The food in the restaurant is very good

Despite the fact that the Asian staff don’t speak good English (it would be their third language) they were very accommodating and helpful. Food was promptly served and it was good value for money.

High quality food, everything from the noodle to the gyosa seems to be homemade. Great sushi and inexpensive lunch. Unfortunately, the selection of drinks lacks typical Asian classics, but homemade ice teas are refreshing, so you can try them. I've been there several times now, every few months, and I remember the store positively.

The food was ok, the service was super nice and the ambience was really nice. Unfortunately it was so loud that you could barely hear the person sitting next to you and had to talk very loudly. This of course makes it even louder overall, which is what you're actually trying to avoid. Overall the food was okay. The sushi was delicious. The edamame first was really great, the gyoza was OK. The fried noodles with baked duck weren't that good. So the noodles were tasty, but no more refined in taste than at the Asian snack bar. I had slightly higher expectations. The duck was tasty, but a little too cooked for my taste but not dry. The mochi ice cream for dessert was also delicious, but tasted very comparable to the one I bought from Edeka. I was hoping for something more sophisticated again. I can recommend the edamame and the sushi. But due to the volume, it's more likely to be picked up than eaten on site.

After lunch I left the shop very hungry because the portions I (and my companion) had were really disproportionately small. I haven't experienced anything like this before and I'm not used to it from previous visits, especially since the prices have risen and you can then expect that at least the quantity won't change significantly. The disproportion was really very clear.

Most central location compared to Central station. Very nice atmosphere, friendly and quick service. The food was good, but not great either. Price ok, but not that cheap.

This is the best restaurant in the world

Quality of the food is okay, but not outstanding. The sushi rolls were very small and the food came before the drinks. In general, we had the impression that they wanted us out as quickly as possible so that the table could be occupied again - the next guests were already waiting in the entrance area.

Sooo delicious food with quick and friendly service!

This is a very popular place, and for good reason: the food is quite tasty and despite the number of guests it arrived fairly quickly. Nice interiors too. However, the atmosphere is chaotic. Any time you enter, there are many people waiting for a table awkwardly positioned right at the door facing people coming in. It is loud and super busy, so while it’s not a big deal or outlandish per se, it’s not an ideal place for an intimate, cozy dinner. If you do want to eat here regardless, best make a reservation. The thing that did bother me was that the staff—however friendly—kept hovering over my group and asking how we will pay etc., without us calling them. It felt as we were rushed after we finished our meal so that other guests could come. I did not appreciate that feeling.

Despite the high number of visitors, we got a table without a reservation. The service was good and the food arrived very quickly. Really delicious sushi in quite small portions so you can try your way through. The homemade lemonades also taste good. The only “drawback” is that the space is crowded and therefore it is quite loud. Nevertheless, a restaurant that I can recommend without reservation

I was there at lunchtime today to get sushi to take away because I didn't have time. After waiting about 15 minutes, I said it was urgent. The employee told me it would take a while because the restaurant had just opened and the sushi was also being made fresh. But then she served the two ladies who ordered after me first. That's why I had to wait a total of 20 minutes. I'll never go there again!

I liked coming here back then. Nowadays, intolerances such as lactose are not even addressed at lunchtime, when the shop is only minimally busy, and the portions have shrunk very much over the years. SHAME!

The old aunt and waiter discriminate against Asians, and they have to be educated when they come to shop, which is outrageous.

Finally a ramen that is very similar to the one in Japan. Everything else was also very good rather than good.

I ate at Noosou two times so far and I would go again and again. I dont think I ate a better sushi ever in my entire life. The plate was generous filled with amazing tastes passion and love. Don't forget to make a reservation before because the restaurant is full all the time(because the food is amazing).

Beef and prawn sushi roll taste so good, and the scallop roll also taste good. The phở bò (Vietnamese Beef Noodle Soup), really the best we ate in Europe. We came from Hong Kong (food paradise). This restaurant won’t disappoint you. You must try it when you in Bremen. It’s better book your table before you go. I walked in on Sunday 6pm. Waited 30 mins to go in. It worth to wait. The male waiter can speak English, and a waitress can speak Cantonese. Other staff seems not really familiar with English.

Didn’t expect to have such a delicious beer noodles, me and my wife just looking for a nice restaurant by random. The soup of the noodle really good, and the noodles are just as tasty as in Vietnam .

