Ein magischer Ort, der verführt und begeistert. Definitiv eine klare Empfehlung – sowohl für Besucher der Stadt als auch für Hamburger.

Prices are extremely overpriced. We were charged 135 euros for our sushi plate, Water per bottle for 14 euros. The quality of the food was okay, but it didn't justify the price.

Absolutely fantastic evening. The atmosphere is top notch, and you feel it as soon as you step inside. We had a 5 course menu which was really delicious. The only thing was the sushi dish, which was a bit boring, but it didn't matter. Nice and different management cocktails. A big plus was that after we had finished eating, it was possible to sit at the bar and continue a good evening.

We spontaneously decided to stop by Nikki Nine Bar one evening, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. Even though the place was fully booked, the staff made an effort to find us a spot, which we really appreciated. Right from the entrance, you can feel the sophisticated yet effortlessly chic atmosphere. The crowd was stylish and upscale, and the venue itself exudes elegance and high standards from start to finish. There’s a cloakroom where you can leave your outerwear, adding to the overall comfort. spoiler : there are a dancefloor, quite small but… it make sense, so it turns to disco later on but just till midnight something like that The vibe was fantastic, with great music, delicious cocktails, and a top-notch ambiance. A lovely bonus was the complimentary snacks (olives, nuts, etc.) served with drinks. Another great feature is that you can leave your car with the valet, and there’s a doorman at the entrance, which adds to the overall high-end experience. We’ll definitely be coming back—this place has earned a spot on our list of favorites!

We were here today and treated ourselves to the sharing menu. It was fantastic! Eating out has become really expensive and sometimes you ask yourself: is it still worth it? But what you get here is worth every euro and cannot be made at home. (At least not from me) 😉 The service was also very attentive and friendly, great!

A fantastic experience from the first second. Despite the high standards, a warm atmosphere in which I feel incredibly comfortable as a guest. The service is not fake or ingratiating, but genuinely friendly and intent on ensuring guests have a magical evening. Das gesamte Team ist unglaublich aufmerksam, professionell und dabei herzlich – man fühlt sich nicht nur als Gast, sondern wirklich willkommen. Ein ganz besonderer Dank gilt Sharma, die uns mit so viel Charme, Herzlichkeit und Fachwissen durch den Abend begleitet hat. Ihre Empfehlungen waren fantastisch, ihr Service absolut erstklassig und ihre freundliche, authentische Art hat unseren Besuch perfekt abgerundet. Und dann das Essen – einfach sensationell! Die Kombination aus japanischer und peruanischer Küche ist ein wahres Geschmackserlebnis. Jedes Gericht war kunstvoll angerichtet und geschmacklich ein absolutes Highlight. Wer in Hamburg auf der Suche nach einem besonderen kulinarischen Erlebnis mit exzellentem Service ist, sollte das Nikkei Nine auf keinen Fall verpassen! Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Nuestra segunda vez en familia para un menú de cena. Esta vez teníamos la firma 5 - curso Omakase menú. Habíamos hecho la reserva hace siete semanas. Tuvimos una buena noche, pero no fue tan memorable como la última vez. Servicio: Teníamos una mesa reservada a las 18: 00 para no apresurarse pero esto tuvo el efecto contrario. Nos sentamos a nuestra mesa a las 18: 10 y pidió cócteles que llegaron 30 minutos después. Ni siquiera habíamos empezado a beber cócteles cuando llegó el primer plato (amouse - bouche no se ofreció, así que realmente era el primer plato). Pedimos que nos dieran un tiempo para disfrutar de nuestros cócteles antes de comer y pedir un poco de vino para la cena. Los camareros volvieron a llevar los platos a la cocina pero también explicaron que solo teníamos hasta el 20 : 15 para despejar la mesa para la segunda rotación y, por lo tanto, necesita apegarse a un horario. Trajeron de vuelta el primer plato siete minutos más tarde, que era justo lo suficiente para tomar un sorbo de los cócteles. Ahora he descubierto que el 2 : 15 h se mencionó en la letra pequeña de nuestra reserva, pero es simplemente inapropiado para una cena de 5 platos. Se sintió apresurado toda la noche. La línea de tiempo apresurada significaba que no recibimos recomendaciones de cócteles y nunca nos preguntaron si queríamos vino. Tuve que pedir a uno de los camareros que limpiaban nuestros platos del primer plato que trajera dos copas que había elegido de la carta de vinos anteriormente. Cuando nos sirvieron el vino la botella no se nos mostró y nada se dijo al respecto. Era imposible decir quién era nuestro camarero principal. Debemos haber interactuado con al menos cuatro diferentes (sin contar los que acaban de servir / limpiar los platos). Cuando recibimos el cheque honestamente no podía decir si el camarero había interactuado con nosotros antes. No nos preguntaron sobre nuestra experiencia de cenar. Se sentía muy transaccional. Salimos a las 20: 14 . Alimentos: El menú de cinco platos Omakase fue etiquetado como el menú de la firma. Tenemos exactamente 5 platos (sin ratón - bouche o cualquier otro plato intermedio). Todos los cursos eran de alta calidad y se presentaron muy bien, pero no podía ver una conexión o historia. Básicamente fueron los éxitos de todos los tiempos pero sin un giro: Sashimi, Gyoza, Sushi, Bacalao Negro más un poco de pastel / hielo para el desierto. El desierto no encajaba con el curso anterior y no era memorable y no destacaba para terminar. Compartimos nuestros pensamientos sobre el desierto con el camarero que limpió esos platos y él respondió muy profesionalmente y tuvimos una charla amistosa. Nuestra factura era de 600€ por cuatro PAX incluyendo propina, dos copas de vino, dos cócteles alcohólicos y dos no alcohólicos.

