We’ve a good offer of gluten-free in Sweden, visiting in Kassel we experienced an amazing quality, service and passion

We were here on a Sunday and made reservations in advance. The restaurant was full, almost all the seats were occupied. The service was great, very friendly and attentive. The food was very good, everything fresh and warm (we had burgers and pasta). The prices are just right. The ambience is great, nice interior design and great music. We'd love to come back! :)

Arrived without a reservation and we were still very kindly assigned a seat. The two salads we ordered (Mexican and chicken) were very attractively prepared and extremely tasty. The staff is very attentive and extremely friendly. Absolutely recommended! Unfortunately we are only here for 2 nights, but we will definitely stay here again tomorrow. This time with a reservation (hopefully they still have something free!). Will be continued...

Certainly a great choice for people with gluten and other intolerances. Basically the food was very tasty. The pizza dough had a very exciting taste, seasoned with buckwheat, corn and other things, quite tasty, the pasta was okay. Unfortunately, the atmosphere actually bothered us. It is very loud and bright due to the hall-like structure. Unfortunately, there is a total lack of comfort. In my opinion, it's great for a lunchtime meal, a little less so for relaxed, cozy evenings.

There were four of us eating at Casa del Nonno, and only one of us has celiac disease. Nevertheless, we were all thrilled - the food tasted absolutely like “normal” and you didn't notice any difference to conventional dishes. We had a varied selection: burgers, pizza, pasta and salad - so really everything - and every dish was excellent. We were particularly impressed by the burger, but the pizza and pasta were also fantastic. Casa del Nonno offers a wide selection of gluten-free dishes, so everyone in the group was satisfied, even if they don't have gluten intolerance. The quality and taste impressed us and we really enjoyed the visit. Absolute recommendation, regardless of whether you need to eat gluten-free or just love good food!

The perfect restaurant for anyone with celiac disease. The food is exclusively gluten-free and you can eat your way through the menu without hesitation. I would have recommended that anyway because no matter what I ordered, it always tasted excellent! The burger was probably one of the best gluten free I've ever tasted. The prices are quite fair considering the level of quality. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Very clear recommendation from me. If I'm ever in Kassel again, I'll definitely come back. Oh, by the way, you can park either directly in front of the door or in the adjacent parking garage. From there there is also a direct route to the restaurant.

We were there for the first time today (September 15th, 2024). They don't officially open until tomorrow, but our online reservation was still accepted. So we (and especially our daughter, who has celiac disease) were able to enjoy the gluten-free cuisine even before it opened. Everything tasted very good (we had pizza, burgers and pasta). The pizza dough and the burger buns are homemade according to our own recipe and taste extremely good. The pasta also tastes excellent. The owner himself suffers from celiac disease and with this restaurant he has created a great opportunity in Kassel to have a good gluten-free meal. We wish the operators a good start. We'll definitely be back!

Perfection. You simply can't say more, but they are now moving from the old restaurant and have left a couple of problems with the new restaurant manager, but the food and co. are outstanding.

We were here for the first time a few weeks ago and had a delicious meal. My husband has celiac disease and eating out is no longer so easy. The selection is very good and he was able to choose whatever he wanted from the entire menu because everything is gluten-free. I don't have any dietary restrictions myself and I chose pasta which I liked very much. My husband had a pizza with a homemade pizza dough which tasted excellent. The service was very nice and accommodating. I had already rated it a few weeks ago, then deleted it again because I thought I had done something wrong with the new name. The best gluten free pizza I've ever eaten! I travel a lot for work and have tried many gluten-free restaurants in Germany and Italy, but have never encountered such delicious gluten-free pizza dough. It consists, among other things, of buckwheat and psyllium husk! Absolute recommendation 😊🤩

This restaurant will be a treat for everyone, not just for the people who can’t eat gluten. The food is absolutely delicious, and the pizza dough is baked according to a recipe the owner spent years crafting. They even have gluten free tiramisu. The restaurant can get full, especially on the weekends, so I’d suggest reserving a table.

This was our first time eating here due to gluten intolerance. If we hadn't reserved the table beforehand, there probably wouldn't have been any free space left. We all had pizza, which was completely new in taste, but tasted interestingly good. The salad was also extremely tasty. Anyone who is familiar with the problem with gluten knows that the prices are of course already way up. The furnishings were also very attractive. There is a star deduction for the ambience because there was one or two Christmas songs in the lounge music playlist. In May. Among other things, Oh Tannenbaum and Let It Snow... Conclusion: We ordered takeaway there again two days later. And enjoyed at home without Christmas music.

