Unser ehemaliges Lieblings Restaurant. Bis vor kurzem waren wir oft Mittags Essen und zahlten dann für 2 Personen inkl. Trinkgeld 55€. Nun wären es 80€. Leider werden wir uns nicht mehr wieder sehen. Schade

Viele Gerichte wurden von der Speisekarte gestrichen und sind teurer geworden, und jetzt muss man sich seine Getränke selbst holen!

Wir waren zwei mal dort Mittagessen und alles, was wir bestellten war ausgezeichnet, insbesondere die Ramen Suppen. Klare Empfehlung. Edit: ein Jahr später hat die Qualität leider stark nachgelassen. Vermutlich hat der Koch gewechselt.

Orange Saft war lecker aber es gab nicht Genug

Sie müssen unbedingt das Sushi und Ramen probieren; die Geschmackskombination ist einfach fantastisch. Die Atmosphäre ist zauberhaft und erinnert an die Kirschplantagen Japans. Der Service war wunderbar und sehr aufmerksam. Das ist definitiv mein Lieblingsrestaurant. Ich werde jetzt jeden Tag hier Sushi essen; es ist halal und einfach köstlich.

Für 17,90 € bin ich absolut begeistert von der Qualität des Essens, dem Service und dem Ambiente! Das Restaurant ist hell, modern, geräumig und einladend. Mittags ist es nicht überfüllt, sodass man sich in angenehmer Atmosphäre unterhalten kann. Die Qualität des Essens ist für ein Buffet wirklich gut, selbst der Nagiri ist schön marmoriert und hat genau die richtige Menge Fett für eine zarte, frische Textur. Ich kann dieses Restaurant uneingeschränkt für ein Mittagessen empfehlen!

Wir haben Liefern lassen. Essen kam pünktlich. Geschmack ist gut. Leider ist bei der letzten Bestellung, mit Angebotebox, nicht auf unseren Wunsch eingegangen worden ohne Tunfischpaste zu arbeiten. Ansonsten vielseitig. Wakame war großzügig. Edamame gratis, aber leider etwas über gart.

Das Essen war früher großartig, in letzter Zeit aber nicht mehr so. Als ich das letzte Mal im Mai dort war, fehlte die Rindfleischsuppe auf der Speisekarte; der Wasabi schmeckt anders – nicht mehr scharf, sondern nur noch salzig. Ich bin etwas enttäuscht, da ich hauptsächlich wegen des guten Wasabis dorthin gegangen bin.

Ich wurde hierher zum "All you can eat" Essen eingeladen. Meine Begleitung ist begeistert von diesem Restaurant, sie war bereits dort und wird es wieder besuchen. Ich war das erste und letzte Mal dort 🙈😂 Obwohl man insgesamt reichlich per Tablett bestellen kann, waren die Angebote überschaubar. Die Ente war relativ fettig, das Sushi fällt auseinander, Geschmack und Qualität durchschnittlich. Die Getränkepreise sind enorm, das Ambiente sehr sehr renovierungsbedürftig 😄 Man kann zweifelsohne satt werden, Personal ist ok, man kann nicht draußen sitzen. Die Gegend ist, ähm, speziell. Wer gehobenes Ambiente, Küche und Service erwartet ist hier falsch. Wer es eher etwas skurill mag, locker und entspannt unterwegs ist, viel essen und wenig trinken möchte ist hier richtig 😄 Insgesamt ok 🤷‍♀️ Lieferservice vorhanden. Der Eingang ist behindertengerecht, die Toilette nicht ( Kellertreppe runter). Preis für 2 Personen, inklusive 3 Getränke knapp 60Euro.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist hier eine Katastrophe. Meiner Meinung nach wirkt vieles nicht frisch. Wenn man weniger Reis, Sushi usw. isst und stattdessen die hochwertigeren Speisen wie Lachs bestellt, fällt schnell auf, dass diese oft in einer unangenehmen Soße ertränkt oder extrem salzig sind. Außerdem werden künstliche Wartezeiten erzeugt, obwohl das Restaurant kaum ausgelastet ist. Das wirkt auf mich nicht seriös. Ebenso irritierend ist, dass zusätzlich eine PayPal-Zahlung angeboten wird. Ein weiteres Beispiel: Über das Tablet bestellt man ein „gebackenes Eis“, das dort sogar als „Muffin“ bezeichnet wird, und erhält stattdessen einen kleinen Donut. Solche Fehler ziehen sich leider durch den gesamten Besuch. Als wir auf diese Mängel hingewiesen haben, wurden wir eher schief angesehen, obwohl wir für über 130 € gegessen haben und sicherlich nicht nach ein paar Häppchen wieder gehen wollten. Ich werde dieses Lokal definitiv nicht noch einmal besuchen und kann es leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Ich hatte ganz vergessen, dass ich hier schon mal bestellt hatte. Meine Bewertung bleibt bestehen. Das Essen war furchtbar. Der Sushi-Fisch war nur noch lauwarm, als er ankam. Roher Fisch. Lauwarm. Der Fahrer ist wohl einen Umweg in einen anderen Stadtteil gefahren und hat den rohen Fisch in einem warmen Behälter transportiert. Komischerweise war das Essen dann aber kalt, als es endlich da war. Ich habe mein Geld noch nicht zurückbekommen, obwohl Lieferando versucht hat, das Restaurant zu kontaktieren. Sie antworten aber nicht. Ich bereue die Bestellung.