Selve stedet emmer af eksklusivitet, men betjeningen rangerer fra jævnt til ubehøvlet. Det meste af maden var okay, men ikke noget særligt. Jeg blev spurgt om jeg ville have fisk eller kød til hovedret og jeg valgte kød. Det udløste en ekstraregning på 55€ I alt kom vi af med 380€ for to personer. Jeg kan I den grad ikke anbefale denne restaurant, når man er bedre vandt I Danmark, hvor priserne er langt lavere og kvaliteten langt højere.

Forretterne forsøgte - og levede nogenlunde op til - forventningerne, hvorimod hovedret og dessert var ganske skuffende smagsoplevelser. Én tjener var imødekommende og venlig, mens de øvrige lagde arrogante miner for dagen - den ene i en sådan grad, at man skulle tro hun var betalt for det. Alt i alt en middelmådig oplevelse med meget begrænset value for money.

Everything is really right here! So fascinating that I completely forgot to properly document/photograph it. The rice is a must-eat alongside the black cod. But everything was great. Tempura Shrimp Gyoza.. Sushi.. top! The wine selection is also very good, the service is top notch. And the best thing is that you can then stumble into the bar in front of the restaurant. P.S. The new DJ and the change of staff at the door create an exclusive, relaxed atmosphere! Looking forward to next time!

We spontaneously came here for dinner and were totally happy. The kitchen is very creative with top products and extremely tasty. The service employees are super friendly and know their craft. Price/performance for this level is absolutely fair.

Moin Folks, mal selbst sich etwas geschenkt, ein eigener Neujahrsempfang zu zweit im Genusstempel an der Binnenalster im Hause Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten. Es war durch den charmanten Service „Trompetengalaktisch“ und ruft nach einer Wiederholung. A h ja, der Termin steht, ich werde nächsten Monat berichten. Hier und gestern, es war berauschend, die Suchtgefahr ist groß und 12 x im Jahr hier einzukehren ist unser Programm für das noch jungfräuliche Jahr 2025. Everything par excellence! You will receive an extremely friendly welcome, from the greeting when you enter and from the service at the table! The food was incredible - I have rarely experienced such good quality. I can say the same about the excellent service, every member of staff makes the guest feel truly welcome. The table directly in front of the open kitchen completes the whole thing, as you get a great insight into everyday life and processes in the kitchen. Truly an experience, even if the price level naturally predicts this. Thank you and see you next time!

Were there for my birthday, so it was a special occasion... and it was completely exceeded... If you can call it fine dining, it's so worn out that it was a surprise. Here you experience, yes, experience gastronomy. From the moment you enter the house until the moment you leave. The extremely competent, polite, not exaggerated service accompanies you alongside the mega furnishings and the light. We were allowed to sit at the high table directly by the open kitchen. So we were also able to follow the creation of the great dishes. We were only “distracted” by the friendly young lady who was our waitress that evening. But your colleagues who served us were just as pleasant to look at. It was a great 2.15 hours full of enjoyment and influences to enjoy. Anyone who eats here will be fine with the price Is should be clear. I would like to thank you very much for a great evening and “threaten” to do it again.SJ

Perfect drinks, great ambience - Robin mixed great drinks for us. It's best to sit at the bar, where you can talk directly to other guests. We didn't even look at the drinks menu and relied entirely on Robin's advice.

Our absolute highlight of the last trip to Hamburg. It was a huge pleasure to eat here. No question, I didn't quite understand the main course from the menu, combination of very salty, very sweet, very spicy, but okay, that's how it is. All in all it was very tasty, great products, delicious cocktails and our highlight of the evening, the waitress at the table, Lars. He made this evening so wonderful and great, I just hope that he is still there the next time we go to Hamburg.