Great restaurant where if you suffer from celiac disease you can eat out without any compromises (even if you don't have celiac disease)! Nonno Glutino has the best gluten-free pizza and gluten-free Bruger I've ever eaten. I think the price-performance ratio is more than reasonable. Delivery via Lieferando also works perfectly every time.

Today we were at Nonno Glutino in Kassel for the first time. It was once again nice that our celiac son had such a varied selection: pizza, pasta, burgers, there was something for everyone. The waiter was very attentive and friendly. The partially open kitchen allowed a little insight. As a starter we had pizza bread with a garlic and mustard dip. Then all three of us decided on pizza. Diavolo, Parma e Rucola and Frutti di Mare. All were very tasty. For dessert there was panna cotta with strawberry sauce and tiramisu. All in all highly recommended. We will be back definitely.

Gratitude is very fitting, as gluten-free restaurants are unfortunately still far too rare! Nonno Glutino surprised us very positively. The ambience was very nice, the atmosphere was consistently positive. The staff was extremely courteous and friendly, they made us feel very comfortable. All questions were answered and all special requests were fulfilled. The menu is varied and the pizza and pasta that we tested clearly convinced us to make the trip to Kassel again! Overall, absolutely recommended.

We were here for dinner and we really enjoyed it. We ordered a Greek salad and pizza and it tasted excellent. For dessert there was tiramisu with coffee with milk which we also enjoyed. Overall we had a very nice evening with very nice and courteous staff. A very clear recommendation from us

Today we went to Nonno Glutino, which opened in Kassel last summer, for the first time and we will definitely come back because the pizza there was amazing and it was really one of the best pizzas we have ever eaten! Our order was freshly prepared and very tasty: two pizza vegetariana and one insalata mista. We were served quickly, very friendly and unobtrusively, the restaurant and the toilets were clean and the furnishings and ambience were modern and not cluttered. We felt very comfortable. This restaurant is recommended not only for people who are careful about gluten, but for everyone ;-).

I would like to thank you very much for the nice service and the delicious food. I depend on this food myself and I have to say that what they conjure up here is top class. I will visit every time I pass through.

I treated myself to one today. Was delivered hot and crispy. The dough is good but the rest is rather poor and boring. The salami slices were deep black on the edge, so they were charcoal 🤮 The tomato sauce without taste and spices. Conclusion: Something has to happen in the kitchen, so it won't work.

We were actually very satisfied. Food was great. Service could be a little more attentive, we had to ask to get new drinks. But still a successful evening and a good overall concept.

Das zusammen mit ein glutenfreies Bier hat meinen Abend gemacht. Wenn ich wieder in Kassel bin komme ich bestimmt wieder vorbei!

Found: Gluten-free restaurant! And then delicious food and friendly service. Super tasty burgers, super delicious pizza and super delicious pasta. No supermarket bun, but homemade bread or dough, good meat, great fries and absolutely reasonable prices... what more could you want. We were looking for a restaurant where you can eat gluten-free, and we have now found our new regular restaurant when we are in Kassel. We are already looking forward to the next visit. My personal wish: Feel free to ask the guest how they would like the patty fried and non-alcoholic wine on offer.

Super das man hier zu 100% Glutenfrei essen kann, sogar Bier in Glutenfrei gibt's hier auch. Das macht essen gehen so einfach, für Leute die sich Glutenfrei ernähren müssen. Geschmeckt von Essen, wie auch lätzes mal, war sehr Gut👍. Nur ein kleiner Kritikpunkt denn ich hier ansprechen will. Wenn man z.B. Tiramisu oder anderes Desrt anbietet und dies auf kleine Werbeschilder schreibt, wäre gut das der dazugehörigen Preis auch daneben steht. Denn auch in Speisekarte war gar kein Desert aufgelistet.

I'm amazed by the 5 star reviews. That was the reason I ordered online. The bread was undercooked, too salty and chewy. Very greasy. I think the pictures speak for themselves. The food standards have sunken so low here in Germany. Never again.

Alles war lecker- der Hammer sind aber die Pizzen - wir hatten noch nie einen derart leckeren, knusprigen, fluffigen, glutenfreien Pizzateig. Und der Belag war ebenfalls sehr lecker und frisch. Es war sehr entspannend einfach alles auf der Karte bestellen zu können!

Als von Zöliakie betroffene ist dieses Restaurant ein absolutes Highlight, Pizza und Pasta waren sehr lecker und preislich absolut im normalen Rahmen. Aber auch meine nicht von Zöliakie betroffene Begleitung meinte, es sei eine der leckersten Pizzen gewesen, die er je gegessen hat...
