My absolute favorite restaurant. It's not just high-quality products, but also dishes that are perfected down to the last detail. Always a taste experience. Served by excellent service staff.

Yesterday, five of us went to the brasserie, and we were all absolutely thrilled with the excellent food. The dishes are incredibly tasty. The sauces and toppings are also exceptionally good. The dishes are also very visually appealing. The ambiance is lovely both inside and out. The service was courteous and prompt. Highly recommended!

The best airline in town – “Thanks for flying with us” was the waitress’s reply when we said we were literally flying high from the taste of the food. And it was no understatement. The evening was a 10/10 – and that’s a rare thing to find in Berlin. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed and the hospitality remained consistent throughout the entire evening. We had several courses and each one felt thoughtfully composed. Fine dining with a twist – without stiffness or attitude. Beautifully composed dishes, a sophisticated designed interior and brand design and outstanding service. We’re obviously still on that plane.

November is a great restaurant. We really enjoyed the amazing food, which was prepared right in front of us because we sat at the chef’s table (which I would totally recommend to do). Almost everything we tried was exceptional, from the tuna sushi to the duck fillet! The service was friendly, and our waitress gave us great recommendations. The only downside was that the staff seemed focused on rushing us through the experience. I understand there’s a two-hour limit, but it still felt like the dishes could have been spaced out a bit more. We also felt somewhat pressured to order everything at the very beginning, even though the concept is shared dining with small, snack-like dishes.

Delicious sashimi, everything we had was great, especially recommend the whole dorade (sashimi, not pictured below), and the bread and butter is also worth taking (best fluffy brioche). + great original cocktails (+espresso martini always a good move). A true culinary experience! My husband and I visited this Japanese restaurant for the first time yesterday – and we were absolutely thrilled! From the very first bite, you could tell the quality of the food is truly outstanding. The fish was prepared with a perfectly balanced flavor – simply outstanding. The ambiance also impressed us: stylish, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. The entire team was friendly, courteous, and very attentive. The service was warm and professional; you feel truly welcome. We sat right at the counter and were able to watch the chefs preparing their food, a special experience that made the whole thing even more exciting. Of course, a menu like this comes at a price, but in my opinion, every cent is absolutely worth it. If you're looking for quality, atmosphere, and enjoyment, this is the place for you. We'll definitely be back!

Even on a Tuesday night this place was very popular so we sat outside, luckily it was a beautiful summer evening so that was a treat. And then we were received so nicely and welcoming, very personal, not overly formal. The menu is so fascinating because raw fish is a specialty I haven't had much besides sushi. The food gave me goosebumps because of how great it was, it was so fresh and so pure in taste, tuna melted in my mouth of tenderness. I have to say a special thanks to Roman from the service team because this guy truly enjoys making people smile, a true hospitality star with his personal approach and smile, he sets an example just like the whole restaurant for anyone enjoying Japanese cuisine

The food is no longer as outstanding. Has the chef changed? Unfortunately, the billing was rude. The bread I ordered ("we'll make you four slices") was charged three times, even though only two slices were served (last time, I also got two slices for one order and was charged once...). Other orders were charged at a factor of 1.3, without any prompting or notice. The food and other service were still okay, though.

It's hard for me to judge, but the fact that the waiter seems offended whenever we let a few words slip in German ("English, please") and reprimands me for ordering three starters, two intermediate courses, and one main course "to share" instead of 2-2-2 ("I don't think that's so good," he said!) halves my enjoyment: that's completely unacceptable. The food triggered an allergy in my companion (not included in this review because we don't know what caused it). And I don't generally have anything against Berlin's informal culture, but I've never experienced it as often as the young man who escorted us the five meters from the entrance to our table, addressing me (more than twice his age) 15 times in the process—for me, a further lack of distance. In that respect, it's a shame about the sometimes good, sometimes excellent food.

I love November, this is our second time there. It was truly a pleasure sitting at the bar and watching them work. I'm sorry I didn't get the bartender's name, they were excellent at helping us pair a drink with a meal, and all of their suggestions were wonderful. Worth it to come here just for drinks and the raw bar, which is what we did, even though we were seduced by all the dishes and ended up eating more than we thought we would! Everything was excellent, especially the prawns, toro carpaccio and the cheesecake at the end. I'm already planning my return.

