New York Pizza in Köln

Promised delivery in 25 minutes, but only arrived after 2 hours. Ice cold, inedible. Not recommended!!!

Delivery took about 50 minutes, but it was still quite tasty and perfectly piping hot. Not really New York style, but more like typical American pizza. Still really good, I would order again and recommend it for simple and cheap pizza.

For me personally, the best pizza delivery service in Cologne! Super delicious pizza, fair prices, great discounts, and fast preparation and delivery. What more could you want? Highly recommended.

My pizza wasn't delivered, and the money was debited. I've been writing to customer support for a month now, asking them to at least issue me a voucher for the amount. Even then, they're left in the dark and I have to constantly send reminder emails myself. I've been a regular customer for years and have Gold status. If that's valued that much, then I feel sorry for them.

Very cozy pizzeria! The pizza was truly delicious, especially the dough. The ingredients were fresh and flavorful. The service was friendly.

Had pepperoni pizza it was huge. Was crispy even for home deliver. Very filling.

Unfortunately, the kitchen is noticeably unhygienic. Staff wear only one glove, and flies gather on fried chicken in the background.

Avoid. We saw a rat running around, there were rat droppings on the floor and my friends pizza had a dead fly in it. Pretty sure we're going to get food poisoning now.

A restaurant that usually works by order but you can eat pizza with service inside. The pizzas are very tasty and the dough is very nice, with plenty of ingredients. It is a place we preferred during our trip and were very pleased with.

There were times when I ordered from here twice a week, and for a long time, I was as satisfied as one can be with a delivery service. But then the service and quality declined; sauces were forgotten, the chicken stripes had incorrect quantities, and a few minor issues were the final straw. Now I've started ordering from here again for a few months, and I've noticed once again that the service has gotten worse. For example, once, they couldn't change a €50 bill for a €30 order. And today, they forgot the sauce for the hot dog, two pieces were missing from the chicken strips again, and when I called, they wanted to deliver the two missing strips... Customer service: NO CALL! I said I wasn't going to order any more and they should deliver me an ice cream. The driver actually came back 40 minutes later and brought me the sauce for the hot dog I'd already eaten, along with a small ice cream! Worth 2.99, got a one-star review, and lost a customer! Best to order somewhere else; customer service is more important everywhere than in New York! UPS: New York Pizza!

I am extremely dissatisfied and disgusted with this restaurant. I don't know how others feel, but our experience was disastrous. We ordered on-site, and our order was taken in a friendly manner and processed immediately. However, the impressions we had on-site were completely unacceptable. The dining room was very dirty, the open door had no fly screen, and there were at least 10 small flies flying around every lamp – both in the dining room and in the kitchen. What bothered me most was the hygiene. Some employees wore gloves, others didn't. Both were smoking outside the restaurant and didn't think it was necessary to wash their hands before processing further orders. For employees to smoke on-site and then process orders without washing their hands is simply disrespectful and disgusting. I immediately lost my appetite when I saw these conditions. Eating the pizza was no longer enjoyable for me. I find this behavior abhorrent and not in the spirit of the franchise. It's simply disgusting!

The treatment is not the best thing

I have ordered many times, and the delivery is fast. The delivery attitude is very good every time. It is delicious and fresh.

Pizza is pizza. The pizza here is quite good. The food comes in a cardboard box, even if you choose to eat in. There's not much space.

As an Italian, I can tell you...eat at this place once and never again. If I want a decent pizza, I'll go to an Italian restaurant! It's the same if you want a kebab...you go to a Turkish restaurant, etc. The kind of pizza they make here would be a no-go here in Italy!

Ordered and called after 60 minutes. The pizza was supposed to arrive right away. Then we got a call saying they couldn't deliver and we'd have to pick it up... What a disgrace! Zero stars!

My order never arrived, and no one answered the phone. Even Lieferando's customer support took almost two weeks and an email response to get my money back. Unfortunately, that's very disappointing, considering the store handles the delivery itself.

They accepted my money without delivering the food, and I didn't get anything back from my complaint to PayPal. Don't order from them via Lieferando or Uber Eats.

I usually really enjoy ordering here. Unfortunately, I don't have such good news today. My order arrived veeeery late. I can understand that if it's busy. But the pizza was really only lukewarm when it arrived. And it didn't include the corn I had ordered separately for an extra €2. That was really disappointing for the extra charge! I'm really disappointed today. Update 05/25: I'm upgrading my rating. The last two orders were again very good. The last one was also very fast! The quality was really good, and my requests were taken into account. If it stays this way, I'm willing to give it 5 stars again.