Ein gemütliches Restaurant mit einer ordentlichen Auswahl an japanischen Speisen. Zu Beginn kann man sich aussuchen ob man Buffet oder Ramen essen möchte. Das Buffet kostet mittags 19,90€. Getränke werden extra berechnet. Bestellt wird über ein Tablet. Man darf sich pro Runde maximal 5 unterschiedliche Speisen aussuchen. Es sind 10 Runden möglich. Die Portionen werden typisch Japanisch in Porzellan Schälchen gereicht. Zur Auswahl gibt es Sushi, Gemüse, Fisch und Geflügel, typisch Japanisch angerichtet. Die Bedienung war freundlich. Da die Portionen traditionell in kleinen Schälchen gereicht werde, sind die Speisen nicht mehr heiß, was mich persönlich nicht störte. Leider gab es als Dessert nur überbackene Banane zu "Auswahl". Im großen und ganzen hat mir der Restaurant Besuch sehr gut gefallen.

Sushi ist gut und Preise moderat, aber der Service war Mist! Ich habe für 20:00 vorbestellt und als ich die Box abholen wollte wurde ich zunächst nicht beachtet - erst nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen habe ich die Zusage bekommen, dass die Box in 10 Minuten fertig ist (zu diesem Zeitpunkt habe ich schon knapp 15 Minuten gewartet).

Ich war jetzt schon fünfmal im Noori Sushi und jedes Mal war es fantastisch. Das Sushi ist frisch und wirklich lecker, man kann mit nichts auf der Karte etwas falsch machen. Aber ehrlich gesagt, was diesen Ort so besonders macht, sind die Vorspeisen. Die kalten und warmen Vorspeisen sind einfach unglaublich. Und der warme Oktopus… ich weiß gar nicht, wie ich es beschreiben soll, es ist das Beste, was ich je gegessen habe. Ich habe ihn schon über zehnmal bestellt 😅 Für mich ist es einer dieser Orte, an die man immer wieder gerne geht. Unbedingt ausprobieren!

Kein Sushi in Essen ist so gut wie das bei noori. Der Fisch ist immer frisch, der Reis perfekt gewürzt und die zutaten sind perfekt angepasst so dass es nicht zu viel oder zu wenig in einer Rolle ist sondern perfekt. Wer ein gutes Sushi essen möchte sollte auf jedenfall hierhin kommen.

Kann nur sagen bester Asiate in ganz Essen! Lage, Service und Essen waren einfache Spitze, nur zum weiterempfehlen!

Wir waren zu zweit hier und hatten das All-You-Can Eat. Bestellt wird über ein Tablett (Pro Person 5 Items und alle 10 Minuten) Ich war sehr überrascht wie schnell wir die erste Runde bekommen haben und auch alle weiteren Bestellungen. Vom Geschmack her muss ich sagen dass es eines der besten Sushis (und auch Warme Speisen) war, was ich seit langer Zeit gegessen habe. Ich war richtig glücklich einfach nur fantastisches Essen zu schlemmen. Das Personal ist echt fix und schnell, darüber hinaus auch noch freundlich. Tolles kleines Restaurant und seit heute meine erste Anlaufstelle wenn ich in Essen bin und Bock auf Asiatische Küche habe. Das Ambiente ist ganz gut aber da ist noch etwas Luft nach oben.

Das war das schlechteste Sushi, das ich je gegessen habe, mir ist richtig schlecht geworden. Sie haben abgelaufene Produkte verwendet und trotz meiner vegetarischen Wahl Produkte mit Fisch beigefügt. Ich werde hier nie wieder etwas bestellen.

