I ordered beef carpaccio, tuna fillet salad, and truffle pasta. Not to mention the truffles, and the tuna fillet was medium-rare and perfectly cooked, making it especially delicious. We also enjoyed a glass of wine and dessert in the small yet elegant and relaxed interior. I quite liked it.

Friendly and delicious. The pizzas are good and the best part is the pasta made with parmesan cheese. Medium price range, pizza around €15.

There were four of us. Well-equipped restaurant with an outdoor terrace. The owner and his wife as well as the waiters offered us a lovely evening with their service. The food and drinks were excellent, very good quality. Thank you for the nice evening! Happy to come back!

Food was okay, but not good value for money. Portions are far too small for the price and service should be a bit bigger here!

Really overpriced for the small portions. Truffle pasta (hardly any pasta on the plate) with one A touch of beef strips for over 31 euros. Long waiting times for a dish to even be served. Way too expensive for my taste for mediocre food and below average service. Ps: Tablecloths were also dirty... not just the paper cover, but also the blanket underneath in all corners. As I said, no longer at the prices.

The best meal on our trip to Hamburg. Ravioli and pasta with truffle and shrimps made in parmesan wheel! And a great Primotivo! Service was excellent. Just missing the free limocello after wepaid the bill. We are used to that in Italy. Can highly recommend this restaurant.

Very inconspicuous from the outside, but a very nice place from the inside. You sit comfortably and can have a good chat despite the house being full. The food was very tasty. The price is a little higher, but totally justified for what you get. Fresh, good quality products are served and all the staff are very attentive and friendly. We will definitely come back on our next visit to Hamburg. The only note: I would have expected cloth napkins at a restaurant of this class.

I always come by here when I'm in Hamburg. The service is incredibly nice and friendly. The daily recommendations are written on a board that is brought to the table upon arrival. The food has always been super good, I can especially recommend the pasta made from parmesan cheese, which is prepared in front of you at the table. The mixed desserts are also very tasty. It's a little more expensive but worth every cent

Nice team. This was the best lasagna I've had in a long time. The spaghettini was also amazing. The only negative was that it didn't say that the olives and aioli offered cost extra.

There were 9 of us girls, everyone was very happy with the food and the service was also super nice, only the torn bench could be covered, otherwise there was nothing to complain about

We were recommended this restaurant for our corporate dinner. They have a fixed menu plus the sesonal dishes that were listed on the black board which the staff carried over from one table to another to introduce the additional options to the customers. The staff bately spoke English. It took roughly 50min for our orders to arrive. A couple of colleagues ordered the same dish but were served only one portion and adviced by the waiter to share it until the second portion is ready and then to share it again. This was rather awkward.

Easter Sunday with a group of 20 for lunch. Positively surprised. Delicious antipasti platters beforehand and all guests were able to order the main course individually. It even almost worked together. Tastes great. Enjoyed rhubarb aperol. Yes, the atmosphere is getting old, but the price/performance/warmth is good. Thank you for the special opening and friendly welcome!

Great restaurant and really tasty food. We all had the homemade pasta in different variations and loved it.

Five of us ate at O'Pote. The service wasn't professional, the restaurant is okay and the food wasn't worth the price! We had to wait a long time for the food. An order was taken incorrectly, which made the wait for the salad even longer. The plates and pizzas were cold. After a complaint, the plates were warmed up again. There was no real apology. At the beginning we were offered bread with dips, without information that this would be charged extra. This was then reflected on our bill and was charged to the last payers in the group without any comment or information! We cannot recommend it.

The waiter didn't know what a pizza marinara was and (without exception) made fun of vegetarians every time he came to the table. The food is 10/10 though

Small but nice. It's not quiet here and the furniture could use some updating. But if you can overlook that, you can expect really delicious food and nice service here. I think the price is OK.

Saturday 2 March. We were enticed by the exciting menu and cozy atmosphere. It was a fantastically lovely evening. Pleasant atmosphere - good service. I had the Hausgemachte Truffle Ravioli. It is the best ravioli I have ever had and in a very wonderful sauce. I will not go to Hamburg again without visiting this restaurant!

We had a spontaneous dinner at O' Pote on February 24, 2024. A very warm, attentive and recommendable service. We fondly remember all of you and your freshly prepared delicacies. You can feel and taste that you are putting your heart and soul into it. I would have loved to take the whole place with me as you are, as my favorite restaurant nearby. So we were there with a group and ate on site, so the price-performance ratio wasn't even close, the drinks were non-carbonated and the food wasn't good either. My steak was completely cooked and I ordered medium rare. My own conclusion for the money is that I get better food and better drink in many other restaurants in Hamburg.

Very, very tasty food and a good selection of Italian classics as well as new interpretations. The drink selection is also excellent. The staff is friendly, attentive and relaxed without fulfilling a cliché. The price-performance ratio is absolutely ok. I deducted a star from the ambience because the "paint" is off in a few places and, for example, the corner of a picture is broken off.