The ramen is not very good, but the other, more southeast asian dishes definitely make up for it. The restaurant feels very premium, but that is reflected in the prices.

Very tasty sushi and really generous with the fish... that's why I almost only eat at Noosou. Other stores could learn a lesson from this. Really really great! Prices have recently increased but are still fair.

Good food, overpriced, poor service, unfriendly and very impatient

The food in this restaurant is delicious, especially the sushi is highly recommended. The price-performance ratio is definitely right here. The service is always super nice and makes you feel completely comfortable. The atmosphere is very cozy and beautifully designed. We always enjoy coming here and are already looking forward to our next visit!

A wonderful thing, the attention, the food, the speed.

Wir waren gestern Abend mit einer kleinen Mädelsgruppe da essen. Ein entspannter Abend mit Freundinnen war leider nicht möglich. Wir wurden zwischendurch gebeten an einen anderen Tisch umziehen. Das Essen - nichts besonderes... selbstgemachten Eis und Limonaden - sehr lecker. Leider sehr laut und auch Vollgestellt, es kommt kein wohliges Gefühl zum Essen auf. Das "Highlight des Tages" kam erst nach dem bezahlen. Der Kellner hat uns gesagt, dass wir ein Rekord brachen (wir saßen über 3 Stunden da) und den Tisch blockiert haben... ( zudem haben wir uns auch immer Getränke nachbestellt, und saßen nicht nur so da.... ) Nach unsere fragende blicken hat er noch ergänzt " haben Sie die die Leute am Eingang nicht gesehen?".... also sowas haben wir noch nicht erlebt... Fazit - nie wieder . Für uns ist das kein Restaurant, eher ein Kundenfliesband, als Gast ist man da nicht gern gesehen.

First time ramen. On the recommendation of a colleague. I was skeptical. But I really enjoyed it. Something different than always Greek or Italian. Food great, staff great, furnishings and ambience great. And that's close to the train station. We'd love to come back.

Well attended and there is a good reason for that because the food is very good here. That's why I recommend a table reservation. Friendly service.

Everything is going perfectly in the store!! You can tell how much the employees love their job and put in the effort. Everything runs quickly and the food is super tasty. We were served by a young man who was very accommodating and took care of everything. Always happy to come back.

Gewoon eten omdat mijn restaurant in het hotel gesloten was. (Courtyyard, ) Een fles water en Lucky Duck. Nadat ik bestelde stond het eten er met een 2 minuten op tafel. Nou heb gegeten en was nou niet je dat en smaakvol ook eigenlijk niet. Maar wil je snel eten moet je hier zijn. Lieve dame die me hielp. Was 25.60 € kwijt.

Very good Asian food, we absolutely enjoyed it. The service is a bit chaotic and disorganized, but the food makes up for it all. The menu is suitable for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians.

Very good food 8/10 and above all very aesthetically decorated. Open ambience with lots of glass to look out. The L-shape also creates a bit of coziness. The tables are well arranged here.

Tasty Tokio Udon with refreshing lemonade.

Great and delicious restaurant! The food here tastes really great, be it a starter or a main course. I can only highly recommend the udon noodles. I can also highly recommend all of the Homemade Lemonades. The service was super friendly and I think the food only came 5-6 minutes later. So really good! I will definitely want to try more here!

The menu also contains vegetarian dishes, which are specifically marked on the menu. The food was served quickly, was hot and tasted very tasty. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Hair in the food indoors is unhygienic never again!

We've been here several times, but it's getting worse, especially the service isn't friendly at all and the food has gotten significantly worse, but of course the prices have gotten higher... we'll never go here again... bye bye👋

Bad service. Small portions. No recommendation

The service was good and it was quick too. Unfortunately the food was just mediocre. My rice was overcooked and the rest wasn't particularly good either. Maybe you have to eat meat or fish, the vegetarian dishes we had were at least not that good.

One of the few places where you can eat good sushi.

I had dinner here with a friend. We both had a chicken dish. Unfortunately the quality of the chicken meat was very poor - it was very mixed.

