Super tasty food, people hectic but attentive

Very friendly staff. The food came quickly and it was delicious.

I've eaten there many times and it's really great in every respect. There is so much choice when it comes to food, I have tried a lot myself and everything has tasted excellent so far. Whenever I eat there I feel comfortable because of the ambience and the nice and respectful service. I can definitely recommend Noosou to anyone who is wondering whether it is worth a try👍.

The food was delicious and even though the shop was full we didn't have to wait long for our ramen and bowl. Absolutely recommended. The sushi at the other tables looked amazing.

I always crave for fusion sushi and i can definitely say they did a very good job.. sushi was flavourful and fresh. We also tried coconut shrimp curry, good enough shrimp but flavour was a bit bland. Overall my experience was good. Stuff are okay 👌 For sushi i can definitely recommend this place.

We have been there several times over the last few years and have always been satisfied. Unfortunately, yesterday the visit was not very positive. There were errors in orders where the wrong items ended up on the table. The food itself was unfortunately very very very little seasoned. Not just with me. Buddhist fasting food, Ramen Osaka and Bun Chai were ALL lightly seasoned 5/10, which is not allowed with Asian cuisine. The homemade Lemonade Freudetraumel was quite okay 7/10 It was also very loud, which didn't offer a pleasant experience. Overall, unfortunately it wasn't a good experience yesterday. If that changes in the future, I will edit the review again.

Discovered the restaurant by chance and tried it out because both the restaurant and the menu were very appealing. The ladies were extremely friendly and helpful. The food also came quite quickly and it was a pure taste experience. The summer rolls tasted fresh and delicious and the gyoza were also great. I also highly recommend the Thai beef dish with rice. Only the selection of open wines wasn't good, otherwise everything was great.

Been there for the first and last time. Ordered beef Vietnam style, tasted delicious but had to look for the meat. Finally ordered coffee and had to pay for the coffee cream as well. One was free.

Very stylish, modern Asian decor. Service extremely friendly and accommodating. Restaurant very clean. Dishes absolutely authentic and very tasty, as usual. 9 minutes from order to table, great! Price performance very good. Driving 92 kilometers...it's worth it!

Very good sushi at a fair price. However, the curry could be spicier (as advertised).

We walked on early on a Friday evening with no reservation. The food came fast after ordering and the staff were friendly. The tempura starter was the best item we ordered and kara Tori was also pretty good although the chicken was a bit stringy for my taste. The Tokio ramen was standard, not the best I've had but pretty good. The broth was the best part and they did the ramen eggs as they should be but there was nothing making it stand out. Unfortunately, there are no caps on the hot sauce bottles and when the waiter was moving a table he dropped one and it stained my brand new light blue shoes. It was a bit unusual that they were left without lids and also that he was not careful when pulling the tables apart, we would have tipped higher had that not happened.

Good sushi, fresh fish and the noodle dishes are very tasty. Service is good. You will need a reservation because this place fills up fast for a reason. Well worth the reasonable prices.

Downgraded from 5 stars to three stars. When you reserve a table over the phone you are asked whether you will be able to be ready in 90 minutes (!), which makes the evening very uncomfortable from the start and you have the feeling of having to constantly look at the clock. That doesn't work at all! In addition, the prices have risen quite a bit, which is fine in itself, but at the same time the portions have become smaller, especially with sushi. This is very obvious. It's a shame, it used to be a really great and cozy shop, now it just has the charm of an uncomfortable fast food restaurant. Location right in the city center close to the main train station. We had the offer from the lunch menu that you can also have your meal as a menu for a surcharge of (I think it was €4.90). There was then a small misou soup beforehand and you could choose one of the selected drinks. I had a Pho noodle soup. This was very tasty. Price performance is good. Ambience open, friendly, not too cramped. Service reserved but friendly.. We'll be back :)

Tuve la experiencia gastronómica perfecta para viajeros solos aquí. ¡Gracias, Noosou! El lugar era bullicioso cuando entré alrededor de la hora de la cena en un día de semana, pero estaba sentado después de 5 - 10 minutos de espera. Pedí un tazón de pho con carne de res y un té de hielo de menta y estaba perfectamente satisfecho con ambos. El pho en particular era verdaderamente sobresaliente; la porción era enorme, las guarniciones eran abundantes, el caldo era sabroso, y la carne en sí era deliciosa y se derretía - en - su boca tierna. La calidad de la carne era mejor de lo que esperaba, incluso después de que el camarero me lo recomendó con ayuda. En general, como dije, tuve una comida perfectamente satisfactoria, y el personal era amable y paciente conmigo a pesar de que entré solo durante la hora punta. ¡No podría haber pedido más!

