Meine Frau und ich haben hier unseren 30. Hochzeitstag gefeiert und hätten uns keinen besseren Ort wünschen können. Wir sind sehr glücklich über unsere Entscheidung und hatten einen wunderbaren Abend.Absolute Empfehlung! Vielen Dank für dieses tolle Erlebnis. Nina und Evgeny

Sehr lecker und sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir kommen seit 9 Jahren hier her und gestern war es das letzte Mal. Grundsätzlich ist das Essen sehr gut und auch das Ambiente gefiel uns immer, aber wir lassen uns ungern „abzocken“. Wenn ich einen Loup de mer für 23,90 Euro bestelle und frage, was als Beilage dabei ist und mir gesagt wird, Gemüse oder Spargelsalat und ich könne mir das aussuchen, dann gehe ich NICHT davon aus, dass die kleine Beilage 16,90 Euro kostet. Logischerweise bezog sich meine Frage darauf, welche Beilage im Preis von 23,90 Euro inbegriffen ist und nicht, was ich zusätzlich kaufen/bezahlen darf. Zudem wurde ich gefragt, ob Parmesan auf dem Spargelsalat ok sei, ohne dazu zu sagen, dass der dann aber 1,50 Euro extra kostet. Mein Wolfsbarsch mit Beilage kam schlussendlich 42,30 Euro. Das ist schon unverschämt. Ungefragt bekamen wir auch Olivenöl und eine Tomatencreme, die ebenfalls berechnet wurde. Mein Sohn hatte die Fleischklöße mit Nudeln, auch da kam der Parmesan 1,50 Euro extra, ohne das vorher anzukündigen. Zu Dritt lagen wir dann bei 200,00 Euro. Im Parkhotel GT bekamen wir zu Dritt für 130,00 Euro ein ausgezeichnetes Essen (geschmortes Rind, Fisch uvm. ) Es gibt Dinge, die muss man einfach nicht extra berechnen oder es zumindest vorher mitteilen!

Wir waren mit meinen Eltern dort. Es war perfekt!! Essen, Service (Felipe & Marco), Ambiente, komplettes Paket war einfach nur ein Traum!!! Ab sofort unser Lieblingsrestaurant!

Wir haben am Wochenende einen JGA hier ausklingen lassen und hätten es nicht besser treffen können! Das Essen war köstlich, die Kellner unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend und die Kommunikation im Voraus sehr unkompliziert. Selbst unser sehr besonderer Extrawunsch wurde möglich gemacht, sodass wir unserer Freundin den JGA ihrer Träume erfüllen konnten. Vielen vielen Dank dafür uns bis zum nächsten Mal 🍷

Ich bin erst 2 mal hier gewesen und habe bereits mein neues Lieblings-Lokal gefunden. Das Essen, der Wein, die Liebe zur mediterranen Küche und der super Service machen einen Besuch zu einem Highlight.

Super schönes Ambiente, sehr leckeres Essen und nettes Personal! Außerdem die besten veganen Tapas, die ich je irgendwo gegessen habe. Als Hochzeitsfotografin durfte ich dort schon mal eine Hochzeitsfeier begleiten. Dafür ist das Jivino in jedem Fall auch sehr empfehlenswert. Als Gast bin ich in den letzten Jahren regelmäßig da gewesen und nehme gerne Freunde und Bekannte dort mit hin, weil mich der Service und das Essen dort nie enttäuscht.

Wir waren gestern am späten Abend (mit Voranmeldung) nach einer Veranstaltung in der Stadthalle zu Gast und wir waren alle restlos begeistert. Eine tolle Zusammenstellung von leckeren Tapas zu Beginn und die von uns gewählten Hauptgänge, Wolfsbarsch und Duroc-Schweinekotelett waren einfach grandios. Perfekt gewürzt mit leckerer Gemüsebeilage - LECKER! Ganz liebe, lustige und sehr aufmerksame Menschen im Service haben den Abend perfekt abgerundet. Wir waren zum ersten (und nicht zum letzten Mal) dort und fühlten uns einfach sehr willkommen. Ein ganz herzliches DANKE für den wunderschönen Abschluss unseres Abends! Die 4 aus Rinteln ;-)