Enttäuschung pur! Keine Empfehlung. Die warmen Gerichte waren sehr salzig, Lachs war sehr trocken und aufgewärmt, Gyoza waren lauwarm, Sushi teilweise auseinandergefallen, das überbackene Eis war nicht heiß, sondern wurde anscheinend komplett eingefroren nach dem frittieren und war alles andere als knusprig…….Hühnerfleisch, Lamm und Rinderfleisch wurde zumindest frisch zubereitet. Das Rinderfleisch war ok. Wer Wert auf Qualität und Geschmack legt, sollte nicht herkommen. 35 Euro bezahlt.

Leider hat uns der Besuch nicht überzeugt. Das Sushi war in Ordnung, aber nicht besonders herausragend. Der Service wirkte insgesamt überfordert. Wir wollten eigentlich à la carte bestellen, wurden dazu jedoch gar nicht gefragt und stattdessen wurde direkt „All you can eat“ für uns festgelegt. Während des Essens mussten wir mehrfach sehr lange auf neue Bestellungen warten. Die Teller wurden meist nur kurz auf den Tisch gestellt und das Personal war sofort wieder weg, sodass keine Gelegenheit bestand, etwas nachzufragen oder Wünsche zu äußern. Dadurch fühlten wir uns leider nicht wirklich als Gäste, sondern eher wie eine Nummer. Für zwei Personen haben wir am Ende etwa 85 € bezahlt, was wir für die gebotene Leistung deutlich zu teuer fanden. Wir werden daher vermutlich vorerst nicht wiederkommen.

Ich habe um 19:31 Uhr bestellt und bis jetzt 22:38 Uhr ist immernoch nichts angekommen haha! Mit der Ausrede „die Bestellung wurde 2 mal verloren, bitte stornieren sie“

Sehr gutes Sushi zu angemessenen Preisen. Es wird auf Sauberkeit geachtet, der Service ist freundlich und die Wartezeiten fürs Essen sind vollkommen in Ordnung. Kartenzahlung ist möglich und es ist WLAN verfügbar. Nur die Räumlichkeiten könnten mal eine Renovierung vertragen.

Das schlechteste Restaurant in den letzten Jahren, Reservierung hat nicht funktioniert, das Personal und der Service waren grotten schlecht, die Lokalität einfach abgerockt, due Preise viel zu teuer für diese Leistung. Einige Bestellungen waren nach über einer Stunde noch nicht am Tisch !

The food is always incredibly delicious and fresh, which is so important with sushi. The ambiance feels a bit improvised, but don't let that fool you. The price-performance ratio is extremely fair. Plus, all the staff are incredibly friendly, and I haven't needed to order for years because they all know what I like. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

It's so delicious, you feel really comfortable, the workers are really peaceful, just like at home.

The wait for the food was unreasonably long. The quality of the dishes offered was average. The food served was bland. Despite payment and ordering, the food was never delivered. The staff brazenly collected the payment anyway. I will not be visiting this restaurant again.

Excellent quality from a wide range of Asian and international cuisine...sushi and various small dishes of outstanding quality. "All you can eat" with ordering via tablet app at the table works well – and offers excellent value compared to à la carte ordering. P.S. Update after 4 years: Noori Sushi is still our favorite restaurant for sushi and a wide range of dishes – even our children, who don't eat sushi, can find something here, e.g., breaded chicken or fried cheese, very good :) The area in the northern city center of Essen is unfortunately no longer premium, like in many city centers. But the food here at Noori Sushi is still! We like to go here, especially during the week, when it's a bit quieter. Important: It's better to reserve a table in the evenings and especially on weekends, especially if you're traveling with several people or a group. Noori is also suitable for parties.

We go to Noori Sushi at least once a month and have never been disappointed. Our children also started eating sushi here. During their chopstick struggle, the staff was supportive and creative. Now our children have mastered their chopsticks perfectly. The food is plentiful, with a wide selection, and always fresh. The staff is friendly and attentive. The prices are good for this quality, and we shouldn't forget the rising food prices.

Noori is an oasis in the middle of Essen's ghetto. The path from the parking garage leads you past drug users and shady characters carrying out their activities in public. Finally reaching the restaurant and feeling safe, you can enjoy delicious food. Friendly staff attend to guests' every need. My tip: Ramen Noodle Soup (5 stars) October 2025: All you can eat... Well, it was okay. But nothing more. (3 stars)

We've eaten here several times and also ordered sushi to take away. The staff is friendly and attentive. The restaurant's interior isn't the prettiest, but more importantly, the sushi is very fresh, good, and delicious, and the fish quality is also very good. Personally, I think Noori offers the best all-you-can-eat sushi option in Essen.

