Nu Quisine - Vietnam Fusion Food and Sushi in Langenfeld (Rhld.)

Very good Vietnamese cuisine. A wide selection of very tasty starters and main courses. Unfortunately, there's also the almost obligatory sushi, which must appear in every Asian restaurant these days. The sushi is mediocre to good, but not outstanding. The prices are absolutely appropriate for the quality and very affordable. The service sometimes seems a bit disorganized and overwhelmed at certain times. Information gets lost or isn't shared. The fact that digital payments are only possible via PayPal also deducts points. The ambiance is tastefully decorated and clean. However, the front room is very noisy when fully booked. All in all, a great addition to the gastronomic landscape in Langenfeld.

It was our first time there and we were immediately impressed. The food was exceptional, made with lots of love. Simply delicious. The service was also very friendly and accommodating. We'd love to come back.

Very tasty Asian/Vietnamese cuisine. The food was delicious and the dishes were appetizingly presented. The first Coke was barely carbonated, but it was replaced quickly and easily. The service was friendly. One point deducted for service is that no credit card payments are accepted, but PayPal Friends is accepted. The selection is very large, including vegetarian options. In summer, when the weather is nice, you can sit on the terrace.

I've probably been here 10 times now, with a wide variety of friends. No matter what I ordered, it was always rated as delicious. I always go for the beef pho soup. It's divine and a complete meal. It's also possible for vegetarians with tofu.

Located in the middle of Langenfeld. Parking spaces can be found in the surrounding area. The staff is friendly and happy to explain the dishes. I recommend trying everything from top to bottom. So from visit to visit. It's always a wonderful taste explosion. So don't hesitate...

We've had Vietnamese food many times. However, I have rarely eaten something so delicious. The dishes tasted really delicious. Also, for example, the peanut sauce on the summer rolls. We would love to go back here soon.

Very extensive menu, quite a few vegetarian/vegan dishes, very tasty. A bit noisy for conversation at times and not exactly cheap, but very good, and the salmon dishes are even organic. Make sure you make a reservation on weekends!

For me the restaurant was okay. The food was OK but nothing special. I ordered beef pho and expected tender, thinly sliced ​​fillet for the price. I also ordered an extra portion of beef at an additional cost - unfortunately it was anything but fillet. The spring roll was delicious, but unfortunately the baked lobster came from the freezer. Regarding the service: The boss was very nice, but the employee was probably having a bad day. For three people €99.00 – that really wasn’t cheap. I expected more.

The portions were reasonably large for the price and you were definitely full. It's nice that there is something so good in Langenfeld and that it is well received given the queue. Disappointing experience - forgot reservation and sent away We made a reservation for 8 people by email four weeks ago and also received a written confirmation. When we showed up on time on the reserved day, we were informed that there was no reservation. After a long search in the books, it turned out that our reservation had simply been forgotten. Instead of finding a solution, we were simply sent away again. Treating guests like this is absolutely unacceptable. A simple apology is not enough here - we were left without a table even though we had reserved early. Very disappointing, we definitely won't be back!

The food was visually very nicely presented. The taste was quite weak, especially for Vietnamese food. I ordered without peanuts (allergy) Unfortunately that didn't work the first time. But the food was brought new. Priced a bit too high.

The food at Nu Quisine is very tasty and is presented clearly on the plate or in the bowl. The service is okay. Part of the “kitchen” is located in the back of the restaurant and is visible to the guest. Unfortunately, I recently had to observe that employees were fumbling around in various openings on their faces and then sorting out the cutlery and chopsticks without washing their hands first.

Alles ist wunderbar aromatisch und super lecker. Had a spontaneous meal there for the first time today. The food was very tasty, the portions were rather small, but completely fair for the price. Very friendly without seeming intrusive or artificial. Ordering also went very quickly, even though it was busy. In this respect, clearly 5 stars and we would be happy to come back.