Very interesting Japanese Brasserie concept. We went with a group of five and had ample opportunity to sample many of their cocktails and dishes. The cocktails were interesting combinations and all excellent , including the non alcoholic versions. We all were impressed by the perfection of the presentation, the outstanding quality of the food of the fish, meat and veggie options. The absolute favourites were the scallops carpaccio, the tuna, the sea bass with tomato puree, the miso glazed aubergine, the duck dishes, the risotto…., also really impressive were the desserts, especially the matcha chocolate lava cake with matcha ice cream. Service was very attentive and efficient and the atmosphere was extremely convivial. Big brownie points for pleasant rest rooms with Aesop soap. They have a lovely terrace. There was a long queue when we arrived, so reservation highly recommended.

The food was excellent, but the portions were too small for the price. The staff were moderately friendly and cleared the table before everyone had finished eating.

Great appetizers and sashimi variations – we really enjoyed both of these sections of the menu. The kimchi was also close to perfection. However, the main courses (risotto with morels and glazed eggplant) disappointed us. To round things off perfectly, we simply ordered more sea bass sashimi and were very happy with it. Our clear recommendation: skip the main courses and order all the sashimi variations, as well as the excellent starters for sharing.

We loved the sea bream, and the salmon carpaccio was also very good. The tuna tostato was also a very good mix of crispy chips and soft fish. The Red Dot and Kiwi cocktails were our favorites! We'll be back!

The service was good, the food honestly overpriced. We have been several times to November and it feels like the quality and quantity has decreased. I was very excited for a few dishes on the menu which we have been informed were unavailable that evening. I am not taking about 1 or 2 dishes but several including key selling points. Aubergine was very disappointed, soggy peanut mess, the croquettes are amazing.

Super delicious food that more than justifies the price. I'll be back.

There was some chaos at the reservation. Made the reservation for a dinner 3 weeks in advance even reconfirmed the reservation two days before the date, but strangely got an email of cancellation on the night before at 10pm… finally got through on the call on the afternoon of the day of the reserved dinner, I was told some a woman called to cancel my reservation… odd… good that at the end the restaurant still made a table for me at the same time I reserved. Quite a busy restaurant during the weekend, but the food was excellent. The quality of the sashimi fish was top notch, and there was some contemporary touch on their own flavors/sources accompanied. The wine choices were extensive, but the highlight was definitely the cocktails. Maybe a next time to try the warm dishes here.

Really great food, wouldn’t expect anything less from the owners of the catch. Fish quality is exceptional. Service is top tier for Berlin, eager and attentive. I’m not a huge fan of the 2 hour table limit when you’re paying premiums but it’s very well paced so for me it worked without feeling rushed. Atmosphere is warm mid century modern living room with light chatter, airy and divine.

The food, especially the raw fish, was extremely good. Very nice ambiance and super friendly service. Unfortunately, the wine prices were a bit too expensive for my taste.

The atmosphere was incredibly cozy with a beautifully designed interior. The food was absolutely delicious, and while the prices are on the higher side, they’re well justified by the quality. The menu is concise, which we appreciated. As a couple, we shared three starters, two main courses, and two desserts, along with a bottle of white wine. Don’t miss the lava cake and the San Sebastián cheesecake — both are must-tries!

Amazing one, if you are looking for high quality authentic sashimi, nigiri, here you go! The red prawns and sea bream are outstanding!!! Then if you have chef table, you really can see how they make the food with focus and hearts 🥳 super sweet! And also general service is great, with nice vibes as well! All in all, really enjoyed!

In Berlin, it’s quite rare to find a place where you can enjoy exceptionally fresh sashimi and sushi prepared by a professional chef. The service was outstanding, and the food was served promptly. Despite the busy atmosphere, the chef’s continuous attention to the quality and presentation of the dishes was truly impressive.

The restaurant's decor is beautiful, and the service is excellent. Unfortunately, the food doesn't offer the best value for money. I found the wine list most disappointing. Charging three times the price for mediocre wines is a bit much, I think...

November is probably by far one of the best fusion food restaurant that I’ve ever been too. Setting aside fine dining restaurants, personally, they set bar for what good fusion food should taste like. The ambience, the service rendered and of course the flavors - everything was simply impeccable. We certainly had an enjoyable experience. A definite recommend!

As someone who eats daily in the restaurants i just say that every time I come here it’s best restaurant experience I have had in a while. This is the one restaurant that has it all. Excellent drinks, food, staff and ambience. Best espresso martini, best negroni, best cheesecake etc. no one does it better. Claudia and Gabrielle always make our experience beyond. Everything is just so perfect here. I would just like to have the music slightly louder but that’s just personal preference. Thank you for everything. We always come back!

