A decent noodle restaurant with good snacks

The Noodles Bar in Frankfurt is a truly great option if you're looking for truly good, no-nonsense food. The broths were thoroughly flavorful and beautifully rich—you can really taste the quality that goes into the pot here. The prices are reasonable, and ordering from the vending machine was smooth and super uncomplicated. Overall, a thoroughly relaxed visit, perfect for a quick, delicious meal that doesn't require any compromises on style, but doesn't require excessive frills either.

I ordered the mala noodles – they were absolutely delicious! The beef was very tender and flavorful, everything was fresh, and the prices were really fair. Highly recommended☺️

After giving it three stars last time, I came back two more times, and both times the seasoning was excellent! I tried the dandan noodles, red oil wontons, and spicy beef noodles, all of which I highly recommend! I told the owner about my disappointment the first time, and she said it was probably because she wasn't there, so the broth and seasoning weren't balanced properly. 🤨 ——- I ordered the mouth-watering chicken and Chongqing noodles. The mouth-watering chicken was just as good as the reviews said, and it was delicious. However, I don't know if the Chongqing noodles were too lightly seasoned; they were quite bland. Spicy enough, but lacking in flavor. 🙃

The dishes are all very good (I haven't tried the vegetarian option yet). The spicy broth isn't overly spicy, but it's very flavorful. The owners are also very friendly and helpful. However, if you're planning on going with more than three people, you might have to sit outside.

Inconvenient payment: can’t pay by card if it’s under 15 euros. Unfriendly service: I was warned that I can’t put my drink on the table. Food not fresh: I ordered noodles. And the oil and mushrooms inside tasted very weird. Literally I don’t know why this restaurant has this grade.

Anyone who loves local Chinese food will be in the right place here. Very authentic and high-quality food. I highly recommend the noodles.

Great ramen – highly recommended! This was my first time at Noodle Bar – and definitely not the last. The ramen was truly outstanding: flavorful broth, fresh ingredients, perfectly cooked meat, and tender fish. We had the beef ramen and the shrimp ramen – both perfectly flavored. They also served it with a homemade lemonade, nice and fresh and not too sweet. Everything was served quickly and hot. The atmosphere is relaxed, everything is clean, and the staff was super friendly. The price is absolutely fair: around €15–20 per person, and for that, you get quality that impresses. Bottom line: If you love ramen or just want to eat really well – go there! 👌🍜

I just came here when I arrived in Frankfurt. It's a very good shop. The boss couple is very nice!

Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience. The food was extremely bland lacking any depth or flavor, which made the meal forgettable. Even worse was the service: we asked for ice cubes with our Coke, and the waiter told us they didn’t have any( PS: we are two black girls) . Strangely, just a few minutes later, we saw other (Asian) customers being served natural juice with plenty of ice. When we asked again, we were told that ice cubes were “only for juice.” The whole interaction felt inconsistent at best — and frankly, it came across as discriminatory. We left feeling both underwhelmed and uncomfortable. Definitely would not recommend.

Very good noodle soups with fresh vegetables. The noodles taste truly homemade. The price is still reasonable for the location. Good and very friendly service. They even provide disposable bibs to protect white T-shirts. Inside the restaurant, you practically sit next to the kitchen, which is located behind the bar. Everything was very nice. The fact that you had to get the beer from the attached supermarket across the street had a certain charm.

Wonton is the best I’ve had in Europe and would compete with some of the best I’ve had in Asia.

Can you please tell me why I chose the 'with cutlery' option and also clearly wrote in the comment that I absolutely needed cutlery - and yet I didn't get any? If cutlery is not offered, please omit this option. This is very misleading for customers. Now I've ordered something I can't eat. This is really disappointing.

The good reviews brought me here, but unfortunately I was very disappointed. I had a vegetarian ramen soup and unfortunately it had hardly any taste. What's more, the tofu was basically "raw" and didn't taste like anything. I know from other ramen restaurants that the soup is filled with lots of different vegetables, but unfortunately that wasn't the case here either. Unfortunately, I can't recommend the oolong iced tea either, it was very bitter. The staff is friendly and the prices are good. The ambience is also a bit disappointing, but that could be overlooked if the food was really as great as the reviews described it. Unfortunately that was the last visit here.

