Super delicious food, super friendly team. You definitely won't regret it.

No kidding, this was the best pasta I've ever had, and the service was so good even though it was so late. The atmosphere is also very nice, with the table lights fitting the place perfectly. A friend who speaks English and I ate here together, and they had no problem speaking English either. I couldn't stop praising this restaurant. I highly recommend it.

The food was delicious, both the pizza and the pasta. I highly recommend the carpaccio pasta. The service was excellent. The funniest thing was that they toasted us with a shot of Limoncello.

The food was absolutely fine but the service was so slow, we had to repeatedly ask for drinks, they brought us someone else's order and couldn't figure out what else was missing for the order.

Great atmosphere and service. But the food was poor, a caprese with pine nuts, a root vegetable purée, pickled beetroot....

We had two pizzas with drinks. Roman style, the pizzas were okay, but you can get much better pizzas for much less money. Hence only 3 stars. Service was okay.

The food is really good, surprised

The food was good, but with the exception of the octopus, it was always missing that final touch. Truffle pasta with generous truffles was unfortunately too al dente. Salmon tartare with smoked salmon was not specified on the menu, risotto with plenty of bite... Good place, friendly service, but doesn't reach the standard it aspires to.

Our food was absolutely delicious. The NOI restaurant really impressed us with its culinary offerings.

An exceptionally positive experience! I don't usually review restaurants – but this one truly deserves it. I was there alone, but I immediately got a nice seat outside – without a reservation (I would still recommend making one, though). The atmosphere was relaxed and stylish, there was good music playing, and you could tell everyone who works there enjoys their job. The servers and chefs were extremely friendly and attentive. The food was fantastic – a solid 10/10! The wine recommendation was also perfect.

Nice service, but honestly, the food wasn't that good. The pasta portion was super small, not worth the price; it was like a very expensive appetizer. Why so little pasta? I don't understand. The pizza looked good and big, I should have ordered pizza. Also, the seating outside is very cramped. It's uncomfortable to sit like that. Unfortunately, this will be our first and last time.

I visited this restaurant for the first time yesterday. Since the weather was a bit uncertain, I had a reservation inside, but was able to switch to outside without any problems. The menu is small, but of exceptionally good quality. I'd rather have a few, very good, fresh dishes than a huge menu with lots of convenience food. I've rarely seen such friendly service staff who truly took incredible care of me. The food was fantastic, and it won't be my last visit. I didn't expect it to be this good.

Offensively slow service and mediocre food. It took 75+ minutes to receive very simple pasta dishes, and they were not good. Waiter charged us 3€ more than the menu price for one dish, which I only realized after I had paid. I don’t know why this place has good reviews. Save your time and money and go somewhere else - you can get better pasta from the grocery store. **edit** why did the restaurant reply to my review saying it was fake? Even more reason to avoid this restaurant!

Very friendly and attentive, pizza and pasta dishes are amazing!

The food was not as expected, but the service was disappointing, we waited to long for getting a pizza. We had booked it one week before, but they gave us a corner to sit and asked we need to leave within an hour bcz someone else has booked there.

I've been to this restaurant three times now: The first two were truly perfect – the food was great, the service friendly, and we were very satisfied each time. So we were really looking forward to our third visit. Unfortunately, a few things went wrong this time: Our waitress was on her first day, which I can understand as someone who works in the restaurant industry. Mistakes can happen. However, the table was very sticky, and although we politely asked for a wipe, they initially forgot. When we asked again, they just said that it just happens. There were three of us, and we were initially given the wrong bottle of water (which wasn't a big deal), but we had to ask for glasses. When we ate, we also only received cutlery upon request. Unfortunately, the food was cold, which we found very disappointing, as it had always been excellent before. What bothered us most, however, was that while we were eating, an employee was cleaning the neighboring tables and accidentally sprayed cleaning products on my friend's food. When my friend politely asked her to stop, she just rolled her eyes and said that then we couldn't sit there. We found that very disrespectful. I've really liked this restaurant so far and really hope this was just a one-time mistake. I wish the team all the best!