I can only warmly recommend Nikkei Nine in Hamburg! Our group of friends spent a fantastic evening there. The fusion of Japanese and Peruvian cuisine is simply extraordinary. Every dish we tried was a taste explosion - especially the sushi variations and the ceviche are an absolute highlight! The service was also first class. The staff was attentive and friendly, and they gave us great recommendations. The ambience is modern and inviting, perfect for a convivial evening with friends. We'll definitely be back!

Amazing vibe! Bar section with a DJ and dining linked next door. Took the omakase and was really good! Portions slightly smaller though… Really liked the show crab dish, cod, dumplings and of course the wagyu! Oh and the dessert was exceptional with the shiso ice cream! Yums! Very nice wines too! Just be prepared to splurge!

Wir hatten ein tolles 5-Gänge-Menue mit vielen Varationen und neuen Geschmäckern. Sehr zu empfehlen. Ein bisschen zu laute Musik, zum Glück schöne Musik. Leider mussten wir uns etwas beeilen, da der Tisch schon wieder vergeben war. Wir hatten von 18:00 bis 20:15 reserviert. Dies war knapp bei 5 Gängen. Aber sehr empfehlenswert, wir kommen wieder!!!

The food was excellent. Elengantly presented, it's great for our eyes and tongues. They use many Japanese ingredients like Shiso, Miso, Yuzu, green tea and made beautiful creative Japanese food. Very tasty and had a depth to them. I suggest you to try ''Omakase'' (chef's special course). The service was excellent, very friendly, caring, hospitable, helpful and they are all smiling!!😊😊 The settings were lovely, gorgeous but cosy. The toilets are impressive, so pretty. Very good experience. Love to go back again! A good place for your special occasions!! 😊😊

Nikkei - The most delicious restaurant in Hamburg.

Really sensationally good! After a bottle of Ruinard Rose in the legendary Four Seasons Bar, we received a warm and friendly welcome at the Nikkei Nine. The rooms are a visual highlight thanks to their playful and very successful interior design. Must see. The aperitif was excellent. Unfortunately I forgot the name but it was phenomenal. It had acidity, sweetness, spiciness, was ice cold and protein foam on top. He also worked. Splendid! I had a Wagyu tartare with caviar, which was beautifully presented. In terms of taste, it was very well rounded. It was really fun. The monkfish roasted on the bone literally blew me away with its aroma. In between I had a au gratin oyster “Chakalaka” that had too much panko on it for my taste. But perfectly cooked! The scallops were also perfect. In the main course I had a buttery tender cutlet of Iberico pork which was pyramidal in every way. The fried truffle rice with it was excellent. The miso cress ice cream served for dessert was addictive. If you're in Hamburg you have to go to Nikkei Nine! Absolutely!

A sophisticated restaurant with exquisite dishes. It was the right choice to celebrate my birthday here, in such a beautifully decorated interior. Although, the birthday decorations looked a bit off. They do not match with the restaurant level.

Spontan hatten wir uns noch einen Tisch gebucht und landeten am Hochtisch direkt neben der Küche. Das sympathische Team hat uns einen fantastisch entspannten Abend beschert: Der Service lässig und doch aufmerksam und ambitioniert. Wir haben diesmal kein Menü genommen und waren positiv überrascht. Die Qualität der einzelnen Komponenten war wirklich herausragend, die einzelnen Gerichte, fein komponiert, toll abgeschmeckt und die Portionen mitunter üppig. Uns hat der direkte Rauch vom Robata-Grill nicht gestört, mag aber sicher nicht für jeden etwas sein. Dafür gab es ein bisschen „The Bear-Feeling“ mitten im klassischen „Vier Jahreszeiten“. Wir kommen bald wieder!

Wir haben uns auf ein 4 Gänge Menü (zum Teilen) mit Überraschungen eingelassen und es war ausgezeichnet. Sehr kreative Küche mit japanischen & peruanischen Einflüssen, alles nach unserem Geschmack. Sehr leckere Desserts. Ein ambitionierter liebevoller Service von Julia, insgesamt überhaupt ein nettes Service Team. Das Ambiente ist speziell und die Location leider im Keller, aber dennoch beim nächsten Hamburg Besuch wieder einer unserer Favoriten!

Ausgezeichnetes Menu mit individueller Weinbegleitung, sehr aufmerksame und sympathischer Service, Fünfgangmenu wird zwar sehr speditiv, aber mit angenehmer Kadenz serviert. Ein rundum gelungenes Esserlebnis in toller Qualität sowohl kulinarisch als auch önologisch.

