We always enjoy visiting Nohut when we are in Bielefeld and the quality of the food remains good. Unfortunately, our last visit two weeks ago was a bit disappointing due to the tone of one of the employees - he is medium-sized and has very dark hair. His behavior was distant and inappropriate, which affected the overall impression. Additionally, it took a long time for our order to be taken and an incorrect side dish was served. We hope that this will get better in the future because the restaurant has a lot of potential. Some employees probably behave differently when their supervisor is not on site. My wife left a really great review 2 years ago, and it was more than deserved! Unfortunately not at the moment.

Varied, modern Mediterranean cuisine that is unparalleled in Bielefeld. There is also a small but fine selection of wines and always friendly and quick service. The decorative style is refreshingly alternative. I've only ever eaten here for lunch so far, but I can imagine it being a great place for a cozy evening.

Super delicious food! There was something suitable for each of us and there are many vegetarian dishes. The service staff is incredibly nice, friendly and quick. The location is beautifully decorated and surprisingly large. There is also an external realm. We are looking forward to the next time :)

Mainly vegan dishes, but there is also poultry. All dishes were beautifully prepared and, more importantly, tasted good. Dips were offered with the dishes. Can only be recommended.

Cool atmosphere, nice service and delicious food. A little expensive but it was okay and everything was fresh, not a falafel place.

But we were offered the sofa corner, which was perfect for us. The food was terrific, really great cuisine! I think the service staff was new and still had to sort things out a bit, but that's completely fine - everyone started somewhere. Nevertheless, everything was great. Keep it up! 👍

Very nice, somewhat ‘hip’ restaurant. The prices were very good and the employees were friendly and accommodating. The restaurant was also in a nice area. Only the food, I had the 'homemade falafel wrap', lacked a bit of spice, although it was still very tasty and the falafel was also very good. My friends had pizza, which was delicious.

I'm excited! Lots of vegan options, dogs are welcome, children get drawing materials, there is a fancy chess board and a small ceramics/fabric shop downstairs. I can recommend it with a clear conscience.

One of our absolute favorite stores ever. Super nice atmosphere, delicious food and a great staff. Everything is really right here. Even if the restaurant is full to the brim, you will be warmly welcomed and they will make every effort to get you a seat. The food is really good and very vegan friendly. We just love it here!

We always enjoy going there, very tasty and fresh food, nice and friendly service and a great location. The only drawback is that the toilets are past their best and could do with a renovation.

I was in Nohut for the first time two days ago, but not for the last time! Everything was perfect: the service was incredibly nice and attentive, the food and the tea with fresh mint were a dream. There are countless great vegan dishes, very tasty. We sat outside and enjoyed the sun, it looked very nice inside too. Thank you very much, see you next time!

The service was very nice and the food came very quickly. At 4 o'clock it was nice and quiet and not too crowded. We ate outside. The dish of the day was the watermelon salad, which was delicious. We also had a halloumi plate, which was also very tasty.

Great staff, delicious food and a nice location in the heart of Bielefeld.

Good shop, good food, nice vibe. However, I have to point out that the so-called starter plate for 2 people is basically just some bread with a few dips... and that's not ok for 14 euros in my opinion, and shouldn't be called starter plate either.

We were at nohut on the weekend of the Leineweber market. We were kindly informed at the beginning that it might take a little longer. We were still happy to stay and were not disappointed. The waiting time was completely ok and the food was excellent. The Shakshuka is a clear recommendation and the pizza was also very tasty. We'd love to come back.

Unfortunately we had to wait 45 minutes for the food and it was all a bit spicy.

Absolutely thrilled! Was there for the first time yesterday & will definitely come back. Warm, friendly atmosphere, I immediately felt at home. The halloumi wrap can only be recommended - it was great.

First of all - the food is not my taste, but the store can't help it! Otherwise: I haven't experienced such nice, attentive, lovely service and such a pleasant, creative, cozy atmosphere for a long time! A really nice evening at reasonable prices - and the fact that I prefer Italian food doesn't matter at all!

Great service!! Was there alone and was treated like a VIP guest. There was no room for me, so I was left alone on the couch. Great service and nice employees!! Food very tasty and fresh! I'd love to come back!! Addendum! On the second day, the food, service and atmosphere were still very good. Whether pizza, wrap, cigar bar or the Patiska cream, I can personally recommend all of it. The salad you get with it isn't just decoration, as you'd find in other restaurants, it's actually tasty! Very nice employees, who also all look very good and authentic with the right music in the background, which fits the place very well. Yes, the store is in my top 3!!

I've wanted to go here for a long time. The wait was worth it. The food was delicious in a pleasant environment.

