One star is still too many, I've been waiting for my food for 1.5 hours, when you call no one answers, then it's busy, if the bell rings straight away he's happy to take the food back with him, impossible

Ordered grill plate for 2 people. Absolutely not recommended. Very little, mini meatballs, mini steaks. What I have never seen before, the “salad” even for two people was a disgrace. Green beans, red beans, 2 cucumber and 2 tomato pieces were delivered on a PAPER PLATE, the bag and salad looked accordingly, everything was gone, everything was full of oil. Disaster. Not recommended for the money

What a disgrace, food is ordered at 7:45 p.m. unfortunately there is no response from the delivery service provider. Only after you call there at 9:00 p.m. do you get information that it will take another 20 minutes. At 9:25 p.m. you call repeatedly to ask whether the food is on the way and then you get the answer that the delivery person (driver) isn't there yet. It's an absolute disgrace to treat customers like that and I won't be ordering there again. LG Maurice

Quality has declined. I took Metaxa grill plates to take away. Couldn't enjoy. Was pretty over salted

Wrong order. Every dish was put together incorrectly. Plus I completely forgot about my wife’s dish. Everyone then gave something from our menu so that everyone was full. When we called to complain, no one answered the phone. Some of the meat was completely black and burnt.

The fries were forgotten in three dishes. When asked by telephone, a replacement was offered for delivery. The driver called a full 40 minutes later saying he couldn't find our house number. Our address was passed on incorrectly by the chip shop. The driver was in the wrong city. End result, fries are still missing, no one was full and the money is gone too. Not recommended!!

Simply incredible. Ordered through liferando, after waiting 2 hours nothing arrived, tried to call them 10 times and no one answered. I'm just really disappointed, I'm really hungry and I have to go straight back. I didn't get my money back either, it's really unbelievable that people will never order there again, as a restaurant you should be ashamed. Thanks!!

We ordered food today. Should come after 60 minutes. When we called, they said we needed another half hour. That was the last time. Actually, we used to be regular customers. Before that time, half the food was missing. Sorry but that doesn't work

So, not only did they forget my order and it took a total of over 2 hours for the food to be delivered after calling, but we were disappointed once again 😞. The food was really little, the curry sauce on the taxi plate was diluted with water, the amount of gyros wasn't even a handful. The gyros in Metaxa sauce was oversalted and swimming in fat. I can understand that prices are being increased these days, but you should also adjust the portions a bit and expect more in terms of taste. When the older couple still had this business, you still got something for your money 💰. Unfortunately we won't be ordering there anymore. There are better ones nearby, but they were on vacation today.

The supplier or whoever forgot to label the orders which just complicated things unnecessarily.

We ordered a party platter for 2 people. This came as described. Driver was very friendly. The food was very, very tasty, sufficient and hot. Fries were great despite delivery. I will order there more often if the quality stays the same.

We've been ordering there for years and are mostly satisfied. But unfortunately it closes earlier and earlier and the salads are no longer as tasty as they used to be. The portions are always good and even a good eater will definitely be full ☺️

Had the special plate for 2 people today. It was a pleasure. Everything was very tasty and prepared with love. Delivery 29 minutes to Bottrop!!! Others can take an example from that. Thank you very much for that. Keep it up, we'll definitely order again.

Food OK for the price. I had a gyros in pita, I've eaten better but I paid twice as much. If the food were more expensive I would rate it lower.

Ordered and ate there for the last time today... fries had been thrown into the deep fryer for the second time... the things were extremely hard... the mayonaise I paid for was missing, as was the salad... but there's already a scam there... in principle they were ordered goods not included...never again

We ordered an acropolis plate and a gyros pita. Unfortunately the food, the skewers and fries, were cold. The rest of the food was at most lukewarm. The pita bread tasted very good, could have been homemade. Salad was ok. The portions themselves were also completely sufficient for 2 people. The taste was good but it was actually, unfortunately!!, cold. Delivery distance was 3km. The food was ordered 2 hours in advance and arrived almost to the minute. Friendly delivery service. We complained about the cold food over the phone but unfortunately there was no counter-offer or suggestion for improvement. I can well imagine that you can get very good food there. That's why we'll give the restaurant another chance and order there again soon, as it was relatively well seasoned and also fried, but unfortunately, in our opinion, it failed "only because of the temperature".

For my wife and me, this Greek snack bar is by far the best in Gladbeck and the surrounding area. The food is super tasty, fresh and prepared to your taste. The salads in the display (photo) are also very tasty. The grill snack is very clean and has a very nice facilities. The owners and the entire team are very friendly and helpful. Our conclusion is that we are happy to come here again and again.♥️👍

The food was delicious and the good man behind the counter is very attentive and accommodating. The prices are very reasonable and not overpriced. If I'm in the area again, I'd love to come here a second time.

