Es war ruhig und friedlich, der Mangosalat war köstlich, der Tee lecker und die knusprige Ente ein Traum. Absolut einen Besuch wert, ein wirklich toller Ort!

Es gibt VEGANE Gerichte, mehrere! TLDR: Wir sind ganz hingerissen von dem Resturant! ... Spontan einen Zweiertisch ergattert, welch ein Glück, das Restaurant war Rappelvoll. Und das Essen war umwerfend lecker! Ich habe ein Basic bestellt, es war bei jedem Bissen ein Genuss, und Vielseitig. Wir werden alles mit der Zeit ausprobieren. Das Ambiente draußen sieht auch einladend aus. Drinnen war es etwas laut, sie könnten an der Dämpung arbeiten. Beim nächsnte mal würde ich lieber draußen sitzen. Achtung! Am Nebentisch war ein Hund zugelassen und unter dem Tisch verstaut. Wem das Probleme macht, sollte sich borher umschauen. Inhaber und Bedienung waren sehr freundlich, bemüht und aufmerksam, man hat uns vor der Bestellung sogar noch eine Umplatzierung angeboten, weil der ergatterte Zweiertisch der unattraktivste Platz war – wie zuvorkommend! Wirklich top.

Super leckeres Essen - ewig gewartet (mehr als 1,5h), Getränke und andere Nachbestellungen mussten wir proaktiv einfordern - personal trotzdem sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Richtig lecker. Portionen sind auch reichlich. Mitarbeiter höflich und Preise sind angemessen.

Nu Quisine ist ein sehr leckeres Restaurant. Sind sehr oft da und finden es super lecker. Service ist auch sehr freundlich. Leider müssen wir trotzdem sagen das die Wartezeiten meistens etwas länger sind. Trotzdem kommt das Essen immer in einem top Zustand an. Wir sind begeistert:)

Einfach nur zu empfehlen - super lecker, super service

Sehr lecker. Fisch hatte eine top Qualität. Da wir spontan da waren hatten wir am Sonntag Abend nicht reserviert. Auf der Terrasse war aber noch genügend Platz, positiv waren die Decken, negativ das fehlende Gas für den Heizstrahler. Jedoch wurde uns angeboten sich umzusetzen, als drinnen ein Platz frei geworden hat, was auch sehr positiv war. Der Hibiskustee war auch sehr gut.

Das Essen ist lecker. Ich hatte die Nummer 45 leicht scharf. Es hatte genau die richtige schärfe für mich. Es hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Das Gemüse war bissfest. Wir haben etwas aufs Essen gewartet. Das war aber nicht schlimm. Dies lag an dem vollen Restaurante. Der Service ist sehr nett. Ich würde wiederkommen.

Ich habe mir die Original taiwanesische Suppe pro Nudelsuppe gegönnt mit Rindfleisch. Ein echtes Geschmackserlebnis hab ich so erste Mal gegessen und werde es garantiert wieder essen. Das Fleisch Mega Weichvita tafelspitz fein gekocht die Suppe deinen unglaublich guten Geschmack sehr freundliche Kellner. Danach dann das Thunfisch Sashimi in einer 1A Qualität Freue mich schon wenn ich wiederkomme und Sushi essen werde.

Gestern Abend waren wir zu dritt hier essen. Was ein entspannter Abend werden sollte, entpuppte sich leider als Paradebeispiel für schlechtes Zeitmanagement. Wir hatten kurz vorher angerufen und gefragt, ob noch ein Tisch frei sei. Dies wurde uns mit der Prämisse zugesagt, den Tisch bis 19:00 Uhr wieder freizugeben. ​Der Ablauf: Wir saßen um 17:40 Uhr am Tisch und haben direkt bestellt. Vorspeisen und Getränke kamen sehr zeitig – doch dann passierte erst einmal 50 Minuten lang... nichts. In dieser Zeit konnten wir an sämtlichen Nachbartischen beobachten, wie falsche Speisen serviert wurden. Dass man auf frisches Essen warten muss, ist okay, aber eine knappe Stunde auf den Hauptgang zu warten, ist bei einer Deadline von 19:00 Uhr schon sportlich. Um 18:50 Uhr kam dann endlich das Essen. ​Das Problem: Parallel dazu füllte sich der Vorraum bereits mit der „19-Uhr-Welle“. Während wir also den ersten Bissen nahmen, standen uns die nächsten Gäste quasi schon im Nacken und starrten auf unsere Teller. Ein gemütliches Essen mit Freunden ist so absolut unmöglich; man fühlt sich eher wie ein Hindernis im Schichtbetrieb. ​Der „Rausschmiss“: Der Gipfel war, dass wir um 19:05 Uhr – also stolze 15 Minuten nach Servieren des Hauptgangs – gefragt wurden, ob wir zahlen wollen, da die nächsten Gäste schon warten. Keine Entschuldigung, kein Wort zur beschriebenen Situation. Auf den geplanten Nachtisch mussten wir so verzichten. Ich habe mir mein Essen letztlich einpacken lassen, weil der Wohlfühlfaktor bei Null lag. ​Fazit: Das Essen verdient eigentlich 5 von 5 Sternen. Aber aufgrund des stressigen Ablaufs und des Gefühls, nur schnell abgefertigt zu werden, kann ich insgesamt leider nicht mehr geben.