We had a reservation for dinner at NOI Cologne. The restaurant is very small, the seating is close together, and therefore quite loud – unfortunately, it didn't create a relaxed atmosphere. While the service was attentive, it seemed overwhelmed overall. Several drinks we tried to order throughout the evening were unavailable. At times, the waiters searched under the benches for refills – unfortunately, to no avail. The culinary experience was mixed: The spaghetti carbonara was rather bland and lacked flavor, and the Caesar salad was okay, but nothing special. Overall, the evening was okay, but not a place we would recommend for a special dinner.

It was our first time there, and we really enjoyed it. You could tell the ingredients were fresh and the dishes were homemade. We shared a carpaccio, and every bite was truly tender! The ragu bianco and black pasta with octopus, both truly flavorful, were delicious. For the price, you can definitely taste the quality here, and we'd be happy to return.

Awesome place! My risotto with asparagus and salmon was superb, and the piece of salmon was so large I needed help finishing it. The risotto was cooked perfectly. My husband's lasagna was also a good sized portion and was really good. Our friends both had pasta dishes that they very much enjoyed. The staff were friendly and helpful. Good place!

A really beautiful restaurant in Cologne! The food is of excellent quality, every dish was a pleasure. I would particularly like to highlight the excellent service – all the staff are friendly and attentive. A big thank you to Georgius Sotiriu, who wins everyone over with his warm manner. His hospitality and professionalism make the visit a special experience. Highly recommended – I’m already looking forward to the next time!

Overall, you have to say, this restaurant wouldn't be able to survive in Italy. Because: inappropriate service for this context, inauthentic ambience, and very high price for the very good food, which, however, could not fully meet its expectations. Food 4/5: Starter bread and starter vitello tonnato very tasty, at about 17 euros it was just about priced appropriately. Ragù Bianco is also very tasty and prepared with excellent craftsmanship - at 25 euros it is at the upper end of what is tolerable, but of course, it is Cologne. Carbonara (18 euros) fell sharply in comparison, the guanciale didn't seem to taste like good guanciale and no pecorino was used, so the cream was very uninteresting. Service 2/5: the waiter's interaction was unfortunately very unpleasant and more appropriate for a burger or kebab shop for young people. We were consistently addressed as "men" and I personally don't go to a restaurant with my boyfriend to have my masculinity validated. The waiter's fake joy immediately faded and we weren't given a word or a look when we didn't give a tip. Atmosphere 2/5: the atmosphere here is not Italian, the ambience is very convulsively designed towards a certain nobler association, but does not fulfill the value of this. Unfortunately, mainly high chairs - they're not necessarily comfortable to sit in. Clientel rather particular.

A real highlight in Cologne! The owner is super nice and makes you feel welcome straight away. The pizza was incredibly tasty – crispy edges, fresh ingredients, simply great. I can also absolutely recommend the carbonara – creamy, full of flavor and perfectly seasoned. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very nice and invites you to linger. Absolutely fair price for the quality – definitely worth the visit!

Unfortunately, the quality of the food is far too average for the price. It all tastes okay - but it's definitely nothing special and, in my opinion, not particularly authentic either. The service is courteous and attentive. Overall, therefore, no recommendation.

Tutto Bene! I don't actually know Italian, but here you just feel like a native speaker. Service was super nice, pizza & waiters were delicious. My personal recommendation: Pizza Noi, a southern European dream. For the little tipsy flair: Birra Moretti🍻

I imagined Noi Cologne differently (because of Neuköln ;)) I'm thrilled If I have a child, it should be called Noi.

Great restaurant! The food is prepared in front of the guests; and with a lot of amoreeee. Highly recommended: the carbonara (perfectly fried guanciale!) The service briefly lost track of the orders, but the food made up for it. You should have cash with you if necessary, as the card reader sometimes doesn't work. We'd love to come back.

