I want to drink a Colaweizen in the evening and get a Hefeweizen that hasn't been mixed with any original Coke. After asking, the cola actually consists of a mixture (syrup and sparkling water) but that's what it would say on the menu. Unfortunately I couldn't confirm that...I think at such prices an original Cola would be more than appropriate and would taste much better too!

I thought I would go out for breakfast with my family somewhere in the Black Forest last Saturday, as everyone was a bit under the weather. This suggestion brought to light several ideas and we decided on Noah's. Said, done and gone! We received a really friendly welcome and, as a family of four, were offered two areas to sit in without a reservation, despite the fact that it was very well attended! Now to Nohas itself: A chic and modern restaurant with great ideas for decorations, simple and yet exciting overall. The offer for the palate is lavish and there is really nothing left to be desired! As already mentioned in the beginning, the staff was very nice, friendly and competent, as soon as we ordered, 4 hot drinks were there, we were surprised by the short waiting time, which was actually none! The food was excellent, great and varied, with delicacies that you really didn't know where to start. But I would also like to address a few things that I didn't find particularly appealing. Last but not least, after such a feast you have to go to the quiet place and I just have to say I was disappointed and felt a bit like I had been thrown in from the rain! Why? For me, compared to the restaurant, the toilet area felt like it had been forgotten or that people really didn't attach any importance to the fact that well-being was expressed here. But for me there were a few things that were somehow preventable. It wasn't extremely dirty but it wasn't kept adequately clean either! Furthermore, I think in a restaurant like this you can and must use resources sparingly, but what is not at all justifiable is setting up disposable soap dispensers that are then filled with water to get the last bit of soap out in some way to get it even though there wasn't any left and at the same time there was no effect of washing your hands. Be that as it may, it is always in the interests of the beholder and it may not always be the same situation as I found it. A few words about the ambience in the toilet area. Even today, with a few ideas and steps, you can design it so that the guest feels comfortable in the most intimate area of ​​the restaurant and can return to the oasis of the restaurant in good spirits. Last but not least, there was one thing that I didn't quite understand: the price of the one I chose! We found a breakfast for two people with plenty of choice at a good price and I thought we would choose this twice then there would be enough for everyone and everyone would get something. The staff advised us, since the children still eat smaller amounts of meals, to split one of the breakfasts chosen, otherwise it would be too much of a good thing and there would be a lot left over. We went into this because we wanted to avoid this too. I would like to emphasize that everything was really good, tasty, well thought out and brilliantly presented and that everything has its price, but I couldn't understand it when it came to paying the bill, which is almost one for 4 people I had to pay 75 €, even though you had decided on a breakfast for two people, which were split twice and the second was even, I'll call it that, split up so that nothing would go to waste if there were any left over, which is perfectly fine , but in the end I had to pay for breakfast for two people almost four times! ??? Unfortunately, and here I blame myself, I didn't ask for the receipt, although I usually always do this to check how the total price came to be. Be that as it may, mistakes happen and you can learn from them to avoid them in the future. Don't take this review as a condemnation but as pure constructive criticism as I felt it as a guest. Honest, sincere but precise!

The food was really tasty and the portion filled you up. I had a rib eye steak. Plate looks appetizing! Of course the meat isn't like in a steakhouse, but it's still good. Service was super friendly. The place is large and clean, there is enough space.

Unfortunately, last night I ate a steak for 28 euros that was completely cooked instead of medium rare but tasted even worse, rotten. My girlfriend smelled and tasted it too! When I complained to the waitress, they said no one had complained today. And I should have said something straight away. So… as if nothing had happened! I would go there any time to drink but no longer eat

We visit regularly and don't spend the entire evening drinking. We've actually been enjoying coming here for years. Actually. We accidentally dropped a glass while walking, of course we cleaned up and apologized and the waitress was very understanding. She said that this could happen at any time and she seemed very uncomfortable that the boss's instructions were that everything had to be replaced. A glass that was accidentally knocked over by a loyal guest had to be "replaced" with €5, in addition to the entire evening's bill. Here the owner does not need to try to object; and think that it is normal to replace the glasses that accidentally break at the purchase price. This is definitely not normal in any restaurant and in the future we will think twice about going somewhere else to have a drink! We find it very outrageous and we are not alone with this opinion.

Wir sind früher schon immer als Freundeskreis für Drinks ins Noahs vor dem Kinobesuch gegangen. Fazit auch nach mehreren Jahren Abstinenz immer noch gute Drinks und lockere Atmosphäre.

