Discovered by chance while walking. nr 15-HafenTreff has a new operator who brings in a breath of fresh air. Enjoy great homemade mulled wine while looking at the Elbe...I'd love to do it again.

Great friendly staff and very comfortably furnished fireplace room. 😃 One point deducted from the food because unfortunately there were no fries when we were there. We'll be back!

My visit to the fireplace room was perfect all around and highly recommended. Everything is just right here - from the quality of the food and drinks to the cozy atmosphere and the attentive service. The homemade mulled wine was an absolute highlight! Finely balanced, not too sweet and perfectly seasoned - just the thing to warm your soul on a cold day. The fireplace room is rightly named. It is tastefully furnished and radiates a cozy warmth. Crackling fireplace, dim lighting and loving decoration create an atmosphere that invites you to linger. The staff deserves special praise. Friendly, attentive and always with a smile - you really feel welcome here as a guest. You can tell that people work here who are passionate about what they do. The fireplace room is a true jewel and an enrichment for everyone who values ​​first-class hospitality and a cozy ambience. I will definitely come back - just for the mulled wine and the cozy atmosphere. Absolutely recommended!

We spontaneously stopped here on a bike tour. You can spend some time here comfortably away from the crowds and enjoy some refreshment. The service was very cool and friendly, we liked that. Went here to watch football again another day and even then everything was great. It's not perfect yet, but we're on the right track. We had a great time and that's what counts. Keep it up.

Very nicely located at the harbor. I can't comment on the food, drinks and service at all. I basically didn't get the chance to test it for my wheelchair-mobile friends because the furniture was arranged in such a way that it was difficult to push the bike, especially with a large wheelchair or electric wheelchair can't get through. This is a bit unpleasant, actually completely incomprehensible, that's how you imagine running the gauntlet. Too bad.

There's still a lot of air up there. We were there at the weekend with the whole family and had bratwurst, beer, coffee and ice cream. The beer was served from a vessel that looked like a measuring cup; there were probably problems with the dispensing system. That didn't necessarily improve the quality. The bratwurst and the bun that came with it were burnt in some places. Maybe a single person on site can't manage to run the snack bar and grill at the same time. Coffee and soft ice cream were ok but nothing more. The mood and communication style of the service staff was a bit strange. If I teach customers that you first say hello, I shouldn't repeatedly address them as "Du". Especially not when they are significantly older. Communication that is too humorous and direct does not have to be well received by everyone, even if you are alone between the grill, ice cream and the non-functioning tap system. In the end, support came, but that also meant that a small dog was naturally leashed to our table. The little one was cute but not everyone likes strange dogs under their table.