Wir waren gestern im Jivino in der Bielefelder Innenstadt und hatten einen rundum gelungenen Abend. Trotz Reservierung konnten wir uns unseren Platz frei aussuchen und haben draußen in der Sonne gesessen – super angenehm! Später hätten wir auch problemlos nach drinnen wechseln können, was uns sehr flexibel vorkam. Der Service war von Anfang an hervorragend: Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, die Getränke kamen schnell und auch das Essen ließ nicht lange auf sich warten. Die Bedienung war den ganzen Abend über aufmerksam und durchgehend freundlich. Das Essen selbst war wirklich klasse – viele leckere, abwechslungsreiche Kleinigkeiten, alles sehr geschmackvoll zubereitet und perfekt zum Teilen oder Genießen. Auch das Ambiente hat uns sehr gefallen: gemütlich, stilvoll und einladend. Positiv hervorzuheben sind außerdem die sehr sauberen WCs. Fazit: Ein rundum gelungener Abend mit tollem Service, leckerem Essen und schöner Atmosphäre – wir kommen definitiv gerne wieder😊

Es ist jedes Mal eine Freude in dieses besondere Restaurant zu gehen! Sehr freundlicher Service in ansprechendem Ambiente und köstlichem Essen! Besonders zu empfehlen sind das Überraschungs-Sextet und das Espresso-Eis mit Pflaumen! Immer wieder sehr gerne!!!

Wir haben unsere Weihnachtsfeier mit einer Tapasreise für 11 Personen im Jivino gefeiert. Wir wurden den ganzen Abend über sehr freundlich bedient und sowohl beim Service, als auch beim Essen hatten wir keine lange Wartezeit, alles hervorragend! Das Essen war super lecker und der Nachtisch eine 10/10. Definitiv weiter zu empfehlen!

Vom Service bis zum Essen, Super ! Wir waren am 20.12.25 als Firmen Weihnachtsfeier mit 18 Personen dort. Es war erstklassig, nur für die großen Personen unter uns war es sehr eingeengt. Wir waren etwas gequetscht. Ansonsten 1A

First off: I have absolutely no complaints about the food – it was delicious. A drink was also returned without any problems after it was pointed out that it was flat. However, the organization and customer service in this area were a major issue. Weeks earlier, it had been arranged that a Christmas party would be held, and that two of the guests would be wheelchair users. This hadn't been a problem during a visit months prior: everyone had easily accessed the restaurant via the terrace (there's no ramp, hence only this one entrance). The evening began with the reservation being forgotten, which isn't inherently a problem – these things happen. However, we were repeatedly questioned about whether we were absolutely sure we had made a reservation there ("There are others with similar names"). After a chat history, including confirmation from the restaurant, was shown, the staff finally admitted: "You're absolutely right." We quickly got the feeling that we weren't welcome, as everyone realized that things were about to get difficult. The entrance to the interior was already blocked by a long, set table. Since no one was sitting there at the time, the staff cleared the way so everyone could enter. So far, so good. However, no further thought was given to leaving the restaurant. Our table wasn't by the terrace entrance, but at the other end of the room. You can imagine what happened next: "That's not possible right now." At that point, about 20 people were sitting between us and our exit. With great difficulty—and a free drink for the trouble the other (!!!) guests had caused—the table and chairs were moved so we could leave the restaurant. "Those two Ferraris have to get out of there"—such an outrageous and unqualified statement from the restaurant staff! Situations like this demonstrate how commonplace discrimination against wheelchair users still is. It manifests itself not only in physical barriers, but also in a lack of sensitivity and disrespectful language. Accessibility and respectful treatment should be a matter of course – not only when those affected have to point it out.

Disappointing and shameful. Despite having a reservation, we were initially told we were in the wrong restaurant – particularly problematic since two wheelchair users were part of our group. The restaurant was completely unprepared for this, and the way they handled it was chaotic, irritated, and disrespectful. The service consistently made us feel like a burden. The food was mostly good, but the bread was dry and disappointing, some of the drinks were substandard, and the bill was a disaster. The absolute low point was how the wheelchair users were treated when we left: people with disabilities were treated like a nuisance, including inappropriate and hurtful remarks. The suggestion to "carry them and their wheelchairs out the window" speaks volumes. In the end, other guests had to leave, and tables were rearranged – a situation that should have been avoided from the start. Only other guests received compensation, not our group, who had to justify themselves, argue, and endure the feeling of being the biggest nuisance in the room. This is neither hospitality nor equality. Even if the food is good, there's a complete lack of human understanding here. We definitely won't be coming back and strongly advise against visiting.

