Unfortunately it's not entirely authentic but rather Europeanized food without Koreander, mint and the other typical spices. Ambience: old German pub.

Good food but the Vietnamese food there has already adapted lightly to Western taste.

I ordered a bowl with tofu. The dish was completely inedible as it was soaked in mayo. The tofu was silken tofu, flabby and tasteless and the black glutinous rice is white indefinable rice. Unfortunately, I could hardly finish it and the price-performance ratio for just under 15 euros is simply unjustified. A cup of tea 4.70 euros. In addition, the store permanently does not accept card payments. This is customer-unfriendly and unacceptable in 2025. The service was attentive but there was no particularly noteworthy service.

Wow, stopped here on a whim, and the food was amazing. High quality, fresh, and great flavors. Friendly staff and great Vietnamese coffee after. A little hidden gem you should check out for those noodle cravings 👍

⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4/5) The two of us ate here yesterday and had reserved a table online in advance - it worked without any problems and is definitely recommended. The restaurant is rather small, but very comfortably furnished. The only small disadvantage is that it can get a bit loud due to its size. The service was extremely friendly, attentive and quick. We were particularly impressed with the appetizer platter – a great opportunity to try different appetizers. The main courses were also very tasty, with fresh ingredients, well seasoned and authentically prepared. Overall, a great experience – we are happy to recommend the restaurant and will definitely come back!

I found the atmosphere and food here to be great. It is really a recommended place for a date or to enjoy delicious dishes with family. I ate a lot, especially the Vietnamese beef phở and the spring rolls. I will definitely come back often. At Noodle Fusion I received very attentive service and the staff had a very friendly attitude.

They dont know how to speak English and they gave us wrong order and took the money of it.

You sit a bit close together and therefore have little privacy when it's full, but the restaurant is very lovingly furnished and cozy. The toilets are located behind the restaurant in a backyard and are very small. Unfortunately the soap was empty

Can't understand the many positive reviews! Two days ago we, two people, ate at Noodle Fusion. We have reserved a table. First we were seated at a table that was not set. When we asked if we could sit at another table, one that was set, we were seated at a real table. I had the impression that the two service staff were overwhelmed. We noticed a particularly unpleasant waitress who was suffering from a bad cold and was constantly coughing around the restaurant. An absolute no-go. If you're sick, you shouldn't come to work, especially not work in a restaurant. We chose a chicken dish and a vegan dish. The food was cold, even though we chose special dishes that weren't on the "lukewarm menu". The chicken dish was inedible! The meat tasted like detergent. The vegan dish was also not convincing in terms of taste. We gave the service staff our honest feedback. She apologized and wanted to take the matter up with the chef. The feedback was that the dishes were “okay”. The end of the song: We left almost full plates and still paid the full price. The restaurant seems to only be looking for sales! Cleanliness in the toilets is probably not a priority at Noodle Fusion. A point that other guests also complained about. In summary: You can't rely on positive reviews, we can't recommend Noodle Fusion 1990.

Apparently Lieferando orders are given preferential treatment. After 70 minutes we still had no food on the table. So if you have a lot of time in your budget, this is the right place for you.

I was happy there. All the dishes we ordered (such as summer rolls, vegan spring rolls, Vietnamese soup and fly noodle) were seasoned just right and tasted very 😋 delicious. Price-performance ratio was also 👍 good. We'd love to come back

Not open despite reservation and reminder from the restaurant the day before. This shouldn’t happen on “holidays” either. Extremely disappointing.

The guest room is very nice, but the toilets are still original in the 60s style and over the courtyard. But well, those are the structural conditions. I wasn't impressed with the dish I ordered, but I think that was due to my expectations; the individual components were all okay. My “blackheads” were thrilled with their choice (vegetarian/vegan). Communication with the service was a bit difficult. What I don't like at all, however, is when you smell like a kitchen after visiting a restaurant and that was the case here - bad exhaust air. Not necessarily worth another visit for me.

The food itself was delicious, but instead of vegan duck, they simply served parsled chicken. The service staff didn't really know what to do next and they simply removed the meat and carelessly threw something like tofu on it. There was no refund or anything, just a short apology. I didn't really know how to react because something like this had never happened to me before, but it doesn't seem to be an isolated case.

I ordered grilled salmon as did my companion. His salmon was done. Mine, however, wasn't. When I told the waiter about this. He didn't apologize but just brought it back to the kitchen to grill it again. Then after 2 h, a waitress came and told us really unfriendly that we didn't book and have to leave now. I told her that we booked the table. Not sure if it is limited to exactly 2 h. If so, then that's okay but she could have said that nicely. Seems that they want to make as much profit as possible.

