Nu Quisine - Vietnam Fusion Food and Sushi in Langenfeld (Rhld.)

Had a spontaneous meal there for the first time today. The food was very tasty, the portions were rather small, but completely fair for the price. Very friendly without seeming intrusive or artificial. Ordering also went very quickly, even though it was busy. In this respect, clearly 5 stars and we would be happy to come back.

Who. If you want to have a seat in the restaurant, you should definitely make a reservation or have to wait a lot. It was our first time at Nu Quisine - first impression was great! Cozy little restaurant with a few seats and great facilities. However, this is also a disadvantage, the small room echoes loudly, the more crowded it became, the louder it was. There were also one or two people who thought they needed to be even louder... An open window might have helped (despite the cold coming up). In addition, at the end of our visit around 7:45 p.m. there was a huge queue of customers at the entrance and exit, blocking the exit. This is not well resolved. If everything is full, you have to make guests wait somewhere else. Therefore only 4 stars for ambience and service. Speaking of service: the employees were all super friendly, responded to us and fulfilled special requests. Absolutely great! Small note: you can only pay in cash or via PayPal. Maybe you should think again about card payment options. Our meal was excellent. We all ordered different starters and main courses and were able to try a small variety of the menu. The mango salad with cucumber, herbs, peanuts and coriander as well as a fruity lime and ginger dressing was rich, almost a main course. We also had various summer rolls and dumplings as starters. Everything hot, freshly filled and very tasty. Plus a really great peanut dressing. The main course was beef with various vegetables. We also had two veggie dishes at the table that were particularly fresh and crunchy. The combination with the mango-coconut sauce was wonderful. There was also a chicken curry and a duck curry. Unfortunately there was a problem with the rice cooker so we all got pasta. This was communicated proactively and the respective request was asked whether it could be Banh Pho, Ban Canh or Mien noodles. Overall we were very happy with our visit, the drinks and the service. We only give deductions because of the volume, the increasingly stuffy air and the blocked exit at the end. But we would definitely like to come back!

We were at the Nu Quisine again today. And again we have to say that it was great. Among other things, we ordered numbers 99 and 118, both sushi. Unfortunately I didn't take any photos, but I'll add them! The sushi is prepared with so much love and tastes simply great. It may not be the best sushi restaurant but it is consistently at the top! The Phoo soup is also simply delicious. After I added some salt, everything was perfect! The only thing that isn't quite optimal are the tables and the light. Sometimes the bulbs flicker which is a little annoying. All in all, we'll definitely be back! Until next time, dear team!

Food great, service great, ambience a little too over the top. But if you get the overall impression, you will be pressed. That's enough for tax evasion because paying is only possible via cash or Paypal with friends. Although it's a shame, that's why I simply can't recommend the store.

⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Sushi Fusion Restaurant definitely has some strengths. The service was excellent - super friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere really had something of a cozy living room. You immediately feel comfortable and can enjoy the evening in a relaxed manner. The menu is very creative and offers many special dishes that you can't find everywhere. Everything was fresh and beautifully presented. Unfortunately, the taste ultimately didn't convince me. Everything was good, but I was missing that certain kick that makes the experience special. Since I know alternatives that offer more taste, I probably won't come back. It's a shame, because the rest was right!

A great restaurant in Langenfeld with delicious food. Various curries and sushi are offered. Everything is presented very clearly and tastes excellent. Price-wise I would say it's okay. The portion sizes are good too. The service could be a little better, as we had to chase new drinks after eating, so to speak. Unfortunately you can't pay by card, but you can pay with PayPal, something new. I'm definitely looking forward to another visit.

We were there on time and had to Despite a reservation, we waited for three quarters of an hour. And while we were waiting, we were almost ignored by the service! On this Saturday evening the service was completely overwhelmed. Small gesture of apology: nothing!! ................................................ .. Starter and main course (duck) were very good, tasty and beautifully presented. When all tables are full, the service becomes loud and hectic. At some tables you sit in the passageway and are therefore quite uncomfortable. No card payment possible!

What's suddenly going on in this restaurant? We've been very happy so far, but yesterday it was a big mess. We had reserved a table for several people, but when we arrived on time, part of our agreed table was occupied by someone else. The guests were transferred, we received the cards and the waiting began. We noticed that a completely new team was running the restaurant and my wife asked a young, very heavily made-up Asian-looking employee if the previous boss was not there. Their answer: "Of course he's there, it's his restaurant. What's the point of this question?" Seven adult guests at our table looked at each other without saying a word because of the cheeky answer. There are employees who are skilled at the job of a service person and there are those who are unsuitable and harmful to customers. Looking good and wearing a lot of make-up are no use. The drinks came after a long wait, things went better with the well-prepared food.