I visit this restaurant regularly and am satisfied every time. The atmosphere is very nice and the staff are friendly. The food, whether ramen or sushi, always tastes excellent. Particularly recommended! There is also a lunch menu in the morning with cheaper prices - a great option for anyone who wants to enjoy good food at fair prices. All around great!

Actually, I had good memories of it nooso. For lunch there was Odon noodle chicken triaky and, for an additional charge, miso soup. The soup was inedible and fishy, ​​which the waitress confirmed to me. I had the soup returned, but everything was charged at 100% on the grounds that I could have also ordered a salad. In addition, the main course was bland and didn't taste like Teriaky. There was no apology nor any attention. Unlucky! I'll think carefully about another visit.

A very atmospheric place with delicious food, definitely one of the best Asian cuisines I have ever tried in my life, the dishes served here are fantastic, the ramen is in a class of its own, just like the sushi, which will be remembered for a long time, the appetizers are also fantastic, the service is at the highest level, everything is served extremely quickly. Certainly a place worth recommending, where everyone will find something for themselves and you will certainly not be disappointed.

The food tasted good and the homemade iced tea was great. The vegan selection is clear, but everyone should be able to find something they like. The price-performance ratio is very good. We paid just under €30 for two main courses and two drinks. The service was friendly and very quick. Despite the very full shop (probably due to a demo) and a spontaneous visit without a reservation, we managed to get a place for the four of us. We were told we only had 1 hour, but I think that's perfectly fine and appropriate for the situation. The furnishings are very nice and cozy. There is a small point deduction for the fact that it is very open and therefore noisy - at least when the store is full.

Full marks for Noosou in Bremen! The restaurant is definitely an enrichment for the Bremen gastronomy scene. The decor and ambience are very chic. The premises have been used for all sorts of things in the past, solariums, decorative shops, etc. Noosou is definitely worth a visit. I'm a sushi fan, but I got the tip that you can eat very good sushi here. I had chicken in garlic and received a deliciously presented plate. I found the chicken in the form of small grilled balls. My God, how delicious they were! And first the sauce. There could have been two spoonfuls more of that. Overall, my food came quickly, was very hot, and the price and performance were right. It's also a good place to go during your lunch break if you don't have too much time. Top recommendation for anyone who likes Asian food, definitely try it!

Average Asian restaurant close to the train station. The food was tasty but nothing special and had little taste. However, relatively good price/performance ratio. Staff rather taciturn and cannot answer questions about the food. In addition, very industrial furnishings and uncomfortable if you are placed directly in front of the toilet corridor.

Today I ate at Noosou for the second time. I decided on miso soup and duck teriyaki with fried udon noodles and vegetables. Everything was very tasty, the duck was perfect. The service was great as always. I would love to continue to eat here.

Lunch - to be honest, a few meters away from the competition in the train station you will be full, unlike here. Have to Lucky lunch menu ordered for Take along. The price is low compared to evening meals but the portion is also very small. I supposedly had fried pasta with chicken breast according to the description. Visually there was no sign of it. The noodles didn't even go through which gave me a stomach ache for hours afterwards. So the price-performance ratio definitely failed. They won't see me again!

This is not a restaurant, this is heaven!

Today I was very disappointed. The waiters were mostly polite, except for the "main waitress" (maybe she was the manager). She behaved very rudely. I ordered ramen and while serving it the young waitress spilled some of it. She immediately started wiping everything off and apologizing. It's okay, I said, because it can happen to anyone☺️Then I noticed that the ramen was missing Narutomaki. The manager started arguing but still brought the missing ingredients. After eating I asked for the bill, which I waited 25 minutes for. I went to the manager again and wanted to say how long I had been waiting for the bill, she interrupted me, waved me off and just left. After 2 minutes she brought the bill and rhetorically replied to her own question that I wouldn't tip her. She was right :) By the way, I also ordered sushi, they were delicious, there are no questions about that. I can't say anything bad about the cleanliness. It's a shame that such a nice place has such rude (not all) staff. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it.

The food (ramen) was ok. However, we didn't think the price was justified. We got full, but that was it. The service was partly friendly, but partly it was more of a “handling”. It is extremely loud in the store, so you should be prepared for that.

The food was fantastic, and the service was quick. I really appreciated the girl (hostess) letting me in without a reservation. However, I couldn’t help but notice some differences in how guests were treated, possibly because the place was so busy. Being alone, I wondered if having a table occupied by just one person wasn’t ideal for them. That said, the waiter was still very friendly and kind.

