Unfortunately, it's no longer what it used to be since the owner changed. Unfortunately, the shop has become very bad. Portions are getting smaller and smaller and certain dishes simply taste bad Personally, I think it's a shame because I've been a customer for 20 years and it was actually the best chip shop in Gladbeck

The food was super tasty, and certainly not expensive... delicious gyros.... compliments....

We were initially worried about ordering there again after reading all the negative reviews from the last few months. But We cannot confirm all of this at all! The people aren't the same as before, but the presumed boss was super friendly and accommodating. We ordered on the spot and didn't wait long for our food. The fries are still crispy and fried in fresh fat, the gyros are still well seasoned, the currywurst and sauce are the same and the portions are the same size as before. So our conclusion is that fortunately you can still eat there!!! The only point deducted is because the rest of the employees are also welcome to smile despite their work. Gastronomy thrives on service and hospitality. It's not enough if one in four smiles.

Super tasty food for reasonable prices and absolutely friendly staff. It definitely wasn't the last time!

Been there again for years because the Greek tribe was too... It was always good, but I've never experienced such old, dried-out, brown fries, I'm very disappointed 😞 The gyros were delicious as always, look for the tzatziki I won't come back again

When I saw the portions, I knew the ownership had changed. The employees didn't seem familiar to me either, but the portions that were far too small confirmed it. We've been there very often and have always enjoyed eating there, but if the portions remain so tiny at these prices, we'll be there for the last time.

Super tasty, we didn't even notice that there was a new owner, it's consistently delicious.

We ordered bifteki with cheese and a Jägerschnitzel with fries. The food was good and the portions were filling.

After the change of ownership, the great taste of the food is no longer there. Portion sizes have shrunk and prices have risen. Another source of good food has disappeared. Very unfortunate!!!!

Today we had salad with gyros and fries and it was super tasty! Gyros delicious and tender. Happy to come back!

Can the bad recessions such as those of Kevin P. and Angela Riedel cannot be understood. In my opinion, if you want to drown your food in hollandaise sauce, you can't be too particular about the taste. A company does not stand or fall with its employees just because the new owner pursues his own concept. Everything has become more expensive. If e.g. The fuel prices are rising then I won't push my car. Better to have small portions that taste good and are made with a lot of love than large portions that don't taste good enough to drown you in excessive sauce! If you season your food too much, you can't be a gourmet and probably only cook with Maggi bags! If you want to eat fat-free, you should eat an apple and not go to a snack bar! People are happy to accept waiting times in order to enjoy good food. I found the food very appetizing and the service very friendly. Get to know the snack bar and see for yourself. Would love to come back.

I wanted to give this snack bar another chance, but after the rice and the gyros my mood was in the basement. The gyros were so salty even though the quality of the meat was great. There was nothing in my rice except pepper, salt and a fingertip-sized carrot and no less than a pea. I'm really disappointed because I'm used to better things from this snack bar.

At first everything remained the same as with the old owner. I can now taste changes that I don't like. The meat has a strange taste and has a lot of fat. The coleslaw is unseasoned, as are the onions and tzatziki. A pity. Now I'm looking for another Greek fast food place.

We ate here for the third time today on Saturday and as always it was super tasty. I don't know why so many people complain about it. It was super crowded here but everything was served very quickly and the portions are always plentiful

Even though there's a new owner here, the food still tastes great. We've been here a few times now and the difference really isn't that big!!! The gyro still tastes just as good as it did with the previous owner. The three of us eat here regularly and are really very satisfied. The new owners are very friendly and attentive. Even if the waiting time is a little longer, for us it is always worth the wait. PS: You have to give “something new” a chance first!!! The whole team there is really trying hard!!!!!!!

Been a regular customer for a long time! Not anymore! The owner has changed and the food has become really bad! Orders were prepared incorrectly and the gyros with Metaxa sauce consisted of 80 percent cheese! Salad with no taste and the bowls only half full! I've never had such thick onions on a grill plate as here, someone didn't feel like cutting them! Thanks, but after that That was it for us for 20 years!!!

So I had a good meal there for years but now that there are new owners it doesn't taste good anymore. The hamburger was ready first after 5 minutes and the rest of the wait was 20 minutes for 4 things so I won't go there anymore

Fries Currywurst: Fries consistency good but little taste. Sausage ok. Curry sauce without curry? No idea, no taste in it. Sauce tastes like a basic sauce. Neither does card payment. That's it, next chip shop 2km further.