Highly recommended! We had two extremely delicious and fresh ramen soups at very reasonable prices (24 and 26), and the very friendly service surprised us with a free edamame at the end. We'd love to come back to try more dishes, thank you very much.💛

Not recommended! I ordered a noodle dish with tofu and the tofu was put on my plate raw, unfried, white, straight from the bag! No tofu is served like this anywhere in the world! The waiting time was also too long for what was ultimately an average meal. After I asked the waiter if that's what the tofu was supposed to be like, he just smiled at me and said everything was fine. When I asked again, the same thing happened. He understood me and knew what I wanted. Very cheeky and incomprehensible!

The broth of the five-spice beef noodles is very delicious. The five-spice recipe in it should be very unique and taste very good. It tastes different from any beef noodles I've ever had.

The Chinese Noodle Bar is run by the owners of the Asian market opposite. There you will find very good homemade and authentic dishes. Definitely worth a visit. 👌🏼

I ate menu 22 and menu 11. I didn't know menu number 22 was a malatang flavor, but it tasted like a clear malatang soup! I liked menu number 22 here better than the famous Xiangxiang Malatang in Frankfurt! It's spicier, has a good marinara flavor, and is seasoned well :) Menu number 11 is a water dumpling menu with a thicker batter, and it's also delicious, so I recommend it as a side dish! This is a taste that most Koreans will like. Recommended!

This little stunner has it all! If you want to escape the usual Japanese ramen restaurants for a bit, then a small shop like this is just the thing. But isn't there ramen here too? Just because it's noodles in a bowl doesn't mean it's ramen (even if ramen noodles are on the menu)! In restaurants like the Noodles Bar there is the Chinese predecessor and not only in many extremely tasty variations, the side dishes such as the cucumber salad or the beef don't have to hide behind the bowl. Not in the mood for Zeil and all the hustle and bustle? Go here, enjoy the peace and quiet and treat yourself to some delicious pasta. And be nice to the service, because they are definitely there for you!

Super nice, little shop right at Konstablerwache. Get a table for two people straight away without a reservation. The boss (I assume) was super nice and the food was brought quickly. The taste is also great, the portions are large and warm. Really recommended for the price. 10/10

The schedule is wrong but it is worse to deceive people. We drove several kilometers to go, in valley. The place seems abandoned so it will have been closed for several months (minimum).

I've been there twice and it's really the best noodle soup I've tried so far in Frankfurt. Broth super spicy, noodles homemade. Can especially recommend dandan noodles - 10/10

Nice little place. Be sure to make a reservation on the weekend because there aren't many tables and the place itself is a bit small. The food is tasty and fresh, but the broth in the shrimp soup is a little too lightly seasoned. Overall, the soups are super tasty and the drinks are also amazing!

I don't really want to rate it because I think it will soon no longer be a small secret spot. Small restaurant with about 5-6 tables. The food is really delicious there! There is no homemade spring roll for the starter, but that was clear given the price of less than €3, but they are fried to a maximum of delicious crispy golden brown. Main course even more outstanding. Service very friendly.

The chicken is mouth-watering, spicy and fragrant. If you are here on a business trip, it is also very good at home. The spicy beef noodles are also good, the beef is very soft and tastes great. The price is not expensive, and the East Asian stomach is very satisfied!

I have particular experience tonight. I've come here a few times, of course the food is super tasty and very cheap. Today I am extra grateful because the boss was super helpful. I was there for dinner with a few friends and at some point someone came up behind me and stole my money from my wallet on my jacket. The boss tried to stop the man and she called the police. It was a big drama but in the end I got my money back. I'm super grateful! 10/10👌🏻

The food was surprisingly good! We came here without a plan and found the restaurant spontaneously using the navigation system - it was the best decision of the day. I highly recommend anything with the broth. Excellent value for money, especially in Frankfurt.

May not traditional Chinese cuisine .

Waited 30 minutes for a spot and it was so worth it. We started with vegetarian spring rolls, shrimp dumplings, and edamame. For dinner I had the #26 and it was so savory and spicy. My son had the #24 (not spicy) and he loved his too.