Caesar salad with original Caesar sauce was on the menu. Unfortunately, there was almost nothing wrong with my salad. The sauce was neither anchovy nor creamy. Simple oil/vinegar marinade. I think if you don't know the original recipe, you shouldn't advertise it on the menu. I was really looking forward to the taste of the anchovies. The "green salad" was probably ready-made. You can usually see from the dry interfaces that some of them had already turned reddish. The only thing good about the salad was the shaved parmesan. The turkey strips weren't strips, just thick fried chunks of turkey, very dry at that. At the price of almost €19, you can put in a bit of effort.

I was at Noah Restaurant with my girlfriend late in the afternoon. Luckily we got a spot outside in the nice weather, even though we hadn't made a reservation. The cocktail menu is unfortunately very limited and only offers four cocktails. We had the same problem with the food: unfortunately not enough choice. Unfortunately we had to wait a long time because the waitress was solely responsible for the entire restaurant and it was clear that she was overwhelmed. When the dishes finally arrived, we were both very disappointed. The steak was 30% pure fat. My friend wanted her steak medium, but it was served almost raw. We asked several times but were ignored as the waitress was busy with new guests. Shortly before 8 p.m. we ordered dessert, which unfortunately wasn't nicely garnished. Additionally, the waitress spilled drinks on my friend's outfit because she obviously wasn't well trained in serving...

We were there for lunch, sunny day, we were able to sit outside. Right at the roundabout, a few posers thought they had to tell everyone which sound module they had activated for their exhaust system... so much for the ambience The food was also not recommended, spaghetti carbonara with extra parmesan topping with a very parmesan-heavy sauce, my steak baguette was only so-so... Conclusion: Not recommended, only the service was very friendly and made a great effort. July 13, 2024 Addition: And now that the owner has responded, I'm now seriously asking why he falsely claims in his response that there was no spaghetti carbonara this week. Maybe he should take a look at his lunch menu from Thursday, July 11, 204. His answer is simply unbelievable...

Unfortunately, the spagetti carbonara was so parmesan-heavy that you couldn't taste much of the rest. The request for spread bread was three slices of soft baguette. :-( I then let half of the spaghetti go back.

Since we didn't eat anything, I can't say anything about it. Except for the nachos. The ones gratinated with cheese were very good. The normal ones with guacamole itself too, although the guacamole was quite bland. But super friendly, attentive service. Good, not too loud music in the background. Clean toilet and harmonious ambience. We liked it very much. But reservation is required. You can reserve until 8 p.m., but then the kitchen is only open for 1 hour.

The noise is annoying and there is a lot of traffic. Inside it is cozy and nicely decorated. That's why I don't rate the street noise. We're going there again.

Actually a very nice pub in the middle of Balingen. The service is also super nice, but the boss can't get enough: We've been to Noah's regularly and often. We'll think about this in the future: A few days ago we accidentally dropped a wine glass on the floor while walking. The waitress came straight away and helped pick up the pieces. We apologized (which was certainly not intentional). She said it could happen to anyone. She was then visibly embarrassed that her boss was demanding replacements for broken glasses. So we paid another €6.00 ​​for the broken wine glass. Where is something like that?? And that’s with guests who come often!

Noah's in Balingen is a place to linger, meet friends and eat well. Environment and staff are excellent.

My friend ordered a salad, it took about half an hour and it was still ok, but when I asked if it was still coming, the waitress said "there was a lot going on in the kitchen (the shop was half empty) and that wasn't the case "It's as quick as a cake that just needs to be cut." Eine gelungene Mischung aus Bistro und Restaurant. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, hier fühlen sich alle wohl. Tolle Speisekarte, zum dort essen oder abholen. Alle Bedienungen sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Gerne immer wieder.

Die Preise fürs Essen sind nicht gerechtfertigt. Der Lax Max (ca. 19 Euro) ist mehr ein Vorspeisesalatgericht als ein Fleischgericht. Die Pastagerichte waren zu ölig, was den Genuss stark beeinträchtigt hatte. Das Essen schmeckt, aber die Erwartungshaltung wurde bei den Preisen gar nicht erfüllt. Sehr schade und sehr enttäuschend. Die Lokalität ist mehr eine Bar als ein Restaurant. Beides funktioniert in der Realität nicht so richtig. Das Personal ist sehr nett und höflich. Die Lokalität ist schön eingerichtet und lädt zum verweilen ein.

Wir haben den Ort als Barrierefrei und Warmherzig kennengelernt. Das Essen schmeckt super und hat ein gutes Preisniveau. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren an einem Samstag dort zum Frühstücken. Als Veganerinnen findet sich leider wenig auf der Karte, es bleibt lediglich ein Brötchen mit Marmelade und Obstsalat. Auch der Antipasti-Teller war etwas ernüchternd. Immerhin gibt es Hafermilch und der Vegi-Focaccia ist lecker! Super netter Service!