Fast, friendly, delicious. Always my pleasure. That was my opinion 2 years ago. What happened? Where is the boss? Was the store handed over to someone else? Awful. Given a chance 3 times. It's become terrible. Not received correctly every time and in poor condition. Let me know when the boss gets back. Otherwise we'll never come back. The money is too good for me.

Ok, what happened. Is the boss sick?! He should come back quickly, otherwise the employees will ruin his business. It's the 3rd time the food is a disaster. Either something is missing or it tastes like it was warmed up. The great fries in particular were the reason why I really enjoy eating there. The cheeseburger was totally layered with ketchup and mayo and no cheese. Fries so well fried and streaked with fat. My partner didn't even get an aluminum bowl with gratinated cheese and bifteki in metasa sauce as usual. He didn't get it baked at all. Either you get a lot of fries or hardly any fries. Taxi plate, which is otherwise mega, was also terrible. Bratwurst was barely fried, gyros were very fatty and barely crispy. We're tired of it. Write that when the boss is back, we'll come back, never before. It's a real shame what employees ruin. Maybe they should try the food.

I think the food is good but you should make the portions of fries a little smaller because I always throw them away.

If you want a good grill plate or simply fries, currywurst or gyros, this is the ideal place. No frills, just delicious food.

It's a shame, but a company stands or falls with its employees. Should be a schnitzel with Hollandaise sauce, which you've been looking for in vain.

One of, for me, the best Greek fast restaurants... No matter what we had, it ALWAYS tasted very good... So if Greek then Nicholas...!!!!!!

Hello Yes, after shopping I stopped here and ate something delicious. Giro plate. The meat and tzatziki were well seasoned, it was a really tasty dish. And I can only recommend it. Honestly, take a look for yourself and eat something. It's a bit hidden and not immediately visible from the street. But it's worth it.

The food has always been great, the staff is super nice. There are always enough parking spaces available. The prices are really ok. The ambience is just “chip shop romance” but that’s not really important. I will continue to be a guest and look forward to my next visit. Keep it up!

Very good gyros with excellent taste. The side dishes of fries and salad are also very tasty. The portions are very good and more than large enough. The price is very fair for this good quality and is worth recommending.

Gutes Essen zu einem guten Preis. Wer Hunger hat ist hier gut aufgehoben. Am Wochenende hatte ich Besuch und hier die Party Platte bestellt. Kann ich nur jedem empfehlen. Alle Gäste waren begeistert und fragten, woher diese köstlichen Sachen kommen.

Schöne gediegene und saubere Imbissstube in der das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis noch einigermaßen stimmt. Die Griechischen besitzer geben sich mit dem Service sehr große Mühe und das Essen schmeckt mir persönlich sehr gut.

Einfacher, sauberer Grillimbiss mit direkter Verzehrmöglichkeit. Genug Platz für den schnellen Imbiss mit Kollegen. Lieferservice vorhanden, Kartenzahlung möglich. Essen nicht so ganz meins, aber Andere sind hoch zufrieden.

Tolle Ambiente. Die Preise und Portionen waren echt gut. Essen wurde schnell fertig gemacht in der Zeit, wo wir da waren. Ist sehr freundlich und sauber. Würden da wieder hinfahren. Wurde uns von Anwohner auch sehr empfohlen. Waren alle Fleischgerichte mit Pommes teilweise unter 10€ und 15 € pro Person.

vorige week lekker gegeten voor een klein budget. we kwamen 10 min. voor sluitingstijd binnen en werden zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam ontvangen. een aanrader voor een snelle hap aan gunstige prijzen.

Leckere Pommes , gutes Gyros, die Salate leider aus der Fertigbox. Im Sommer kann man auch im Aussenbereich die Speisen einnehmen. Hier würde die Bewertung gut zutreffen. Leider muss man sich aber zwischen befriedigend und sehr gut entscheiden.

Gute Auswahl. Alles lecker und große Portionen. Pommes groß und gut. Schnitzel war auch lecker. Auf jeden Fallmal probieren!

Also wir sind und waren echt überrascht. Super leckerer Gyros und alles andere auch. Es ist zwar ein Imbiss, aber das essen ist so lecker, da kann man sich den Restaurant Besuch sparen. Gut man bekommt kein gezapftes Bier und die Bestuhlung ist einfach. Aber dafür kostet es nicht viel und man kann sagen was man möchte und was nicht. Und Bier schmeckt auch aus der Pulle, dass ist im Ruhrpott eh Gesetz.

Einen Punkt Abzug wegen 'dicke Pommes' , ansonsten top. Zuvor telefonisch bestellt und selbst abgeholt. Schnelle Fertigstellung. Lieferung wird ebenfalls angeboten. Online Speisekarte vorhanden.
