Why does the owner keep saying that they have a sign says "card only above x"? There was no sign and when this was pointed out to the server, they said "it's in the entrance". I said show me and there was no sign!!! The server then said "sorry, you need to talk to the chef but the chef is busy." Such nonsense and then to lie about it on Google is ridiculous. Mediocre food is tolerable but dishonesty is unnecessary

A good restaurant, although some dishes are a bit too salty. Bring some change, as card payments are only accepted for orders over €35, and this isn't indicated anywhere except on the counter.

It is a very enjoyable place and the menus, flavors are amazing and most of all the staff are very nice people ❤️ I would like to thank Mr. Muhammed who welcomed me, introduced the menu and sincerely provided a great service. Getting to know him and experiencing this restaurant took away all my travel fatigue 🙏👏🏻💐❤️

Unfortunately, it was a very poor dining experience. The restaurant insisted on cash payments only. Before dining, they said the minimum credit card payment was €15, but after dining, they changed it to €30. We did not reach €30, so they refused our credit card payment and demanded a PayPal transfer. PayPal has a delay in processing payments, so the restaurant was concerned that we would default on the payment and insisted on taking a photo of our ID. Their attitude was very rude and unacceptable.

Really delicious food. I've travelled a lot in Southeast Asia, and really enjoyed eating here. The veg spring roll starters were crisp and hot, and the curries full of.complex flavours. Really recommend!

I was here on a school trip with my friends, and we stumbled upon this place. The service is super friendly and the food is delicious, especially for the price. The atmosphere is nice, too. My only criticism is the restrooms, which are a bit small, but if you don't plan on staying there for long, it should be fine.

The food was delicious, served quickly, and the waitress was very polite and always cheerful. The restaurant's design was very nice and looked very inviting. Overall, I can only recommend this restaurant and would go there anytime.

The Satan skewers were fried in oil for far too long, making them too tough and chewy, like a shoe. The Pad Thai tomato sauce had a strong rusty, irony aftertaste, suggesting the tomatoes had been kept in the can for far too long and weren't even transferred to a different container. Not recommended!

My favorite restaurant for years. Even though I don't live in Cologne, I sometimes drive there especially for this restaurant. The food is always delicious; I've never had a dish here that I didn't like. The curry dishes and fried noodles are particularly delicious.

My first Thai food experience and it was a great one.

I’ll start with one negative point. The cash only.. in 2024 it shouldn’t be a thing anymore honestly. As a tourist for example. You don’t always walk around with cash. I don’t, especially not in countries were they use the same money.. Lucky for them, there’s an atm not that far (like back and forth 10 minutes +-). I was actually this close to skip the restaurant just because of that. But because we saw an atm not too far we decided to go back (had just arrived in Cologne, I didn’t want to keep searching after food lol). For the rest, service was okay, food was okay, portions were defenitely okay, we received the food quiet fast and it was good. My husband really enjoyed it.

The food was delicious. I felt almost like I was in Thailand, especially since the weather was good. I recommend it to anyone who likes Asian food and not only.

It’s unbelievable for how much you pay for only less than 20€. Taste authentic and nice atmosphere and friendly stuff. Restaurant was really busy but I still got the menu and food in no time, very surprised. Nothing else to complain and no improvement else needed. Will happily return here again in the future.

Top service, delicious food at a fair price

We visited the restaurant for the first time last night (just the two of us with our dog) and were immediately warmly welcomed by a member of staff. The atmosphere was cozy and authentic, the food was delicious and varied. They offer a variety of drinks, including something beyond the usual soft drinks. The staff were super attentive and made us feel completely welcome. Thank you so much! The atmosphere was fine because of the decoration, but unfortunately that's where it ends. Staff didn't feel like it. Too bad that the restaurant itself and the guests are the victims of this. Food was ok, nothing special.

Fast service and really good food

The best pho and tom yum we've had outside of Thailand and Vietnam so far!!! The service was friendly and quick, but it loses points because you can only pay with cash, not by card. The decor makes the small shop feel cozy.

