmosphäre und eine gute auswahl an getränken. zu empfehlen ist die große auswahl an meeresfrüchten sowie die auf mediterrane art gebratenen fische. einen besuch absolut wert!

Wir haben supergut gegessen und getrunken und sind hervorragend bedient worden. Es war ein toller Abend. Das Thunfisch-Tartar war großartig, das Oktopus-Carpaccio hervorragend. Die Hauptgänge Seeteufel und Seezunge überragend. Das Dessert, ein Mangotiramisu, war göttlich erfrischend mit vielen frischen Früchten. Wir haben ein hervorragenden Chablis getrunken. Alles in allem ein perfekter Abend. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.

We've in Frankfurt for about a week and this place is absolutely the best restaurant we've been to. ABSOLUTELY fabulous!!!

We went for a special Friday evening dinner to oceans. Overall, it was a good experience and the seafood I can recommend. I would suggest using the reservation system because it is not a big restaurant. Details The entrance is a bit weird because I first went straight thru the door with the big letters oceans, but that was wrong. It's the smaller door on the right. But well, maybe it's my fault. It took quite some time before we got the menu, and the first water was also a bit delayed. Everything is acceptable but I would like to mention that because it is not a big restaurant. For snack/appetizers at the beginning, we got some bread and beetroot paste. I experienced some amazing fresh and tasty bread in other restaurants at the same price category, so the bread we got was a bit disappointing. The beetroot paste was okay, but also, I am also not a big fan of that vegetable. We started with entrées. On the special menu, there was grilled octopus, and from the main menu, we got grilled mini calamari pieces. Both were really good and nicely spiced. Can totally recommend the octopus. For the main dish, we had surf & turf and duet of sea bream and loup de mer. Meat was medium-rare, and I think they nailed it. The sea bream was a bit try, maybe because it was really thin. Otherwise, we liked the big lemon that came with the dishes. Often, you just get a tiny piece. And again, also here, the spices were on point. The service was great from start till finish. They really cared and really listened. Checked often if everything was ok (but not so often that it was annoying). Friendly and helpful. 5/5 Again, check it out if you like seafood and some good wine.

Toller Abend im Oceans! Perfekte Beratung, aufmerksamer Service, grossartiges Essen und sehr schöne Atmosphäre.

Das Essen war sehr lecker, frische Zutaten, schöne Aromen. Das Auge isst mit, schön angerichtet. Wir hatten die Jakobsmuscheln und Schafskäse mit Oliven als Vorspeise. Rinderfilet und den Burger als Hauptgericht. Als Nachtisch Mangotiramisu. Die Weine waren nicht ganz mein Geschmack, aber dies ist eben mal Geschmackssache. Die Bedienung war außerordentlich freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Ambiente sehr angenehm und der Chef sehr freundlich.

The place is very nice and cozy.. Perfect for a hangout with friends or a date. It's a bit smaller than I though but that wasn't negative at all. Our order came in about 40 mins. but we were a group of 6 and had a relatively big order so that's acceptable. The waiters are very friendly especially Dennis who was very patient and explained the menu to us as we did not speak german. I tried the beyond burger and it was the best vegan burger I've ever had... The bun was not really fresh but everything else was perfect. I appreciate the vegan option and would love to have a wider variety. The only negative comment is the lobster was a bit dry and stuck to the skin. The prices are a bit higher than average but you indeed get a nice service in return. All in all a nice experience and the place is perfect for events or parties.