Well I have to honestly say if you compare the pizzas with those from Newyork Pizza on Neusserstr, these pizzas are simply rubbish. Compared to Neusserstr, both the toppings and sauces simply taste “old”, as if the pizza had been sitting around for a day and had only been warmed up a short time before… It's a shame because Ursulastr used to make really good and tasty pizzas. Unfortunately, since they've had them for a long time and renovated them, the taste has gone into the basement. If you can, order from Neusser str, it tastes much better!

My 2 friends and I have had gastrointestinal problems for several days now after eating the pizza. Wouldn't recommend it!

Terrible delivery through Lieferando!! Takes so long and no updated information about! Last time I had to go to the place to take my food because it took more than 1 hour to deliver 1 garlic bread and 3 cokes. Last order there

On Wednesday ordered food poisoning the night after. Absolutely not recommended, especially when I read here that I'm probably not the only one.

Two of us ordered via Lieferando on a Friday evening. The delivery time was 1.5 hours. Since then, we've both had severe stomach problems. I don't know what was in these pizzas, but maybe that's for the best. The quality of the food also doesn't live up to the price, in our opinion. So, we'll be avoiding the place in the future.

We ordered via Lieferando, the food was warm and tasted great (wrap, pizza, chicken). For another order, we picked it up directly from the store. The staff was ok and could have been a little friendlier, but everything was within reason. There are 3-4 tables on site for on-site consumption.

I ordered there 3 times the first time it was very tasty but I waited 45 minutes the 2 time my pizza was unfortunately cold after 1 hour of waiting then I wanted to order something sweet unfortunately I still had my grandma's address in it the driver then called me via WhatsApp I then sent him my address and said I should call the boss who then also called me via WhatsApp and said it wasn't in the delivery area there's nothing you can do which is not true because I've already ordered 2 times and it It's 6 minutes by car from my grandma's address to me, so customer service isn't the first priority, which is why the rating

I don't understand why anyone would wear gloves but then touch money with them and then reach into my food and make pizza. Something like that just doesn't work and it just happens in front of me as if it doesn't matter at all. Too bad.

Ordered through Liebamdo, food was great, Lieferando was very nice and personable and would be happy to do so again.

Ordered spaghetti with meatballs. Specifically asked if they are not spicy. Cashier insisted they are not. In the end food was too spicy. Refused to return money or replaced food.

I have a Lukas Podolski Advent calendar in which there was a €5 voucher for the next order. Specified when ordering online, unfortunately no one was able to deduct this from the invoice amount... quite a rip off. It's a shame that you have to get customers like that

18 euros for a pizza is already steep - Furthermore, everything was so soggy that I now know where the “bad” reviews come from. I still have New York Pizza from 2019 in my head - that has nothing to do with it anymore. Don't order here anymore, it was soft and there was too much topping so it got soggy when I picked it up.

Ate two pieces of pizza here. A chicken hollandaise, a chicken BBQ spicy (?). I am very disappointed in the taste of both. The chicken hollandaise pizza had a very strange tomato sauce that simply didn't taste good. It's hard for me to describe it, but I think every pizza lover can confirm: it tastes amazing. The second pizza (Chicken BBQ Scharf something) had a 3/5 star taste - even though it wasn't an Italian pizza of course - but it smelled like me when I didn't have time to shower in the morning. Overall not a good experience. 2/5 stars, but only because the spicy chicken pizza had a tolerable taste.

Today am order 21.00 clock after 35 mintuen am asking where is my order then they are say we don't have ur order and when am do it again it's too late that day they don't give. It's too badly we love this pizza before but right now am hate it

The pizzas have their own style and taste. They really can't be compared with their special oil and are very tasty. The service is very complicated. The boss is very friendly and helpful while the employees just look at you and ignore you.

The advertised pine nuts AND sunflower seeds were missing from the “Pesto Shrimp” pasta! You can't really call it pesto. Only two shrimps soaked in fat - unfortunately absolutely inedible!!! Very very annoying for the price!!! NEVER AGAIN!

Good location, close to main square. Even thought we said we would eat there they just came with boxes (no plates, no cutlery). On a positive side, it was done pretty quick and it was good. Parking can be found in many streets around the restaurant.