Personally, except for the quality of the noodles, the sauce and broth are all better than the Noodle Maker. The noodles taste better when replaced with rice noodles rather than regular noodles because the regular noodles came out overcooked... Liangfen Mala Noodles and Dumplings are all so delicious. This is my recent favorite Chinese restaurant.

Quite a remarkable place. As a ramen fanatic i can recommend it without a doubt.

It's quite hard to find the place, we were looking around for 5-10mins, as it turns out it is located right across the street from Ramen Jun. Small little place, no flashy shop name. We ordered their dan dan mian, their glass noodle mala, and their beef noodle (dry). Overall, everything is so tasty, perfectly cooked noodle! Portion wise it is fulfilling for sure. We had no complain! They also have option such as kung pao chicken and mapo tofu, tho it is unfortunate that they don't have any rice to accompany these dishes. Overall, we are happy and would gladly recommend this place.

The atmosphere is simple, but the food is extremely delicious. It's so worth it!

Small, unpretentious restaurant, an open kitchen, a few tables and, when the weather is good, a few tables facing the street. The boss's friendliness and good mood are more important than any decoration. The dim sum and the warm noodle salad with herbs, fresh vegetables, peanuts and beans were delicious, as well as a large selection of teas, TCM greetings, even chrysanthemum tea.

Very authentic food, especially the Saliva Chicken and Tomato Beef Noodles！I will try the Dandan Noodles next time. The service is very warm and friendly. In summer, it is comfortable to sit outside, and the space in the store is not large. Highly recommended!

The store was a complete surprise for us because it was a spontaneous decision to go here. We didn't expect much from the very simple little restaurant, but we were very impressed. The service was very friendly and accommodating. And the food was excellent from the appetizers to the dim sum to the soups. We tried both the vegetarian noodle soup and a spicy one and both were very aromatic and well-balanced in taste. We were also absolutely impressed by the price-performance ratio, as the portions were very good.

Wonton - dumplings in spicy soup is what I like the most. This small restaurant with friendly family-like atmosphere offers not only delicious food but also perfect service. Highly recommend to visit this place once you are in Frankfurt am Main.

Small, rustic shop that has more of a snack bar feel. I had the vegetarian noodle soup which was delicious. First of all there were the pickled cucumbers and they were simply a poem, everyone has to try them.

Der Name täuscht - sehr gute, breit gefächerte chinesische Küche. Sensationelles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Qualität ist exzellent, schön spicy - also eher nicht für den europäischen Gaumen, aber warum geht man dann zum Chinesen? 😀

Das Essen ist frisch und sehr pikant. Der Preis ist auch für die Innenstadt fair. Ich komme gern wieder.

Glutamat, Glutamat, Glutamat... :-€ Vegetarische Nudelsuppe leider sehr, sehr langweilig und noch nicht mal mit Frühlingszwiebeln, frischen Koriander oder Sonstiges versucht zumindest lecker aussehen zu lassen. Mapo Tofu ebenso. Keinerlei Garnitur mit Frühlingszwiebeln/Koriander. Sehr enttäuschend, nachdem so viele Fotos hier etwas anderes zeigen. Einige Speisen die angeboten werden, stehen nicht auf der Menükarte (z.B. Mapo Tofu, u.a.), sondern sind ausschließlich am Fenster der Noodles Bar angeschlagen... nicht sinnvoll! Toilette würde vom Gesundheitsamt abgemahnt werden. Positiv: Freundliche Mitarbeiter. Nette Einrichtung, aber das ist Geschmackssache. 2 Sterne für Freundlichkeit und frische Zubereitung (keine Mikrowelle) Fazit: Kein weiterer Besuch unsererseits.

Ich fand die Suppen leider etwas enttäuschend. Aufgrund der guten Bewertungen hergekommen, leider fand ich es geschmacklich sehr dünn, mit sehr dünn meine ich auch wirklich fad und wenig Geschmack, das Fleisch war jetzt auch nichts besonderes.

Kommt hier essen! Das Essen ist ein Traum und sehr authentisch. Die Sitzmöglichkeiten, sind bequem und die Eistees sind der Hammer. Vorallem aber ist der Service fantastisch. Für ein Essen mit Freunden oder ein Date ist es hier perfekt. Danke für das schöne Abendessen.