I actually live in Bottrop and only work near the Akropolis Grill which is on Helmutstrasse. and if I get hungry for gyros on Sundays or on another day when I don't have to work, I ride my bike there, regardless of the weather, just to eat the super ingenious gyros. I haven't had such a good gyro in ages. Keep it up!!!

A "top Greek" for years: always fresh, always delicious!

We got schnitzel today, what can I say it was the last time!!! The schnitzels were just fatty and sinewy… the fries were limp… fried way too short! The portions are reduced by half! Never again!!!

Got something there again after a long time... disappointing... portions shrunk... fries cold and limp... tzatziki so sour that you couldn't eat it... gyros, as I said, a small handful... and the salad shrunk by half...except the prices...there wasn't anything like that when the older couple still ran the place...everything was delicious and the portions were good...I don't think we'll order anything there again ....👎

Fries with currywurst on offer every 15th of the month. We recommend.

Unfortunately very greasy, not my cup of tea

The main thing is that everything there tastes very good but the delivery is a disaster. Ordered there for 7 people for my birthday. Got the wrong food, the only thing that was right was the fries. The driver then came back with the right food, but he needed the bag again for the wrong one. Then the nuggets for the children were still missing, which came after about 20 minutes. The Zazicki was completely forgotten. Conclusion: the meat was lukewarm and the fries were cold by the time we could eat them. It's a shame that it turned out that way.

...hatte einen Gyros gehabt, Gyros Pita griechischer Art, eine Portion für so 'n kleinen- bis Mittelhunger, es war echt lecker und alles frisch! ...komme gerne wieder!

Es war ganz lecker, jedoch ist es nunmal einfach zu vergleichen mit jedem anderen Essen dieser Art. Man muss aber lobend dazu erwähnen, es war alles sehr frisch!

Du weißt nicht was du kochen sollst oder hast keine Lust dazu? Dann ab zum Akropolis Grill. Reichlich Auswahl, tolle Portionen, freundliche Bedienung und das Beste....... es schmeckt!! Und Preis-Leistung? Unübertroffen meiner Meinung nach. Wer da nicht satt wird.... Nachtrag vom 04.08.2023: Leider muss ich inzwischen etwas abwerten. Es schmeckt nach wie vor gut, aber die Portionen sind schon deutlich kleiner wie vor der Pandemie und als die "älteren Chefs" noch hinter der Theke standen. Das die Preise erhöht wurden ist das eine und nachvollziehbar, das die Portionen aber gleichzeitig kleiner wurden gefällt mir nicht. Was auch fehlt ist eine nach außen vernünftige Anzeige der Öffnungszeiten an der Tür oder dem Fenster

Essen super leider haben sie kein gutes Zeit Management was das bringen der Speisen angeht wenn 1 std angesagt ist können es auch leider mal 1 1/2 bis 2 std werden Bis es geliefert wird .

Lieferzeit: fast 2 std Dann wurde noch das falsche Schnitzel geliefert und alles andere war schon lauwarm… auf Nachfrage wurde uns dann das richtige Schnitzel geliefert das ging schnell! Aber das andere wurde wieder mitgenommen, mir stellt sich die Frage warum? Als Entschädigung für die lange Lieferzeit gab es eine Fanta Da bestellen wir nicht noch mal! Dabei war es mal der beste…

Wir sind heute aus dem Urlaub gekommen und haben, wie schon oft, Essen zur Lieferung bestellt. Leider waren wir heute enttäuscht: die Portionen sind merklich geschrumpft (der gemischte Salat z.B. war höchstens halb so viel wie sonst, das Bifteki nur minimal mit Schafskäse gefüllt und das Jägerschnitzel war auch weitaus kleiner). Es hat super geschmeckt, keine Frage, aber das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis sollte überdacht werden.

Was einen Imbiss angeht: der beste in Gladbeck. Leckeres Gyros, nicht zu fettig, nicht zu kross...und immer eine nette Bedienung im Laden 👍 Wirklich super 👍

Bereits 3 Mal dort bestellt. Gyros Fleisch ist Top, so wie es muss. Netter Service.

Super Freundlich Bedienung und super lecker Essen

Heut zum ersten mal bestellt. Super Klasse das auch nach Gelsenkirchen geliefert wurde und das war richtig lecker. Sehr netter Lieferdienst und richtig nette Bestellannahme. Essen war top, hatte leider nur keinen Ouzo zum Ouzoteller, lach, dann beim nächstenmal vielleicht. Seeehr gerne wieder

Sehr lecker... Grillteller kann ich sehr gut empfehlen. Alles sauber , geschmackvoll, frisch und das ganze Team sehr sehr nett. Preis -Leistung ist bei dem heutigen Stand der Preise absolut ok. Habe einen Grillteller mit Pommes Maio, Salat ist dabei plus einmal Duvacreis extra und ein paar milde Peperoni...15 € bezahlt. Kann man sich einmal im Monat leisten. Und wir waren zu zweit absolut satt.