Definitely one of my favorite restaurants in Hamburg! The service is super friendly and you feel welcome every time. The meat is of very good quality and the truffle pasta is simply to die for.

Are on a short vacation in Hamburg. We asked the hotel where we could eat here. O'Pote was recommended to us. It was really tasty. Had penne with turkey strips and curry sauce. The service was nice and courteous. I would happily recommend this restaurant.

I had a visitor and wanted to go out to eat with them in a chic and reasonably affordable way and apart from the fact that the shop was relatively empty, everything was perfect. very nice service, good drinks, large selection of wine and above all great food! The starter was really good and the tagliatelle with fresh truffles, which are prepared live at the table in parmesan cheese, are second to none! gladly again! 😋😋😋 //

A wonderful atmosphere! Italian light-heartedness meets North German correctness. Food so delicious. Fine, with a presentation of fresh giant gambi. Fine wines and an appetizer... Walls and carriages are moved so that the guest is comfortable. Dolce Vita...and not Pronto. A real experience.

20231107 a very nice and cozy restaurant where you can eat very well. The price is quite high but the quality of the food is excellent and very tasty. Of course I can only evaluate what we had. We had pizza, tagliolini with scampi, venison fillet, fish and a delicious platter of various starters (see photo). You can't really go wrong with the drinks, so all the drinks were great. The sanitary facilities aren't great, but they're okay. I can only recommend the restaurant.

A little patience leads to wonderfully delicious food. We had garlic lovers lasagna and fantastic entrecôte. The toilets are a bit poor, but we're also there for food, so that's fine. Dessert was delicious, but unfortunately the sugar wasn't flambéed - but that was probably due to the very full shop, good atmosphere. It was still delicious! 🥰 When we're in the area, we'll take a detour!

Sind durch Zufall hier auf das Restaurant gestoßen und aufgrund der guten Bewertungen auch hinein gegangen und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Das Essen kann ich wirklich empfehlen, Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt, frische Zutaten. Alles in allem sehr sehr gut. Und nun zum Personal: Man fühlt sich wirklich willkommen, sehr familiär, immer nett, immer am Lächeln. Wir kommen nicht aus Hamburg sind leider nur zu Besuch, sonst wäre das unser Stammlokal. Unser Besuch im Restaurant O’Pote: Zunächst einmal, wir kommen nicht aus Hamburg. Ich habe das Restaurant O’Pote online zufällig entdeckt, die Bewertungen gelesen, besonders die negativen, und mich dennoch dazu entschlossen, dorthin zu gehen, um zu sehen, ob das, was die Gäste schreiben, wirklich stimmt. Wir haben online reserviert und sind sogar 20 Minuten früher angekommen. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und herzlich. Wir durften sogar den Tisch auswählen, den wir bevorzugten. Die Bedienung, Erklärungen, Sonderwünsche, der Geschmack des Essens und die Preise – alles stimmte zu 100%. Alle waren sehr nett, freundlich und immer am lächeln. Mein Fazit ist: Wie man in den Wald hineinruft, so schallt es heraus. Lächeln und Freundlichkeit kosten nichts. Ich kann das Restaurant mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Danke 🙏

Essen war super lecker und der Service auch, kommen gerne wieder wenn wir auf der Ecke sind. Einziges manko sind die Sanitären Anlagen,die könnten sauberer sein,es flogen kleine Fliegen dort umher und Spinnenweben...Ansonsten war alles andere supi

Waren heute spontan im O‘Pote. Wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Bedienung und der Chef sehr zuvorkommend. Vorspeisen und Hauptgerichte sehr gut. Absolut zu empfehlen, Spaghetti angemacht im Parmesankäseleib mit Trüffel. Haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Preis-/Leistung absolut ok. Gerne wieder.

Ich hatte einen fantastischen Abend im Restaurant "O`Pote". Das Essen war hervorragend - die Pasta war perfekt al dente und die Sauce hatte eine wunderbare Tiefe im Geschmack. Der Service war außergewöhnlich freundlich und aufmerksam, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Das Ambiente war gemütlich und einladend, und ich fühlte mich sofort wohl. Die Preise waren fair und angemessen für die ausgezeichnete Qualität der Speisen. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die umfangreiche Auswahl an italienischen Weinen, die perfekt zu den Gerichten passten. Ich kann "O`Pote" uneingeschränkt empfehlen und freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch!

Beste Pasta aus dem Parmesanlaib mit frischem Trüffel, die ich je gegessen habe. Wegen diesem Restaurant sind wir extra noch einmal nach Hamburg gefahren. Aufmerksamer Service, leckerer Aperitif rundeten für uns diesen Restaurantbesuch ab. Wir kommen sicher auch noch ein drittes Mal wieder, vielen Dank!