Sehr gut Qualität und somit sehr empfehlenswert. Allerdings hat das dementsprechend auch seinen Preis. Und natürlich werden wir nochmal das Restaurant besuchen wenn wir im Norden sind.

The food was delicious, but we were still hungry afterwards, even though we had a five-course meal. We had no sense of time at all and thought it was very dark there.

Booked a table for a birthday celebration. The table was ready and the waiters had decorated the table nice touch!! :-) Started of with their signature cocktail (a sour) which was really good. Went for the five course menu and a bottle of white, which the waiter recommended. Really tasty menu, really good wine recommendation and really good service. To top it off they served us a small birthday cake besides the dessert. Would happily come back some day!

Food: Absolutely fantastic food, everything we had was just delicious. My favourites were probably the grilled duck (robata) and the quail and iberico skewers (kushi yaki). Many of the dishes were also really quite spicy (which we loved), but be careful if you don't like spicy food at all. Drinks: A bigger selection of wines by the glass would have been nice, but the ones we had were quite good. Both of the cocktails we had at the end were great as well. Service: The service was very friendly and kind but could have been a tiny bit more attentive.

Muy buena ubicación; restaurante muy bien decorado que ofrece un ambiente cálido y un buen ambiente. Bastante elegante; ver y ser visto. La recepción fue igualmente cálida y amable; el personal en general es amable con un sentido del humor relajado. Muy ruidoso, principalmente debido a que un grupo muy grande celebra el cumpleaños de alguien. Uno se comparará con los Nobu’s y Zuma’s y otros restaurantes japoneses de inspiración peruana en el mundo... Tomó Omakase, con la actualización Wagyu. Desgraciadamente y en conflicto con la idea que hay detrás del omakase (el chef elige con la idea mostrar sus platos de autor) , aquí las opciones eran demasiado obvias (y casualmente los artículos más baratos del menú) : sarro de ternera, gyoza, nigiri principalmente atún, hamachi, ... , ... Pagó 55 € por la actualización Waguy A 5 y casi tuvo que llorar (como en: una pieza... . realmente... ) - ver imagen. La calidad de la comida estaba muy bien. Pero aparte de la discusión sobre la calidad-precio, también está la discusión sobre la cantidad: se fue a casa todavía con hambre. Algunos pequeños puntos de trabajo: Mi cóctel (un negroni picante) llegó al mismo tiempo que el primer plato - sin fósforo; pidió que lo guardara si y lo trajera de nuevo como una bebida después de la cena. Se ofrecieron al liquidar la cuenta para tomar una copa de Chardonnay que tenía de la cuenta - buen gesto Tuve que pedirme la toalla de mano caliente Recomiendo ir a la carta, ya que el Omakase no vale su precio ni muestra lo que el chef es capaz de hacer. Perfect all around! The food is to die for and of high quality. Each course was deliciously prepared and beautifully presented. The drinks are also in a league of their own. Thanks to the courteous and friendly service, coupled with the relaxed ambience, a feeling of well-being is guaranteed. Many thanks to the entire team for the wonderful evening!

Who would have thought that one of the best Asian/Fusion restaurants could be found in a basement with no windows. Here it is. Supported by the team, the apparent boss, Matthias Förster, acts as a link between both sides: guests and staff appear happy and relaxed.

Was my first visit. Very impressive location, lots of details and highlights. Really something for the eye. The 5 stars are not for the food but for the cocktails I had that evening. The price is higher, but the quality is also very good and tasty. Musically, another highlight with the finest house music from DJ Jay Are the evening. Very friendly employees.

Japanisch- peruanisch kombinierte Küche ist mal was ganz anderes und auf jeden Fall eine Besuch wert. Wir hatten zu zweit je 2 Vorspeisen und als Hauptgang Ente und black Cod. Jedes Gericht war ein wahrer Gaumenschmaus. Der Service war ausgesprochen gut und sehr aufmerksam. Wie kommen sehr gerne wieder.

I had this restaurant on my “must eat” list for a long time. I enjoy eating out more often in fine dining restaurants. Unfortunately, last night was disappointing for me. We sat at the worst table, in passing traffic. Guests and staff were walking between us and the bar, behind us was the staff service desk, so I was constantly being jostled from behind (there was no alternative seat). I don't understand why they would put a table there. Except for the dessert (corn ice cream), the omakase menu was rather average in terms of taste and craftsmanship. By the way, you can also find the expensive Rose on the shelf at Lidl (no devaluation of the wine). In summary: It was a meal in a club with very loud music, unfortunately we couldn't chat and enjoy the evening. It also smells burning because the guests at the table can fry their own dishes. A better ventilation system would be better. Thanks for the good service from the staff, but we won't be back.