I’m simply amazed by everything. The food, the service, and the atmosphere. My favorite has got to be the Grilled Sea Bass, the combination of the tomato puree, the white sauce and the crispiness of the fish skin = perfection. The toro nigiris melt in my mouth, so buttery & fatty big yumm! The scallop nigiris are bursting with umami & oceanic flavors too. Cute place, cozy & warm vibe. Staffs are so polite & helpful, highly skilled chefs too. Definitely would come back here 100/10❤️

An absolute gem! The food was simply divine!! Every dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The service was equally impressive: attentive, warm and professional throughout the entire meal. Prices are completely fair and more than reasonable considering the outstanding quality of both the food and the experience. Highly recommended!

Disappointing birthday meal for Japan fans What can you say... a birthday meal for Japan fans that unfortunately fell through. The food didn't come in a timely manner. It was said before that the raw bar takes longer, but then why does the whole sea bream sashimi come 20 minutes before the raw shrimp? A nigiri meal for a child for a total of €59 - as maki were not possible today - arrived over an hour after ordering and then with wasabi! Even if it is not noticeable when ordering, the service MUST point it out. For the second time there and for the price and the substandard service not a third time. The Bib Gourmand is totally wrong with his assessment: “You can look forward to competent and friendly, natural service.” You had to almost intrusively ask if you could get a second glass of wine and the ponzu sauce can be cleared away without asking after payment and without food on the table - at that point asking politely is too late.

Best food I’ve had in a while. The raw fish options wow’ed us in every possible way. Pricy, bur worth it for a special occasion. We will be back

Food was great, location was great too. The only major drawback is the allotted time slot for eating. You just have the feeling of being rushed through the courses you ordered, especially since you need at least six dishes for two people. A little more peace and composure while eating would be great.

Just awesome! The service was very welcoming and helpful. We ended up picking all the dishes recommended to us and not regretting a single one - it was delicious. Can only recommend sitting at the chef's table and watching the magic happen.

The food are moderate, service are excellent even it was quite full and it took awhile for the everything to be served but the waiter is excellent.

The three of us had dinner on Sunday evening. Very good and exceptional food; we shared every course. Very friendly and competent staff. Lovingly furnished. Short vacation! Gladly again at any time. Small drawback: For people who no longer have healthy hearing (and/or are still too vain for hearing aids), the room acoustics - even in combination with the music - are a bit strenuous.

The two sushi chefs are true masters and the quality of the fish is incredibly good. The whole sea bream is particularly recommended as sashimi with two delicious sauces. A real treat every time!

Best food in Berlin. My friend and I booked the chef table, amazing experience and super recommended, you can see how they prepare everything and it’s really an experience. The food was delicious (we ordered almost the full menu, which was too much) but the quality and the way is prepared is exquisite, also the chefs are very respectful and professional. The cocktails are delicious and the guy making them super professional and nice, highly advisable to get one. In general, our visit was 10/10, great food and atmosphere ( a bit noisy tho) One small thing, was our waitress, for a place like this you will expect more respect and professionalism. She was quite unexperienced and intrusive, her recommendations were too forced and not great. It was a pity because she made us quite uncomfortable, I believe the staff facing customers shall be carefully picked.

😍😍😍 wonderful dining experience!!! Incredible start with a special twist on a whisky sour (the dot is the name of the cocktail). The sharing concept is wonderful because you get to try so much and the amount of food to order that the waiter recommended was just the right amount. The highlight of all the dishes were the sauces - so flavourful and unique 😍 some of my favs were the Aubergine, the asparagus (also asparagus season which probably makes them extra awesome!!), the turbot, all of the nigiri melt on your tongue, the tostadas and the kohlrabi salad is not to be disregarded… everything we had was amazing. Beautifully and elegantly decorated and well spaced tables. One small complaint is that the dishes coukd have been served with a bit more time in between each. They kept coming as we were still working on the previous, probably because that’s when they were ready, but having a bit of time in between each would have been nice. Lol that’s also why I don’t have pictures cquse low-key didn’t have time cquse the dishes kept coming. So so so so worth checking out!!!!!!

November is honestly one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to. The place is super modern, the atmosphere is really warm and welcoming. The staff were so kind and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. And the food is just amazing. The raw fish was incredibly good, and every dish was full of flavor and really well done. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in Berlin!

