It used to be ok, but now the food and service are getting worse.

They did not accept cash in Westend, only credit card. Very strange....Westend branch taste of noodles not as good as other places

Unfortunately, the food didn't taste too good and the piping hot soup was served in a plastic bowl, which, apart from the fact that it doesn't feel appropriate for the price, is also simply unhealthy, as substances in the plastic can dissolve into the food due to the heat . Spoons are also only made of plastic, even if you ask, it is not possible to get a conventional ceramic soup spoon or one made of metal, as is common in every other restaurant.

The mutton steamed buns for 15.5 euros have no steamed buns. They are all half-cooked small dough dumplings. There are not many slices of mutton. It is really European money and the domestic quantity is not recommended.

Have been here several times now and have never been disappointed. Noodles in different designs including a wide range of flavors and broths. Extras and requests to season something less spicy are also easily fulfilled. The staff is nice and friendly, but not too intrusive, but sometimes a bit cold. The ambience is a little too minimalistic and things can look a bit wild behind the counter. But otherwise I have nothing to complain about, I like to go here to unwind after work and enjoy delicious noodles.

Today the no: 66 pasta and sauce were great! Nice 'ma-la weidao'. The water (kai shui) can sometimes be a little hotter. Xie xie.

I've been here twice and I think the homemade noodle soups are really awesome. The staff is also so friendly and always makes sure everything is ok. I will definitely come back! (Note: only card payment possible)

Once and never again! The atmosphere is totally stressful at lunchtime and the service leaves a lot to be desired. You have to remember I ordered pasta. We waited 45 minutes for our food, after increasing demand it finally came. At this point I was already at the point where I wanted to cancel the meal. The waitress made a fool of it and offered it to me to take away. Food wasn't even particularly good. I can't recommend anyone!!!!

I came across this place in frankfurt while traveling from California. it was one of the best meals I had in frankfurt very authentic and delicious. Please open a store in San Diego California you would do very well there .

I've been eating at Nudel Ding every now and then for years. Unfortunately the quality of the soups is not consistent. Last time (mid-February 2024) the two soups we ordered didn't taste like anything, the meat was tough. It's a shame about €14 per soup.

Really great authentic food. My girlfriend and I love it here and will come more often now :)

Unfortunately, very unhygienic conditions in this restaurant (see Consumer Window Hesse). I strongly advise against a visit.

We were happy to come, but the report on consumer window Hesse is scandalous: Restaurant “The Nudel Ding” Overall operation: The rooms were so contaminated that a thorough cleaning of all equipment and surfaces was necessary. The order and structure of the rooms in which food is processed was poor. Work processes in the spirit of good food hygiene were not possible. An immediate basic cleaning of all operating rooms and business objects was ordered. The production, processing and marketing of food was banned with immediate effect due to the serious defects.

Unfortunately, the food was below average. Glass noodles were inedible, the noodles had a strange consistency and the Maultaschen were rather mediocre. Untidy tables, rather unappetizing...

I would rate the restaurant as very authentic. The food tasted really good. The homemade pasta, which I really liked, deserves special mention. Because Chinese cuisine is new to me, I couldn't resist ordering two dishes at once. An appropriate price-performance ratio favored the decision. I would love to come back. Clear recommendation from me - keep it up!

Hardworking family restaurant in Frankfurt. The soup satisfied my Szechuan craving - I ordered the beef minced soup. Went back a second time given we enjoyed the meal!

Authentisch, lecker und gute Preis-Leistung Verhältnis.

Das Essen, für was es ist, ist halt zu teuer. Die Portionen sind ganz klein. Man nach einer Schüssel Nudeln immer noch hungrig wäre. Nicht so authentisch. Chinesisches Essen für den westlichen Geschmack.

Good place if you are looking for nice hot noodles especially if you like spicy food. Nice atmosphere and not so crowded.

Food is flavorful and good but cleanliness limited tables and floor (sticky; sometimes not cleaned well in between customers) Atmosphere a bit compact, dark and tightly packed when restaurant is full. Despite the above the food is good so if you want the flavors of Chinese cooking then accept the place or do take away.

Ich schwärme heute noch von meinem Besuch in diesem Restaurant. Bei einem Business Trip, habe ich das Nudel Ding per Zufall entdeckt. Die Karte bietet sehr viele Gerichte und ich brauchte etwas Zeit, bis ich mich entschieden habe. Es gab für mich eine Nudel Bowl mit Weizennudeln, Hack, Gemüse und Szechuanpfeffer sorgte für eine gute Schärfe. Die Portion war sehr groß. Hier geht keiner hungrig raus. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles in allem war mir nach diesem Besuch klar, dass ich sehr traurig bin, dass Hamburg zu weit von Frankfurt entfernt ist. Ansonsten wäre ich gerne öfter hier Gast.

Frisch, lecker und scharf heißt wirklich scharf. Für Liebhaber von Ramen und Suppen ein Highlight.

