We visited this Italian restaurant in Berlin, and the experience was above and beyond all expectations. From the very first moment, I wanted to especially mention the waiter who hosted us – a rare person with a positive attitude and exceptional service. After a short conversation, we discovered that he was from Albania and spoke fluent Italian, which added an authentic and special touch to the meal. The personal approach, the explanations of each dish, and the smile that never left his face made the whole experience unforgettable. The food itself was of an exceptional level: precise dishes, rich in flavors, with the quality of ingredients that you can feel in every bite. The pastas were perfectly al dente, the sauces were balanced, and the pizzas came out of the oven with a taste that takes you back to the streets of Naples. Furthermore, the desserts were simply excellent – ​​from rich chocolate experiences to a classic tiramisu that is perfectly executed. In addition, the restaurant offers a huge wine selection, with options to suit every taste and every level of wine connoisseur. The sommelier knows how to make precise recommendations and match wine to each dish. In conclusion, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a super-quality Italian restaurant in the heart of Berlin. A perfect experience of food, service and atmosphere.

From the moment we stepped into the restaurant, it was clear: everything here was perfect. The ambiance is elegant, yet warm and inviting – ideal for a special evening. The service was attentive, professional, and genuinely warm – you could feel the true passion for hospitality. The cuisine deserves special praise: every dish was perfectly balanced, from the homemade pasta to the tender beef fillet. I'd particularly like to highlight the beef fillet, aromatic and cooked to perfection. The wine selection was also excellent, with expert recommendations. And to top it all off, a dessert that will be unforgettable – the panna cotta was simply divine. An evening of pure indulgence at the highest level – I'll definitely be back!

The food is delicious, but you have to consider the value for money. The waiters were so overly aggressive that they broke a glass. And the waiter said "ni hao" (ní hao), so I told him he wasn't Chinese. "Ich bin kein Chinese!"

We made the reservation at very short notice and were really lucky to get a seat 🥰 The food, the service, the entire atmosphere were simply top-notch... great value for money... I went to a business lunch with colleagues today during my lunch break. The atmosphere is great, the food is good, but the portions are too small for my taste. The service is very friendly, but much too slow. If a guest orders a business lunch and is obviously there for business (not personal reasons), they usually still have things to do after lunch. This understanding of the guest and the associated speed in both the presentation of the main course and the presentation of the bill were completely lacking today. I generally recommend more speed and being a bit more on the ball, especially with guests who are obviously just stopping for lunch.

This is a great Italian restaurant. The amazing staff gives you a warm welcome and it feels like family (everyone is 5/5, but Enzo is 6/5). Food is - of course - incredible as well and all is in line with a very comfy atmosphere. Exceptional. The Espresso Martini is highly recommended.

First class service! We recently celebrated our civil wedding at Nuovo Mario because we were impressed by the very beautiful location and the very short walk from Schmargendorf town hall. The planning and communication was then very straightforward in advance. Customers' wishes are taken into account one hundred percent. Even short-term changes were implemented without any problems, so that in the end each of our guests was very satisfied. The food itself tasted great and the service was absolutely amazing! The whole team was very attentive and fulfilled our every wish. Enzo was very careful to always consult with us about the process in order to make the day really perfect. We can't thank the team enough for this fantastic performance and the wonderful day! Thank you for supporting us so well on our big day! A really authentic Italian with a fine menu and very good food and drinks - we'll be back.

Indescribable service! Our waiter, dear Enzo, was super attentive and very charming - a well-mannered young man who takes your jacket, pulls out the chair and forbids you to pour yourself anything - a real gentleman. (Aside from him, the rest of the staff is amazing too!) The ambience is wonderful - the lights are pleasant and the whole restaurant has a very nice style with a great atmosphere. The food was also super delicious – a great selection of many different delicacies. Thanks to the great service we had an unforgettable evening. We were at Nuovo Mario on January 24th, 25 and enjoyed the 18th. Celebrated our granddaughter's birthday. We are very enthusiastic about this restaurant. Very nice atmosphere, very courteous service, very good food. Our table was beautifully set and at the end the staff sang a birthday song for our granddaughter. Thank you very much. We'd love to come back again.

The best Italian in Berlin! We celebrated our daughter's 18th birthday today and it was simply perfect from the welcome, setting, starter, main course and dessert including service. Very friendly staff, can only be recommended. We'll definitely be back.

The four of us had a lovely evening. The prices are in the upper segment, but the dishes don't taste good enough for me! The salmon soup was not very strong or flavorful. The second soup wasn't a real taste experience either. The main courses were good, but for the price I just expect more! I really liked the atmosphere. If you want to go out for a fine meal, the service and the ambience definitely give you the opportunity to do so... unfortunately the food can't keep up! There is still room for improvement here if the chef would dare to use more spices 😉

The restaurant presents itself in a great, upscale atmosphere in the Grunewald district. To put it briefly: Absolutely great!! Upscale gastronomy, attractive ambience, very good food. Right at the beginning, different types of fresh bread and olives were served. We love this restaurant. Great atmosphere, an always friendly and courteous boss and, at least for us, by far the best service staff in Berlin. You feel like you're part of the family and this restaurant is our second home. The smoking area feels like our living room. The food is excellent and the cuisine is known beyond Berlin. Even our customers from Switzerland or southern Germany are thrilled every time. The furnishings are also elegant. Very few people in Berlin can hold a candle to this restaurant. Keep it up. First-class, very nice ambience, although a bit acoustically strenuous in a large, undamped room. The service was attentive and superficially professional, but with an ice-cold, exaggeratedly fake and exclusively superficial, business-like, almost false friendliness (American model!). The food was very disappointing: e.g. a completely overcooked, miserable minestrone, a mushy, soggy pike-perch. Wine ok. All in all, an expensive and pretentious deception.
