The food is delicious! The boss is a weirdo.

The waiter helped us choose vegan dishes and was consistently very friendly. There was a good selection (even more than labeled on the menu!) and it was absolutely delicious! The added spice level was also very good. Highly recommended, also for vegetarians and vegans!

I've never eaten such a bad curry in my life. Carrots and bean sprouts were the only vegetables in it. It was served with a tasteless, ready-made sauce. The gyoza were also served with a sugary, ready-made sauce. Save your money.

The rice noodles and the fried noodles were both inedible. The rice noodles were broken, and the pork in the soup was far too fatty. The fried noodles were hard and tasteless. Overall, it was very disappointing.

We visited the restaurant for lunch, our first time there. It was truly delicious! We ate exclusively vegetarian/vegan dishes, and I highly recommend the spring rolls in particular. The ingredients were fresh, the ingredients were well-balanced, and the food overall was very flavorful. The service was super friendly and welcoming—exactly how it should be in the service sector. The interior is pleasant, and the seating inside is very comfortable. All in all, a thoroughly positive experience, so I give it 5 out of 5 stars and highly recommend the restaurant.

Overall, it has an interesting flavor and is quite delicious. Update: After trying many pho restaurants in Hannover, this is my favorite pho in town now!

The five of us spontaneously visited the restaurant today because we were craving Vietnamese food. I can't put into words how delicious and intense our dishes were; you rarely get that anywhere. The service was friendly, and we sat outside, so I can't say much about the ambiance. But it was simply so incredibly delicious; it won't be our last visit!

We were here for lunch today. The spring rolls are the cheapest frozen food from Metro. We ordered them for our son with sweet and sour sauce. We got sour and very hot sauce... This was then swapped for sweet and sour sauce, but the latter was inedible. We had the rice noodle bowl with fish sauce twice more. Once with tofu, once with beef. All in all, unfortunately, extremely disappointing. Tasteless, lacking in flavor... The only positive thing was the portion size. Service was very inattentive. After waiting for 15 minutes in vain, we went inside to pay. We won't be back. It's a shame.

We ordered takeout from here. We had 2 vegetable soups, 1 pho, and 1 fried noodles with chicken. The vegetable soup wasn't worth €4 and had nothing to do with Asian cuisine. The soup consisted only of broth powder, starch, a couple of carrots, and an egg. And it was only 250ml. You can get much more elsewhere. It wasn't worth the money. The pho had a very bad taste, and the vegetable garnish consisted only of raw onions. Not very creative and not very digestible. The noodles had no flavor at all, were extremely greasy, and the chicken was very soft and mushy from the marinade. In total, we paid €27 for the trash, and we don't need to repeat that.

Hidden gem for Pho Bo connoisseurs - I never had such a delicious Pho Bo on my last trip to Asia.

Very tasty Asian food in Hanover city center. The restaurant is not very large and has an upper floor, which was unfortunately closed. (April 2025)

I've eaten at VietCuisine with my husband several times and we've never been disappointed!! There are many traditional dishes here that are rarely found in this quality. For me there is no more authentic restaurant in Hanover! And while you're here, be sure to try matcha and the other homemade drinks.

We liked it there. Despite they had a lot of people, the food was delivered in 10 minutes and all was tasty. And quite cheap. Usually we pay around 50 for 2 people, but it was only 30 for 2 dishes and 2 drinks.

Definitely give the Mango Sali beverage a try—the food is just as impressive. The atmosphere is truly fantastic. It’s especially nice to relax with a drink and soak in the evening ambiance after your meal.

It is one of the five best Vietnamese restaurants in terms of value for money. Not a big menu, but big portions. Some special fish dishes. Very good preparation, nice service, nice ambience. You always feel comfortable here and therefore a clear recommendation in the busy city center location.

I come here often however I am disappointed to see lately that while the restaurant recently increased prices, it seems the quality has decreased at the same time. The stir-fried beef dishes no longer uses fresh beef but now uses I guess packaged beef like some Chinese takeout places use, and the texture and flavour is just not good. You can definitely taste the difference and it also affects the flavours of the sauces. I hope the restaurant will go back to using fresh beef and also keep up high quality

A really great restaurant in the nice old town of Hanover. We dared to go there on Saturday evening without a reservation and we were lucky. Quickly assign seating, take orders and serve food and drinks. It is clean and well-kept there, only the decoration is kept simple. Food is really good and can be changed individually.

I ordered wonton stew + fried beef. I had a small bowl of wonton stew as an appetizer. It tasted very good, but there was a little too much clear oil on it. The stir-fried beef meat has been marinated in advance and is very tasty. The vegetables are a bit bland, but overall it is pretty good. The ingredients here are fresh, the oil is a little heavy, but the taste is relatively light, which is quite amazing. Overall recommended, worth a try👍

Really delicious food at irritatingly cheap prices. Very friendly and approachable host. I unconsciously stretched the evening opening hours more than once and didn't even get a bad look for it. Great: Pleasantly quiet outside of the lunch rush hour, so that even long conversations don't end in tinnitus like in almost all other restaurants.

I took a pho 🍲 soup. It was very good. For the spiciness you can choose to add chilly peppers 🌶️🌶️🌶️🔥🔥🔥. Be careful, they are very hot. I also took mango 🥭 lassy. Bot so good as in Indian restaurants. Less mango 🥭 an almost no cardamom. Vietnamese coffee ☕ was strong and sweet.

Super nice team and the Viet dishes we have eaten so far are super delicious and authentic (Bun Tron, Pho, Bun Rieu) and the fried rice is always yummy and not so oily. Plus point that the dishes are also available without meat and instead with tofu. Always happy to come back.😊

Love it!! The food was amazing we had no.9 no.18 and the summer rolls! I must say I was in shock it was mouthwatering! We also had the soup BUT be careful with how many chillies you put in🌶️ (they were very strong)!! The lychee drink was a delight!! I would recommend !!!