I spent my birthday evening with friends in this restaurant and we loved it! We came across the NOI in Cologne by chance and are happy to have made such a discovery. Even though it was very busy and there was only one waiter on site, everything went smoothly. It's been a long time since I've seen someone who does their job in the catering industry with so much passion! Even after the restaurant closed, we were allowed to finish our bottle of wine in peace with the words: “Enjoy your wine in peace, we still have to clean up for an hour anyway.” A huge compliment to the kitchen team – the food was simply incredibly delicious! The quality of the food was outstanding and the price-performance ratio was absolutely right. Definitely an asset to the Belgian Quarter!

And what can I say - it was just great! It's been a long time since we've experienced such friendly, authentic, humorous and honest service that makes you feel so comfortable and welcome as a guest. The restaurant was packed and Geo rocked the service on his own, not even losing his smile despite how stressful it was. He played a key role in ensuring we had such a great evening. Thanks also to Bernd and the kitchen for the mega meal that gave us many mhhhhs! All in all a 10/10! If you don't come here, it's your own fault, you definitely won't be able to get rid of us as guests 😄

I had for March 8th. Reserved a table for 3 people, we were first given 2 small tables, then a table was taken away from us and placed next to the table as there were 3 people there because the 3rd person of us was late. We ordered drinks and a bruschetta as an appetizer. At some point the waiter comes up to us and tells us that the table is reserved from 9 p.m. and we have to leave. I explained diplomatically that I had been waiting for a bruschetta for 40 minutes and nothing came. The store was full and there were a lot of orders, there was still no problem on our part, but just having the courage to come and ruin your appetite seemed very unprofessional to me. After the bruschetta came, I tell him to bring salt and pepper because they're missing and we need them. At first there was no comment, but as we were paying, the waiter started making comments of his own, justifying himself by saying it was very busy today... even though no one had asked him anything. then followed the words “I am not your slave who brings you salt and pepper. Can’t you see it’s not on a table?!” Other arrogant phrases followed that showed the employee's inability to deal with customers but there is no point in writing them down here. Good luck with continued success.

Yesterday I had dinner at Noi with my girlfriend and my parents. The service staff greeted us very friendly and we immediately felt at home. The food was without exception the finest, regardless of whether it was a starter, dessert or main course. My parents went there for the first time and for them it was the best carbonara or pizza they have ever eaten. The ambience, the staff and the food make Noi an absolute recommendation!! We'll definitely be back.

We had made a reservation two weeks ago and were very surprised that they didn't have a decent table for us where we could stay for more than 90 minutes. Another group had registered additional people, so there was no more room for us. But we weren't called or informed beforehand. The problem wasn't that it was a table for two! 90 minutes for dinner is not fair.

The owner of the restaurant is a great person as well as his entire team. The first rule of the house is that the food is fresh and delicious. A perfect kitchen takes care of that! 100% recommended. 👌

We had a very nice evening with really excellent food. The starter was fritto misto, vitello tonato and truffle bruschetta and the main course was carbonara, osso bucco and porcini mushroom tortelloni. Everything was very tasty and we even really liked the carbonara (that's a topic in itself)! The service was very attentive and friendly. We'll definitely be back. As a little tip to the restaurant: If the current daily menu could also be viewed on the website, that would be a little nicer. :-)

My girlfriend and I came over spontaneously. It was a Saturday evening and the restaurant was completely overcrowded but we got a seat straight away without a reservation. It is very small but otherwise well furnished and the food is really delicious. We had a bottle of prosecco salad and pasta. By the way, the waiter (Geo) who runs the place alone does a great job 😍😍 despite the loud atmosphere, full house and great atmosphere, he has trained a new colleague. We received great service and will definitely come back. The food was also absolutely great, my beef fillet tips were cooked to perfection (thanks to Bernd) Our dessert, which we spontaneously received from Dominik, was the absolute highlight 💕😍 Thank you for the lovely evening and the good service

Food is excellent, made with fresh ingredients and with a lot of love and passion for the products. Service is friendly, personal and efficient. Gets very busy so booking is essential. Not the most comfortable seats. Octopus is worthy the trip alone.