I wish I could stay the whole day there eating the whole menu :3 it tastes delicious and some of the drinks look cute just like the desserts. They are really friendly and I love the Sakura flower which is one the wall in the restaurant and the bar looks cool with the LED lights :0

Was there often to eat ramen. Unfortunately it's normal spaghetti instead of ramen noodles and the ramen somehow only consists of spaghetti. Little of the other ingredients included. I don't think it's okay for the price. Service was friendly. Otherwise the drinks and food came quickly.

I had dinner here, and it was quite nice. It seemed quite busy when we visited, so I recommend making a reservation for a better experience. We had to wait for about 10 minutes. I tried Menu 20, which included two Miso soups and various types of sushi. The sushi tasted good—not exceptional but enjoyable. For a starter, I had the gyoza, which was delicious. Overall, everything was good, and if I’m in the mood for sushi again, I would definitely consider this place.

Actually a very nice shop. But a bad experience I had to go through. I was looking around the store while I was eating and saw a spider crawling out of the spider's web. An unsavory sight that I don't want to experience again.

Near to the main train station in the city Bremen. Beautiful integriert, Delirium food and not expensive. Highly recommended!

Despite the fact that the Asian staff don’t speak good English (it would be their third language) they were very accommodating and helpful. Food was promptly served and it was good value for money.

High quality food, everything from the noodle to the gyosa seems to be homemade. Great sushi and inexpensive lunch. Unfortunately, the selection of drinks lacks typical Asian classics, but homemade ice teas are refreshing, so you can try them. I've been there several times now, every few months, and I remember the store positively.

The food was ok, the service was super nice and the ambience was really nice. Unfortunately it was so loud that you could barely hear the person sitting next to you and had to talk very loudly. This of course makes it even louder overall, which is what you're actually trying to avoid. Overall the food was okay. The sushi was delicious. The edamame first was really great, the gyoza was OK. The fried noodles with baked duck weren't that good. So the noodles were tasty, but no more sophisticated in taste than at the Asian snack bar. I had slightly higher expectations. The duck was tasty, but a little too cooked for my taste but not dry. The mochi ice cream for dessert was also delicious, but tasted very comparable to the one I bought from Edeka. I was hoping for something more sophisticated again. I can recommend the edamame and the sushi. But due to the volume, it's more likely to be picked up than eaten on site.

After lunch I left the shop very hungry because the portions I (and my companion) had were really disproportionately small. I haven't experienced anything like this before and I'm not used to it from previous visits, especially since the prices have risen and you can then expect that at least the quantity won't change significantly. The disproportion was really very clear.

Most central location compared to Central station. Very nice atmosphere, friendly and quick service. The food was good, but not great either. Price ok, but not that cheap.

Quality of the food is okay, but not outstanding. The sushi rolls were very small and the food came before the drinks. In general, we had the impression that they wanted us out as quickly as possible so that the table could be occupied again - the next guests were already waiting in the entrance area.

This is a very popular place, and for good reason: the food is quite tasty and despite the number of guests it arrived fairly quickly. Nice interiors too. However, the atmosphere is chaotic. Any time you enter, there are many people waiting for a table awkwardly positioned right at the door facing people coming in. It is loud and super busy, so while it’s not a big deal or outlandish per se, it’s not an ideal place for an intimate, cozy dinner. If you do want to eat here regardless, best make a reservation. The thing that did bother me was that the staff—however friendly—kept hovering over my group and asking how we will pay etc., without us calling them. It felt as we were rushed after we finished our meal so that other guests could come. I did not appreciate that feeling.

I was there at lunchtime today to get sushi to take away because I didn't have time. After waiting about 15 minutes, I said it was urgent. The employee told me it would take a while because the restaurant had just opened and the sushi was also being made fresh. But then she served the two ladies who ordered after me first. That's why I had to wait a total of 20 minutes. I'll never go there again!

I liked coming here back then. Nowadays, intolerances such as lactose are not even addressed at lunchtime, when the shop is only minimally busy, and the portions have shrunk very much over the years. SHAME!

The old aunt and waiter discriminate against Asians, and they have to be educated when they come to shop, which is outrageous.

Beef and prawn sushi roll taste so good, and the scallop roll also taste good. The phở bò (Vietnamese Beef Noodle Soup), really the best we ate in Europe. We came from Hong Kong (food paradise). This restaurant won’t disappoint you. You must try it when you in Bremen. It’s better book your table before you go. I walked in on Sunday 6pm. Waited 30 mins to go in. It worth to wait. The male waiter can speak English, and a waitress can speak Cantonese. Other staff seems not really familiar with English.

I ate at Noosou two times so far and I would go again and again. I dont think I ate a better sushi ever in my entire life. The plate was generous filled with amazing tastes passion and love. Don't forget to make a reservation before because the restaurant is full all the time(because the food is amazing).