The food was very, very good and plentiful enough. The taste is really commendable and there are lots of vegan options. Unfortunately, the restaurant is filled to the brim with tables and you feel very uncomfortable. I could hardly take off my jacket without “catching” someone at the other table, the chairs are very close together. unfortunately the service was average for the price. Everyone was nice, but no one came to our table, I was thirsty for over 30 minutes, and plates weren't cleared for a very, very long time. you don't make a mistake going there as it is delicious. a cozy restaurant atmosphere is something different

Service was ok but the food is very disappointing - my peanut sauce, labelled with three chillis on the menu (and I said ‚yes please spicy’ to the waitress), turned out to be a bowl of very salty water with no peanut flavour and bare hints of spice. The veges and prawns floating in it were ok. The black rice is actually white rice with a few scattered grains of wild rice. Hmm… won‘t return in a hurry sorry.

The visit to Noodle-Fusion was impeccable. The starters and main courses arrived on time and at a perfect interval, despite the excessively large number of visitors. The toilets were cleaned and tidy. Anyone who is in the mood for natural dishes will definitely find a home for their palate here. There was a point deduction for the ambience because I like to keep a little distance from neighboring tables or the person sitting next to me. I wish you all a nice stay!

Delicious food!!! We ordered the flying noodles with chicken, that had a great lemongrass flavour. We also had the crispy duck with peanut sauce, that I believe was a combination of red curry and peanut sauce. Really good!

Had a very bad experience, we reserved a table for 10, when we arrived there was only a table for 8. Service wasn't bad, but the next one, they ignored us all night and waited almost 2 hours for food and drinks...

The ambiente was super nice! But food overpriced and honestly not tasty at all. Veggie Gyoza had almost no taste, but came with soy sauce and it was honestly the best part. Vegan duck had really weird flavour (i am vegan myself and have tried lots of vegan substitutes). On the top of that a dish was 17 euros, which was really disappointing for what we got.

Beautifully prepared food and drinks, which also taste delicious. The ambience looks nice, the exception being the toilet rooms. Unfortunately the service is poor, the waiting time for 2 dishes was almost an hour despite the low occupancy. It also took half an hour for the drinks to arrive. Very unfortunate.

Very nice atmosphere except for the toilets <- clean but rather poor. The food was super tasty. The drinks were also excellent. One of the best Aperols I've had in a long time. The service was very attentive but not intrusive. Everything worked out for me so far. Keep it up :)

It was super tasty but unfortunately I have to say the portions are really small... I had two starters and a main course and was really hungry afterwards... and I'm absolutely not a glutton... Since the prices are really not cheap I then made some bread at home 🤣

Sweet Asian restaurant on a side street in Mainz's old town. The food is always freshly prepared and super tasty. The service was very friendly. The ambience was made with love, warm and homely. You feel very comfortable and welcome.

Starters overpriced at €7.50 and no taste. Main menu ok, lots of vegetables, more scampi would have been good. Lots of choice and reasonably healthy is praiseworthy.

The food was very, very tasty. It was a rice noodle bowl with beef and pork. I was skeptical about the sauce, but I'm glad I tried it. The only thing is that the price of the food is not for the small budget. But the quality and quantity made up for it. All in all, again at any time.

A great, cozy shop. The food is great and with a large selection, it took a while for everyone to decide on a dish. There is a whole page for vegans to choose from! You usually only have 2-3 dishes to choose from, if anything is declared vegan. My mango-coconut curry was one of the best I've had so far, incredibly fruity and the rice is fantastic and there was not just standard basmati rice, but different types of rice with spices. I usually use "normal" tofu and this time, out of curiosity, I decided on "vegan shrimp". Unfortunately, these weren't my cup of tea because of the special consistency, but the rest was incredibly good and with the sauce they were very tasty . The portion sizes are very generous, so unfortunately there is hardly any room for dessert. So the price-performance ratio is right in terms of quality, service and size. I will definitely go here again and try more dishes.

Customer service from hell! Dishes that were advertised as vegan were delivered with meat! In the course of the complaint, it was admitted that the dishes were by no means vegan, but there was no response from the restaurant. No refund of the price, no replacement delivery or other efforts! Only a paltry apology came from the “service person’s” lips. It was definitely the last order!

This is a really delicious Vietnamese restaurant. The noodles and rice are plentiful and the interior is pretty. There are lots of seats.

Went there on a recommendation. We had a noodle bowl and a poke bowl - both very good quality. Very friendly service.

Best Asian in Mainz. The mango-coconut sauce, the duck and the vegan chicken are particularly recommended. It was also great value for money and the service was very nice! We love coming here again and again.