Ambiente und Service waren klasse, aber das Essen war jetzt nicht so meins. Es hat fad geschmeckt, nur die scharfen Gerichte hatten etwas Geschmack aber selbst die waren etwas falsch getroffen (alles war so sauer?). Auch nur wenig Auswahl.

Lecker aber man sollte besser ausschildern und immer nachfragen, ob die Brühe aus Schwein ist oder nicht.

Authentic Chinese noodle place specialized with their homemade noodle. Food: tasty and authentic but was way better before, at least my dumpling this time wasn’t that great and has strong meat blood taste… Price: Increased a lot due to inflation Service: better in the evening and staffs are more friendly! Busy lunch time they are clearly under stress. Reservation is needed for lunch time!!!

Bisher waren meine Nudeln immer sehr lecker, würzig mit einer deftigen Brühe. Einziges Manko ist die Bedienung, die einen lange warten lässt und vergisst, dass sie die Bestellung aufnehmen wollte. Es ist zwar immer viel los, aber das sollte besser organisiert werden. Letztes Mal waren meine Nudeln leider ganz verklebt, was nicht so leicht zu essen war. Außerdem wäre es super, wenn die Lätzchen wieder aufgefüllt werden. Wer es scharf mag, kann sich ruhig an die Stufen 3 und 4 heranwagen, weil beide nicht ungenießbar, sondern lecker scharf sind.

Das Essen war ganz lecker, schmeckt bei vergleichbaren Läden aber deutlich besser. Der Service war sehr schlecht, die Kellnerin steht an der Theke und beachtet die Gäste nicht, wir saßen ewig da und haben gewartet. Der Nachbartisch saß locker 15Min vor den leeren Tellern, ohne dass abgeräumt wurde. Wir kommen wahrscheinlich eher nicht mehr hier her.

Das Nudel Ding ist wirklich euer Lokal wenn Nudeln ihr Ding sind;) die Gerichte schmecken super und immer sehr frisch. Ist seit Jahren mein Stammlokal für chinesische Nudelgerichte (insbesondere die Suppen). Ein kleiner Tipp: vergisst nicht das Lätzchen; das zahlt sich aus;). Ich persönlich mag es etwas schärfer und die Glasnudelsuppe mit Rindfleisch ist einfach super, wenn man es kräftig, scharf und bisschen säuerlich mag.

Wir hatten eine ganz leckere und eine recht fade Nudelsuppe, müssen vermutlich noch mehr probieren. Die Nudeln selbst sind top. B.a.w. bleibt Aunty Zhong unser Frankfurter Favorit in der Kategorie chin. Nudelsuppen

I ate the chicken noodle soup. It did not have anything wrong but was not that tasty. The noodles looked housemade and were good. Would be ok if the price was half of what was paid, however the location is really good.

The food was okay. I had it a couple of times and could have it again on those days where one doesn't know what else to eat and all else seems unattractive. Not necessarily a place that would stand out for me. Their service was okay, though a bit slow, and I believe their prices to be just okay.

Da läuft mir direkt wieder das Wasser im munde zusammen. Wirklich sehr lecker hier! Probiert auch unbedingt die Selfmade Ice Teas!

Ich war mehrmals dort, jedes Mal hat das Essen nicht gut geschmeckt, die Würzung der Speisen schmeckt nicht gut. Der Service hat uns außerdem die falschen Gerichte gebracht, nicht das was bestellt wurde.

Wir hatten die 20 und die 73. Obwohl ich glaube, dass die Suppenportionen kleiner geworden sind, sind sie immer noch mehr als ausreichend. Es war wieder sehr lecker! Zur Mittagszeit empfehle ich telefonisch zu reservieren.

Authentisch und lecker. Wer eingedeutschtes Chinesisches Essen NICHT mag ist hier gut aufgehoben. Gerne wieder.

Hatten Gericht 65 & 71 - Wirklich unschlagbar! Es hat alles gestimmt, die Bedienung sehr freundlich 👍🏼, das Essen war innerhalb von 5 min fertig und war sehr Lecker! Vielen Vielen Dank☺️

Eigentlich mein Lieblingsladen für Nudelsuppen. Aber aufpassen: Die Kellnerin berechnet automatisch 50 cent bis 1€ Trinkgeld ab (Pro Gericht!). Bei den letzten 3 Takeaway Bestellungen habe ich mehr bezahlt als auf der Karte stand. Die Kellnerin macht das so souverän und gekonnt, dass es nicht auffällt. Ich dachte erst, sie hätten die Preise erhöht aber heute gab es dann folgende Situation: Eine andere Frau wollte mich zuerst abkassieren und sagte, das macht dann 12.50€ (wie auf Karte angegeben). Dann kam aber besagte Kellnerin und hat mir 13.50€ berechnet. Da war mir klar, dass einfach pauschal Trinkgeld genommen wird. Ich habe mich die letzten Male nicht getraut was zu sagen (selbst Schuld), aber ich geh jetzt einfach nicht mehr hin.