Who. If you want to have a seat in the restaurant, you should definitely make a reservation or have to wait a lot. It was our first time at Nu Quisine - first impression was great! Cozy little restaurant with a few seats and great facilities. However, this is also a disadvantage, the small room echoes loudly, the more crowded it became, the louder it was. There were also one or two people who thought they needed to be even louder... An open window might have helped (despite the cold coming up). In addition, at the end of our visit around 7:45 p.m. there was a huge queue of customers at the entrance and exit, blocking the exit. This is not well resolved. If everything is full, you have to make guests wait somewhere else. Therefore only 4 stars for ambience and service. Speaking of service: the employees were all super friendly, responded to us and fulfilled special requests. Absolutely great! Small note: you can only pay in cash or via PayPal. Maybe you should think again about card payment options. Our meal was excellent. We all ordered different starters and main courses and were able to try a small variety of the menu. The mango salad with cucumber, herbs, peanuts and coriander as well as a fruity lime and ginger dressing was rich, almost a main course. We also had various summer rolls and dumplings as starters. Everything hot, freshly filled and very tasty. Plus a really great peanut dressing. The main course was beef with various vegetables. We also had two veggie dishes at the table that were particularly fresh and crunchy. The combination with the mango-coconut sauce was wonderful. There was also a chicken curry and a duck curry. Unfortunately there was a problem with the rice cooker so we all got pasta. This was communicated proactively and the respective request was asked whether it could be Banh Pho, Ban Canh or Mien noodles. Overall we were very happy with our visit, the drinks and the service. We only give deductions because of the volume, the increasingly stuffy air and the blocked exit at the end. But we would definitely like to come back!

We were at the Nu Quisine again today. And again we have to say that it was great. Among other things, we ordered numbers 99 and 118, both sushi. Unfortunately I didn't take any photos, but I'll add them! The sushi is prepared with so much love and tastes simply great. It may not be the best sushi restaurant but it is consistently at the top! The Phoo soup is also simply delicious. After I added some salt, everything was perfect! The only thing that isn't quite optimal are the tables and the light. Sometimes the bulbs flicker which is a little annoying. All in all, we'll definitely be back! Until next time, dear team!

You immediately feel comfortable and can enjoy the evening in a relaxed manner. The menu is very creative and offers many special dishes that you can't find everywhere. Everything was fresh and beautifully presented. Unfortunately, the taste ultimately didn't convince me. Everything was good, but I was missing that certain kick that makes the experience special. Since I know alternatives that offer more taste, I probably won't come back. It's a shame, because the rest was right!

A great restaurant in Langenfeld with delicious food. Various curries and sushi are offered. Everything is presented very clearly and tastes excellent. Price-wise I would say it's okay. The portion sizes are good too. The service could be a little better, as we had to chase new drinks after eating, so to speak. What's suddenly going on in this restaurant? We've been very happy so far, but yesterday it was a big mess. We had reserved a table for several people, but when we arrived on time, part of our agreed table was occupied by someone else. The guests were transferred, we received the cards and the waiting began. We noticed that a completely new team was running the restaurant and my wife asked a young, very heavily made-up Asian-looking employee if the previous boss was not there. Their answer: "Of course he's there, it's his restaurant. What's the point of this question?" Seven adult guests at our table looked at each other without saying a word because of the cheeky answer. There are employees who are skilled at the job of a service person and there are those who are unsuitable and harmful to customers. Looking good and wearing a lot of make-up are no use. The drinks came after a long wait, things went better with the well-prepared food.

Visited the restaurant with my daughter. You should book the table in advance as the restaurant is small and busy. We had booked the table for 5 p.m. and had it available until 7:30 p.m. The food was tasty, but could have been more seasoned. Service is friendly and attentive. Prices are adjusted to today's times. Edamame for €6.90 does not go well with the other starters. Payment is only possible with PayPal or cash. All in all we were satisfied and would like to come back.

I actually always enjoyed eating there, until today. I ordered the children's dish Fried Rice with Cherry Tomatoes, which is vegetarian. Today I was served it with chicken for the first time. Then I complained. Five minutes later the lady came to the table with the same plate (just a few sesame sprinkles on it). I still found meat in it even though it had been stuffed out and presented as newly prepared. That's it for me with the store. Really cheeky.

Small drawback = the duck was a bit too cooked, the ingredients (rice noodles and vegetables with red curry sauce) were a poem 👍. Starter (spring roll filled with meat and vegetables) tasted great. Portion sizes are decent even for hungry guests😉. We'll be back, this time with an appointment (you should definitely do this = we were lucky to get a table for two people at 5:30 p.m.). The vegetarian food was very good. We were unlucky with the other three duck breast dishes. One was still raw and tough inside. The others are unfortunately dry.

The food is excellent, but the curry could use more rice. Otherwise everything is great, although it is sometimes a little loud and cramped, although that is still a relatively high level.

So far I've only ever ordered takeaway and have always loved the Com Curry dishes with chicken or prawns! The sauce is super tasty, the vegetables are fresh and crunchy and the rice tastes slightly sweet in a very interesting way.
