Seriously, why on earth is that old blonde woman allowed to work there? She completely ignored me, even though I was standing right in front of her. She preferred to chat with her colleagues and didn't respond to my question at all. Unbelievable!

Absolutely terrible, inedible. I love Nordsee, but this isn't a Nordsee store anymore. I hope I don't get food poisoning.

I bought a mixed box at this Nordsee branch in Duisburg Central Station and ended up finding a fried fly on a French fry – absolutely disgusting! Unfortunately, I had to catch my train and couldn't report it right away. I hope Nordsee enforces its hygiene standards more effectively.

They charged my credit card double the amount, unfortunately I only noticed it later.

The three stars for service are only being maintained because of the friendly employee today (December 13, 2024, 12:30 p.m.). If only the irritated gentleman had been there, it would have been 0 stars. Consistently rude replies ruined my otherwise excellent experience at Nordsee. Please be careful!

The train station constantly smells of rancid cave grease since the North Sea moved in. Not nice.

Refers to an order via Lieferando: Is that supposed to be fish? 1. Price-performance poor. The box was barely filled with "fish" and the shrimp were hard. More breading than anything else. This is not fish but fish sticks. 2. I would have liked the burger warm, but it has to be cold? Unfortunately, it also looked as if it had been on display for a few hours. More vegetables and bread than fish. 3. The delivery time was a good 90 minutes, that's not possible because I only live 5km away. As I said, it's just too expensive for the price and high-quality fish looks and tastes different. Next time I'd rather invest the 15 euros in sushi with my sushi man, who makes it all fresh, or I'll go to Penny and get 200g salmon slices and put them on toast, that costs 4.79 euros and I'll have real fish and taste . Thanks, but no thanks. Like every fast food chain, it's just bummer.

If we had known that it was just a kiosk at the station, we would not have looked for it. For those who change at the station, maybe it's good. There are no tables, you have to take food with you... when we were there (15 hours), there were a dozen sandwiches, 20 pieces of shrimp and a handful of French fries. Maybe they cook to order, we ate elsewhere. In addition, they searched for this place for a long time, the navigator did not make it 50 meters to the cafe, and the employees sent the information in the other direction. So I didn't get to try the signature salmon. It's a pity!

Never again! Alleged delivery time 35-45 minutes. It's been an hour now, for minutes it said: your order will be prepared in 20 minutes, then it became 24 and now it's supposedly 23, I have diabetes. If I had injected according to their timing... Food arrived after over an hour, for €8.99 exactly 6 fish nuggets, fish & chips 4 nuggets and a tiny portion of unsalted, soggy fries 😡 Never ever again!!!! The 1 star only because it doesn't work without it!!!!

Forgot to send my chocolate-vanilla dream. I called several times and no one answered... just treat yourself to some dry fries

At North Sea you only get dry and old sandwiches. These were prepared on request in the morning and are on display all day.

What a horror of bad food! The rolls would be good for filling holes or feeding the pigeons on the station forecourt, but nothing more. These were by far the worst rolls I've eaten in a very, very long time. The staff was as unfriendly as I have ever experienced! Our food was so cold that it felt like we had just taken it out of the fridge. With all my love, that was the x number of times I've eaten at Nordsee in the last few months, but now it's over with fun, since this experience on Saturday will be the last time I've gotten something to eat there, and for two Rolls, just under €10, are a shame to take when they are of this quality!!! You simply can't be that hungry anymore to eat something there again, for me this chain is history forever. I'm really mad about the North Sea! I've fallen for it x times in the last few months. What I ate from Bremer was a disgrace, every cold burger from MC Donald tastes better than this Bremer. I've had enough now!

Unfortunately, most fish rolls have recently been made from brown bread instead of white bread, which goes much better with fish. Bremer was still in a white roll, recently kept warm, which I think is better, but somehow the meatball was no longer coarse on the inside like it used to be but just a soft porridge. Funny. It's been a long time since I ate at North Sea. I still remember the white fried fish rolls and Bremer for 1.50€ instead of now 2.60€!!!

Super freundliches Personal und mega auswahl

Seit Monaten geht in dieser Filiale das Punkte sammeln bzw Fische sammeln Scanner nicht. Bei so einer Unternehmen darf dass nicht so lange ausserbetrieb sein. Ich werde demnächst woanders kaufen. Heute wollte ich wegen blackweek Deal doppelte Punkte mit dem App. Scanner immer noch defekt wofür dann werben mit Punkte sammeln. Sogar ein Stern zuviel wegen seit Monaten das selbe Problem.

War schon öfters dort was holen, alles top sauber lecker und sehr höfliche nette Mitarbeiter 👍

Ekelhaftes essen nie wieder hab es zurückgebracht und denen geschenkt

Nettes Personal und für den kleinen Hunger zwischendurch gibt es halt leckeren Fisch. Neben belegtenFisch-Brötchen gibt es auch Salate und Softdrinks, Kaffee und Limonade aus dem Glasbehälter. Seit kurzen leider kein Paybsck-Partner mehr.

Sehr unfreundlich , stehen am kaffeeautomat, die andere sotierte ihre Tüten. Und ich als Kunde stand bis ich bedient würde , aber das noch nicht mal müsste es mir selbst nehmen , und eine andere Frau hat es in die Tüte bekommen weil sie bedient würde .Ich finde es unverschämt nie wieder sollten andere und freundliche Bedingung reinsetzen ,wie die beiden unfreundliche damen dort . Nordsee macht was dagegen

Als Snack fuer zwischendurch in Ordnung,2x Backfischbaguettes gekauft, eins war kalt das andere lauwarm,Coupons wurden vom Handy akzeptiert,nahe des Hauptbahnhofes

Sehr schlechtes Essen. Mikrowelle Fisch. Unfreundliches Personal. Viel Geld für die schlechte Qualität. Mitarbeiter ignorieren Beschwerden. Tut nichts dagegen. Schmutzige Toiletten. Wir werden hier nie wieder essen.

War über TooGoodToGo dort. Die Portion war riesig. Und sehr lecker.

Die Verkäuferin am Morgen sind super nett, immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen! Weiter so! Mir fällt eine ganz besonders auf sie hat kurze Haare, sie lacht immer und macht witze einfach Klasse leider konnte ich den Namen nicht lesen!