Visited the restaurant with my daughter. You should book the table in advance as the restaurant is small and busy. We had booked the table for 5 p.m. and had it available until 7:30 p.m. The food was tasty, but could have been more seasoned. Service is friendly and attentive. Prices are adjusted to today's times. Edamame for €6.90 does not go well with the other starters. Payment is only possible with PayPal or cash. All in all we were satisfied and would like to come back.

I actually always enjoyed eating there, until today. I ordered the children's dish Fried Rice with Cherry Tomatoes, which is vegetarian. Today I was served it with chicken for the first time. Then I complained. Five minutes later the lady came to the table with the same plate (just a few sesame sprinkles on it). I still found meat in it even though it had been stuffed out and presented as newly prepared. That's it for me with the store. Really cheeky.

Food was good and plentiful (I haven't tried sushi yet). The price-performance ratio is consistent. Service quick and friendly. Tip: Be sure to reserve on the weekend!

Exceptional surprise in terms of quality and service. Rarely have I experienced such good Vietnamese cuisine, nice ambience (without kitschy accessories) and attentive service. Small drawback = the duck was a bit too cooked, the ingredients (rice noodles and vegetables with red curry sauce) were a poem 👍. Starter (spring roll filled with meat and vegetables) tasted great. Portion sizes are decent even for hungry guests😉. We'll be back, this time with an appointment (you should definitely do this = we were lucky to get a table for two people at 5:30 p.m.). The vegetarian food was very good. We were unlucky with the other three duck breast dishes. One was still raw and tough inside. The others are unfortunately dry.

The food is excellent, but the curry could use more rice. Otherwise everything is great, although it is sometimes a little loud and cramped, although that is still a relatively high level.

However, it is very loud in the front room when it is full. All in all, a great addition to the gastronomic landscape in Langenfeld.

So far I've only ever ordered takeaway and have always loved the Com Curry dishes with chicken or prawns! The sauce is super tasty, the vegetables are fresh and crunchy and the rice tastes slightly sweet in a very interesting way.

We were here for the first time two months ago and since then we have been coming here about every two weeks. The food tastes fantastic, is super fresh and is lovingly prepared. There are super creative offers, especially when it comes to sushi. The food sometimes takes a little longer, but we personally prefer to wait longer for good food than shorter for carelessly fried food. The ambience is a mix of restaurant and living room, so it's super cozy and you feel at home. We love coming here to eat. Small suggestion for improvement: Please introduce card payment 😌😇

Four of us had dinner at Nu Quisine and had reserved a table, which I also recommend as the restaurant is quite small and busy. The furnishings and ambience are modern and very comfortable, which we really liked. We were made to wait a while before we could order. Before I wanted to inquire about the service, someone came and took our orders. After ordering, the service worked and someone came to the table regularly. The food, from the starter to the rice wine, was visually and culinary excellent. We were able to pay via Paypal. We would like to come again. Thanks and keep it up.

Wir sind seit der Eröffnung dieses phantastischen Restaurants Stammkunden. Es wird nun Zeit eine Rezension zu verfassen. Hier schmeckt einfach alles gut. Das Sushi ist ein Traum, die Vorspeisen Abwechslungsreich und die Vielzahl an Hauptgerichten frisch, aromatisch und einfach eine Freude beim Essen. Wir holen hier oft unsere Bestellung ab, da wir einen kleinen Sohn haben und Essen gehen nicht so entspannt ist wie zuhause essen. Die Gerichte werden dabei gut und Plastik - Sparsam verpackt. Schöner ist es natürlich, vor Ort zu essen. Das Ambiente ist gemütlich, der Service freundlich und aufmerksam. Bei entsprechenden Temperaturen kann auch auf der Außenterrasse gesessen werden. Reservierung wird empfohlen. Kartenzahlung ist nicht möglich, jedoch kann einen per PayPal bezahlt werden.

Sehr leckeres Essen, tolle Auswahl und auch mal etwas andere Gerichte im Angebot, als man erwarten würde. Abzug: sehr unbequeme und kleine Tische, wenn man zu viert ist und in 2023 keine Kartenzahlung.

Schade, das man nur 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ vergeben kann. Ich esse gerne Sushi. Das hier ist aber mit Abstand das Leckerste seit langem! Ich bin begeistert und werde gerne wiederkommen. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbreit. Das Ambiente modern und sauber.

Das Essen und der Sevice waren super. Alle Gerichte sind mit frischen Zutaten zubereitet.