We went to Jivino for our Christmas party. However, they had forgotten our reservation. As a result, we were given a table in the very back corner of the restaurant, and that included two wheelchair users. The staff mostly seemed unhappy and rather annoyed with us. The food was okay, but we didn't feel comfortable, and certainly not welcome. The worst part, however, came at the end. When we wanted to leave, they preferred to let us out through the side exit, which isn't wheelchair accessible. Eventually, the staff relented and let us leave through the door we had entered through. That's when it really became clear that we weren't welcome. Because the restaurant is very small, about twenty guests had to leave briefly, and tables had to be moved so we could get out through the aforementioned door. During this process, no one spoke to us, only to the guests who had to get up. They were all offered a free drink and an apology. We, however, received neither. We were simply referred to as the people with the two "Ferrari drivers" for whom, unfortunately, space now had to be made. That's definitely no way to treat guests! And they've definitely lost us as guests because of it.

We were in Bielefeld for work and spontaneously decided to eat here. I can't praise it enough; the food was absolutely delicious, and the menu is perfect. There's something for everyone, and you don't have to choose from 40,000 dishes. We didn't have to wait long for our food, the atmosphere is truly authentic, and the staff are very attentive. Really lovely! I can definitely recommend it!

An all-around perfect evening! We were just here to end the evening in a relaxed atmosphere and try some wine – without any great expectations. But we were more than pleasantly surprised! Despite the restaurant being full, they took an incredible amount of time for us, even though we "only" ordered one wine. We were offered several different wines to try, and in the end, we found one that was simply unbeatably delicious. The staff is perfectly trained, attentive, and warm – exactly how service should be! A truly lovely place to enjoy the evening in style and relaxation. Ten out of ten – absolutely recommended! 🍷

We come regularly and are always impressed! We highly recommend the zucchini rolls. The gnocchi with truffle and goat cheese filling are also a dream. But basically everything is delicious; you can't go wrong. The server is super friendly and competent!

I've been here several times for business and private events! Always a perfect choice, as the menu includes not only the always available tapas but also constantly changing seasonal specials! The wine selection isn't overly extensive, but you'll always find a perfect wine for your table! Also worth mentioning is the ambiance, with various smaller rooms, all of which invite you to linger! The staff I've encountered so far have been very friendly and competent, so the good reviews are absolutely justified!

Very nice ambiance, almost feels like a little piece of Italy 😌 The service was great, and the dishes, although rather small, were perfect with the red wine. All in all, highly recommended if you want a relaxed evening and aren't that hungry, but of course, a bit more expensive with a bottle of wine :) 4/5 stars, because I only give 5-star ratings to places that are truly outstanding, but the price/quantity ratio isn't quite right for me.

Years ago, I was a different owner at Jivino, and the atmosphere is just as great as ever. The place was very busy, so I can't say what it's like otherwise. The service was reasonably fast, though a bit odd at times. The food was decent to tasty, but the prices were too high for the quality. Overall, I would recommend Jivino if you can handle the higher prices.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary here, and it was an all-around fantastic experience! The restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere, a historic building, is incredibly cozy, and the terrace is simply unique. The tapas concept is really fun; everything was fantastically delicious. The food was great. We had a table at 7:30 p.m. and ordered at 7:45 p.m. The food finally arrived at 9:15 p.m. It was generally very tasty, but the wait was truly unreasonable. There's a need for a new approach to processing orders.

We were there for a civil wedding on a Friday from 2 p.m. (special booking). The setting was beautifully laid out, the room was very attractive, spacious, and very bright! The service staff was extremely attentive, barely visible but always (!) approachable and helpful. Friendly, too, as you could wish for. There were flying tapas (special booking), and we guests were thrilled. Delicious, more than enough, and the number of courses seemed endless. All the guests were very, very satisfied, including my wife and I. The drinks selection was plentiful and perfectly complemented. A wonderful day!