Be sure to reserve a table, In short, it was nice, relatively spicy, with a starter and three other 'little things' we were full to the point of pasta and ate dessert. Afterwards I thought I'd lie down on the windowsill where I was already sitting. With wine, apple spritzer, water AND espresso it should cost €53.00. Incredibly cheap for two people. Starter humus with lavash - flatbread which is listed as part of the intangible cultural heritage of UNESCO. The hummus has a very spicy note and the waiter expressly points out several times to use lemon. Main course: Anyone who eats at NOHUT should already have become a little familiar with the food culture; it is more common to see the meal as a happening, where the community at the table and the sharing of different plates/dishes is the focus , than simply shoveling in fatty meat quickly and then expecting that everything will cost a maximum of €5 So: Cigar Börek, Eggplant Shamshak, Bulgur-Çığ Köfte. For dessert, a warm semolina pudding with vanilla ice cream and pistachios. And yes, it was tasty and spicy for us, and there is no ayran (drinking yoghurt). The Çiğ Köfte comes with peppermint leaves and lettuce, as well as barbeque sauce, it's better to add the homemade NOHUT sauce, you have variety. It also makes sense to try the recommended tzatziki dill sauce with the Zogarrenbörek.

A great very vegetarian restaurant, with an Arabic touch. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the food was prepared quickly, served and we were also given advice.

It was delicious! Falafels were top notch! Very nice service and great atmosphere :) I was there a second time, this time appetizer plate and baked hummis. Incredibly delicious!

We waited at No-Hut for the first time today and were thrilled. We particularly liked the chicken wrap. The ingredients were very fresh, the salad was very crunchy. The falafel balls are very tasty and rich. The atmosphere was calm and pleasant and the waitresses were very nice and really personable. Unfortunately the lady ignored my tip when paying by card. There will be more for that next time 👋😀 We'll definitely be back.

I haven't been greeted and treated so kindly in a restaurant for a long time. And really warm and not exaggerated and fake. Together with the great food and the good vegan selection and the cozy atmosphere, it was just perfect.

Ich war im vergangenen Jahr mehrere Male im Nohut essen. Es war immer super lecker, die Mitarbeiter*innen sind total freundlich und die Preise sind auch völlig in Ordnung. Die Portionen sind meiner Ansicht nach von ihrer Größe genau richtig gewesen. Die Atmosphäre ist auch sehr gemütlich und bei schönem Wetter lässt es sich auch super draußen sitzen. Ich komme gerne immer wieder.

Once again I felt sick after consuming lentil soup. It was very strong in spices and I almost ended up in the hospital.

Wow...wow...wow I was there on Saturday and just waited a few days to see if I changed my mind... But I stick with the fact that it's a great restaurant...it was my first time there...very customer-oriented... And I personally ate my best pizza ever❤️ I'd love to come back anytime ☺️

I would like to express my sincere enthusiasm for this charming restaurant. Although a bit hidden, it is definitely worth a visit. I was impressed by the freshness of the food and the perfect balance of the ingredients. This place exudes a wonderful feel-good atmosphere, supported by attentive, fast and extremely friendly service. The food was simply perfect and a highlight in terms of taste. Particularly recommended as a dessert is the pistachio cafe with pebble chocolate😍

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, and everyone communicated so positively with each other, which is worth a lot in the restaurant industry! And the food…. I still dream about it. I haven't had such a good experience in a long time. All 10/10, honestly!

Was there for dinner with a friend. It was very tasty, we shared the daily special Cigköfte as a starter, it was super delicious. The stuffed eggplant was also very good as a main course. Everything is perfectly seasoned and you don't need to add any seasoning. We recommend. Definitely deserves 5 stars

I can only agree with the many positive reviews here. We were there for the first time a few weeks ago. The selection of vegan/vegetarian dishes as well as the positive opinions motivated us to try the restaurant. Both the starter and the main course we chose were delicious. It was visually nicely presented and also a decent portion. The waitresses were very nice, always friendly and attentive and all in all it went pretty quickly. In short: a very good address in Bielefeld. We will eat here again :-).

Ein einzigartiges Restaurant welches man so weit und breit nicht findet. Nohut überzeugt durch eine gepflegte Atmosphäre, ordentliche Einrichtung und mit Liebe zubereiteten Gerichten. Sogar die Toiletten sind tadellos sauber, was für mich oft ein Indiz dafür ist wie mit der Sauberkeit des gesamten Restaurants umgegangen wird. Der Service ist erstklassig, und die orientalischen Gerichte sind so perfektioniert – sie schmecken wie ein nostalgisches Mahl aus der Kindheit. Im Grunde so als wenn man in jungen Jahren sein Lieblingsgericht von seiner Mutter / seinem Vater gekocht bekommen hat. Man merkt, dass hier die Gerichte mit Liebe zubereitet werden und genau dies, ist Nohuts Konzept: Liebe, Herzlichkeit und kein Schnickschnack. Das Gesamterlebnis hinterlässt ein Lächeln, denn hier stimmt einfach alles. Man fühlt sich einfach wohl, als wäre man bei seinen Eltern in der Heimat zu Besuch. Wir freuen uns bereits auf ein Wiedersehen!