Went there for dinner on a weekday. The restaurant has a very cute decor and cozy atmosphere. We were given a table immediately. The menu has a lot of variety. We ordered chicken Satay, chicken fried rice and singapore-style fried noodles. Our order was promptly served and didn’t have to wait long. We liked that. Gebraten reis and gebraten noodles were perfect. We wanted them spicy and they cooked it accordingly. The flavors were good. Only complain is that Satay was fried rather than grilled which we didn’t expect. The portion size is okay. The place was relatively quiet. We suddenly stumbled upon the restaurant but we liked it. We would love to try more items here. They only accept cash here. For three items, our bill was 28€ so it was pretty reasonable. Overall a good experience and will recommend it to anyone in the area

For the umpteenth time we ordered a duck dish both in the restaurant and for collection. There was a very specific reason for this, because we had seen the duck dish with two guests in the restaurant who were well known there and the dish looked great. They were beautifully cut, juicy and thick pieces of duck without too much breading. We have now repeatedly obtained the form as you see it here. Disgusting, you have to look for the dry duck in the breading... The two stars are only given if you order a purely vegetable dish without duck.

The gyza chicken was very good. I had the Gaeng Massaman with chicken, would have liked a little more meat. My colleague had the Pad Kraw Pauw Ente, she was very satisfied. You can't say anything about the price.

Food was very good because of the price, service was great, ambience with the door constantly open and guests waiting for a table and standing behind us was not optimal. So definitely make a reservation and choose a table far from the door.

The food is not very Thai but it's okay, enough portion and fast serving to the table. Lots customer so the surrounding is always cover with talking. Only cash for payment but please notice the return charges as they may return less money, especially I got a broken 50 euros and it's my mistake for not checking onsite...

Above all, nice staff, nice furnishings and fair prices. Unfortunately I didn't like the food at all. I had a dish in mango sauce and it tasted like warm mango lassi, way too sweet and way too much sauce. Unfortunately I didn't eat it. Maybe it was just the wrong dish. Too bad.

My peanut dish was delicious. Green curry was not spicy at all and was lightly seasoned. Warning: sweet and sour sauce was disgusting. Tasted like they had put curry ketchup in it. The complaint was processed without any problems. The court did not have to be paid. The person only ate the rice and didn't want any more substitute. The sauce on the summer rolls doesn't taste like anything...unfortunately. I know it differently from our “small town”. Dipped in the dressing from the papaya salad it was quite ok.

Food was TOP, both for the price and in general taste. Beautiful decoration, inviting, relaxed. Just a bit noisy and if you sit near the cash register you can constantly hear the kitchen bell and quite a lot of kitchen noises.

I just paid €12.50 for a Pad Thai with duck and received a very good portion that also tasted delicious. This is a very good price-performance ratio. It was a spontaneous visit without a reservation because we are in Cologne for a day today. Can really recommend. If we are in Cologne again we would like to come back. My partner was equally happy with her meal. 4 stars only because card payment is not possible

My partner and I went to dinner here on our last night of a 10-day trip to Köln. It was by far the most flavorful meal we had while in the city. To be fair, we had numerous great meals. But as someone of Asian decent from North America, I prefer my foods heavily seasoned and more than moderately spiced. This restaurant delivered on all fronts! The complexity of the flavors and the combination of dry spices and other umami centered ingredients took me by surprise. I enjoyed much of the food I had while in Köln but was always searching for something with more depth of flavor. I highly recommend this place. The crispy duck Thai bowl and shrimp pho were the standout dishes. This restaurant will become a regular dining option for us once we move to the city.

Came to this restaurant for lunch and waited 10 minutes for a table. We liked the ambience, and the staff were welcoming. We ordered beef pho, bun with beef (Gehacktes Rindfleisch), and spring rolls (Frühlingsrollen) and were not disappointed. The pho was served in a large, generous bowl of broth. Overall, we found this restaurant worthy of its review. First timer should be aware that this restaurant only accepts cash as payment. Update: we revisited the restaurant on the following day for dinner. It was New Year eve while most restaurants were closed after 4pm. In addition to pho, we ordered papaya salad, spring rolls and fried banana with honey for dessert. It was a warm meal to conclude our short trip to Cologne.

I think the restaurant is really great. I usually get something to pick up. Most of the time everything is ready in 15 minutes and everything tastes fresh and delicious. Prices totally okay.