It was definitely the last order there. I can live with a delivery time of almost 1.5 hours, but then the pizza should arrive warm - especially for this price. Unfortunately, the dough also tastes very rubbery.

I ordered one small Pizza the other day and asked for a little ketchup to put it on the Pizza if it's okay. The guy working there said loudly they don't have no Ketchup. The pizza base was so thin, barely existent. I've honestly never had such bad pizza. There was hardly any toppings on it either, the pizza was very dry and cold. You could have eaten the pizza box and it wouldn't have made any difference. And for 15€... Really not a recommendation.

Today we ordered 1 pizza, 1 salad and a portion of wedges through liederando. We tried to reach someone by phone but no one answered the phone. So here goes: Everyone has now understood that everything is no longer as cheap as it was back then, but EY PEOPLE - this is about "potatoes"! Such a measly portion for €4.90??? You can't be serious! And then they aren't even crispy like they should be, so they should have been fried at least a minute longer. The salad for €9.90, taste was ok, but again it was too small a salad for the price! The Tono pizza cost over €12 and was definitely not worth the money! The dough tasted ok, but it made up too much of the pizza (a matter of perspective). We looked for cheese and found hardly any. The only acceptable thing was the delivery time, because it was reasonable. Conclusion: Where else can you definitely get more for your money! And definitely tastier too.

The pizza is quite tasty. Prepared quickly. But the establishments are focused more on takeout or delivery. It’s not cozy inside and there’s no desire to linger for long.

THIS RESTAURANT IS A SCAM! I placed an order and immediately called to change my address and the guy who answered didn’t understand me just hung up the phone and canceled my order. I tried to get a refund through Lieferando but the restaurant told them they had prepared my food! A bunch of liars! Please do not order from this place. For 20€ they will ruin their reputation! I cannot believe there are places that do this!

Update 27.10.23 Mal wieder in Köln zu Besuch und der erste Anlauf diese Pizzeria. Und meine Vorfreude auf die Pizza hat sich auch nicht getrübt. Es war einiges los aber ich musste nicht lange warten und die Pizza war wie immer sehr lecker auch die Barbecue chicken Pizza. Mittlerweile gibt's die Kette auch in Hamburg also ist das schon mal ein Besuch wert. Diese Pizzeria war die erste die mir aufgefallen ist, weil sie bei mir in der Nähe vom Hotel war... auch wenn man mich vergessen hat, weil ich dort vor Ort gegessen habe... war meine erste Pizza super lecker.. Barbecue chicken Pizza.. die 35 cm waren schon echt heftig alleine, wenn man davor noch Pizzabrötchen gegessen hat... war dann noch mal da und habe eine vier Käse Pizza gegessen.. Und beide Pizzen waren super lecker.. Vor allem der crosse Teig echt hammer lecker.. sehr zu empfehlen..

Mein erstes Mal New York Pizza aus Köln. Ich habe eine California-Veggie für 10,49 liefern lassen. War lecker allerdings mit 22cm statt 26cm Durchmesser DEUTLICH zu klein. Schade.

Beste Pizza in Köln. Kommt immer heiß an, schmeckt top und immer Frisch. Noch nie enttäuscht worden. Definitiv eine Empfehlung wert.

Super lecker, wenn man fettige Pizzen wie in Amerika mag. Auch das knoblauchbrot ist super. Es gibt vegane Varianten und allgemein eine gute Auswahl.

Die Pizza ist in der letzten Zeit wieder deutlich besser. Daher werde ich meine Bewertung wieder anheben von 2 auf 4. Dazu trägt auch der Rabatt bei Abholung bei. Damit wird die doch sehr teure Pizza etwas bezahlbarer. Schön ist auch, dass es nun auch einen kleinen günstigen Beilagensalat gibt.

Wer bei so einer Kette bestellt darf sich über die Qualität nicht beschweren. Was aber garnicjt geht ist eine kleine pizza mit paprika und Zwiebeln für 16 Euro. Werde nie wieder bestellen. Für das geld bekommt man eine richtige deluxe pizza bei einem Italiener.

Haben mit der Firma bestellt, alle super zufrieden. Die Pizzabrötchen waren der Wahnsinn sowie alles frisch und lecker. Immer wieder nur weiterzuempfehlen. Lieferant auch sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