Sehr nettes Personal, sehr zuvorkommend. Das Essen ging trotz der Fülle sehr schnell und schmeckte einfach super lecker. Mir wurde der gebackene Hummus mit Sucuk empfohlen und auch das Tagesgericht Hähnchensuppe als Vorspeise war hervorragend. Beste Empfehlung. 5 Sterne verdient! 😀

Ich schreibe wirklich in seltenen Fällen Rezensionen. Bei no|hut mache ich eine Ausnahme, weil das Restaurant in allen Aspekten sooooo verdammt gut ist. Alle Sterne verdient, denn man fühlt sich 100% wohl, der Service ist klasse, alle Mitarbeiter*innen total nett und das Essen einfach nur perfekt. In meinen Augen eine absolute Bereicherung der Bielefelder Gastronomie und volle Weiterempfehlung.

Prima Restaurant. Der Käse-Hummus ist wirklich lecker und einzigartig. Die Portionen sind groß und die gemischten Platten auch immer mit viel Salat und Beilagen. Hier kann auch individuell zusammengestellt werden. Am Wochenende besser reservieren.

Die Atmosphäre im nohut ist super, auch der Keller hat seinen ganz eigenen Charme.Die Auswahl an vegetarischen und veganen Gerichten ist vielfältig. Eine tolle Adresse für Liebhaber der mediterranen Küche. An der Tür zieht es ein wenig, da diese aufgrund der Teilung des Restaurants relativ häufig geöffnet wird. Trotzdem klare Empfehlung!

Das Lokal ist wirklich zu empfehlen. Super netter Service. Auch wenn schon alles ausgebucht war, wurde ist spontan ein Tisch aufgebaut. Jeder in dem Team ist super engagiert und freundlich. Das vegane Essen war wirklich der Hammer.

Definitiv eins der besten Restaurants in Bielefeld! Zumal es hier wirklich gutes vegetarischen und veganes essen gibt. Das Essen schmeckt immer extrem gut, alles ist frisch und der Service ist auch super. Es gibt wenige Restaurants, die stetig so gut abliefern. Auch Preis-Leistung ist top. Zu reservieren ist definitiv zu empfehlen, da es immer voll ist und man ohne Reservierung mit langen Wartezeiten rechnen muss.

Für mich eins der besten Restaurants in Bielefeld. Essen und Service top. Preisleistung hervorragend. Mitten in der Stadt. Vermutlich führen diese Gründe dazu, dass dieses Lokal immer voll besucht ist. Es spricht für sich. Wer etwas Zeit mitbringt bekommt einen Platz. Das Warten kann gut mit dem ersten Drink überbrückt werden.

Modernes, kleines Restaurant. Die Küche ist super, man schmeckt, dass mit Leidenschaft gekocht wird. Der Service überzeugt eigentlich immer mit Freundlichkeit, kann mir aber durchaus vorstelle , dass sich der/die eine oder andere Gast an dem oft alternativem Auftreten stört. Die Einrichtung ist sicher Geschmacksache, ich finde sie ok. Manchmal ist allerdings recht laut, was vermutlich auch an der Archtliegt. Da für mich die Speisen im Vordergrund stehen, und die über jeden Zweifel erhaben sind, für mich eines der besten Lokale in Bielefeld. Die Preise gehen für das Gebotene völlig klar. Für das gleiche Geld kann man deutlich schlechter Essen. Grillkäse und Pizza sind meine klare Empfehlung. Sonderwünsche werden immer berücksichtigt. Und auch der Nachtisch ist zu empfehlen.

Eine glatte 5 Sterne Bewertung. Das Essen ist einmal etwas besonderes. Lecker, ausgefallen und schön angerichtet. Der Service war super nett und kommunikativ. Das Ambiente ist auch besonders. Ich fand alleine schon den Einband der Speisekarten wunderschön.

So vielfältig kann ein vegetarisches Restaurant sein ... kichererbse= nohut ... sehr gut besucht ... reservieren!!! Eine Goldgrube ... auch für die Eigentümer, die gern rote Autos 🚗 fahren ?

Wir waren hier an einem Wochentag mit Freunden zum Abendessen. Das nohut ist gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet auch Sitzplätze im Freien. Der Service war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Speisen waren ausgezeichnet und es war deutlich zu erkennen, dass hier frisch und mit Herzblut gekocht wird. Besonders die Gerichte mit Soßen und würzigem Sud waren ein sehr leckeres Erlebnis. Hier werden intensive Geschmackswelten in vollmundige Gerichte reduziert. Die Preise waren angemessen und die Portionen überraschend groß. Ein schöner und runder Abend. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