We've been there several times now, and it's always an experience and a culinary delight. Everything tastes wonderful. The staff is friendly. Anyone who loves sushi should visit.

Unfortunately, I'm not thrilled. The food didn't taste good to us. My partner also got an expired soda. When we pointed it out to the waitress, she took it away without any apology. Instead, my partner got a Coke, which was added to the bill at the end! That was just plain rude. It's a real shame, but we won't be coming back.

I highly recommend this place. The staff is very friendly, and the sushi is definitely varied and well-made. Ramen noodles are also available. It's all-you-can-eat. All in all, a coherent concept and a very sustainable shop that even participates in the "to good to go" program.

We were regular customers for many years and now, after a long break (due to a move), we're back and, unfortunately, totally disappointed. I don't know if the owner has changed, but everything we loved is no longer on the menu or tastes completely different than it used to. The beef fillet, the lamb skewers, the wasabi prawns, etc. You can no longer order sauces on your iPad either. It's all a real shame. We're truly sad about it.

Best Sushi Restaurant in Germany and Switzerland

When the restaurant first opened, it was really great and had good food. Since then, the place has really gone downhill. The food is much less than it was on the menu before. We won't go there again for that price. It's a shame.

Based on the good reviews, I ordered my food home today and I'm really disappointed. The ramen cold, takoyaki cold, sushi warm. If I cannot ensure proper transportation, I should not offer the option. The sushi (which I dared to try) also didn't taste good. The taste of the misoramas was okay.

It's a shame that the champions no longer taste like they used to and the preparation of tuna sushi is now made with onions and no longer with the Japanese mayo alone

The all-you-can-eat is an absolute recommendation for everyone. Whether you like sushi or not, you'll definitely get your money's worth. In addition to sushi, there are various types of meat, fish, but also many vegetarian dishes such as udon noodles, cream cheese sushi and edamame beans.

Food was very tasty! Sushi was delivered to the table quickly! Waitresses are also very nice! The only point of criticism is that we ate there with older people who couldn't really get along with the tablet ordering, so something like an additional "normal" menu would be helpful! We would eat here again at any time!

Noori is our absolute favorite restaurant; the sushi and other warm dishes are very tasty. The service is also so kind and friendly, we always feel really comfortable. There's a reason we're there at least once a week :)

We have been loyal regular customers for years and have visited the restaurant regularly with family and friends. Unfortunately, we have to note that the quality and offering have deteriorated significantly recently - possibly due to a change of ownership. The following points struck us as particularly negative: 1. The selection of all-you-can-eat dishes has been reduced by approximately 50%. 2. The quality of the salmon and sushi has noticeably deteriorated. 3. The staff seems untrained and not very service-oriented. Due to these changes we have decided not to visit the restaurant anymore. There are numerous alternatives that still maintain their quality.

We give one star because you can't give zero. We haven't eaten so badly in a long time. From our point of view, sushi has nothing to do with sushi. Lots of rice, strange mush as a filling and a hint of fish. The salmon didn't taste like anything and I spat out the duck. Disgusting wobbly mass. The staff spoke mostly German and was very unfriendly. The audience an experience. Downtown level. I could write more... Plus the incredibly outrageous price of €32 per person for this shit... Pity about the fish, the evening, the money. We're definitely never coming back

I arrived very early at noon on Saturday. Maybe because it was still early, the flow of customers was not very large, so it was convenient for me to eat slowly. The boss has a very nice attitude and will also ask how the dishes taste. My favorites are salmon sushi, yakitori, fried shrimp, and matcha and mango flavored ice cream! The boss also gave me a cup of milk tea, which was stockings flavored. Come again next time!

Unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. The service was unfriendly, the delivery wasn't on time, and the food wasn't what we expected. What was particularly disturbing was the rude manner of the staff, which further worsened the overall impression. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this service.

I went here 2 times I wanted to give them a second try but the service is 0. I had to ask 5 time because they kept forgetting our food. They brought the dessert with no spoon or fork and therefore we had to ask 3 times and the kept forgetting to bring us spoon for dessert. Will not come to this restaurant again because there are many who cares about their guests ….

Delicious food and nice restaurant.

Unfortunately I can't understand the very good reviews. The service is quick when it comes to clearing away and also very friendly. The quality of the food is just average. The ideas are creative but not well implemented. Spices (e.g. salt) are missing and sometimes ordered components are forgotten. I've eaten much better for the price. Approximately €37.50 with one drink per person. It really is better. There is still room for improvement.