All dishes are of the highest quality, we tried various raw specialties and starters and everything was perfect. The selection of drinks, whether cocktails or wine, are also first-class. Be sure to sit at the bar and admire the bosses at work. This is art!

The waitress from Estonia was great. So was a bowl of sushi rice, kimchi, a serving of morels and one of asparagus. However, some seafood was of unusually low quality including toro sashimi, Sicilian red prawns, scallop and salmon sashimi. The hamachi, tuna, and sea bream sashimi and a toro carpaccio was good. The uni nigiri was close to inedible, but the restaurant did not act on our feedback about this. It is unacceptable to serve raw seafood of such a variable quality even if it had been in a supermarket!

Wonderful place. We had a lovely dinner with exquisite food and wonderful, thoughtful and kind service. This is a beautifully designed restaurant, everything is perfectly thought out. From the lighting to the sound insulation to the music and color choices. We were first seated near the entrance and when a bigger group came, the waiter immediately offered us a seat at the back of the restaurant. Here, we could watch the sushi masters and even though the restaurant was full, it was not noisy and very pleasant to have a conversation. The waiters were delightful, attentive and charming. We still joke that although we travelled far and wide, the best quality raw fish we had was in Berlin, here at November (and The Catch). Now I’m spoiled forever and it’s hard to enjoy other restaurants! The quality and care of the food is amazing. Every bite tastes wonderful. I preferred the raw options over the cooked dish we had, but overall the flavors are wonderfully balanced (also for the drinks).

Food very good, but very small portions. The San Sebastian cheesecake was heavenly. The bread is not that tasty, fried toast, a small re-ordered one was charged at 1.50 euros. Wines very expensive, the service staff has no idea about wine. Otherwise a bit cramped and hectic, also from the service staff.

I had such a lovely dinner here, so glad I came across the restaurant on my hunt for sushi. The service was exceptional. Everyone I interacted with was super personable. The red dot was well balanced and YUM. I ordered it twice. I absolutely loved the bluefin tuna sashimi. The ponzu sauce and avocado creme added the perfect touches. Out of the nigiri, the sea bream, hamachi, and torched salmon were my top 3. But they were all fresh and delicious. I would gladly eat here again next time I travel back to Berlin.

It's difficult to put into words what we experienced that night when we came for dinner at NOVEMBER. Their concept revolves around selecting a variety of dishes to share at your table. By doing so, you get to enjoy a wider range of flavors, textures, and aromas, which creates an engaging dining experience. It felt like an evening of discovery into the fine nuances of Japanese cuisine, featuring extraordinary fish prepared in various ways. We had so much fun! The cocktails were also delicious and served as a perfect starting point. Some of our highlights included the grilled aubergine (which is vegan), the freshly cut and raw daurade, and the gambas along with their toppings. The service was super friendly and professional! The only downside is that you have a time limit of just two hours before you need to leave, which can feel a bit tight if you want to go for the full experience with cocktails and desserts. This might be one of our favourite restaurants in Berlin. Thank you for the experience!

Fantastic experience at November's. The Dorade Sashimi was really outstanding. Rarely had outside of Japan such a delightful raw fish experience - nothing fancy, just a Dorade and extremely fresh. Loved the dips especially the simple Ponzu and the salted lime (or yuzu?) zest coming with it. Beside sushi and sashimi the other dishes would qualify as high quality izakaya dishes and the miso marinated braised black halibut was my highlight of these. If you enjoy casual fine dining and love having a glimpse into contemporary Japanese cuisine - November is the place to go in Berlin, also counting famous and hip charlottenburg places...

One of the best restaurants I've been to in a long time. Everything melted in your mouth, the sushi was like a master chef from Japan, and the different components in the dishes were perfectly balanced. Yes, it's expensive, but this meal is worth it! We enjoyed it so much that we'll be back on our next trip to Berlin.

Very tasty and super great. All the employees are very nice. The only shame is that there are no lemurs. But even for that they found a solution. Really recommended!

Such a great experience! The service was impecable, super attentive and they explained every dish and made great recomendations. We were sat at the chefs counter wich I think makes the whole experience better and more special than at a regular table! We mostly ate dishes from the raw section but there was nothing I wouln’t have tried because everything sounded amazing. Would recommend as like a special occasion kind of restaurant as it can get pricey but honestly for the quality in everything it’s definetly worth it.