Essen war supper. Wartezeit etwas lange aber hat sich bei dem Essen wirklich gelohnt. Steak war supper lecker und auch die tagliatelle war supper. Nur die Bedienung war etwas unfreundlich, wir waren zu 3. und sind noch jugendlich. Sie fragte uns mit einem bösen Blick ob es bei uns nur beim trinken bleibt und als wir essen bestellt hatten und auch während dem Essen schaute sie alle 2 Minuten ob wir noch anwesend wahren. Wurde noch nie auf so eine weiße arm genannt.

Schnelle freundliche Bedienung. Schönes Ambiente, jedoch etwas dunkel.

Nie wieder 🙈 Wir waren zu zweit etwas essen, sah alles sehr lecker aus .Lachs mit Salat und Ofenkartoffel. Das Öl auf dem Tisch roch schon sehr ranzig und so schmeckte es auch. Wir saßen die halbe Nacht auf dem Klo. Das war nicht das erste mal. Schade.

Super leckeres Frühstück. Wir hatten zwar ziemlich zu kämpfen, aber das lag nicht am Geschmack, sondern an der großen Portion. Alle Produkte waren frisch und haben super gut geschmeckt. Die Servicekräfte waren freundlich und schnell. Hunde sind willkommen.

Das (Sonntags)-Frühstück ist geschmacklich sehr gut und auch umfangreich. Was jedoch sehr schade ist, dass die Wartezeit überdurchschnittlich hoch ist (nach Bestellung ca 1 Stunde - obwohl wir recht früh dran gewesen sind und noch nicht allzu viel los war). Zudem wurde das Frühstück "gestückelt" geliefert (Brötchen zur Wurstplatte mit ca 10-15 min Verzögerung). Wenn man dann noch dazu nimmt, dass das Frühstück für 2 Erwachsenen und ein Kind mit rund 50€ zu buche schlägt - steht das nicht im Verhältnis zur gebotenen Leistung - wenn man bedenkt das man für diesen Betrag teilweise Brunch-Buffets erhält.

Wir waren am einen Freitag dort. Ist schon das zweite Mal dass es so läuft. Es waren zu wenig Bedienungen vorhanden. Haben eine dreiviertel Stunde gewartet, bis eine Bedienung kam. Wurden immer wieder vertröstet. Auch an den anderen Tischen saßen die Gäste mit leeren Getränken. Wir hätten gern noch eine Kleinigkeit gegessen aber dazu sind wir gar nicht mehr gekommen. Unser Vorschlag wäre, eine weitere Bedienung einzustellen. Die Kosten würden sich sicher decken. Was wir alles hätten trinken und essen können in dieser Zeit, die Bedienung hätte sich rentiert. Beim nächsten Besuch werden wir vorher schauen ob genug Bedienungen anwesend sind. Ansonsten gibt es noch andere Lokale in Balingen.

Sehr gemütliches Ambiente - geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Mein griechischer Salat war super frisch, knackig und extrem lecker. Der Service war sehr aufmerksam, jedoch nicht unangenehm aufdringlich...man konnte auch mal 1 Minute vor seinem leeren Glas sitzen, bevor nachgefraft wurde, ob es noch etwas zu Trinken sein darf. Das war sicher nicht mein letzter Besuch im noahs ;-)

Sehr sehr leckeres Essen, kann es nur empfehlen. Die Bedienung ist sehr nett und begleichen Kleinigkeiten die durch ein Missverständnis entstanden sind. Essen kam auch recht schnell und einfach super lecker;) Preislich war es auch ganz ok nicht zu teuer:) Das Ambiente draußen sieht auch sehr ansprechend aus.

Waren heute das erste Mal im Noahs, mit knurrenden Mägen. Das Essen war wirklich hervorragend. Die Spaghetti Rucola waren geschmacklich top und es war eine riesen Portion. Selten haben wir einen so gut an gemachten Salat gegessen. Also verdiente 5 Sterne. Der Service war top. Gerne wieder!!!!!😉

Das Restaurant liegt am nördlichen Rand der Geschäftszone von Balingen. Im Außenbereich stehen bei gutem Wetter ca. 80 Plätze zur Verfügung, innen sind es mehr als 100. Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt und an unseren Tisch geleitet. Die Karte enthält einige Besonderheiten, ist aber im Großen und Ganzen recht übersichtlich. Die Preise liegen eher mittleren Bereich. Für unser Rip-Eye-Steak sowie unsere Tagliatelle zahlten wir inclusive Getränke rund 41,00 €. Die Speisen war sehr gut zubereitet und auch mengenmäßig i.O. Kartenzahlung mit EC-Karte ist möglich, nicht aber mit VISA, etc . Das Restaurant kann durchaus weiter empfohlen werden. In kleines Manko für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung - das WC liegt wie so oft im TG und ist nur über eine Treppe zu erreichen.