The food was of high quality, especially the sushi range is at the top. Unfortunately, fresh fruit is not offered at all and the selection is manageable and small. On our second visit we noticed again that the service wasn't keeping up. In itself a great idea with all you can eat and ordering via tablet However, the implementation is lacking! It doesn't help much if 3-4 dishes out of 10 are missing per round. PS: the coconut balls here are terrific. Conclusion: a solid 6 out of 10

Were there for the first time. We had a nice table for two. Food was delicious, everything we ordered arrived. Nothing was forgotten. The portions were very good. After round 4 it was over and we left the restaurant more than full and satisfied. Price-performance fits.

Great sushi restaurant. Everything was super tasty. With all you can eat via tablet, large selection of warm dishes too. The waitresses are quick and very nice. Food comes quickly.

I ordered a surprise box yesterday. And was surprised in the truest sense of the word!!! But in the worst negative way!!! Not throwing away food plays a big role in the concept, which is why as a seller you shouldn't sell "food that is about to be thrown away" at a higher price than if you buy it fresh somewhere. My situation: I bought a surprise box. There was only a small amount of sushi in there and nothing else. And when I say low, I'm actually understating it!!! The sushi didn't taste good at all, let alone look!!! They didn't even make an effort. A 6 year old child could have done better. Never again!!!!!

Because of the pretty good reviews, we decided to eat here. Overall, the experience can be summed up as an absolute disaster and disappointment. Local: approx. 50% occupied. 1. Service was subpar. The first service spoke very little German - no problem in itself - but the friendliness was completely neglected. Two waitresses (two young ladies) simply didn't speak to you at all and instead slammed the food on the table without saying a word. 2. Food overall was also rather below average. The order (à la carte) took a long time until everything was there and the wrong dishes arrived. Fillet of beef completely through (shoe sole), dry the duck. The sushi was mixed, nothing special and no highlight in terms of taste. I absolutely cannot understand the good reviews - I would never go here again.

We were here 3-4 times already. It is one of the best places in Essen. The price for all you can eat is great. We had many dishes and they were all delicious: sushi, miso soup, kimchi, fried sweet potato, fried banana. The fish was also very good. We got: salmon, pangasius and butterfish. The restaurant is clean and well organised. The atmosphere is very pleasant. There is beautiful music. The people who work there are always kind, helpful and respectful and welcome everyone with a smile. The menu is on a tablet and everyone can order on multiple rounds. For each round there are up to 16 dishes. Always excited to go there. Definetely recommended!

Today we visited the Japanese restaurant Noori Sushi as a family. I chose this restaurant based on the good reviews, but unfortunately it didn't live up to the expectations the reviews had raised. It seemed to us as if the reviews might have been written by people we knew about the restaurant. First about the atmosphere: upon entering the restaurant was dirty and not well decorated; the decor was not attractive. However, as we were very hungry, we stayed and ordered via the iPads at the table. The wait for the first round - five dishes per person - was 30 minutes, and each subsequent round also lasted 30 to 40 minutes. The staff, especially our waiter, were very friendly, but the waiting time was just too long. About the food itself: The quality was disappointing. The meat was dry and the sushi wasn't particularly tasty. The quality left a lot to be desired compared to other restaurants, such as Sakura in Essen. In addition, only half of the dishes ordered came and the rest were forgotten. Overall, we were disappointed and would not recommend Noori Sushi.

We go here roughly once a year, give or take, with a company outing because the concept works quite nicely for larger groups. The food is pretty decent, but I find it rather impressive that they consistently bring drinks orders to the wrong tables despite the fact that you order via an ipad linked to your table. Once would not be worth mentioning, but every time we eat here, about half the table ends up with seemingly random drinks. Now, you might think "ah, but they're a large group, maybe they just accidentally drinking each other's stuff", but no, having checked the bill afterwards there were multiple drinks nobody seemed to have ordered, as well as ordered drinks nobody ever received. Really weird.

I am always amazed by this all-you-can-eat restaurant! The food is simply great here and the staff is super nice. she is happy to give recommendations and make you feel welcome. So far all the employees have been nice and helpful. The mango sauce tastes incredibly delicious here, especially on the sushi! All orders have always arrived on time and in excellent quality. The price-performance ratio is also good, which is why I come here often. A small downer, however, is that the toilet has not yet been renovated and the smell can be a bit annoying. I hope this gets fixed soon because despite everything, the meal was worth it to me! 😂 Definitely recommended!