Wir waren gestern im Nu Cuisine um eine kulinarische Erfahrung zu machen. Ich hatte die Nr5, vietn. Frühlingsrollen, die Nr50 Bun Bo Nam, das Mango Panacotta und den vietn. Kaffee. Insgesamt ein positives und vor leckeres Erlebnis. Die Portionen können meiner Ansicht nach immer ein Ticken grösser ausfallen. Es werden 2 Frühlingsrollen serviert, es könnten z.B. 3 sein. Beim Bun Bo Nam könnten etwas mehr Reisnudeln in die Schüssel. Das Mango Panacotta schmeckte mir ausserordentlich gut, ich lobe die fluffige Konsistenz und die dezente Süsse der Sauce. Gerne erkunde ich noch die anderen Speisen ☺️

Das beste Sushi aller Zeiten...ich könnte jeden Tag dort Essen. Einziger Nachteil, es ist immer voll😌Sehr zu empfehlen!!!

Ich bin regelmäßig Gast im Nu Quisine und wurde noch nie enttäuscht. Die Gerichte sind frisch, immer auf den Punkt zubereitet und wunderbar im Geschmack. Auch das Sushi ist unschlagbar und sucht seinesgleichen. Eine Empfehlung für jeden, der asiatische Küche liebt.

There were four of us for dinner at Nu Quisine, and we had reserved a table, which I highly recommend as the restaurant is quite small and popular. The decor and atmosphere are modern and very cozy. We were kept waiting a little while before we could order. Before I could even ask about the service, someone finally came and took our order. After we ordered, the service was excellent, and someone came to our table regularly. The food, from the appetizers to the rice wine, was outstanding, both visually and in terms of taste. We went to Nu-Quisine with friends yesterday. The atmosphere was wonderful, very cozy and inviting. I tried the Phở Bò – as a big fan of this soup, I have to say that although it's a slightly Europeanized version, it's still very tasty! The service was attentive, and the staff very friendly. Overall, a great experience – highly recommended! Unfortunately, I forgot to take photos, but I'll definitely do that on my next visit.

However, given the freshness and deliciousness of the food, I would still describe it as very good value for money. I've been there countless times and have never had any problems. We had reserved a table for two at 7:30 p.m., but the place was overbooked, like a plane, and it didn't become available until half an hour later. We left without even hearing an apology... Something like that had never happened to us before. A total disaster.

Even though I'm very spoiled when it comes to Asian cuisine, this Vietnamese cuisine beats everything. You stagger from one explosion of flavor to the next; everything is incredibly fresh and lovingly prepared. Absolutely delicious! From summer rolls to mango salad with a uniquely flavorful dressing to the main courses, spicy or fruity...everything is wonderful. We'll be back, thank you so much!

Since I don't eat lactose, I looked at the legend in the back and chose a lactose-free dish. When I didn't confirm, the waiter said it did contain lactose and wouldn't taste good without milk/cream 😳. Quite unusual for an Asian restaurant. My meal was the last one to arrive late. Then it was taken away from me - it was the wrong dish 😳😳. A short time later, I was allowed to eat it, and the right one at that. Thank goodness I'm not bothered by things like that, but it was certainly hectic in the service area 😅. And a legend like that just has to be reliable! Still, a lovely evening 😌

Unfortunately, there's also the almost obligatory sushi, which must appear in every Asian restaurant these days. The sushi is mediocre to good, but not outstanding. The prices are absolutely appropriate for the quality and very affordable. The service sometimes seems a bit disorganized and overwhelmed at certain times. Information gets lost or isn't shared. The fact that digital payments are only possible via PayPal also deducts points. The ambiance is tastefully decorated and clean. However, the front room is very noisy when fully booked. Very tasty Asian/Vietnamese cuisine. The food was delicious and the dishes were appetizingly presented. The first Coke was barely carbonated, but it was replaced quickly and easily. The service was friendly. One point deducted for service is that no credit card payments are accepted, but PayPal Friends is accepted. The selection is very large, including vegetarian options. In summer, when the weather is nice, you can sit on the terrace.