Personalen är verkligen söt och service minded. Vi fick snabbt hjälp och vårt vin. En grau burgunder som kan rekommenderas. Vi åt vacker sushi som tyvärr inte når upp till ett toppbetyg. Riset var inte helt perfekt och smakkombinationerna när inte ända fram. Allt gick absolut att äta, men det lilla sista saknades. Dock är maten prisvärd och vi gick hem mätta.

Last night we had dinner at noosou with a small group of girls (5 people). The service (especially Ronny) was very courteous and always up for a joke. The homemade iced teas and lemonades were very tasty and a change from the typical soft drinks. The food was also very tasty. Due to the heat (it was 30 degrees outside), the windows/door elements were opened to the street, which unfortunately resulted in hardly any temperature difference and the volume made it difficult to have a pleasant conversation. But overall a recommendation.

Overall basic restaurant. The staff is not very polite. The food is not so tasty. The corn comes from a can and destroys every food. The ramen is boiling hot resulting into waiting for 20’ just to reach edible temperature. The service is fast. They have lunch offer.

One of the best Asian restaurants in all of Bremen. Food was great. I've been here a lot over the last few years and the food, service and atmosphere have never disappointed me. We've never had to wait 30 minutes+ for our food. Super tasty sushi and everything else, such as the Phó and Udon noodle soups are super tasty.

We came here based on a recommendation and were not disappointed. Very nice service, extremely tasty food and great homemade drinks - the cola can stay on the shelf. The ambience is also harmonious, but not quite at the same high level. Prices are completely reasonable for what is on offer.

Went there for lunch and really enjoyed it. Since we were in a hurry, we asked how long it would take and the food arrived within about 3/5 minutes. The waitress was very friendly and the atmosphere was very relaxed

Wowowowowo I love it so much here. 😭😭😭The service is really nice! The lunch offer is good, but unfortunately increased to 12.90. The prices are hurting a bit now :( but that's the case everywhere 🥲 I can particularly recommend the Osaka Udon. Whoa! Is my comfort food 🤞🤞

A highly recommended restaurant. And it is especially advisable to reserve a table. I am a vegetarian and have eaten delicious sushi and bún. It's a shame that every vegetarian/vegan main course (except sushi) has tofu and/or seitan, but you can safely ignore that if it tastes good! The service is very courteous and quick. You don't have to wait long. It's very loud there, probably because of the high ceilings. So it was difficult for my older companion to have a conversation. But overall we were thrilled and will be back.

The shop was pretty full, had to wait a good 15 minutes, which wasn't a problem. I just don't understand at all how this restaurant managed to establish itself with such disastrous food. To be fair, I didn't have any sushi, just ramen. First, edamame, which was probably pre-cooked the morning or day before and then briefly put in the microwave to serve. I didn't know edamame could be so gross. The ramen afterwards was simply overcooked. Very little came through in terms of taste, although ramen was supposed to taste relatively intense. The types of pasta are also strange, but well… toppings were okay. There was also a homemade lemonade. Looked refreshing and tasty, but unfortunately it wasn't. The one from the supermarket is better. Conclusion: If you know a little about Asian cuisine, you should definitely look for something else.

Allerbeste köstliche vietnamesische Küche. Es ist immer sehr gut besucht, zurecht. Ramen und Pho sind hervorragend gemacht, mein Tipp: Bun bo. Täglich könnte ich hier essen.

We didn't like the food at all. It was very bland, far too greasy. Gave the food back. When asked, there was no insight, accommodation or discount. The only excuse given was when the boss was asked that he didn't speak German. Likewise, none of the employees wanted to mediate. NEVER AGAIN...DON'T COME HERE

I am so disappointed. It was my first time in Bremen and I often eat Asian food. But the noodles here were so greasy, it didn't taste good. I returned it after trying it twice because without trying it you don't know if it tastes good. Of course I didn't want to pay for the noodles either. This was dismissed by the staff with "You've already eaten" and "I'm just an employee", "otherwise it will be deducted from my salary". Then I wanted to clarify the situation with the boss and the answer came: "He doesn't understand much German." I'm so disappointed, this is not customer-oriented behavior, there was no apology or accommodation. Absolutely unprofessional. And despite the discussion, I had to pay for the entire meal.

The first shop in Bremen where I ate delicious sushi. Finally I no longer have to drive to Osnabrück. The starter soup was also delicious. The price was also very attractive. However, a big drawback: the main street right next door is super loud and unfortunately that disturbs when eating.