Es war eine Freude hier zu sein. Ein gemütlicher Gastraum und leckeres Essen machten en Besuch zu einer gelungenen Mittagspause

La camarera nos dio la comida de otros clientes después de mezclar nuestra comida. ¡Lo peor fue que discutieron que no nos dieran una nueva porción después de que nos enteramos! No se sienta cómodo para volver allí, especialmente durante la hora de Corona.

Solía ir allí a menudo y traía muchos colegas allí. Pero ayer fue mi peor experiencia en mi vida: ¡había una parte de una bolsa de plástico en la sopa! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ¡Aún peor, el jefe no se disculpó en absoluto! ! ! ! ! ! ¡Dije que no quería pagar hoy pero insistió en que tenía que pagar! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! La peor experiencia en mi vida y nunca volvería a ir allí de nuevo! ! ! ! ! ! !

War mittags sehr voll, was ich eigentlich als gutes Zeichen werte. Trotz Reservierung mußten wir auf unseren Tisch warten und diesen dann später auch noch wechseln. Neben uns standen wartende Leute, so daß vernünftiges Gespräch nur schwer möglich war. Die Speisen waren leider auch nicht berauschend. Ich hatte eine Nudelsuppe mit Gemüse und extra Rindfleisch. Die Nudeln pappten blockartig zusammen, Gemüse war mir zu wenig, das Rindfleisch eher zadderig. Getränk kam nach dem Hauptgericht. Würde da nicht nochmal hin wollen.

Wie kommen nun schön länger regelmäßig ins „Nudel Ding“. Dort gibt es die beste Nudelsuppe der Stadt. Es sind immer viele Asiaten da - das spricht für authentische Qualität. Das Restaurant ist auch sehr kinderfreundlich. Wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Besuch!

Waren mit mehreren Kollegen hier essen. Essen war bei allen sehr gut. Kann das Restaurant empfehlen. Eine Reservierung ist sinnvoll, da die Lokalität sehr gut besucht ist.

Sehr teuer. Die Nudelsuppe wurde gerade mal lauwarm serviert, die Gemüseeinlage war im Kern sogar noch kalt. Der Fonds hat einfach nur nach mit Wasser verdünnter Erdnussbutter geschmeckt. Ein stundenlang gekochter Fond war es definitiv nicht. Hat wahrscheinlich keiner Zeit zu. Der Gurkensalat war ordentlich. Alles in allem ein Laden zum Geldverdienen. Mehr nicht. Naja und die Maschinen am Tresen sahen irgendwie versifft aus.

Gaan lunchen met de collega's en toevallig bij 'Das Nudel ding' uitgekomen. Klein en druk, duidelijk populair bij de lunchers. Er is een ruime keuze aan noedels en ramen. Door de drukt duurde het ff voordat de bestelling werd opgenomen, maar daarna werd heten sbel geserveerd. Het eten is veel, smaakvol en niet duur. Pak alleen geen hamburget, die is goedkoop maar ook erg klein. Maar een aanrader om te lunchen.

I had a noodle lunch here. Very busy place with almost 100% business ppl at noon. The noodle dish was very good, very, very good - I had some with minced meat and vegetables, spicy = perfect. Most of the other guests around me had a soup, which looked delicious.

Die Vorspeisen sind mitunter ganz lustig und zumeist auch lecker. Die Jelly-Gurke war nicht so unser Fall, dafür aber die Sojamilch-Haut, die in Essig und Morchel eingelegt ist. Man sollte auf jeden Fall vieles probieren. Die Hauptgerichte in Form von Nudelsuppen waren sehr lecker und die Bedienung äußerst nett. Reservierung ist immer eine gute Sache, obwohl früh am Abend viel frei war. Das Klientel besteht auch viel aus Asiaten, was für mich immer ein Qualitätsmerkmal ist.

夜9時過ぎに行きました。中央駅から一駅のSバーンの最寄駅から歩いて数分です。駅周辺はオフィスビルで店に近づくに従い低層の 集合住宅が多くなります。夜9時頃は駅から店までの道はほとんど人がおらず、街灯も控えめなため、歩くのをためらいましたが、無事に行き来できました。海鮮、野菜、牛肉の３種類のスープヌードルを注文しました。３つともパクチーが入っていました。麺の量が結構あるためほぐしにくく、初めは食べにくかったです。牛肉麺は台湾の牛肉麺そのものでした。海鮮と野菜はあっさりとしたスープでした。感動するほどのおいしさではありませんが、ドイツ料理をはじめとしたヨーロッパの料理に飽きた胃には嬉しい麺です。お店の方は中国系の方で、気さくで感じが良かったです。

Wir waren nun schon mehrfach zum Mittagessen im Nudel Ding und sind nach wie vor begeistert. Der Service ist schnell und freundlich, die Speisen sind frisch zubereitet, authentisch und sehr lecker. Einzig die Auswahl für Vegetarier könnte noch ein bisschen größer sein. Ansonsten auch preislich top!

Delicious !! Nice atmosphere, Very Friendly and fast service. Tried Wheat noodles with fried minced meat & ssi chuan pepper ( Weizennudeln mit gebratene Hackfleisch ssi chuan Pfeffer). It was fresh and tasty. I recommend this place