We've had Vietnamese food many times. However, I have rarely eaten something so delicious. The dishes tasted really delicious. Also, for example, the peanut sauce on the summer rolls. We would love to go back here soon.

Disappointing experience - forgot reservation and sent away We made a reservation for 8 people by email four weeks ago and also received a written confirmation. When we showed up on time on the reserved day, we were informed that there was no reservation. After a long search in the books, it turned out that our reservation had simply been forgotten. Instead of finding a solution, we were simply sent away again. Treating guests like this is absolutely unacceptable. A simple apology is not enough here - we were left without a table even though we had reserved early. Very disappointing, we definitely won't be back!

The food was visually very nicely presented. The taste was quite weak, especially for Vietnamese food. I ordered without peanuts (allergy) Unfortunately that didn't work the first time. But the food was brought new. Priced a bit too high.

Part of the “kitchen” is located in the back of the restaurant and is visible to the guest. Unfortunately, I recently had to observe that employees were fumbling around in various openings on their faces and then sorting out the cutlery and chopsticks without washing their hands first.

Es ist kein Ort, wo man schnell abgewickelt wird, sondern länger verweilen und genießen darf. Vorspeise aus Bun Bao mit dem Kräuterseitling kann ich jeden empfehlen. Alles ist wunderbar aromatisch und super lecker. Selbst der Tee in der Karte enthält vom Herzen eine süße Nachricht mit seiner Wirkung ✨ Und der Nachtisch aus den kleinen gefüllten Reisbällchen, einfach himmlisch 🥰 Ich gehe da immer gerne hin ♥️🙏🏻 danke für diesen Ort.

Who. If you want to have a seat in the restaurant, you should definitely make a reservation or have to wait a lot. It was our first time at Nu Quisine - first impression was great! Cozy little restaurant with a few seats and great facilities. However, this is also a disadvantage, the small room echoes loudly, the more crowded it became, the louder it was. There were also one or two people who thought they needed to be even louder... An open window might have helped (despite the cold coming up). In addition, at the end of our visit around 7:45 p.m. there was a huge queue of customers at the entrance and exit, blocking the exit. This is not well resolved. If everything is full, you have to make guests wait somewhere else. Therefore only 4 stars for ambience and service. Speaking of service: the employees were all super friendly, responded to us and fulfilled special requests. Absolutely great! Small note: you can only pay in cash or via PayPal. Maybe you should think again about card payment options. Our meal was excellent. We all ordered different starters and main courses and were able to try a small variety of the menu. The mango salad with cucumber, herbs, peanuts and coriander as well as a fruity lime and ginger dressing was rich, almost a main course. We also had various summer rolls and dumplings as starters. Everything hot, freshly filled and very tasty. Plus a really great peanut dressing. The main course was beef with various vegetables. We also had two veggie dishes at the table that were particularly fresh and crunchy. The combination with the mango-coconut sauce was wonderful. There was also a chicken curry and a duck curry. Unfortunately there was a problem with the rice cooker so we all got pasta. This was communicated proactively and the respective request was asked whether it could be Banh Pho, Ban Canh or Mien noodles. Overall we were very happy with our visit, the drinks and the service. We only give deductions because of the volume, the increasingly stuffy air and the blocked exit at the end. But we would definitely like to come back!

We were at the Nu Quisine again today. And again we have to say that it was great. Among other things, we ordered numbers 99 and 118, both sushi. Unfortunately I didn't take any photos, but I'll add them! The sushi is prepared with so much love and tastes simply great. It may not be the best sushi restaurant but it is consistently at the top! The Phoo soup is also simply delicious. After I added some salt, everything was perfect! The only thing that isn't quite optimal are the tables and the light. Sometimes the bulbs flicker which is a little annoying. All in all, we'll definitely be back! Until next time, dear team!
